I have to say the customer service here is top notch. Camdyn is a delight to work with and she is very good at her job. Everyone we dealt with while buying our 2014 Dodge Ram, were professional and and pleasant. I highly recommend Vachon Ford😊

My husband and I found dealing with Vachon Ford to be a very enjoyable experience. We live 125 miles away in New York State, and were able to make the entire deal via telephone and internet, including getting our trade appraised. The entire transaction went very smoothly with no surprises. The staff was professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Vachon Ford.

My wife and I highly recommend Vachon Ford in Brooklyn CT. The entire staff, by far, was the friendliest and helpful we have ever encountered at any dealership. We dealt with Sean Anderson and were very pleased. Everyone there clearly worked together and helped each other making an extremely pleasant buying experience.

I went to Vachon for my biannual emissions test. I'd never been there before...and when I say never, I mean I've never so much as driven into their lot. I've driven by it enough times to know where to turn in, that's it. Vachon has made it extremely easy for people, such as myself, who've never set a foot on their property by clearly posting signs for emissions parking right out front...in fact, up curbside to the building, steps away from the entrance! Speaking of the entrance, even without my glasses I could read from a distance where I needed to go in to have my car tested (and that's saying something...trust me lol). My information was taken within 3-4 minutes even though I was the 3rd person in the area. The woman who waited on me told me I'd be waiting 30 minutes as there were 2 cars in front of mine. Not a problem. 20 minutes later TOPS she came out with my results, and took a moment to explain what each piece of paper was as she'd handed me two. The entire experience was seamless, professional yet somehow personal as I had the same person come out to see me who'd taken my information when I arrived. Very very different from any other emissions experience I've ever had in my years of car ownership. Definitely recommending AND going back!!

I went to Vashon Ford for my emissions test today. The service department met me with a smile.The gentleman was knowledgeable and had my vehicle serviced quickly. I will definitely return for more service and or a new vehicle in the future. Hat's off for great customer service.
