We had a good experience working with this dealer buying a used Pontiac Vibe. They spent a lot of time with us making sure we felt comfortable with our purchase- one of their mechanics talked to us extensively about the car and lifted it so we could look at the underbelly, Our salesman, David, was wonderful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I came to the dealership today to check out the piece of mail I got from Valley Honda. Dave greeted me when I arrived. We got to talking about how things went south for me in the past. Dave suggested that we just take a look at things to see if anything could be done. With in an hour I was purchasing a new Honda Civic! It was the first dealership that I have been to that the salesman was genuinely interested in finding the right fit for you. He wasn't just trying to sell you a car. He was very patient. Igor Kushnar was our salesman and was as sweet as he could be. He was very knowledgable but never pressured us to make a decision about the vehicle. Stopped in looking at preowned CRVs. Was greeted by Igor Kushnar who turned out to be a pleasure to deal with. He took the time listen what I was looking for and showed me what inventory was available. Even though I was looking for preowned (which they had), he made me what I felt was a fair deal for my trade in on a new 2016 CRV. Did not feel pressure to purchase new, but Igor gave the information and facts that I used to help make my decision. Would work with him again. Also, David Heyden in finance is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet.

I had been contemplating purchasing a Honda CRV and since Valley Honda is the closest Honda dealer to me, I made a trip out there one evening to start my search. I met Adam Payne and shared with him the options I was looking for, and, more importantly, my price point. I knew my price point would not work for a new CRV and would also be somewhat challenging to find a Certified Used with the low mileage and other options I wanted. Several weeks later, I received a call from Adam about a used CRV that had come in. It did meet what I was looking for, but after some thought, I decided I wanted to go a little newer. With some negotiating and give and take on both parts, I drove away in a 2015 Certified Used with low mileage and all the options I wanted. The best part of my whole experience was that never once did I experience any "pushy salesman tactics," which would have turned me off immediately! Without hesitation, I would recommend Adam Payne and the others at Valley Honda.

I was with a friend recently who was looking for a vehicle. We went to Valley Honda, and was assisted by David Edwards. I just can not say enough about Mr. Edwards. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & most of all, not pushy. He went above & beyond to be helpful in every way - but never "pushy". My daughter bought a Honda Pilot from Adam.She was happy with both the car and her experience buying it.When her mother (my wife) went to pick up the new car, she saw a Toyota Highlander Hybrid that she liked (the doors actually work, which we could not say about the old car), so we bought that one too!I hope we have enough good cars for a while, but we like both of our purchases.

I bought a new 2016 CRV EX-L today at Valley Honda. Igor Kushnar was absolutely fabulous!!! Very personable, attentive and customer service oriented. Since I'm not tech savy, he spent time with me showing me how to use my cell phone in the CRV. He synced it up and gave me lessons! Plus, he showed me all the features of the new CRV. I traded in one that was five years old, and there were many changes in technology. He made sure I knew how to use all of those new features! I drove an hour to get to Staunton because I purchased my previous CRV from Valley Honda 4 years ago. I remembered that was a good experience, so I am a repeat customer from 2012. I would definitely recommend anyone that is in the market for a Honda to go to Valley Honda and ask for Igor :)

I had a wonderful experience with Valley Honda. Clement Bruner went above and beyond to assist my husband and I. I would recommend them to anyone. My daughter had previously purchased a vehicle last year 2015 from Valley Honda (Kim Cross) and was so pleased she recommended them to us. Kim Cross was know longer there but Clement was and he has been a pleasure to work with. We live 5 hours away and surrounded by Honda dealerships but NONE could come close to the experience we received at Valley Honda.

Valley Honda was the place my daughter finally decided to get her new car. She had looked and drove different vehicles to choose the one she wanted. She fell in love with the CR-V. She knew what features she wanted in her car. She needed ( wanted), there is no difference to her, a rear view camera, moon-roof,Bluetooth capability and white in color. Mr Clement Bruner, listened to my daughter and found her the exact car for her to test drive. Since I was in Phoenix, AZ I depended upon my daughter judgement. Clement, was the only salesman who she said she really liked and did not try to tell her what she wanted in a car. Instead, he explained all the features when they finished the test drive, he was very thoughtful to what she said and the questions she asked. We bought the car from Valley Honda, and I appreciate the smooth transaction from the long distance purchase. I would highly recommend Clement Bruner, if you are looking to buy a Honda in Staunton, and would also recommend the drive if you are in the surrounding area. Thanks Valley Honda for making my daughter happy !!!!!

I was looking for a Civic or an Accord. Dave Kuykendall met me at the door and showed me a base model Civic and Accord. The Accord was much more comfortable so I decided to go that route. Dave was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions giving me enough, but not too much, information to avoid confusion. Dave was very low key for an auto salesman. which was perfect for me. If he had been high pressure I would have walked away. I got the feeling the entire dealership is friendly and also relatively low pressure. I understand their job is to sell cars but I never felt a pressured approach and did not sense it with the other transactions occurring around me. Price negotiation went very well and the 0.9% financing was too good to pass up. I thoroughly enjoy the new Accord and actually look forward to my commute. I would highly recommend a potential customer visit Valley Honda and ask for Dave Kuykendall.

We have made many vehicle purchases over the years but this one was different for many reasons. This was for our son Seth, his first new car! Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Ken Seal and he got straight to work. We had his full attention. He listened to our needs and Seth's wants. After the test drive, with Seth behind the wheel, it came time for the worst part...the wheeling and dealing. To my surprise, it was very pleasant. There was no going back and forth. They knew what we needed and they made it happen. Ken got us the car, Kevin got us the numbers and David closed the deal In all, such a great experience and I would recommend Valley Honda of Staunton and Ken Seal to anyone! Thanks Ken!!! Ken Seal & Kevin Knott worked hard to make it possible for us to get a Pilot that fit our budget as we traded in & had negative equity added to our loan! We are very pleased with the service they provided us & with our Pilot we purchased. I knew what I wanted when I went to purchase my CR-V, but Adam Payne called me prior to my visit with some questions of things I was looking for with my CR-V. When I got to the dealership he basically had my new vehicle waiting for me. The transition was so smooth and he answered all my questions! Adam Payne was fabulous. We drove the 45 minutes to Valley Honda because their website suggested a large inventory. We were not disappointed! Further, our salesman (Ken Seal) was informative without being condescending. He kept a comfortable but frequent commentary going, pointing out different features of the car, allowing spaces for us to ask questions or lead the conversation elsewhere. I had test driven the same model at a different dealership a few days previously and not learned nearly as much about the car but felt more pressure to buy! Very happy that we made the trip to Valley Honda.

At Valley Honda, we had the best car buying experience we've ever had (this was car #4 for us). Our first contact was with Bryan through emails, getting info about the van we were interested in, he was quick to respond and answered all questions efficiently. Once we got to the dealership for a test drive, Brian turned us over to Ken. Ken owns the same model of vehicle we were testing and was very knowledgeable and could easily answer all the questions we had. If you're looking at an Odyssey, definitely look him up! Ken was very patient with us as we figured out what type of payment we could handle & both Ken & Bill went above and beyond to make sure we got all we needed for a price we were comfortable with. David made the final signing of papers quick and painless, everyone involved contributed to such a great experience, we had 3 kids with us, so the fact that I can look at this in such a positive light really speaks to the atmosphere there. Ken especially went above and beyond, taking the time to show the van and all the things we should know about it. We will definitely be going to see Ken first the next time we need a vehicle.

Just bought a Honda CRV at Valley Honda in Staunton VA. David Kuykendall was the best salesperson ever. He made us feel extremely comfortable, was knowledgeable of the inventory, patient as I test drove 4 vehicles and asked lots of questions, never pressured us, and gave us the best deal. We felt like we were being helped by family. He could not have been nicer and after we purchased the vehicle he told us to call him if we had ANY questions at all. Since moving to the area with our Honda vehicles, Valley Honda has been our family service provider. I needed a new vehicle, Valley Honda was our only choice. I emailed a quote request and Bryan Sites responded. Had some questions, he replied promptly. At the dealership, he was our connoisseur before he handed us off to Igor, a true professional who knew what he was selling. He is very enthusiastic about Honda cars since he drives a Accord Coupe. He was patient about last minute color choices and took the time to show the ins/out of the Accord sedan. He synchronized my BT phone to the Hands Free Link and now I can be more efficient with my daily commutes. My folks will be in the market for their next Honda at the same time next year and would like to have Igor as their sales person.

I have bought many cars over the years but my experience at Valley Honda was the BEST one yet! They worked the deal with me via email due to my work schedule. I drove over two hours each way due to the savings that I ended up with. NO ONE in Tennessee, North Carolina, West Virginia, Roanoke, VA and or the New River Valley came even close to the savings. Adam Payne was our main contact during our visit. He was very pleasant and helpful. He guided me on a test drive of the new car, and showed us all the possible colors we could choose from. He later showed us all the different features and dials on the dashboard, and said we could call him if we had any questions. He explained about getting the insurance coverage changed from our old car.

Purchased a 2016 Honda Accord, my third and second from this dealer. My 2002 was/is fully maintained by Rule and Valley Honda. It has been an excellent car and my experiences with the staff over 14 years and over an ownership change have been most satisfactory. Whether or not my latest Accord will measure up to my two previous cars remains to be seen, but the folks at Valley Honda have been consistently pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with.A tip of the hat to Adam Payne who helped explain all the latest doodads on the 2016 model (not an easy task when working with a hopelessly inept and technologically challenged senior).To quote Arnold Schwartzenegger--"I'll be back!"

When I started looking for a car, I knew exactly what I wanted. They were able to find the perfect match for me, bring the car from almost 2.5 hours away. And made a quick and easy process. I started looking on a Saturday and had everything done by Tuesday. Everyone was very helpful and nice. After being T boned last week and sent to the ER and having my car totaled I was not looking forward to having to buy a new car. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have leased through Valley Honda in Staunton, and the second vehicle we have leased with Ken Seal as our salesman. Ken has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, very down to earth, and does not pressure or hassle during the sales process. He always does his best to make sure you are satisfied and goes the extra mile to follow-up multiple times after the purchase to ensure you are happy with your purchase and to answer any additional questions that may have arose. I believe it is important to note that Valley Honda in Staunton is not the closest Honda dealership to our home, there are actually two other Honda dealerships closer, but our first experience with Valley Honda and Ken was so great that I decided to lease my second car through them. Most definitely worth the trip.

This is the fifth new vehicle I've bought from Valley Honda. I have continued to return because they offer fair prices and trade-ins. They are available to answer all of your questions and follow-up but are not high pressure like some dealerships. The sales person i worked with took fast action to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and made it available quickly. The finance person provided fast service while still being thorough and answering questions.My overall experience was excellent. We received an average to slightly higher than average net (i.e., taking into account our trade-in) price, despite the fact that a sale was supposedly ongoing ("100% of dealer invoice, employee pricing"). To get to that price took longer than it should have, but was otherwise satisfactory. In short, the process was what most of us have come to expect from a mega-dealer (salesperson back and forth to the sales manager's desk until the final price could be agreed to). Having said that, the dealership had a good vibe. People were friendly and professional, the facility was excellent, inventory on hand offered a wide range of choices, and our salesman was very user-friendly. I would purchase another car from him. I also plan to have my service work performed at this dealership based upon my feeling that the Service Department will be at least as professional as the sales end.

The sales associate made several accommodations for me due to my disability. Without those accommodations, I would not have been able to test drive three cars and find the perfect one for me. Also, once the associate learned of my desire for safety features, he was able to steer me to the trim level with the most safe-driving technology. I happened to come across Valley Honda while doing an extensive price comparison with about 50 other dealers. Not only did they have the best price on a 2016 Civic Touring but their (Ken Seal) email correspondence was absolutely the most professional and friendly. Many other dealers balked at the offer saying I would waste my time if I drove 4 hours to pick up the car, and that they were sure to tack on hidden fees. This was absolutely not the case, and Ken Seal's offer of $24,500 OTD never went up a penny. Many other dealers also tried to play games and say that they can beat the offer I just have to come in to talk about it. However they were never willing to give me a full OTD break down on the price. Ken Seal was one hundred percent transparent and professional from the beginning and it was absolutely refreshing to deal with such a high level of customer service. Unfortunately there was an issue when I came to pick up the car. They couldn't release it because I had an out of state license. (Moved within the last year but hadn't been to the DMV yet.) Unfortunately there was no way to know that until I arrived, because they had to use a 3rd party registration system when the final paper work is signed. I thought I had wasted my time and money by renting a car for a one way 4 hour trip. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to deliver the car to my house, 4 hours away, after I switched my license to NC. Although I was happy with the way they handled the situation I was disappointed that I would have to wait even longer to get my car. It turns out they were able to deliver the car to my house within 24 hours of me getting my new license. It showed up and my door the next morning! Ken Seal was tremendously helpful through the whole process as we negotiated price, arranged pick up, and finally had the car delivered. I can't recommend Valley Honda high enough. I dread looking for a new vehicle but the process I went through was actually very simple. There was nobody trying to sell me something I didn't want or didn't need. Ken Seal stood back and let me look at the vehicles instead of hovering over my shoulder. He helped me setup the Bluetooth in my car and everything. Everybody there was nice and friendly and the dealership was one of the cleanest I've ever seen.

I had a wonderful experience at Valley Honda in Staunton, VA. From beginning to end this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I saw the car I wanted on the internet and emailed the dealership via an online form at truecars.com. Bryan reached out to me with minutes. We spoke, negotiated a price on the phone and set an appointment for me to come in. He wasn't going to be at the dealer on the day I was coming so he made sure I had the name of the person to contact when I arrived. Considering I am located 2.5 hours away from the dealership I was pretty nervous about driving that distance for a car that I hadn't seen in person but the drive was so worth it. From the time I entered the door to the time I left everyone was awesome. They knew what I was there to do and didn't try to convince me to buy anything but what I wanted.... They were friendly and courteous. Not only were they friendly to me but they were friendly to each other! If I ever need to buy another car I would surely drive that distance again to purchase from the folks at Valley Honda.

Igor and Kevin made our car buying experience great! We went to multiple car dealerships attempting to get approved for a vehicle, yet Valley Honda was the only place that was able to get us approved without putting multiple hits on our credit. We originally came to Valley Honda looking for an older vehicle as ours had just blown up, and Igor and Kevin got us into a newer vehicle, 2014 Honda civic, for the same monthly payment we were looking to get. They also helped us by giving us more than what our old car was worth to help us achieve getting a new vehicle. They made our experience very personal, and fast! This is the second Honda Accord I have leased from this dealership with Bryan's help. As was the case 3 years ago, Bryan was respectful and accommodating.Bryan knew many months ago that I would be turning in a 2013 Accord by July 2016 and leasing another Honda product. He stayed in touch with me but was not pushy in any way. Most important, Bryan kept his promises to me. The parameters of the deal we discussed months ago were included in the contract I signed last week. Had Bryan or his sales manager tried to "wiggle out of" our earlier agreement, I would have taken my business elsewhere.To anyone who might read this review: Give Bryan a chance. He was willing to listen to my needs and did not try to up-sell me on models or accessories I neither wanted nor needed. Regarding price, Valley Honda was competitive with other dealers in this area.

We went right to work on test drives and I had already communicated with Chris Stein in the Internet department on what we wanted. They honored the multiple quotes I had received from other dealers, and we got a flat price lower than all. Trade in was good, we never felt pressure by anyone to buy any extra incentives, like the commodore treatment and the full mechanical coverage ( which we purchased anyways). Great experience. Would do business with again.

We started out the day with the intention of visiting several dealers. We made one stop. After spending nearly 3 1/2 hours there , driving several vehicles and being given multiple options we came away with a great deal on a brand new car! The staff at Valley Honda was very friendly and knowledgable. There was absolutely no pressure even though we were taking up their valuable time. Keep in mind I had no intention of buying a new car, or even a good used car that day. We were looking for a car for my daughter to travel back and forth to collage, but did not need one that day. We inquired about a Jeep we had noticed on dealers lot, contacted MR. Smith by telephone, he answered our questions, quoted a possible discounted price and invited us to come the next morning to view the Jeep. When we arrived the Jeep had been taken to the front of the dealership, ready for our inspection. At which time we took a test drive. Mr. Smith was knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, never seemed to be in a hurry, listened to our offer and we received approval for the sale. Our deposit held the Jeep two days until we could draw funds from our bank. Paperwork was completed and we were pleased with everyone that we were in contact with and especially Mr. Smith.

Family and I purchased a new van from the dealership. We agreed with Ms Carmen Hill on a price over email, and upon visiting were cordially welcomed and made comfortable by Elliott. The out the door price we agreed to via email was the same price we were presented with on-site, and Elliott was both knowledgeable and courteous to deal with. He took special pains to make sure that our kids (who were with us) were also entertained and happy, which I appreciated.Total time spent there was an hour and a half before we were out the door with our new vehicle. Had a slight issue the following day with the vehicle (NOT the dealership's fault, slight manufacturing wrinkle) and this was also dealt with speedily and courteously by the service folks.Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had just bought a 2010 Honda Accord in may. 7 Months later, on Christmas around 6pm on a Friday, a friend had an accident in my car on her way to get me some milk for supper. I didn't know what I was going to do. My car was totaled and I still had to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, I didn't make it. I was too busy fretting and worrying. I was rear-ended on the interstate and my car was totaled. My husband had just left for a month long business trip, so I was left on my own to find a new car for us. After visiting the 3 Honda dealerships in my area, this is by far the best because they treat you with respect and really emphasize customer service. I felt no pressure to make a deal. This helped me make a good decision in getting the right car for my needs. The salesperson, Ken Seal, could teach a "customer service" class to all Honda employees as he made this buying decision go as smooth as possible. The sales manager, Bill, was also a big help in working out the details leading up to the sale. David in finance was very helpful in explaining everything to our satisfaction. Overall Vally Honda really impressed my wife and I and we will gladly travel the extra miles from our home in Harrisonburg when we know we will be dealing with people who treat you right.

Ken Seal and Bruce Myers are two of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. I had searched the Internet and found the vehicle I wanted. I called Ken on Monday morning (after stopping by the dealership on Sunday) and told him that I lived approx. 2 hours away and was coming in after work. They had the vehicle cleaned, full of gas, and ready for a test drive.They had also prepared as much of the paperwork as they could without me being there for purchasing the vehicle. I was driving home in my new car within a few hours.My 8 year old son said he wants to buy his first car from there. December 16th, 2015I would like to say "Thank you" for the excellent service I received last week at Valley Honda Staunton Va. I had requested a state inspection, wheel alignment, oil change, tire rotation and a key made for my 2008 CRV. While my vehicle was being serviced, Casey Wright had the unfortunate job of calling me with bad news. My front rotors needed replacing and new brake pads installed. Needless to say I panicked when I heard how much all of it would cost. With property taxes, car insurance, and Christmas expenses all due in December, my bank account was running low. While trying to figure out what to do, Casey Wright did all he could to use my coupons and get the price down as low as possible. Today, my car is running great for my trips back and forth to the New River Valley. The mechanics and repairmen in the service department did an excellent job! Unfortunately, I dont have their names to recognize them. Please tell them Thank you for the peace of mind knowing my car is in tip-top shape for driving on the interstate. Lastly, I also want to say how much I appreciate Casey Wright and Justin Rowling taking the time out of their busy day to help me out. They had my car ready in several hours. I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a bigger vehicle that would help me get through the snow with winter approaching. I looked at the used inventory of CR-V's at Valley and didn't see anything that I was interested in so I went to Maryland to look at a vehicle that I found online. I also drove a new CR-V while I was there and fell in love with It but didn't want to buy something out of state. It was a long day and I didn't have a good experience at the dealerships I visited and I came back home feeling upset and uninterrested in continuing to look for a vehicle. I knew it was a long shot to even consider looking at new vehicles and financing, but I thought what the heck and I called Bill at Valley on my lunch break that Monday following my car shopping weekend. I explained my credit situation and asked if he could check financing for me on a new vehicle. He stated that he had all of my information from when I bought my Civic and also when I had service work done there. He told me he would look things over and call me by the end of the day. He texted me later that afternoon letting me know that it was highly likely that I could finance one with payments within my range. I couldn't believe it. There was no way that I would be able to get financed. To make a long story short, Valley Honda got me financed, within my price range for payments, and literally had all of the paperwork ready when I got there after work. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else, and I felt like I was in a dream!!! I have never owned a new car in my life and here I was getting ready to drive home in a brand new 2016 CR-V!! To say that I love Valley Honda is an understatement. Bill and Kevin were extremely helpful!! Igor took time to show me my new vehicle and all of the options and buttons and we went for a test drive. I was not even there when most of this all took place, yet I was able to leave work that day and have my brand new car waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready. Everyone at Valley Honda was exceptional!!! Great service, outstanding people, and customer service that is beyond any dealership around!!! Valley has my loyalty and I should have never started out by going to another dealership in another state! Thank you Kevin, Bill, and Igor for all of your help and for putting me in the car of my dreams!! You truly gave me freedom by having a loan in just my name and it wasn't just about buying a new car... It was about financial freedom from still owning a vehicle with my ex husband. I purchased a 2016 Accord this past Saturday. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Valley. Igor Kushnar came highly recommended as the "know everything guy" when it came to the Accord. They weren't wrong. He spent extra time helping me weigh out the pros and cons between the EX and the Sport as we stared at them side by side. Then it was on to Kevin to review the numbers. Kevin beat another local dealers price by quit a bit and, as always, was great to work with. David made signing off on paperwork a breeze and answered every question I had.Overall, the Valley dealerships work as a great team and make every customer feel important. While I was there I watched a salesman coordinate with Valley Nissan / Subaru to bring two vehicles over to the Honda lot so the customer could compare 3 different cars side by side. I don't know of any other dealerships that would be that accommodating. I highly recommend the Valley dealerships to anyone looking for a new or used car. And if you want an Accord find Igor :-)

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Valley Honda. I had started by doing an internet search on Honda Accords, and pretty quickly I was contacted by Bryan Sites. Even though at the time he contacted me we had already test driven the car at another dealership, he was very aggressive (in a good way) about keeping in touch with me and making sure I knew what kind of inventory they had on the lot, as well as the fact that they were willing to make me a very good deal on the car we wanted. He was willing and able to do negotiations with me over the phone; something that meant a lot to us since we have three kids and it was hard to get a sitter during the time we had set aside to negotiate. By the time we left to go to the dealership, we had already settled on a number, and they had the car ready when we got there. Bryan was very easy to get along with, and he was very truthful and respectful during the entire experience. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a new or used car.

We were lied to on every occasion possible. We bought a Lexus from them they led us to believe it was a one owner. Once the purchase was done after being pushed into the sale by my husband as well. I get a call on Mon. saying paper work was done wrong. I was promised since it had rust on it they would clay bar it. Dropped it off in the first day of the week went to pick it up on wednesday and they did not clean the inside or clay bar it. took the loner another two days on Friday went to pick it up they still did not clay bar it. I have to do that myself. Also was promised a full tank of gas well none was added. Although they did let me use a loaner while they had my vehicle. WOO HOO. Screwed in every way!!!! Don't deal with them also tell your friends and neighbors. Mc Donough however is pretty good to deal with in the past. Clement was pretty good to deal with Kevin is full of crap. We were told our credit was pulled once now getting sorry notices in the mail where we could not get the loan. We specifically asked them not to do that.

2 months ago Igor Kushnar put me into my dream car although it wasn't new I loved it! 2011 Infiniti, then 11/20/15 a guy ran a stop sign and I totaled my car ! 2 days in ICU a broken sternum fractured hand fractured nose! Then depressing news I was upside down $7,000 and no GAP insurance but with Igor and the Valley team and finance manager Kevin they put me in a 2015 Honda Civic straight from the Showroom floor! I've just had the pleasure of purchasing a new Accord from Valley Honda in Staunton, VA. For me, I was dreading the sales pressure, the negotiation process and the added pressure to buy extended warranties. I never cared for this business approach, and avoided dealerships by buying newer used cars from private sellers over the past 40 years. But this time I knew that the 2016 car's had so many more safety features that it was "dealership visitation time." At Valley Honda I was introduced to Bryan Sites who assisted me with my purchase. He was totally professional - had a great knowledge of Honda's products; joined me in a extended road test drive; assured me that his sale force could quickly locate a specific color car with certain options from another dealer for the price I felt was very fair. From the moment I signed up for a AAA discount, I was treated with consideration with no pressure. Any questions were answered by email promptly before I made a visit to the dealership. One dealership I had dealt with for service did not participate with AAA and were not inclined to deal. Another dealership ignored my request for information. We found this dealership via True Car and drove roughly two hours to get there. They have a wide selection of vehicles and had the exact model/color I was looking for. That being said, if they didn't have it in stock, they were more than willing to get me any vehicle I wanted. It seemed they didn't care to try to talk me or my husband into something they had on the lot. From the get go, Ray was great. We went in on a holiday weekend sale and were at the dealership for four hours before we were able to get everything taken care of. That being said, it wasn't really that bad. The dealership was extremely busy and Ray made sure that we were taken care of and sat with us the entire time while we were waiting on the paperwork, etc. Not only did they match the true car price, but they took even more of the car I ended up purchasing. My previous car had been in a wreck, and it was never even mentioned or used as leverage during the negotiation. I had a previous dealership hassle/harass me about the fact in had been in a wreck. It was absolutely annoying. That wasn't the case with Valley. It was a very straightforward process from the get go. I came onto the lot knowing exactly which car I wanted, and they got to work on trying to make the numbers work. I now live even farther away from Valley, and I have a local dealership that I could easily go to, but if my husband or I want to buy another Honda, we will gladly drive the four plus hours back to Valley to buy off of Ray. You can tell that this dealership is more about making money off selling a ton of cars versus selling a few at a high price.

When I went to Vally Honda,18 months ago, I was greeted by Ray Hatcher. I explained that I needed a new CRV ASAP. He had a demo car brought out - the exact vehicle I wanted. By the time I returned from my dental appointment (about 90 minutes), Ray had my new car and the paperwork ready for me. My wife and I visited 2 other dealerships prior to our stop at Valley Honda. The moment we arrived we were met by ray Hatcher who provided us some refreshment and proceeded to tell us about his cars. We decided after testing driving to purchase 2 CRV and we haven't regretted this decision. All of the employees we had contact with were exceeding friendly and helpful. The process with Valley Honda was as simple and easy as it comes. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable about the CRV I purchased, unlike some of the other dealers that we visited. Bill and Bruce were very personable and we all laughed and joked throughout the entire process. I was prepared to spend the entire day there after I made the decision to purchase the CRV but I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the finance process was. My wife and I went to the Staunton mall with no intention of buying. She just wanted to sit in a few cars to get an idea of what car she might want to buy in the near future. We were approached by a salesman and he was very easy going and friendly. He made us feel completely relaxed and under no pressure so after sitting in a few cars and test driving some we ended up buying. He explained all the ups and downs of buying now and after answering all are questions and feeling totally comfortable we were offered a deal which I had to improve on and they did. So here we are now with our new Honda Accord.

We went to Valley Honda shopping for a good used car with low mileage. To our surprise, we were offered a new Honda Accord close to our price range by Elliot Cobb. He was so friendly, patient, and helpful in understanding the special features on our new car. He even sat with us to set-up the electronic features on the Dash board to our preferences saving some hassles for us. We greatly appreciated this kindness and service. I hadnt bought a car since 2003, my beloved 2003 honda civic took me far!! I was very worried I wouldnt do well with all the technology thats come since then. I also was concerned I could not afford a new car; I had been looking at used Hondas. Ken told me strait that he could put me in a new civic for near what the certified used ones were going for. And he did.He sat in the car with me, explained and demonstraited each feature, helped me sink my cell phone with the car. I had many questions and he had answers. He made the buying process quick and easy and was there every step. He even picked me up from my home 40 miles away to make the purchase. Ken is a friendly and caring guy and I would feel totally comfortable contacting him with any questions. I did actually, about 3 days after my purchase. He got right back to me and answered my questions. I'd recommend Valley Honda to anyone looking for a fair price on a solid and reliable car.

I saw the car we eventually purchased on line . I called the dealership right at closing time and our salesman , Ken answered all my questions and took some additional photos and sent them to my email . I drove 172 miles the next day based on Kens desciption of the car . My wife and I were more then pleased when we arrived . Everything exceeded our expectations . Bryan Scites informed me of my car's arrival and a little over 2 hours later my wife and I were at his desk. He was extremely professional, informative and knowledgeable in all regards. I also asked to add a couple of last minute accessories which was no problem. The cost was significantly less then northern Virginia. Besides the price, the main reason I continue to return is lack of pressure to buy when you walk in the door. Bryan spent the last 20 -30 minutes thoroughly reviewing all of the features inside the car. We concluded our visit with a picture of the 3 of us. Bryan also escorted me to the adjacent dealership so I could visit an individual whom I first met there 10 years ago when it was Rule Honda. I would recommend Valley Honda because of the overall knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of everyone on their staff.

Ken had the car we were most interested in waiting for us when we arrived (2 hour drive), test drive, trade evaluation, negotiation, paperwork, and delivery all took about 3 hours! I was pleased with the way our salesman Elliott Cobb did not try and pressure us in any way. I am one of those people whom if you start pressuring me I will simply get back in my car and leave. He was very kind and knowledgeable and allow my husband and I private time to talk over different decisions about the purchase.My husband really liked the 2015 Honda Civic and so that is the one he tried out and was very impressed with and we ended up purchasing. Ken listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He had ready for our review when we got there, what he thought might be what we wanted. He went over the fine points of each one and answered any and all questions. He set up a test drive for us and when we made the decision, we were given the very best deal Valley had to offer. Bought a used BMW at a fair price. When test driving I had no issues and it felt great but when I left Saturday morning after signing the papers (with no warranty/as is) I realized when applying a fair amount of pressure on the breaks the car would pulsate pretty bad. I called about it and drove it another day or 2 and it didn't go away. Took it back in and they replaced the brakes and resurfaced the rotors for free, even without a warranty! Great customer service. Would deal with them again.

I found the dealership and car I wanted online and started an email conversation with Bryan. He was responsive and answered all my questions. When I went to look at the car, I realized that I had missed the fact that it had a manual transmission and I was looking for an automatic. Even though I made it clear that I was still shopping for other makes and models, the dealership swapped with another store to get the "right" car at their own risk. After driving it, I knew it was the car for me. The negotiating process was calm and not as dramatic as some others I've experienced. We settled on what I think was a fair deal for everyone. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

My trip to this dealership was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the time I drove away in my new Honda. First I would like to thank Bruce Myers for his dedication to providing the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Due to a recent family health issue, I needed to trade my small car in for something bigger that would accomidate myself, my wife and my mother in law who recently suffered a stroke. Bruce took the time to listen to what I was looking for and to help me find it. Bruce and his sales manger looked through their inventory and found a vehicle that will be reliable, safe and big enough for my family to be comfortable in. Bruce also took the time to help me find a local place where I could have a trailer hitch installed in a very shory amount of time as I need to bring back all of my mother in law's belongings in a few days. Bruce also helped me locate a place where I could rent a trailer close by. I will assuradly recommend Valley Honda to everyone I can due their customer service and attention to detail. Just purchased a Honda CR-V LX from Valley Honda. My agent was Jackie McRunnel and she was the perfect helper for all my questions and queries. As a previous Honda Civic DX purchaser from there back in 1997, and it being the same car I drove into the lot with yesterday, I knew I wanted another Honda.I came by the car lot a few weeks before and was looking to see what type of vehicle would suit me. As I got out to look at a CR-V, Jackie approached me and told me a few things about the vehicle. I came home and went to the Valley Honda online site and did a comparison on several models of cars to see what would suit me best. I had Jackie's card with me when my brother and I went to do test drives on cars yesterday. Jackie was there so she helped me out with several cars I was interested in trying. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all my questions. After trying out a Honda Fit and a Honda CR-V, I decided to go with the 2014 Honda CR-V LX. It had many of the extras that I was wanting like All Wheel Drive, Bluetooth, and more cargo room. Being a dinosaur, I was quite happy with what new technology it had on it, but it didn't have more than I'd ever use.Thank you again, Jackie, for all your help and patience.

I was searching for a TDI vehicle when I came across this TDI Beetle. I negotiated with Kim Cross via email. Kim is a very reasonable and easy guy to deal with. We agreed on a price. I then drove from Northern Virginia to Staunton, VA to see the car in person. It was perfect. We did the paper work and my deal was closed, and without any pressure that you typically get from the closer/finance guy. I can't say enough how easy this deal was. They took care of every little nuance that arose even after I had left the dealership. There was a second key that had to be made, touch-up paint, and the first owner still had the convertible top cover, as the car was traded just a few days earlier. They took care of all of these things. They even fixed the driver's side seatbelt that had been twisted when installed at the factory. All these little things made for a smooth sales process, which they made very enjoyable. You can rest easy knowing you got a good deal and will be taken care of at ValleyVW, or any of their other 3 dealerships for that matter! I contacted Jerry Robinson, on Wednesday morning telling him I was in the market for a car, as the transmission had blown in mine. It was his day off, but he came in to the dealership to meet my husband and I to look at cars. I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Valley Honda and worked with Ken Seal. I was offered a competitive price for the car. Ken and I were both very straightforward with one another and he listened and didn't try to sell me add ons that I didn't need nor did I want. Although I basically worked with Ken exclusively, other staff at the dealership were friendly and welcoming. Ken was extremely attentive to my questions and followed up, at every occasion, in a very timely manner. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with everything prior to and after the car purchase. I received a phone call from Ken the day after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I was happy and that everything was good with the car. He spent quite a bit of time with me while showing me how everything works in the car. We recently purchased a 2014 CR-V from Valley Honda and the experience was as painless as buying a new car can possibly be. A friend recommended Valley to me so I asked for an online quote and we were given a very competitive price but the difference between our experience at Valley and our experience with other dealers in he past was what happened once we went over ot visit face to face. When we arrived for our appointment our salesman, Bryan Sites, was ready and prepared. We test drove two different trim levels and when we decided he had all the numbers quickly and accurately done. There was no pressure to buy and when we decided to buy, there was no pressure to buy any options or add ons we didn't want. We walked out with the best vehicle for us, not the best vehicle for them to sale. I would definitely buy from Valley again.

I live over 80 miles from this dealership. I found it via internet. It had the lowest price for the vehicle I wanted to my location. I was contact via email from Brian and invited to come in for a test drive. We did and after doing so decided to test drive a different model (pilot vs. Cr-v) . We were treated with respect and paid as low a percentage price for the different model as we were offered for the original model. The only disappointment we experienced was with the amount we were originally offered for our trade in. After further negations I was satisfied. Overall I would say that we were completely satisfied with Valley Honda and the people we dealt with. They were there to sell a car and did so without making the buyers feel that they were being taken advantage of. Since I purchased a Honda and traded in one that had almost 200000 miles, when this Honda is ready to trade in and I am hopefully still around (68) I will contact Valley Honda for my next vehicle.

From the time I arrived until I picked up my car I was treated like the most important customer they had ever had. I wanted a car that was not in stock and they not only made sure I had a car to use until the car I wanted came in BUT they kept me in the loop, updating me daily on their efforts to get my car. They got one in that was not the color I had planned on but they emailed me just in case I wanted it. I was actually thrilled to get this color and snapped it right up. It's a great car and since picking it up they have emailed me and called to "just make sure I'm happy with my purchase" . Where else do you EVER get this level of customer service and respect these days. Chad, Isaac and Jon were awesome and took excellent care of me. They knew what I was looking for and got it for me. Most importantly to my budget, they beat the price I got in Charlottesville for the same car and the same downpayment by almost 60 dollars a month, which is a total of 1800 over the period of the lease. THANKS GUYS!!!! I would advise anyone looking for a great experience to check them out.

My husband and I went to Valley Honda where we purchased our last vehicle. Even though we were under a financial limit and had certain expectations, Mr. Seal worked patiently with us for two days to find the right vehicle for the right price. Even though the vehicle we decided on had a few minor problems, Mr. Seal worked with us to get a loaner while our new purchase was being repaired. At times, I was able contact Mr. Seal by phone, text and e-mail with questions/comments, and always got a quick response, even when it was his day off to where he was not in the office. This was truly the best car buying experience I ever have had. Seriously no pressure and hassle-free. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. In addition, the team work of the employees was amazing. I have never been to a car dealership where employees work together instead of competing with one another. Because Bruce had multiple customers (myself included) at the same time, Jerry jumped right in to help by showing me the car I was interested in and took me out on a test drive. It was amazing to see such team work! David worked really hard to get a price that I could afford for both GAP coverage and an extended warranty. All of the staff were super friendly and took an interest in my vehicle purchase--even other sales personnel who weren't even involved in the sale. This spring my husband and I were on our honeymoon traveling from the dc area to TN when we shredded a tire. The service department was so helpful. The tire we needed was aparently a starve size so they let me call around and ask other places if they had it but nobody seemed to be able to get us one for a few days. The manager there allowed us to take a tire off of one of the cars on the lot so that we could make the trip on schedual. They were so nice and helpful.

We went to Valley Honda on a whim after finding them on Truecar.com and after looking at Woodson Honda in Roanoke, VA. Once we arrived, we noticed the great selection of cars they offered. While it was a large dealership, the service was still great. The only complaint I would have is it did take a long time to get the numbers worked out, but that being said, it was a very busy holiday sale weekend so it was understandable to have to wait a while. I liked that the salesman didn't argue with us when it came to which car we wanted. He got right to work filling out what paperwork he could so that the process would go faster. Once the other gentleman got us our numbers, it didn't take long at all to fill out the rest of the paperwork and get our car. The only complaint I would have in this respect is that VA has front license plates while WV doesn't so holes got drilled into our front bumper when we're not going to need them, but that's only a minor complaint. I can fix that later if I want. As for the price of the car, I couldn't ask for better. Not only did the dealership honor the true car price, they took even more money off the car. We got a very nice V6 EX-L for the price of a 4 cylinder. I couldn't be happier with that. After having bad experiences at other dealerships, Honda and other brands, I was very happy with our experience at Valley. I would recommend them to other people, and if I plan on buying another Honda in the future, I would definitely consider driving back to Valley to buy another car.

Bruce made it so easy for us! Never was there any pressure. Bruce wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. Although when we arrived, we didn't know what we wanted. Bruce asked us some questions that made us think! Bruce did not act like a salesman, he showed real concern for what we needed. Isaac Aguilar is a great salesman. He enabled me to easily locate a car for my daughter in Virginia, even though I am in California. He was very reasonable in negotiations. He found the car I wanted and transferred it to his dealership. He prepared ahead for her visit on 2014-01-04 to pick up the car, at which she spent only twenty minutes. Found a beautiful 2011 red GMC Sierra on line with very low miles and made an internet request for a saleman to contact me. I had been looking for this truck for several weeks on line. Issac Agulera, the internet salesman, promptly called and we started a discussion on this truck. I went to the dealership, which is top of the line, to drive and check it out. It was even better looking in person than the pictures would indicate. I was treated very professional and found the dealership team to be friendly and very helpful. They were willing to negotiate on the price and made the negotiations (which I love to particpate in) a calm and not so pressured experience. I found this dealership to be very inconsistent with their service. They flip flopped on what they would give me for my trade and when I brought the issue to the owner's attention I got no response. The lack of response showed me they don't value service as much as they have let on. Also their service department has over charged me every time I take my car there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for sales or service based on my experiences.

It seemed like a simple problem, or so I thought, but I lost my keys yesterday and needed a replacement key cut. That is when I found out how difficult (and expensive) my error was to remedy. Although there are two Honda dealers nearer to my home, neither could do anything for me today. The best offer was an election-day appointment, during my normal working hours, fifty miles away. Then I thought to call Valley, and they could not have been nicer. Even though short staffed and very busy, they welcomed my question, recognized my sense of urgency, and worked me right in. It was still frightfully expensive, but not because of Valley; that is on Honda. I will be back when I need something else!

For a fatalist, this was one of those eant to bemoments. I had been looking for a used 2012 CR-V loaded up and at a reasonable price. I visited dealerships in Ohio and trolled auto-sale websites looking for that one car. On one of my numerous searches on cars.com I found this car which, according to the website, was at a dealership an easy 250 miles drive from my home. The car had just been posted and only one picture was available then. I started an online chat with the sales guy at Valley Honda (Chad Arnold). Chad is a professional; he was amazingly understanding and helpful, emailing me additional pictures of the car almost immediately. I started falling in love with the car. We quickly agreed on a price for the car without all the runaround you get at most dealerships. Then the surprise! When I went to map the drive, it turned out that cars.com had significantly underestimated the drive distance. The drive was beyond my comfortable to-and-from driving distance. I went back to Chad and he offered to cover half my airfare and pick me up from the airport. My wife thought it was a scam, that this was too good to be true. Chad picked me up at the airport, the car was better than even I expected and he even managed to get me a better interest rate than the one I had that I had and thought was really low. I would recommend Valley Honda and specifically Chad Arnold for a hassle-free online purchase. While at it, ask Chad for a stock tip ;-)

We drove 2 hours to this dealership. They crushed every deal at other Honda dealerships. Their service before, during and after the sale was fantastic. Ken Seal started and finished the deal. Chad Arnold was with us to test drive the cars and made it a ton of fun. My fiancee bought the Honda Accord Coupe and there is NO competition for the V6 version. Spent my whole Saturday at Valley Honda with mom but wouldn't have wanted it any other way! I was getting a new car but as we were speaking to one of the dealers, it dawned on my mom to get a great deal as mine! So she traded her car in as well to get a brand new civic! I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from Valley Honda at a great price. Compared to the other local Honda dealer in Harrisonburg Valley Honda is top notch and I would recommend anyone to go see these guys. They were friendly, willing to work with me and had a great selection of cars. I have had bad experiences with Harrisonburg Honda in sales and service and have had nothing but great dealings with Valley Honda.

Harvey Suga is a wonderful salesman. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make his customers happy. I have already sent 2 friends and one family member to see him for new car purchases. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a Honda in my area. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Harvey and I wouldn't even think of looking elsewhere. I had a great experience and would recommend Marco Maldonada and Valley Honda to all my friends and family.If you are currently in a car lease and are just curious to see you if can trade it in early, Marco can run numbers for you with 15-20 minutes and is not at all pushy. Marco went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was patient, understanding, professional and extremely knowledgable.

I drive 45min out of my way each time I need my car serviced to Valley Honda becuase the local dealership has extremely poor customer service and has yet to call me back from March. Valley Hondas staff is extremely friendly and understanding. They will fit your car in in a pinch and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

This dealership is 30 minutes out of my way, but their service is much better than the dealership in my town. The staff is polite and professional, and I know that if they say my car needs something, it really needs it. No reason to fear a padded bill. Furthermore, each service is done in a timely manner. I have even brought a friend there to look for cars. I knew the staff would be helpful & not pressure her, and that's exactly what happened.

This is a no pressure dealership! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, and really worked hard to put together a good financial package for me. The inventory held a good selection to choose from so I was able to purchase my car that day. Great trade-in deal, too! Customer service at this dealership is nothing less than outstanding.

Valley Honda is wonderful! They went out of their way to fix my sunroof that was leaking and I didn't even buy my car from them. They were just trying to help me out. They cared enough to fix it and Harrisonburg Honda where I bought the car and wish now that I hadn't, didn't even want to deal with it. If you are looking for great service and great people that will help you out, go to Valley Honda. They treat you right! I would recommend everyone I know to this dealership.
