I went into Value KIA with my old car barely running & not so great credit and they made it happen. My salesperson, Ms. Williams, was very polite, and knowledgeable about the cars. The finance guy, Alan Hill, made it his business to make sure I had a monthly payment that didn't overwhelm me. He even talked about The Avengers with my 8 year old while he worked.When things didn't look like they were going to work out, the sales manager, Ellis, came over and reassured me that they were working diligently to get me in a better car for my son and I. Since Ms. Williams was with another customer when I came back the next day, Shondera did a phenomenal job of helping to explain the fine print to me when it came time to sign my paperwork. Not to mention, I was pressed for time because my son had a show that afternoon. They not only got me out in time, but each of them congratulated and wished him well on his show.Thank you for being a very friendly yet professional staff by making an extremely stressful situation a smooth one.All in all, my customer service experience at Value KIA was nothing less then EXCELLENT.

I arrived with my granddaughter at Value Kia on Saturday, July 16, 2016. I had been through the new car buying experience twice before so I knew what to expect. Diane the sale associate assigned to me was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She worked with us to get us into the car we wanted for the terms we requested and it seemed that despite the fact that dealership was packed that day, everyone was working on our sale. I had my insurance documents sent to the dealership and every aspect of the transaction was handled by Diane who literally never left our side until the sale was complete and we were driving of the lot-all smiles! Overall, a great car buying experience-would recommend Value Kia to anyone looking to purchase a quality car at an affordable price!

Initially we were shown vehicles by a sales manager...and I do apologize for not remembering her name. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely patient with us. After deciding what we were looking for she showed us various colors of the 2016 Optima EX and we just could not make up our minds. She let us test drive 2 of the vehicles and my husband chose the burgundy. After talking it over he asked to see the silver colored vehicle. She assisted us with this and still very patient despite the fact that we have chose the burgundy. It was no problem to her at all!After coming inside the dealership, we were introduced to Asonta. She is certainly an asset to your company. She assisted us with wonderful customer service. She is a very professional and personable sales woman...not pushy at all. She made the entire experience better and comfortable for my husband who was extremely apprehensive about the new car experience. Because we were there for so long my husband had to leave to pick up his own vehicle, but to my surprise he came back. Because I had to wait so long for the paperwork to be done, the GM treated me to a pizza and soda. What a nice touch!!! I shared it with Asonta and a few others. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole experience.Asonta...as I mentioned earlier is a wonderful woman and she should be recognized for that. She even followed up with me this morning to make sure everything was going well with our new vehicle. Because of her winning personality I am sure she will move up in the ranks at Value Kia.Thanks for making our visit enjoyable and helping us to get the price within our budget.

Do NOT go to this dealership. They had the $4500 trade in promotion. I asked over the phone and while there, I even spoke with the "sales guy" about the promotion and they kept repeating, "we give you appraised value of your car + $4500 for the trade in". When time comes to talk numbers, they magically change the price of the car, which suppose to be the MSRP to their own dealership price; which is $5000 or more than the MSRP. I was told, to get the $4500 trade in money, I would have to pay the higher amount.No where on their website or the $4500 certificate that we supposed to print out, have this detail. Furthermore, I had asked them numerous times while I was there and I was misinformed and mislead every single time.Anthony Hill is a bad sales "manager". What a waste of time. I would never go there again.How can this business can get away with wasting people's valuable time and misleading them.This is bad business practice.

Complete and utter waste of time. Came in for the cash for clunkers "promotion" only to learn the prices on their inventory on their website are based on what the cost would be after the $4500 trade in and after a $3000 deposit. For example a 2014 Nissan Versa is listed at $14000 on the website but this is the price after the $4500 trade in and a $3000 deposit; meaning the actual price they are asking for is close to $21000. A brand new Nissan Versa sells for about $15-16500. It's really deceptive advertisement. They are basically offering "$4500" for a trade in to bring people in and then charging $6000-8000 above fair market value. Do not waste your time. When I spoke to the sales manager Angelo, I simply asked what a vehicle that was just purchased sold for and he replied in a very patronizing manner and said "I don't know the answer to that sir", which is hard to believe because he is the person who the sales team goes to for the prices they offer. Ridiculous, and very deceptive practices.

The lead salesman was trying to take my woman home while she sat next to me holding our kid. Also I did everything the bank asked spent 8 hours there to jump thrubalk the hoops the the salesman man to tell me NO on a car that finally fit requirements because HE wanted to see me in a car with payments of 350 dollars. Abosute waist of time to go to value Kia.

WOW!!!! so where do I begin?! I came in to value kia for the Cash for clunkers program. I have a clunker that I needed to get rid of and value kia really helped me out. I don't have the best credit and they treated me like a human. It was nice that they didn't treat me any different just because of my financial situation. The dealership was very busy when I went which made finding a salesman took a little longer but overall the experience I had was great. I ended up in a 2011 Kia soul and absolutely love it!!!The employees stayed positive and kind throughout the whole process they even went the extra step to call me after to see how I was enjoying my vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Without value kia I would still be in my unsafe clunker which is not where I would ever want to be!

So I went into Value kia yesterday after speaking with Tony (internet manger) and setting up and appointment to come in. Although the dealership was very busy Anthony Hill approached me to help. I had a clunker which was how I ended up at Value kia. My clunker was as bad as it gets Idk how it even made it to the airport auto mall. Anyways, We searched the lot and I actually felt like a human. What I mean by this is I got to choose the car I wanted!! even though my credit wasn't great and I didn't have much to put down they let me pick out different cars on the lot and made it fit my budget. I was shocked. Ive never been treated so great at a dealership. After I found the car I wanted 2012 sorento... Pete came over to work the deal with me. Everyone there was so friendly and nice!! Needless to say I left with my sorento and as a very happy customer! cash for clunkers is real and value kia is really the only dealership I will let my family and friends go to!

3 years ago my husband and I went to Kia of Westchester and bought and leased 2 Kia's. My lease ended this month so we figured we would go to Value Kia in So West being that it is closer to our home. We stopped in Sat.; all sale staff was friendly and helpful. Towards the end of our visit we spoke with Floor "Manager" Pete, who said we could just stop back in Monday night and quickly sign paperwork, as well as he would "take care" of my inspection since it was also due this month. He just asked if we called an hour before to give a heads up. So Monday comes, I call prior and was placed on hold forever. Finally got through and stated I was on my way at 4:45 PM, and he told me service dept. (for the inspection) was closing in five min. I told the "manager" that no it is open until 6 PM. So then he transfers me to service where it once again rang and rang until I actually arrived at the dealership and just hung up. I went in and service was not very happy that I was getting my car inspected so late; I told them this was approved by Pete, who was MIA. It was accepted; I then sat for 30 min waiting for someone to start the paperwork. I then went and approached Pete on my own asking if I can please start my paperwork. He had no idea who I was and what I was waiting for. He finally understood what I was there for and told me to give him 2 min. Time passed over and over and he finally got an agent to come sit with me. 2 hours in, with no start of paperwork, my inspection is finished and they tell me I owe 125.00, which is more than I have ever paid at any local garage. I stated that this was complimentary, being that it was still under lease, and that Pete had told me he would have it taken care of. I also presented the letter I had received from Kia. Pete came over and told me that I absolutely had to pay and that there was nothing he could do. He wouldnt even wave the $ 50 that was listed as labor. He just kept telling me that he was new, as if that was an excuse for a manager to have no knowledge of what he is doing. I told him I could not pay for this, and asked if he could remove stickers or whatever was necessary, and I would have this done elsewhere. He then went on to have the front desk hold my keys, and refuse to return them until I paid for this ridiculous bill, that was broken down for $ 50 for inspection, and another $50 for "labor. I told him I would actually like to take my business elsewhere all together, and he proceeded to tell me that this was his car now, he owned it, and I could not have it back. Meanwhile, my payment s are up to date, I still had yet to sign one piece of paper handing over any rights to this dealership, and I was there to purchase this vehicle for thousands! He then went on to argue with me over and over and would not allow me to leave. I told him I was not going to be paying anything, and so then he added on this amount to my car payment. I then began to wait so impatiently and angrily for this paperwork that never came. Finally at almost 8 PM, the few papers that took 5 min to sign came and I was finished. Pete avoided me for the rest of the time, and went around talking xxxx to other workers like the weasel that he was. He did not want to face me, and couldnt give a 2x customer, the respect and quality assurance that should be demanded at such a place. To be a salesman and have no idea how to handle a customer, is beyond me. I work in customer service, and know how it feels to be hassled, so I would NEVER enter someones workplace and try to cause conflict. The blatant disrespect, and pretty much straight lies that came out of this mans mouth though, I could not let this go. It was the worst experience I ever had in a business atmosphere. To treat someone, who came in to your business to spend money, like this, is the most unprofessional and unethical thing I have ever witnessed. Kia should be ashamed to have such an idiot, who falsifies promises to their customer, and then literally tries to hold them and their vehicle hostage, working for them. I will never in my life return there, and I will share this experience with many.

After a month and several follow up phone calls, I finally received my refund. I typed a long discertation last evening but when I got to the end , I lost my connection. Exceptionally poor customer service on 8-22-14 and very unprofessional. There should be documentation about this since I had to call so many times. Many times Alex or Aidan were supposed to call me back and did not and Anthony took down my information on 10-4 and when I called him on Monday, I was told he resigned. Aidan was supposed to call me one time and when I called they said he was off. Other times Alex couldn't come to the phone because he was in the middle of a deal. Joe was supposed to call me about my paint and I had to call a month later. I will never set foot in there again. The receptionists all act like they are too busy and seem annoyed when you call. Too much talk and very little action. Totally disenchanted with the way I was treated and ignored on 8-22-14 when I was there for an oil change.

When we got there, we browsed the lot for about 1/2 hour before someone said anything to us. when someone did acknowledge us, a sales lady, she was already working with a customer. So we went in and signed in awaiting a salesperson. The same sales lady approached us and said that no one else wanted to work. So i aksed her did she work on comission and she told me no, therefore it made sense why no one was in a rush to help us. Nice lady but didnt know anything about any of the cars and when we finally found a car we liked and asked her the price, she had to go in and ask. she came back out telling us "somewhere between mid twenties and low thirties". keeping in mind that the saleslady told us this paticular car had been sitting for a very long time and no one was ever really intersted in it because of the color. Anyway they didnt really make and effort to make a sale so we just left.

I saw several cars on the site I wanted to see. None were there in the dealership. They will not give you prices, and they let you test drive the vehicles unless you put your own insurance on the car. If you don't have a current vehicle, meaning you don't have insurance. They will have you purchase it through them, or test driving is not an option. The sales person I had had no personality, and knew absolutely NOTHING about the cars. Everything we asked him, he had to go and asked someone behind the desk. I was there 6hrs the first day! I was back and forth a total of 4 days until the deal was done. If the car wasn't such a good car, mileage etc. I would have walked soon as I got in the place. It was so very crowded with tables of people just sitting. The salesman admitted that they don't take cars down off the site so people will come in and just look for something else when that car isn't there. They also because there were a few scratches on the back of the car said "oh that's fine, we will take care of it" but I had a feeling they were shady so I put it in writing and said if they signed I would sign. The salesman tool it to the booth where the managers sit. It wasn't until then they actually came down to look at the car. He looked at the scratches and tried to then show me a different car! i did eventually get the car. Which I was going to say the heck with it. But I'd spent so much time in the process I just stuck with it.. I could go on all day about my experience. But I will some up with my niece purchased a vehicle from here also. She started the process, had a minor issue on her end to clear up. They told her she could leave a deposit on the vehicle and come back soon as it was resolved. She came back the next week, they had sold her car! Then said they had something that was the same as the other, just a different color. She asked was it the same price, was told yes. Got the paperwork, realized it was a few thousand dollars more. Shady place.

Well its Wednesday 6/18/14 and the car has not been fixed. Prior to that the service dept said that the parts was suppose to be in on 6/11/14. It is always a different date each time.The service dept never follows up with us to give us a status, we have to call each time. When we do call we always have to follow up with 2 more calls because they are too busy to speak to anyone.Please I am busy as well. i do not have the time to call Value Kia twice or three times a week just to find out information on my car that I am still paying for plus I am inconvenience by not having a car to drive around in. I did call their corporate office to file a complaint and the regional manager at the office is looking into my case. I will never purchase a kia brand not will I ever deal with VALUE KIA again this is ridiculous!

My husband and I went there this morning certain we were going to make a deal, because we saw this one car on their website we really liked the price, mileage and year...anyway, I called in first because I didn't want to drive one hour and a half to get there and the car isn't there, so I called and the receptionist said (this were her exact words " If the car is on our website we have it here." Fine! We went there and the moment we got there we were greeted by a very nice sales man and he started off by saying all this great things about the dealership that they don't price the cars there, what they do is they work with the costumer to find a price of the car THEY WANT that will fit their budget (I thought it was strange but okay), so I told him what we were there for and guess what??? They did not have the freaking car!!!!!! However, they had a similar car, but the price wasn't listed(apparently they only have prices listed for the brand new cars - that's what the sales man said "huh??") Anyway, we looked at this other car and we were kind of interested, I kept asking for the price and it seemed to be a big deal for him to tell me...just so confusing...then he took us inside and we waited for a whole hour!!! just for him to get us the price...(craaazy)...but before even he told us the price he wanted us to sign a terms and condition that we agreed to purchase the car if they offered a good price, but on this agreement i didn't see the IF part, plus it was hand written by the sales man right in front of us...who does that???? the weirdest part is that the dealership is huge and seems to be a trustworthy place to buy a car, however, I am not buying a car with them...just too confusing and strange! Hated it!

This was a crazy experience. I woke up early this morning to be able to get ready to go to Value Kia I heard over heard on the radio. The advertisement stated no CREDIT CHECK. When I pulled on the lot I was met by a attractive sales women who introduced herself. We walked around to see what cars they had after a hour and half I saw a car I liked and we went inside to make a deal. I waited for about another hour doing nothing just waiting. The sales women return with a financier business guy and stated that if I turned my car into the bank I was dealing with my trade in. WAIT A MINUTE WHAT?. He wanted me to turn my car into my bank so I could buy a car from them. MOMMY I SEE A SCAM OR SOMETHING. I ask the financier guy what ever he is what are you talking about and he said this was the easiest way for me to get a low payment. WHATTTTT. anyway don't waste your time.

Wow! Value Kia really isnt that bad. In fact my experience was the complete opposite. When arriving at Value Kia, the parking lot of their new facility was very busy but the Sales man greeted me right away. To my surprise he didnt hound me to run credit or push me to get into a car that he wanted me in. He actually cared about what I wanted. After test driving about 3 cars I made my decision on the 2014 soul. They worked me a great deal and the payments were very affordable. I cant thank Value Kia enough! I never post on these things but when I saw all the negative comments it really poorly reflects the attention and service I was given.

If you have time to waste why NOT go to.the Value Kia on Essington Avenue. It was the worst experience of my life. I would not recommend a bum on the street to.deal with this dealership.Just an F.Y.I do your research on cash for clunkers and know that u dont have to put money down they will.throw in.the managers discount. Sounds so good right until you and the half of the city of Philadelphia is there. The customer service is.horrible I.waited 9hrs and walked out with nothing. I really believe it depends on the person who can help you. Its a 50/50 its like waiting on Government Assistance and Dont believe thoose great deals frauds.....scamers...buyer beware they are overselling the vehicles dont follow Kelly Blue Book and prices are not.posted..Know what you want and how much the vehicle is worth with milage and.make.sure you have updated stickers and read.fine print on everything u sign

Came in, tried to make a cash 4 clunker & they told me I had to put $2000 , plus pay a note of $519 monthly or I wouldn't be qualified, since I wasn't at my job for more than 2 years. That's ridiculous. They never said that is false advertisement. Not to mention, I wanted to lease a 2010 Nissan Maxima, there's no way the note should be that high. It's shouldn't matter how long I've been employed, that's wrong.

INTERESTING BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!CONS:Went on a Saturday (silly me). The dealership was a zoo! There were people everywhere, which means the salespeople gave terrible customer service since they were being stretched thin. Went in Sept 2012 to buy a NEW 2013 Optima and they were SOLD OUT! Settled on a 2009 Nissan Altima. Made a deal...financed MSRP of $16,000, plus gave a $1,000 cash deposit and a trade worth $2,500. Definitely not a fair deal! Got an oil change and the mechanic informed me that the vehicle had no inspection stickers! How do you sell a car without a proper inspection? PROS:I have HORRIBLE credit and they were able to get me in the car...period! They also reimbursed me for the cost of inspection.CONCLUSION:Paid way above market price but I'm driving!

I went here for Cash for Clunkers- what a rip off. Because I wasn't willing to purchase a certain car they pretty much ignored me and did not show me any cars. This is the worst experience I ever had at a car dealer. The Cash for Clunkers is a SCAM. The build up the price of the car they are selling you and then act like they are taking it off. The first time I got there they sold me a 2011 Hyundia with alot of miles for too much. They would not run a Carfax. When I went home I ran a car fax and it came back that it used to be a rental car and it was in an accident with front end damage. I called my lawyer he said to take it back and regardless of what they had me sign they either had to squash the deal and give me back my car or resolve it with another car. I must have test drove 3 other cars and they ran the carfax only to find out they all were in accidents and one even had frame damage. They finally put me in a 2012 Optima Kia with normal miles and the carfax finally cane back clean. But they were going to let me drive off the lot with no emission or inspection stickers. When they took it back to service it was late so I never got the auto detail and they fought me on a full tank of gas. When I finally got home that night I noticed that a rear head rest was missing, IT WAS THERE WHEN I TOOK THE TEST DRIVE. Now no one is returning my call. DO NOT GO THERE! FOR ONE HEAD REST IT COST $245.00. I WANT THE HEADREST....

I visited this dealership recently. Kaylor was my salesperson. Her height intimidated me a little because in only 4'9. She had to be atleast 6' but as soon as she opened her mouth I was instantly comfortable. She was very thorough. Also she had to be the sweetest girl I have ever met. She really took care of me & focused on customizing my KIA optima for me. She also hustled & got me a great deal. I give her a A+ .

I have never experienced such disregard for a potential customers privacy. They employees of Value KIA are liars and creeps who do very shady business. They want WAY TOO MUCH personal information before they will even give you a price! Avoid at all cost, they will lie straight to your face and charge a lot more then other local dealerships.

My wife and I hear about the deal valure Kia were offering and on our way to a wedding on June 16,2012 decided to stop in and take a look at their inventory. When we pull up in the parking lot their were several sales person standing at the door waiting and assistant customers. one sales person came off the step and came to our vehicle she interdue herself and ask us how can she help us. Her name is Julie Thompson. Cash for Clucker is the biggest rip off that this dealership came up with. They raise the prices on the vehicles by $5000 TO $7000 to be able to make you think that you are really getting money for your trade in, in which you are not. Staff there is a bunch of kids that need to come dressed more presentable, but hey this tells you about how this place operates.Managers, there have full control of the pricing and sales people have no clue on pricing and will play the run around game until you work on the paperwork. I ended up leaving and going to a dealership that didn't have any tricks and got a brand new car with more money back for my trade in.

Me my dad and mom decide to go into value kia for a new car for my mom. I was there to look the car over, my dad was there to pay for the vehicle and my mom was there to pick out the vehicle being it was for her. So we first get there and find a couple cars we like but they would not give us any prices. Just kept asking us to come inside and run some numbers. We insisted on some prices so we could have a better idea on the car we liked and if we could even afford it. After about and hour goes by of us walking around the lot picking cars out and the sales man running in and out with different reasons why they can't give us prices. I finally pulled all the car prices up on my phone. So of course the one car me my mom and dad all agree on, has no listed price. So I got the sales man to give us a ball park price of 10K. And we all agree that is a fair price, so we go inside and he rights it up and has everything down for 10K, we tell him we want to trade in a car for cash for clunkers and pay the rest off in cash. So we right everything up and he goes away for about 20 min comes back and tells us the car is now 15K before tax and tags. Well my pops had enough. He gets so angry he walks up to the finance manger and tries to find out why all the prices jumped up 5K. The man says. We never said 10K. And me and my dad turn to the sales man and he starts denying the fact he ever said we would be able to buy it for 10K. And Matt the finance Matt is also denying it. And the crack up of it all. Is we sat 10 feet from the finance man and watched him right all the numbers down and hand it to the sales man. So as we are all almost yelling including the Value Kia staff the sales man then starts denying the fact he gave us any price all. And still could not come up with were a extra 5K came from. And as you can tell from my story alls they did was said they were going to give us 4.5K for cash for clunkers and decided to add 5K to the price we would of had to pay

I was thinking about buying a new car and wanted to take a look at a Kia Soul. While near the Philadelphia airport I saw Value Kia and decided to stop in and ask to see a Soul. I was greeted by David Rush who asked if I was thinking of buying a car. I told him yes and that I had a car to trade in. He asked what I wanted for it and I gave him a figure. He then asked me if he could get my figure, would I be willing to buy that day. I told him if I could get a great price on a Soul I would strongly consider it. I pointed out to him I had appointments schedule with two dealers on Saturday and already had prices from them, so he'd need to come up with an outstanding deal if he wanted to sell me a car that day because I would rather talk to a few dealers and see what kinds of deals I could get. I tested both base and exclaim models, decided I preferred the exclaim and asked what the price was for the model I drove. He told me about $19,500. We spent the next three hours negotiating with Rush constantly trying to get me to agree to a monthly payment. Each time we'd discuss things and then he'd leave for a long while, come back and ask me to pay more per month or consider a longer payment stretch to bring down the monthly payment even though I kept telling him I wanted to see the actual numbers of the deal. Finally it seemed we'd reached an agreement and shook on a deal. He then spent the next hour putting together the paperwork.When he finally brought the papers over for me to sign, I examined them and was shocked to find that the $19,500 car suddenly cost more than $26,600 before taxes, tags and license. Shocked, I asked how the car ended up costing so much. Rush said there were a lot of options that made the car more expensive. I then asked where the cost breakdown was of all the options that drove the price up. He went out and got the sticker from the car and I looked it over. There was nothing there to indicate a price higher than $19,500. Getting upset, I told him I couldn't see why the car should cost so much. Over on the right side of the contract I noticed there was a $900 fee for an upgrade package (which made sense) and a $6500 (roughly) charge that wasn't really explained. Finally, he admitted that I wasn't getting as much for my trade-in as we'd discussed earlier and that the extra fee was being added to the deal to make up for the shortfall. When I expressed my anger at this his response was, "but I got you the monthly payment you wanted!" In short, he said he'd try to get me a certain figure for my trade in. When he found out he couldn't, rather than tell me that, he tried to play with numbers and contract length to get me to pay an extra $6500 on a $20,000 car. People thinking about buying from this dealer need to be very careful. If this is a normal business practice here you'd be better off going somewhere else. It's their right to value my trade however they see appropriate, but to try and mislead me into spending a great deal more by extending the length of the loan without telling me they were offering me significantly less is certainly unethical and should be illegal. I'll never visit this dealer again.

It is just a wasting of time. You really don't want to go there. All its used cars have problemes for sure. They don't give the carfax, they want you to pay for that. Very nasty sale persones. They don't respect their customers enough.. even if you make a appointment to see the car you want, they sell it without let you know even if you come from 100 miles.. DON'T EVEN THINK TO DEAL WITH THEM

A couple of weeks ago I was shopping around for the new Ford Taurus. A buddy of mine told me that I should check out the Kia Optima before making a decision. I took his advise a went to Value Kia. When I got there I was greeted right away and treated like a VIP. After discussing my thoughts with the Salesman (Dave Rush) he took me through the showroom and had me sit in the Optima. I was really amazed at how roommy it was and how knowledgeable the salesman was. Kia has really stepped up it's game. Once I drove the Optima my decision was made. The staff at Value Kia and there vehicles speak for themselves. I was more than happy and received more than I expected. Thanks Value Kia!

I found a car I was interested in. I called the dealership at 5:00 on a Thur afternoon to inquire if the car was still on the lot. I was told yes. I asked if this was just a gimmick to get me there and the car wasn't really for sale. I was assured that wasn't the case. I told the salesman I would be there the very next day between 5-6 pm and that I was driving 50 miles to see this. I arrived a little after 5:00 pm and was told the car was gone...basically there was nothing they could do for me and did I want to look at a more expensive car same model. The salesman could've cared less how inconvienced I was and I left.

All vehicles advertised on line have a $2995 down payment attached, plus other costs. They shouldn't be allowed to use Cars.com. You have to go to their actual website to see the added costs. They should at least add them into their price before advertising a sale price

I have never had such a bad customer experience with a dealership. I took my 2005 Sedona in for a leaky sunroof. They proceeded to tell me that it needed a part which was not in-stock and the repair would take the entire day and I could pick it up that evening as their service department closes promptly at 5:00. I proceeded to pick up my van up that evening only to have water pour into the interior as i pulled out of the parking space.The sales manager was useless and would not even offer to place the vehicle inside or provide a loaner for that weekend as that's not their policy.When I returned teh next day to speak to the service manager, he gave me the same story and could could not offer to have it fixed that day (Daturday) as the only technician working on Saturday is an Oil & Lube tech.I returned the van on Monday and was assurred that it would be taken care of and that the entire inside would be cleaned since it was already beginning to smell musty. I picked the vehicle up on Monday evening and the Service Manager told me that the drain hose was clogged and that it was fully cleaned and shampooed free of charge which was nice. There was no explanation of what part they had to get.Unfortunately, the next time it rained, I got water again. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership.

After calling dealer to see if they had listed 2009 Corolla in lot, drove down to dealer, even after reading all these poor reviews. They not only lied to me, the car wasn't even available, the salesman couldn't even distinguish between a yaris and corolla ( which he told me he had many of in lot, and had NONE of). hahah. they have a backwards process of trying to put you in a car, that you don't know ANYTHING about, and they won't give you any information ( price, carfax, general INFO, etc) until AFTER you test drive. we were lied to on the phone and also to our faces. unbelievable. we just left the dealership within 10 minutes of being there. DONT BUY ANY TYPE OF CAR FROM THEM. unstrustworthy, and deceiving. AWEFUL.

Went in there on a monday night , picked a sorento , discussed terms , price and monthly payment on a lease. They checked my credit and were going to give me the keys to take it home, but i had requested another color possibly. They told me that they would be able to get it and would call me by 6 pm the very next day. I was assuming i was going back to pick it up the next day. I didnt hear from them until i finally called on thursday (3 full days later).The salesman whose name was Angelo then proceeded to tell me there was a problem and that i would need a Co-Signer which was fine by me. I called back within 3 minutes with my co-signer's info. At this time he was with another customer and i was told he would get right back to me which was fine. $ hours went by and NO call. So i proceeded to drive there myself with the intention of bringing home my new car. When i got there i took a stroll through their lot as 2 salesmen sat outside on their cell phones "texting" and not one person even said "could i help you" as i was about to go in i noticed, from his nametag, Angelo who i had never recieved a call back from. I asked him if he was ever going to call me and he told me that there was NO WAY he could possibly sell me a car based on my credit. This after being APPROVED by Toyota, Nissan , Chevy, Hyundai, Gmc and Honda, i had finally settled on the Sorento. He also hadf said that the car that i wanted was sold and there werent any more on the lot. I would have left a deposit on it had i known that. The very next day 2 other Kia dealers called me and i went to one and it was a totally different experience.They took great care of me and i finally purchased my Sorento. I am 42 yrs old and since i was 24 i had leased a new car every 3 yrs and this was the most unprofessional person or dealer i had ever dealt with in my entire life totally classless and ridiculous. Before this i had never heard of someone saying that they COULDN'T do anything for me.

There inventory is not correct they say they have no fortes on hand when you call but it's listed and listed same stuff for over 2 months and why would you buy a car 2010 forte with over 35000 miles for under 13000 dollars when you can get a car 2010 forte with over 3000 miles for under 13000 dollars it is on there site I would buy the low mileage car I wanna get a car for my parents so I called and they were not to friendly all the kiss are gone. If you wanna run a good dealership keep it maintained and clear off cars that are sold
