I have been dealing with Mr. Sanchez for many years and he always comes thru for me. He knows how to treat his customers and tries to get what you are looking for always goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.I will not buy a vehicle from no one else, very satisfied with his salesmanship. He is an amazing person

Lots of great vehicles. The salesman we worked with, Eric, was awesome. Very attentive, helpful, made sure everything was up to our standards. Even after we purchased our vehicle he continued to offer us great services- taking care of all paperwork, getting us extra keys, etc. Not just making sure they were available, but bringing everything directly to our home. Highly recommend this company, as well as Eric!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I searched for a new (used) vehicle for nearly a month before I finally came across the Used Car Factory! I was in an extremely fair priced, perfect vehicle within hours!! They took such good care of me, and believe me I am a handful! ERIC was the one who helped me out and got everything, I mean EVERYTHING done! So all I had to do was come in and sign and walk away with my car! The OWNER himself even took care of a dead running light himself, FREE OF CHARGE! Eric and Eddie are incredible! If you are looking for a new car, I HIGHLY recommend this place! Would give 10 stars if could!

Not too long ago I was in the market for a new car. I knew what I wanted but knew it was WAY out of my price range and more than likely I would have to settle on something else. At the last minute I decided to just drive down Wall St (because that seems to be the happening place to buy/sell a car) to just "window shop." As fate would have it, I pulled up to the Used Car Factory and there sat "MY CAR." I was greeted by James Luna who by the way is Midland/Odessa's most superb salesman. My experience with James was much different than any other salesman I had ever come across-- I think its his charismatic personality. I hesitantly asked how much and to my utter disbelief it was right in my price range-I mean dead on... (priced below market value) "OMG something mustn't be right," I thought. SO I test drove the car and absolutely fell in love with it. It had style, it had grace-- IT WAS MINE. I decided I wanted to take it home right then and they totally agreed I should. I filled out the paperwork, took my keys and drove off like a princess warrior on my shiny black steed. Eddie, the owner, a possible magician, has some serious magical powers and was able to find me the best financing I could possibly imagine. He came and picked up my car at work to detail it and fill up the tank and even helped me unload my signs (I work in real estate) out of the back and take them to storage. He is without a doubt the pinnacle of used car dealerships in this area--possibly anywhere. If you are in the market PLEASE go here before anywhere else. I literally decided I needed a new car, pulled up to it, and left with it within 1 hour. All the other details were worked out later! These guys are the best!
