I HATE buying a car; however, the customer service, honesty, fairness and willingness to go the extra mile, on the part of everyone from the sales people to the mechanics in their shop, was outstanding. I highly recommend Uno Auto Sales and plan to use their services as needed in the future.

I had a bad experience prior to coming to Uno's, by far this is an excellent place for all of the above ratings. I walked in looking for a vehicle and left with one. The employee's at the location are very helpful and get you what you want or close to something if you can't afford what you want.

Bought a car from them even though they are nice people, this car has been nothing but problems with it and haven't had it for a year. They won't help you with the car, but will tell you to bring it to their shop for repairs. you'll also have to pay for the repairs. Very low miles for the year (well under 100k). I found out it had junk yard parts in the motor because the marks from the bone yard are written all over them. I also think the cluster was replaced to show a lower mileage. To all of you looking for a car, be very careful what you are purchasing.......

Great dealer and experience! They were quick to attend and help you with anything they possibly can. I bought my first car here, 2005 Mustang. They explained to me how to purchase the vehicle with detail. Great pricing on vehicles and they double check the vehicle to make sure you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend to first time buyers and anyone looking for a good priced vehicle. Good trusting people and they DO NOT try to take advantage.

We had made a stop in Grafton and West Bend WI and made many other stops before heading to Milwaukee to Unos Auto Sales. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. They helped out with the finance even tho we were from Ashland, WI which is 6 1/2 hrs away. We had an overall great experience and felt very comfortable buying here. We came from Madison to Milwaukee to look at a Honda Pilot from a larger dealership. Ran into the unfortunate, the car just sold issue. Decided to drop by Uno's as they had one listed as well. They were very helpful and courteous in the process. We purchased a Pilot at a very fair price and are very happy with the transaction and vehicle.

I was looking for a car after my Volvo finally gave away its last legs, I filled out a credit application on there website. I was called promptly the next day I had very fresh credit and Rolando went out of his way to find a lender and to get me the car I wanted process was completed in 4 days very fast.

I was on the market for a used car and had been to plenty of dealers in search for a low mileage and reasonably priced car. I happened to stop in at Unos Auto Sales and saw they had a nice selection of used cars. The salesmen were very helpful and well informed over their inventory, needless to say I bought a 2006 Toyota for a great price and low miles. I too was a first buyer from a dealer. I took my dad in to help with the purchase, and the revising of the car. The staff was very helpful , as they let us test drive and check the car out immediately. The car was very clean, inside and out. We noticed small things that we were'nt completely satisfied with, and they made sure to correct them that same day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when it came to asking questions about the car and the purchasing process.
