Called Thursday to book an oil change appointment. Offered me Monday at 10:00 AM. Arrived Monday at 09:50 AM planning to wait. Advised there were four ahead of me, expect an hour and a half. Lucky, one hour forty five minutes they began work on my truck. Returned to me at 12:05 PM. Good news, new filter and fresh oil. So why did I make an appointment three days advance for a 15 minute job?

I purchased a 2022 GMC Denali Canyon with the help of Tom at Vendetti Motors under some very different circumstances. Tom and the other associates I worked with made this a very easy transaction, I was not expecting this to be the easy and yes actually an unexpected fun experience that it turned out to be. Dave responded to my on line inquiry within 15 minutes. He invited me in to look at the vehicle well before other dealers that I had made an inquiry to. He was there and available for me the minute I walked in, and it was a great experience. Felt at ease the whole time, was more of a relaxed atmosphere, and straight forward people that work there. Overall, terrific experience.

After going to the GMC website Getting information and doing a search for a particular Truck Color and accessories , I was contacted by Vendetti Motors and was told that a truck with by particular spec was coming in soon. When the truck arrived I was contacted that the truck had arrived I made an appointment to go see the truck , had everything that i wanted and we agreed on the price, so far I'm enjoying driving the truck very much. your team was great in getting the Truck ready for delivery in the same day. Thank You Antonio L Pacheco One point I would like to make ,I was contacted by various dealerships saying we have the truck you are looking for and when I ask if the Truck have some of the spec that I was looking for they would say no . To Me these people never looked at what I was looking for, just a name.

Traded my truck in and they never sent the check to credit company after having my existing truck for over 3 weeks. I got a phone call from my existing credit company looking for my payment and said it was late. They are looking to now repo my truck that vendetti has and knock my credit. I should have never got rid of my ford this was the biggest mistake in all of my years of buying a car.

The staff has always gone out of their way to provide great service, and the owners/management are pleasant and reliable. I dont feel like either issue was resolved. I came in b/c of a check engine light that was on due to a safety bag issue but 15 min after leaving the check engine light came back on which means another trip back to the dealer. I also came in becaue of a horrible reception with my AM radio and all they said was that its pretty normal which puts a very sour taste in my mouth about going with another GMC again as the AM in my wife's Toyota is crystal clear.......

I had an issue with the need to leave my vehicle for a check up and repair of a sensor light and the need to be at work. I did not have a way to get to work. Vendetti provided me with that ride for which I was so grateful for. In addition the Service Manager kept touch with me, providing findings and advising what needed to be done, what the cost would be up front and what I could take care of later and what that timeframe would be. This is an AWESOME dealership who treats us like family.

my biggest problem was that I was told I only needed brake pads[I looked at my rotors beforehand and they were shiny and clean] and when I picked up the car ,rotors had been installed without informing me. This bothers me .

Scheduled an appointment to deal with a wiring problem for the tow hitch but wound up fixing that myself. Instead it turns out the left rear brake was making a hideous noise on occassion. Even though the problem changed the staff was great, diagnosed and appear to have solved the issue.

Bought my 2012 truck from you which was an okay experience. Service has been great but buying the truck...initially the young man helping me was wonderful but I won't forget that as soon as I brought my husband in and the OLDER guys took over... I no longer existed even though he wasn't buying the truck. Dealerships SUCK at selling to women still. I won't forget that the next time I look for a truck I think when I bring my husband in with me I will walk back out again if it even starts because it still ticks me off that you GUYS treated me this way. I will be looking for another truck within the next 2 years because I do heavy towing NOT MY HUSBAND!

Brian Buckley was awesome! I brought my 2007 Chevy Avalanche in about a month ago because I was hearing a noise in the front end. The service techs were unable to find the cause. When I came back again a month later they were able to determine it was a broken swat bar. Brian waived the diagnostics fee for the second visit.

My car broke down the day after the snowstorm. I did not think anyone would be able to come and get it. I spoke to Brian at Vendetti Motors. After telling him my situation regarding work and etc., he reassured me that he would take care of everything for me. Within minutes after speaking with Brian, Enterprise Car Rental (Brian called them) called me to ask me what time should they pick me up to get my rental. I told them 1/2 hour.Minutes after I spoke to them the Tow Company called (the one that Brian called) for the information on where to pick up my vehicle.My car has been repaired and delivered to me.What I though was going to be a horrible experience because of the storm, traffic etc. went off extremely well. I have bought my last 3 cars from Vendetti. Their customer service is wonderful.

Dave Tradd was amazing to work with. He carefully explained the vehicle choices in my price range and once i selected the one I was most interested in went over vehicle features and price. We negotiated a great price and was able to get a great trade value and interest rate. The entire process was smooth and painless. All the staff including Dave were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dropping off my trade car and picking up my new car was quick and easy. Our initial inquiry was online and Ken Judson replied to our emails. We decided to visit the dealership to look at a couple of cars that Ken let us know would be ready to test drive. We weren't able to go when planned and unfortunately Ken was off the day that we did end up going but had everything taken care of with another salesperson (Mike was awesome!). We had help from a couple of other people (Jim McKay was very friendly and helpful) that day and told them we would be making our decision. They were very low pressure and just the right amount of interaction we thought. We did end up buying a fabulous car (we were happy that Ken was working that day) and were more then satisfied with everyone involved with that process (Bob was great to work with as well). We wish we could stay at Vendetti Motors but it's a little far from our house so we might end up at the dealership in Lowell (but you never know!).I would absolutely recommend Vendetti and in particular Ken to all my friends and family (I already have!).- Leila Pelosi

The service department found the cause of an annoying vibration in my 99 Denali. Town Fair Tire (purchased tires there), had computer balanced the tires two weeks prior to this visit, but apparently Vendetti has better equipment then the tire dealer.

Chose your dealership just because it was close by and very glad I did. I was treated with courtesy and respect and informed of the process every step of the way. They took the time to research the problem and brought my attention to a service bulletin that covered almost all of the repair costs. A $700 estimate was reduced to $135. More than pleased with that outcome. Still planning to hold on to that vehicle for a while and this is definitely the place to go for service. The service manager, Brian, was exceptional, a real gentleman. Never made me feel like a "dumb female". It's been my experience being treated that way in Mendon. I refuse to go there for that reason. I have had so many big service problems with my truck, but I can't complain becuase of the way the service dept treats me. They go above and beyond to help explain things to me, they get me rental cars, they stay late if I have to work, they offer to bring my car around. Things that may sound little, but arent' to me. I am really disappointed in my GMC truck (bought elsewhere) and get furious whenever something goes wrong. The instant I walk through the door Bill and team calm me down and make things right. Kudos to them. If it weren't for my service experience, I would be talking negatively about GMC.

I was having an issue with my front speakers, which would play intermittently. A very frustrating problem to say the least. My extended warranty would not cover the speaker issue. I can't say enough about your dealership, Joey , Brian & Dan. It was a painless and enjoyable experience. I love my Acadia. I'm so glad I listened to my good friend Mary Girard. The only thing I was not happy with is the way the financial guy spoke to Brian. I thought he was rude and condescending to Brian and in front of a customer. Brian asked him something and his response was: "don't worry about it and I don't need you to tell me how to do my job". Brian just said nothing and walked away. I was embarrassed for him. That should not happen especially in front of a customer. I would get written up if I did that to a co-worker. Other than that, I'm glad I came back home to Vendetti's!

Ive been considering purchasing a new truck for myself for well over a year. Ive put off doing so, because purchasing new vehicles, which my wife and I have purchased many for ourselves and our children over the years, and have never, enjoyed the process. Once I knew the type truck, color and trim package I wanted, I started checking out the dealers closest to Shrewsbury which is where I live and work. After more than a weeks worth of visiting several dealerships in our area, as expected, I was not enjoying the process at all and was considering just keeping my existing truck until a good friend of mine suggested looking on Vendetti Motors web site.Once I looked, I saw a truck that seemed to look like what I wanted. At that point, I called Vendetti Motors, and was transferred to Rich Izzi for assistance. I talked with Rich briefly and explained exactly what I was looking for and where I needed to be for a payment per month and Rich said he would get right back to me.Shortly after, Rich sent me not only all the specs on the truck, but a video of the entire exterior and interior of the truck. Rich called to be sure I received the video and then we spoke about the payments. After reviewing everything from all the different dealerships, I instantly knew that I was getting a better truck, better price and much better service. Everyone at the dealership is professional, friendly and very helpful. The service department is the BEST in the area. Everyone in my family loves working with the folks at Vendetti.

My last minute service request was taken without hesitation the same day. Symptoms were verified and preliminary diagnosis proved to be correct. Communication was prompt and thorough. Service was performed and explained completely and effectively. Very courteous from start to finish. Excellent service department. I purchased the car here as well and was equally impressed by their sales and financing staff.

A very dependable dealer and easy to work with. The salesman was polite and easy going. He did not push me into any thing. I was able to make my own decisions.

We had a great experience at Vendetti! Mike and his manager were very friendly and prompt at answering all our questions. Drive 1 1/2 hours to deal with them would deff innately deal with them again!

I called Vendetti Motors to tell them that the "low brake fluid" sign came up on the dash. I was given an appointment the next day. It was going to take a while to get the part so I was given a ride home. The problem was fixed that day.
