I recently retired and I was out looking at pickups to tow a travel trailer and the F150 was one I wanted to test drive based on the positive reviews and ratings. I went to Vancouver Ford and Chris Jenkins was the sales person I met. I was on a "look and learn" mission but Chris was able to quickly ascertain my needs and I drove a terrific truck that was just the right fit. Chris is laid back but really knows the product well and showed all the features and options that made this the right choice.

We were undecided about buying an Ford F150 because we were not sure if it would pull our horse trailer. Our salesperson, Chris Jenkins, arranged for us to hook up our horse trailer and do a test drive. It went so sell we bought the truck!

My husband and I had just bought a new travel trailer and we needed a vehicle to tow it. We came to Vancouver Ford because my father had bought all of his vehicles there for many years. I felt we could start there first. We were met by salesman Chris Jenkins and from the minute we told him what we were looking for he went up and beyond to try and fill our needs. He was a very kind and listened to some of our wants and directed us to the options at hand. We went on a test drive and found the truck to be an excellent choice. I think the quality of the truck and the great service from Chris made our minds up for us to buy from your dealership. We are extremely pleased with our truck and it tows the trailer wonderfully!

Vancouver has a great selection of cars, and great people to work with. On my first visit I was shown a few cars by Justus. He was very helpful. Then I did email exchanges with Misti and worked out a price on a car that I was interested in. Then I talked to Tony. Again, very helpful. But saving the best for last, we get to Aubrey Short. She was extremely helpful, either had or found answers to all of my questions, and was just wonderful to work with. A great young lady, and a good representative of Vancouver Ford. She's the reason I bought the car.

My father and I had been looking for a car for me since my boyfriend had passed away. I went to Vancouver Ford and that's when all my prayers were answered! Justin Grass greeted me with a smile, and simply asked me how I was doing. It felt genuine from him. I was looking for an inexpensive car, and Justin found the perfect one for me! Went in to look at an F 150 for my business, thought I knew what I wanted but got to talking to the salesman Arin Maccone ( I'm sure I butchered it) got a lot of info after telling him what I wanted and figured out I need a bit more towing capacity. I decided I need an F 250 diesel, so that is what I am going with. It is nice to have a salesman truly listen to your needs and figure out what's best for the customer! Thank you

I went to Vancouver Ford to look at some used cars. I was very worried about the whole car salesman problems that you can run into at most dealerships. When I got to the lot and started looking at some cars I was greeted by Arin. He was extremely nice and was not pushy at all. He just asked what I was looking for and said he would take a look and see if they had anything on the lot that would match. He found me shortly after that and showed me what they had. Even though I decided not to buy right then I know when I am ready to I will go right back there and ask for Arin. He will have my business whenever I am looking for a car or know someone that is.

Disregard anything negative you may have read; you'll never find a car dealer - of any brand - that offers more personalized customer service, then follows it with superior finance, repair and continuing communications. Steve Barko,, my sales guy, is wonderful to work with; he really listens, and takes your needs seriously. You can feel confident that your needs are met, and then some. The whole team is knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy - I felt right at home, which is saying a ton, given my past experiences at car dealerships. If you need a car, definitely go see Vancouver Ford. (By the way, I bought a used car, not even a Ford, and they still treated me like I was the most important customer they ever had!)

I had the most effortless-streamline car deal happen yesterday. Chris Jenkins at Vancouver Ford was very professional and very patient with me. (I had a million questions) The courtesy and professionalism didn't just stop at the drive-off from purchasing the car. It continued into the next day when i went back to buy some all-weather floor mats... They gave me a deal on those too! NO haggling with the prices. No fussing over the numbers... Fast and efficient paperwork process. I'll definitely come back to Vancouver Ford... (or wherever Chris Jenkins is in the future...)

I came in with my other half as he was "just looking" for a truck. We were greeted by Miguel Rojo who was a real gem. No pressure but very informative. He was easy to chat with and ask questions to. There was a problem with the weather stripping being torn on the truck we were looking at. It was absolutely no problem to have the dealer repair it for purchase. We just asked! Miguel even stayed a little later so he could ride home with us to pick up our trade in. Wow talk about no trouble service! I enjoyed chatting with Miguel about travel and his experiences while we waited on paperwork. We drove away with a truck that night.

So I was shopping for a SUV and saw one on the website so I stopped in. I was waiting to be pounced on but this was not the case. MR Miguel Rojo came up to me and asked how he could help me today. Well I told him I saw this Ford Explorer online and he had me take it for a drive not asking how I was going to finance it or do I have a trade. Instead he talked about what I wanted and explained the car and small chat. When we got back to the dealership I was waiting for that sheet of paper that they bring out and map out payment, down, and trade. Not the case simple had me fill out the app as he went back to see what kind of finance they could get me. I told the finance what I wanted my payments to be and to my surprise it was good. Miguel was very nice and a sure me that they would get me a great deal. I bought my Ford Explorer late evening so when I got I went to bed. The next day after work I forgot to test the four wheel drive. Well it did not work. I was thinking we'll this is not gonna be fun going back to see if they would take care of it. I showed up and Miguel said just take it into the shop and they will take care it. To my surprise they did. There was no discussion on who would pay for it. Miguel got a PO number and said they will take care of it. I did not even have to wait a week the next they got me in and found the problem and the day after that came in to install the part and said you are good to go. I was so amazed that a dealership just took care of it. I have bought cars before where you go home and something goes wrong. I will buy my next car at vancouver ford. Miguel took care of me and made sure that I was happy with car Ford Explore. I would recommend Vancouver Ford to anyone who wants great customer service and trust that they will take car of you and not leave you high and dry. This is a honest dealership. So see Miguel Rojo for the best buying experience and know you will be taken care of.

I brought in a 2011 chevy silverado an traded for a 2014 Taurus limited, Matthew Tonsand was my car sales man, an he was great, no pressure buying, they worked a even better deal an gave me above KBB for my truck, also they had their car on the internet for 22999, an they brought it down to 19999 way below the KBB value of the cars worth, The whole team down there were exceptional top to bottom, matt was funny an nice to talk to, very pleasent, Steve the finance guy was great an informative an straight forward, He made sure the deal was done an approved, no more can you come back an redo paper work, everything was great, In fact I have bought over 110 vehicles in my life an this was the most enjoyable service an friendly an staright forward dealership by far i have ever worked with.

Great experience at Vancouver Ford!! With the amazing help of the staff they let me test drive many car's till I found the right one for me. The entire process was very easy and quick. The staff went above and beyond what was required to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new purchase. I initially went in to purchase a mustang and with unforeseen issues on my credit report I was unable to get one but they didn't want that to stand in the way of me getting a car I would love, so after many test drives I found a car that fit me great ( 2014 Focus ST ). If you are looking for one of these cars you definitely need to talk to the staff at Vancouver Ford!

Excellent service the minute I drove up onto the lot! The sales guy Roger was outstanding, no pressure, sold me the exact car I wanted from the vancouver ford website I researched the night before, Brian who worked the deal took the time to gather all the info and went to bat for us, just to let you know we showed up less than an hour before closing and drove off the lot in our new mustang! Thanks to Jason as well getting the deal worked out! I can't say enough about the Vancouver ford team! It's my 7th ford and 3rd car from this dealership.

Went to Vancouver Ford to check out the F-150s. Arin was the salesman who showed me around. I didn't feel any pressure sell; showed me what's available based on what configuration and options I wanted. Test drove two F-150s and came home with one that night. When I dropped off the F-150 one morning to have the bed liner spray painted on, Arin drove me to work in Portland and picked me up in the afternoon so I can pick up the truck at the dealer. Talking about outstanding customer service. I'd surely recommend Vancouver Ford to my friends. So far, my experience with Vancouver Ford has been excellent; hopefully, it will continue to be that way.

Went in to look at a New car and worked with Aubrey the sales person who was very delightful to work with. However, when it came time to sit down and look at numbers she brought in Brian from their Finance who reminded me why there is the term "Used Car salesman". He immediately started to talk to me like I was a 13 year old boy and gave off the impression that his dealership didn't need my money. He began making comments about mine and past customers credit after I stated that I don't just run my credit with out knowing the facts. I would never recommend anyone going there unless you like to be treated like garbage.

Our experience at Vancouver Ford was the BEST of any of our other car buying experience. We came in the lot dreading the process and Roger Ranne(our sales associate) was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he treated us with respect and had integrity which made the entire experience one that we will remember forever! My 2005 Escape decided it wanted to give me problems, after working with the service dept I decided to I didn't want to keep putting money into fixing it so I traded in for a 2015 Escape. Tim and the guys in the service dept were great to work with and took me right over the sales floor and introduced me to Tony in Finance who intoduced me to Arin Macchione in Sales. I told him I wanted to stick with the Escapes but didn't want all the extra bells and whistles, we went right past the Titanium's to the SE's and we even found my favorite color Red. They made everything seemless, I will continure to work with them and recommend them.

My experience at Vancouver Ford was excellent. My sales person, Emily Gribben, was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Escape I was test driving. She was able to provide a comprehensive comparison of the Ford Escape with other small SUV's. Emily walked me through the financing etc and made it a very easy process. Emily made sure I knew how all the features in my car worked and told me to call or drop by if I had questions after I left the dealership.

I'm torn on this review... the customer service was pretty good, but the process went horribly awry.I wasn't even considering Ford as an option, but was browsing local dealers and saw a 2015 Fusion on sale for $17715. WOW - I had to see this car! I drove to the dealership and asked for a test drive. Aubrey was my sales person. She was funny, nice, knowledgeable, and NORMAL. We had a great drive, but it was day one of my search, so I had to go home and think. I text her that night with questions, and she got back to me right away. The following morning, my intention was to go sign papers on that car. The stupid move on their part was trying to upsell me into a car $15000 above my budget. Of course I fell in love, and wasn't able to commit to the lesser model anymore. They gave a little push to talk numbers, so I was curious. Unfortunately, the posted internet price was all the sudden a 'glitch' in the system, but they were going to honor it with conditions. The sale went sour. They offered me a laughable amount on my trade to offset their loss, and they were strongly pressuring me into Ford Financing at more than double the interest of my bank loan. In the end, I walked away upset, confused, and without a car.The other frustrating part was they had a limited amount of Fusions, and were resistant to dealer trades to find me what I wanted.The following day, I received phone calls from what I'm assuming are higher ups at Vancouver Ford apologizing for the poor experience. They fixed their 'glitch'. I ended up purchasing a better Ford Fusion at another dealership with absolutely ZERO hassle. They even did a dealer trade for me. Vancouver Ford lost my business and any recommendations because of this experience.

My husband and I went to look at a vehicle we had seen advertised on the internet and I ended up test driving and purchasing a 2009 Honda Fit. With some minor financial misunderstandings we took the car back to Vancouver Ford. Steve Backo was our salesman and was very awesome throughout the entire process. When we came back he was concerned that we were going to park the car and walk off be we surprised him by asking to see a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We ended up with a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. The process was quick and easy and I love my new car. Vancouver Ford is wonderful place to purchase a car. Went in once, had a good experience. Salesperson never called me back or followed up with me since I wasn't ready to sign on the dotted line right then and there. No worries, wasn't in a huge hurry anyway. Went back in a month later and finally got what I was looking for. I was a little upset that a couple of prices I was quoted ended up being more than originally stated. All in all, ended up being a good experience.

I had wanted to purchase a new vehicle for a long time and stopped by one day and ended up getting a 2014 f-150, which I thought would be a great truck for me. Within the first tank of gas, the truck started having vibration issues so I took it in for service and they balanced the wheels and tires and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Well that didn't do anything and it has consistently gotten worse. I have contacted service multiple times and they were "looking into it" Its been almost two months now and they've done nothing and don't seem to want to. I have a brand new F-150 parked in my driveway because it vibrates so bad the visors shake and you constantly feel it. Because I'm a woman, they tried to tell me that's how trucks drive. It didn't drive like that when I test drove it or I would have laughed! It should be covered under warranty. How would you feel if you spent that kind of money on something that broke within a few hundred miles and the dealership just blows you off? Vancouver Ford should go out of business if that's how they treat their customers. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I can not believe this is how they are allowed to treat people. They need to fix it right or take it back.

He told us to stay there and he would bring a car to us to test drive. He went looking in the pouring rain and found exactly what I had in mind. We test drove the car and I purchased it.

This was my first car buying experience. I originally set out just to look and showed up at the dealership when they were closing up. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and honest. I found the car I had been thinking of getting and even though they were closing up Jacob gave me the keys to test drive it and we ended up working a deal that night! If it was not for Jacob I never would have purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend going to Jacob at Vancouver ford. You could not find a more honest and hard working salesman than him.

Initially contacted Tony who turned us over to Roger. Roger was very knowledgable about the products we looked at and allowed us the space we needed to think about and discuss our decisions alone. It provided a level of comfort, that they understood we needed to calculate options and various other factors. We had a situation that required we leave the dealership. Most times a dealership would not want you to leave (perceived as a lost sale), but in this situation, they were extremely gracious and kept all our information for the next day when we came back and completed the sale. Ken Gordon worked as hard as he could to find us a financial institution to get us the best rate. He did a magnificent job. My wife and I were very satisfied with Vancouver Ford and their personnel. We certainly recommend them to our family and friends.

There is a movement in the car sales arena where dealers are moving away from the slime-ball scheming, psychological game playing, manipulative stereotype. They are trying to repair the image a lot of people still think of when you mention the words "car dealer". Vancouver Ford missed the boat. They are still playing the same old games. Tearing people down on the value of their trade in and making you think you're crazy for thinking the payment on the new car should be lower. We just bought a $32,000.00 car for my wife from another dealer, and honestly, we did negotiate the payment a little bit, but the dealer was in the ball park and we ended up with an affordable monthly payment of $430.00. But when we went to buy a $31,000.00 vehicle from Vancouver Ford, they not only cut our trade-in value from what Kelly blue book and blackbook.com had told us to expect in half, but they told us our payment would be around $750.00 - $800.00 a month! Almost double what we already knew we should be paying on a loan of that size. I'm sure I could have stuck around longer and fought tooth and nail for more money on my trade and a lower monthly payment, but who needs that hassle? These guys are sharks and they feed on honest people who have the misfortune of finding their way into unfriendly waters, (Vancouver Ford).

What A Horrible Experience with This store, I have purchased many vehicles and this by far was my worst experience, Not only was the sales process "forced" and "Pushed" we also purchased the Full coverage warranty What a Joke, The Salesperson explained that the warranty would be a full 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, We have had recurring problems with this vehicle (Same problem repeating) When we initially brought it in for what sounded like a leak dripping on the motor (We heard a hissing sound every time we turned the vehicle off it sounded like a drop would hit then another then another, we were told that there is nothing wrong. We brought it back again a few months later and were told that there s a coolant leak, Each time we are given the run around and told that it is not covered, They supposedly "fixed the problem and within months same problem again we were told that there is no problem. We have continued to "fight"with their service department. Anything we have brought the vehicle in for we have been told "Not Covered" "Not Covered" "Not Covered". Their "bumper to bumper" warranty is complete crap, NOTHING is covered, We seem to ALWAYS miss the cut off "This part is only covered for 6 months, this part only covered for 12 months", etc... That is NOT a 100,000 mile warranty. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Vancouver Ford/Hyundai again, In addition I will tell anyone and everyone I meet NOT to go there,

This place had TERRIBLE customer service. So pushy, can't let you make your own decisions. We couldn't get out quick enough. The car wasn't even in good shape, and had an empty tank and had a ton of cosmetic things wrong. When we decided we weren't going to buy, he called us a waste of time. When you think of a car buying experience, you normally envision a sleezy car sales person. I knew what I wanted, I knew how much my trade in was worth, and I knew how much the vehicle I wanted was worth. I even had my own financing approved at a great rate through my bank. Yet they said they may be able to beat it. Not only did they "ding" my credit 10+ times, they were not able to beat it. Further more, they wouldn't even wash the dirty vehicle they were trying to pawn off on me. It was filthy and had bird droppings on it. Overall, they will never ever see a dollar from me and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know.

I was looking for a new car. I had been to three different car dealerships looking at different models. I appreciate how laid back Frank Lacko was at Vancouver Ford. We were totally up front that we were just looking not buying, and he did a great job helping us to look at the Accent we were interested in. I found my car through Cars.com at Vancouver Ford. It was a good experience but I was not satisfied with the level of service I received all around. First of all I had to find a salesman to give me a test drive I walked around the lot and had to walk inside to get help. The salesman who helped me was great. I was not impressed with the finance manager who basically gave us an ultimatum at the time of our financing. He told us he would rather get us a good rate through a credit union and earn a commission on a service contract rather than get us a higher rate through a bank that would pay him a commission. The buying process was longer than had hoped. I was also very disappointed when they let me drive off the lot with an empty tank and a car that had not been detailed. While I am happy with the car I received and the great deal I got we won't purchase a car from Vancouver Ford in the future.

I was deployed and trying to order a new Ford Focus. I already had financing and this dealership was a "preferred dealership" with my bank (which is military affiliated). I was ordering the vehicle to be ready for me to pick up when I returned. I was able to scan or fax any documentation and had someone in the area with a power of attorney for "wet" signatures. At first Doug attempted to find me a car, then told me that I wouldn't be able to order it until I could be there in person. I asked if someone with a power of attorney could order it for me. I didn't get an answer for two weeks. My husband finally called and Doug told him that I couldn't order until I was there, in person. I called Doug again. He told me the same thing. I asked if I could do it with a power of attorney. He said he didn't know, that he'd only heard about that for the first time from my husband earlier in the day. He said he'd look into it. I never heard back from him. I called and left a message with the sales manager. My call was never returned. Doug also wasn't familiar with the procedure for ordering a vehicle and originally told me that it would take less than 5 weeks. Later he told me it could take over 8 weeks. I asked why the difference and he said sometimes they can find one and it's quicker, that we'd just have to wait and see. This was 6 weeks before I was scheduled to come home. If I'm ordering from the factory, I shouldn't have to wait for them to find the car at another dealership. I finally decided it would be worth it to spend a little extra at a dealership that was not "preferred" and went to I-5 Ford in Chehalis. I had no problem ordering the car and they even matched the price I was going to get at Vancouver Ford. I picked it up as soon as I got home.

Very honest and fair. Tim took the time to explain everything and help me make a good decision. Even though I spent a few hundred bucks, it saved me probably a few thousand by having an understanding of what they were going to do. He even showed me the replaced busted part.
