By far the best experience I have had with an auto service place in Connecticut! It was refreshing to find such a courteous and responsive dealership staff. Brett Murray always kept me updated on the process and any questions I had were always answered quickly and thoroughly. I always brought my Audi for the scheduled maintenance to this dealer. They were close but also provided a complimentary loaner vehicle which was always clean and roomy.Within a few hours, they accurately diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. When the job was complete I was able to retrieve my car immediately, thanks to their complimentary shuttle service...very convenient! They've earned my trust. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have had VW and AUDI all my life, first AUDI I bought was in Germany in 1974, so I really committed to the company. I tried several times to work with Valenti and honestly they do not care about the customers. Last time I contacted them about the car, they called me and I made an offer to start with and when I went there that day to talk with them, they told me that the car was sold the night before. then they told me, there is nothing else they can do for me because the offer I made was too low for them.I guess they have enough sales that no one matter.

Alan exceeded our expectations. All the staff was friendly and worked like a team. We got a great vehicle and a terrific deal Gave us lots of extra goodies...roof racks, rubber mats, key chains etc. The test drive was a wealth of knowledge and information really sold me on the vehicle. The Valenti service department told me I needed a new turbo. They said I'll damage the car if I continue to drive it. My biggest mistake was telling them that I believed my turbo isn't working properly (lacking boost) and someone noticed smoke from my exhaust once. I went for a second opinion with another well know and respected specialist who has almost 40 yrs experience. They couldn't believe that Valenti told me I needed to spend $2000 on a new turbo. They inspected turbo after it cooled, test drove it and said the lack of power was from a well overdue tune-up, spark plugs misfiring, new air filters (had over 100k miles on them. My fault.), and an oil change. They didn't see anything that would indicate the turbo wasn't working properly. No oil leak and it turned properly. I then called the service manager and asked him to waive the diagnostic fee. I was shocked when he said only if I had the tune-up done there.

Our Saab was getting old, real old, and my husband wanted the impossible a car with a manual transmission, heated power seats and a moonroof that wasn't black. I scoured the internet, read review after review and was about to give up when I found the perfect car at Valenti Audi. Although Valenti is not in our immediate area, I called and was lucky enough to speak with Alan Sholtis. My husband was in Denver but after speaking at length with Alan , I was able to hold the car until he could see it. And then it snowed, and Alan still held the car. No problem, no pressure.I bought a car for myself earlier in the year, and I could have saved myself a lot of grief had I gone to Valenti. My experience was a nightmare on steroids. Valenti on the other hand, is a dealership that knows how to treat people. No game playing. No sitting around for hours while the salesperson talks to this person, and that person. Straight forward and professional. When we went out for the test drive, which with my husband can be a tad scary, Alan asked a simple question I had not heard from other dealers, "Was the test drive long enough? Do you need more time?". And he knew the car, really, really knew the car. There was no question he couldn't answer.My husband bought the car on the spot and we drove it home the same day. He loves the Audi so much that he doesn't miss the Saab. Ok, it is so powerful I do see a speeding ticket in his future. But after all the horrible experiences I have gone through with my car, it is truly fabulous to experience consummate professionals.

Valenti did a major repair on our Q5 at their cost after pleading our case to Audi corporate. The level of professionalism and integrity in all the people we dealt with at Valenti Audi was not to be believed. This dealership obviously strives to achieve customer satisfaction and just plain old "doing the right thing". Paolo, who was our main contact in service, was always available to answer our questions and helped us through the process. We will certainly be looking to do business again with Valenti at the end of our lease, as we have tremendous trust and confidence in them.Great dealership!

Valenti was great. We got there at about 4pm on a Saturday to look at the vehicle we wanted after finding online. By evening we had reached a deal for price and my trade-in value. Scott Brouard worked with us and stayed late to finish the transaction so that we could leave complete, extra mile. Best experience I have had thus far at a dealer.

I was in the market for a Q5 and it just so happened that Valenti had the car I was looking for. I called and was fortuitously introduced to Jim Henry, and we started to work a deal over the phone. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable essentially commiting over the phone- after driving 3 hours, Jim had everything ready to go and the car was exactly as advertised. We worked through the rest of the details of the deal, and Jim successfully maintained my trust and confidence (which is not easily bestowed) despite some back-and-forth over the value of my trade. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jim and the rest of the staff at Valenti- I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again despite the distance!

The service I received from both Matt (sales executive) and Jay (Internet Manager) was superb. They both went out of their way to answer my seemingly endless questions, which was sometimes a daunting process since I am five hundred miles away from their dealership. The impression I got from them was of a dealership that is truly first class and service-centered. Matt honorably fulfilled every promise he made to me during this long remote process and then some more to solidly exceed my expectations. So five stars go to these outstanding individuals and to commitment to customer service. The overall experience gets 4 starts rather than 5 stars only because this remote sale on a used car fell apart at the last minute due to a disagreement on the purchase terms & conditions. However, I strongly recommend both Matt and Jay at the Valenti Autocenter, and it seems that they reflect a strong corporate culture of customer service that is also representative of others at this dealership.

At first diligent in email responses. Inquired about a car, salesman agreed on a price just to change it when ready to buy. Possible causes: pricing switching or fumbled communication, you choose which one is worst...Later, tried to convince about not being at fault, even in the presence of an email thread. NOT RECOMMENDED! Lost any trust from a serious buyer...Beware.

I found a used Porsche Cayman on Autotrader.com and emailed the dealer, Valenti Motors, that was on a Sunday night.Bright and early Monday morning i had a personalized email from Matt Degruttola sitting in my inbox asking me if I needed any more information on the car. We worked a deal and within 24 hours all of the paperwork was worked out and I had a plane ticket to CT for friday night. They had a driver waiting at my airport hotel Saturday morning who drove me to the dealership and i was on my way back to Florida within an hour.Never in my life has been buying a car so easy and so pleasurable an experience. Everyone at the dealership was so nice that my wife and could hardly believe we were actually in the process of buying a car.I highly recommend this place and i will be watching their inventory just in case i get an urge to buy something else.Amazing...buy here if you have a chance. You will NOT be disappointed.

I want to commend Paul Blaine for being the epitome of what great customer service looks like in the automotive service industry. Paul not only helped problem solve a warranty issue that I had with my vehicle but he went above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of properly. As with most people who have written reviews on this website, this wasn't my first rodeo ride experience with an auto dealership's service department. I've dealt with many luxury brand shops including BMW, Infiniti, and Mercedes and have to say that while many of the experiences that I had were positive, the one I experienced with Paul at Valenti Audi was by far the BEST. I purchased a 2012 CPO Audi Q5 back in February 2014 from this dealership. Now mind you, I live in PA and this dealership is located in Watertown, CT - about 200 miles away. I have an Audi dealership located about 15 miles from my house however when I approached them with my issue they turned their backs on me - needless to say they have lost a customer for life, but that is another story or review. So what was the issue? Well, I took my newly purchased car to this "other" Audi dealership a couple of weeks ago because I was experiencing excessive brake squealing in the front brakes and had a strange odor permeating from what appeared to be the air filter cabin. Minor issues right? So they put the car up on a lift, applied some sort of dampener to the front brakes and - get this - sprayed lysol inside the cabin under the air filter. They called me over to take a look at the car while it was up on the lift. They stated to me that 3 of the tires had dry rot cracks down the center grooves. These tires were manufactured 6/12 - about two months before they were installed on the car. Mind you I had purchased the car with 13200 miles on it and I had about 14700 on it when I had it looked at. I only drove the car on weekends since I purchased it - a total of about 1500 miles in 4 months. So needless to say, how and why were the tires dry rotted after less than 15K miles? I asked the service advisor what the next steps were and she told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. Huh? They told me that I would need to replace all three tires since they were dry rotted. It would cost me about $1100 with labor. Huh? I just spent 40K on this CPO car 4 months ago and had driven about 1500 miles in that time period. No way was I going to pay another $1200. So I contacted Paul at Valenti and after speaking with him initially he stated that the "other" dealer should be working with their Bridgestone tire rep to look at a warranty claim and have the tires pro-rated and replaced since they were clearly defective. I even gave the "other" dealers service advisor my phone to talk with Paul so he could walk her through the process. The advisor told me that she would have to speak with her service manager and call me back. So I left and by the way the next day the odor reappeared...I did not hear from the advisor for a few days so I decided to contact her. She stated that there was nothing that she could do for me. She then transferred me to her service manager, "Jim". Jim proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that he or his dealership could do for me and that I would have to work directly with Bridgestone to get resolution to my issue. I asked about the CPO process and the Audi experience that I was confused about and clearly not getting. I mean, I get these nice catalogs with expensive merchandise and trinkets from Audi making me feel special yet the minute I have an issue with my car and take it to a dealer I become a burden. Jim told me that there was no margin in tires and that the workload for him to deal with this was not worth the return. I was appalled to say the least. No margin? How about customer service? Well that was my initial Audi Service experience. So I called Paul at Valenti Audi back, explained the situation to him, and he immediately went to work in helping me resolve my issue. He contacted his Bridgestone tire rep and ordered new tires to be delivered to his shop. The only thing that I had to do was take the day off yesterday and make a 400 mile round trip to Valenti to have the tires replaced. Once I arrived there Paul took care of me. He was friendly, supportive, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even replaced the air filter for me (at a nominal charge) and by the way the odor is gone...He was willing to take a hit of about $900 with the warranty folks to satisfy a customer. Now I believe that he'll make most of that back through the claim process but nonetheless, he restored my faith in Audi. He did the right thing for the customer and for that, I am truly grateful to have met and worked with Paul Blaine from Valenti Audi. Paul, you are awesome!

Contacted Jim Henry regarding a 2013 S4 last week. I am from the Boston area and have plenty of Audi dealerships nearby, however after numerous conversations with Jim, it was obvious Valenti & Jim were a step above the others. Jim was honest and responsive throughout the sales process. I ended up driving 2.5 hours to Watertown, CT primarily due to the level of service I received just via phone conversations. When I arrived at the dealership, the level of service continued with Jim and his Business Manager. The process was straight forward and there were no gimicks or last shots at squeezing some more money out of you. I highly recommend Valenti Motors and look forward to doing more business with them.

We recently purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 from Valenti and returned to Jim because of the great service he provided to us in the past. Jim is very knowlegeable and always made time to meet with my wife and I and answer any questions we had. He gave us insightful recommendations and made selecting a trim level less of hassel. We told Jim that we were interested in a 6cyl model; when one was not available on the lot, Jim pulled the last remaining 6cyl off the show room floor for us to drive. When we finally purchased the car, he had our Audi Conncect all set up along with all the other vehicle settings. Jim always delivers a great customer service experience from start to finish. This is the third car we've purchased from Valenti and our second with Jim. We would recommend Jim to our closest friends and family.

I drove two hours from Queens based on a phone conversation with Robin to swap my Audi TT for a pre-owned Audi A4 they had available. The condition of the car was perfect and exactly as described. Robin was great to work with and was able to get me a very good deal on the trade. He was very straightforward throughout the process. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles of my new car and even recommend a good restaurant to eat at before the drive home. It was definitely worth the drive.

Of all the dealerships I have visited, this dealership is the most professional and fair. I have been tricked, misled and preyed upon when visiting a range of dealerships from Hyundai to Lexus and I experienced none of that at Valenti. I encourage people to buy here because I have visited three times, taking the car out each time, because I was comparing cars in different weather day/night. Mr. Raderman worked the hardest for me of anyone I met with the last two months when I began my car search. He was the most patient and honest and I believe that deserves to be acknowledged.

Terrible SERVICE...once they get the sale they do NOT CARE!!!!!! My 2012 Jetta Gli is less than a year old...the two front tires have bubbles in them. Was told that the low profile Perrilli tires are known to have this problem AFTER i purchased the car. Spoke with the dealer...they could care less...does anyone remember the Ford-Firestone issue from the late 90'S....VW customer care told me that they do not cover tires...I understand HOWEVER VW YOU ARE REPRESENTING A BRAND....now I'm out $500.00. If i knew ahead of time i would not have purchased the low profile tires. The dealer told me several times that they are "aware" of the problem. But no resolution. They are lazy and selfish. Beware once they get the sale they DO NOT CARE....nor does VW...sad because i grew up on VWs....was going to purchase another BMW but choose the Jetta GLI only to get screwed over big time!!!!! SAD

I purchased a used A4. I worked with Jim Henry. It was very easy to work with Jim ahead of time on-line, so everything was in place when I got there. I live a couple of hours away, so I did not want to make multiple trips. The car has turned out to be even better than I expected. Jim was very friendly and helpful when we got there, explaining the myriad features of the car, and continued to be helpful after we left. I really appreciate him taking the time to check up on how we're doing, and getting us setup with a Sirius radio trial a couple of weeks after we left; that is not the easiest process.

I had been searching around for the perfect car for a good deal of time. It so happened that I came across I very unique 2011 A4. Only one problem; The car was in CT and I was in NY. After speaking with Michael Whitehouse on the phone I decided I would make a short road trip to test drive the car. I am really glad I did. Not only was the car exactly what I was looking for, the service was flawless and Mike made sure that every detail was taken care of. I went alone so He, and the Valenti family, even kept my car on location until I was able to head back and pick It up! At Valenti Audi I dealt primarily with Alan Sholtis during my search for a CPO Audi A8. The dealership had a large selection of vehicles, and Alan was nothing but friendly during the several weeks it took me to decide on a car.Whether via email or phone, Alan was responsive and accomodating. I also felt absolutely none of the sales pressure generally associated with a car purchase.Prior to delivery, some minor issues (cup holder, scratched button) were fixed or replaced with no issues.Valenti Audi seems to be a family business, as I met Mike Valenti a few times and also his mother, briefly, during another one of my visits to the dealership.They seem to be very nice and decent people - which was reflected in my dealings with everyone else at the dealership.I can highly recommend Valenti Audi.

Very impressed with Valenti Audi. I purchased a CPO 2010 A4 in January 2012 and worked with John Croci in sales. John presented several options in my price range and we were able to find the perfect match right on the lot. I can be very picky and the inventory at Valenti was great. I needed a manual and there were three to choose from. Most of the time I spend weeks looking for a manual in my price/mileage range and that wasn't the case with Valenti. It took less than a week from the time I spotted the car online until I was driving off the lot back home. My experience with finance was also great. No last minute tricks in the finance department. Overall, John Croci and the whole Valenti team were great to work with. No b/s from these guys...A+-Mike T.

I have been very impressed by the quality of the sales staff I met at Valenti. I recently became interested in purchasing an Audi. Alan and Corina provided ample time to (repeatedly) test drive numerous vehicles (new and used). They answered my questions with patience and friendliness and helped me understand the pluses and minuses of different Audi models as well as other brands. They capably and respectfully assisted my relatively slow decision-making process without being overbearing or pushy. I have really enjoyed my interactions with the Valenti Dealership thus far and recommened the above-mentioned sales personnel wholeheartedly.

After a long drive from Manhattan it was a great relief to arrive at Valenti Audi. I have been frustrated by the local availability so decided to take the journey.. am I glad I did. The clean large and well appointed showroom was very comfortable. I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Rob. I ended up talking for about a hour about golf, Spain, food and almost forgot why I was there...to buy a car. Rob got me a very good deal on a 2011 A8 and I am VERY SATISFIED! Thanks Rob and go easy on the pitching wedge.....try to bump and roll with the 7. Valenti Audi was a much more pleasant experience than any of my previous car purchases. Highly reccomended!

If you're looking for an Audi this is the dealership to visit. A friend of mine had purchased a used S4 and recommended I visit this dealer myself. I worked with Alan Sholtis while shopping for a used Audi and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Alan was ultra patient, super knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for me multiple times to help me trade in my current car and get me behind the wheel of an Audi that worked for me. Steve in financing also went the extra mile and was super nice through the whole process. Mike, the used car manager, is also very picky about the cars they bring to their lot which all have a great car fax report. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and I look forward to being a repeat customer in the future.

I recently purchased a certified used Audi A8L from Valenti AutoCenter, working with Alan Sholtis. I found the car through the internet. They had the best selection of certified used cars, every one of them having a clean carfax. Alan was very patient, answering all of my questions over the phone...and actually went out to the cars to describe their condition and features to me over the phone. We agreed on a fair price, and it was a hassle-free deal. Alan literally went the extra mile, personally delivering the car to me at my place of work. I am more than happy with the car and my buying experience with Valenti.

My wife and I found an A3 3.2 DSG at Valenti Motors through AutoTrader. Dealt with Matt Degruttola and Steve Pinkerton. Great experience overall. We live outside of Philadelphia so were a bit nervous about traveling all the way up to CT in order to buy a car. The entire time I told my wife you have to be ready to walk, even though it's going to be 7 hours of driving round trip, if the car is not what you expected. In our case, the car was great, the price was great, and the entire experience was extremely smooth. Sure, they tried to sell a tire and wheel warranty, but if they didn't try to add anything on I would have been disappointed as a fellow sales person. It absolutely was not high pressure though; make the offer, we declined, and a few minutes later we were on our way. The 200 mile drive home went smoothly, the car performed flawlessly. With the clean 1-owner carfax, and the CPO warranty, we bought with confidence. My wife is very happy, which makes me happy. On top of that Matt was kind enough to let me test drive a Lotus Evora! I highly recommend these guys. This is the best dealership experience I have had to date, hands down. It was definitely a bit of a drive, but completely worth it!

On June 3, 2011, we purchased a 2008 Audi TT. The car is beautiful. Our salesperson was Corina Hughes. Corina was so helpful and never pressured us. She did everything she could to make the buying experience a pleasant one.We hope the good service we received with Corina continues when we bring the car in for service. We would recommend this dealer for a purchase. When we bring the car in to be serviced, we will write another rating, because it is important to judge a dealership on its all-around service. Our experience with sales was exceptional and very painless!Thank you, Corina!

I purchased a CPO Audi and of course there's no way to prove any of my claims, but I truly think they dropped a couple hundred off in negotiating the price, then while "washing" my car, they swapped batteries and gave me a nearly dead one. I was traveling and I was VERY happy the battery lasted until I was home, rather than leaving me stranded en route. While test driving the car, the salesman lied to me about a few features of the car as well. Additionally, there were a couple of minor repairs, which meant two days after buying the car, I put $150 towards a battery, then $40 towards resetting my keys, and the $85 deductible towards the repairs. I'm still getting a yellow warning light on my OK check and the car sometimes falters through start up. Of course it ran perfectly when I test drove it and assuming the CPO was a solid guarantee, I didn't think I had to be on the look out for such issues. My last complaint is how long they made everything take. I was up front with them about my schedule and they made me sit there and wait....a lot...and I'm not sure why, except that the salesman kept wanting to tell me how many cars he'd sold and all of the different people he's sold cars to. None of that mattered to me; it seemed like he didn't want to focus on the topic at hand: ME, AND I WANT TO BUY THIS CAR. It seemed to me like they were waiting until all I could do was grab the keys and go, so they wouldn't have to give me a "tour" of the car...and I wouldn't have to confront them about the few things that were malfunctioning, or the features they claimed the car had during test drive. Despite everything, I came to them for my Audi, and I LOVE my car....I just hate dealers. Me and my car will be fine, but future buyers, don't be afraid to haggle with these guys!!Bottom line, these guys are just like any other dealer: BUYER BEWARE!!

Recalculate your numbers (purchase fees) because they will overcharge you and they may not deliver on their promises. They still owe me money on overcharges and they clearly don't value customer service. They promised addition features (bluetooth) and winter mats as part of my deal but there isn't bluetooth set up on my car and I never received winter mats. I've had my 2008 pre-owned certified Audi for 4 months and have already been to Audi service 3 times. I was told by another dealership's service department that they couldn't give me a loaner car because I didn't purchase my car from them. Clearly, I don't want to work with Valenti again or commute back to Valenti given that there are closer dealerships to my home.

I drove up from Philadelphia to Watertown, CT -- a 4 hour trek -- at the behest of Robin Raderman, because he assured me that he had a clean, excellent buy on a pre-owned Audi. I made the trip and was not disappointed to say the least. He delivered an unbelievably clean performance car. I was very impressed with the operation, and am elated to own this car.

Valenti did as well by us financially as they could. Matt was particularly helpful and friendly as a sales representative, even finding 4 virtually new snow tires for us. That will relieve my wife now that bad weather is arriving. Overall, service has been excellent.

Best selection of pre-owned Audi's in the Connecticut. Purchased an 08 Audi S4. Car is perfect. Easy, stress free buying process. Car had a 3M clearcoat bra which I did not like, and they were kind enough to have one of their detailers remove the bra which took almost two days, but the car looks perfect and I could not be happier. Robin was my salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone looking fro a new or pre-owned audi.

Most dealers you go to always try to hide something on you. But John was a very honest and helpful car salesman. He always returned my call right away. Any questions I had he always had the right answers. I would go back to this dealer in a second to buy another car.

I purchased a used A4 form Valenti and have have nothing but trouble with it. Soon after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed a tire was flat. When I went to change the tire, I realized the jack and all tire changing equipment was not in the vehicle. I contacted the dealership to ask for help since I had purchased their roadside assistance, and was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told no one could come and help me. I was less than five miles from the dealership.When a rear tail light bulb went out within the first month of ownership, I was told they would replace it for no charge. I asked them to change the oil as well. An hour and a half later - and I had an appointment - my car was done and I was presented with an $80 bill - for an oil change. I had to have recall work done on my vehicle. It could only be done at a dealership. When I picked up teh vehicle I noticed a long scratch on teh passiger side that was not there when I took teh car in. They refused to acknowledge that they scratched the car.Less than a week after the repair work was complete, my engine died. I took it to my mechanic and was told I and needed a computer ship replaced - close to $900. I was informed by the mechanic that the only way this component fails is if it was recently tampered with. Draw your own conclusion. Never again with Valenti.

Robin Raderman from Valenti Audi of Watertown assisted me in my purchase of a Certified Pre-owned 2008 Audi TT Coupe a couple weeks ago. I was very happy with the level of service I received. Robin was very helpful from the very beginning when I walked onto Valenti's lot offering me assistance. My previous car was dead and due for repairs due to electrical problems and I was on the fence about whether to purchase a new vehicle or put the time and money into my old car. At one point after test driving the TT Coupe, Robin offered to let me take it home so I could get to work and decide whether it would be the right vehicle for me. That was a first for me. The dealership was spotless and brand spankin new. You could tell that they remodeled. Great environment and friendly atomosphere. If anyone is looking for an Audi and wants a great experience, I would recommend Valenti Audi of Watertown. Ask for Robin Raderman!

I had a great experience at this dealership due to my salesperson, John Ramos. We arrived to test-drive a vehicle right before the dealership was due to close, and he happily gave us the keys. After that he helped us with the paperwork and stayed almost two hours past his regular shift. I felt comfortable that he had a good knowledge of the vehicles and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. What sets John apart the most from other salespeople, is the way he has treated me after the sale. This means more to me than anything else, and it's what will make my decision when I have to purchase another vehicle. Every time I call him for help, he ALWAYS tries his best to accommodate me. For this reason, I will definitely use this dealership again.

I have been to Valenti Audi for service of my 07 A4 2.0T about 6 times for oil consumption problems (audis fancy way of saying oil burning) They told me NOTHING was wrong even though I burned thru 1+ quart of oil every THOUSAND miles. They also said that it was NO BIG DEAL and told me NOT TO WORRY when my car was pouring blue/gray smoke...even when it did this in their parking lot. They ran me around until my waranty expired. I finally took my car to Danbury Audi, they had my car for less than an hour when they called me to tell me that I had a busted valve cover and ring and they were going to replace all of the parts and complete the labor at no charge since I had been to Valenti so many times prior. Danbury Audi ALSO found a problem with my transmission and fixed that without charge, and giving me a free loaner the 3 days my car was there. I do NOT recoment Valenti under any circumstance. They continuously treated me unfairly and with an attitude everytime I walked through the door, and at one time flatout telling me that I was undereducated about my car and that I had no idea what I was talking about (this was the time my car filled their parkinglot with smoke) I am filing a complaint with both motor vehicle and the BBB. EVERYONE BEWARE!! Valenti seems to hide their poor workmanship and customer service very well, as if you search on the internet you can't seem to find many complaints....however everyone I talk to has had a negative similar or WORSE experience with either the Audi or VW side.

Valenti Auto in Watertown, CT is overall the best dealership ever. The salesmen were so wonderful. I was never pressured while shopping and no matter how many cars I wanted to test drive, they were always accommodating. I finally did find a car that I loved and I still love it. The price was below the Kelly Blue Book and it included a 2 year warranty. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used Audi or Saab.
