Found the car posted on multiple sites. Exactly as advertised. The staff was helpful and friendly. I made the trip from Cadillac MI, to Sheboygan WI, using the ferry across lake Michigan. The staff met me at the ferry landing with the car and drove me to the dealership to take care of the paperwork. Very impressed with the service going above and beyond. I would definitely buy from these folks again.

Unbelievably nice people. I was at this dealership from out of town and they helped me with an issue with my new car. Ron, in the garage, and one of the salespeople (I unfortunately forgot his name), we’re incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership and their service. Worked with Nathan over there. I sent a list of the cars I was interested in. He had the keys ready to go when I arrived. He even had a couple other suggestions to try. Service was straightforward and simple. About all I could ask. Good experience overall.

I followed Dale Hansen to Van Horn from another dealership. I have always been very satisfied with his knowledge of his product line, his honesty, and his integrity. A priority for him is making sure his clients are 100% satisfied. Over the years, Dale has become not only my favorite salesperson to deal with, he has become a trusted and loyal friend. Ron, Andrew, Jarrod in service were the absolute best! Always going above and beyond for their customers!! Receptionist Jamie also going above and beyond to help the customers get what they need when calling the dealership! Can’t say enough about the service I receive when coming in. Wonderful job guys! I 1million percent recommend anyone coming to see these guys with your service needs!
