The best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had. Period. If you like low pressure and owners who know how to provide true customer service this is the place. I test drove a vehicle and then asked a few questions about a few things about regarding history and service of the vehicle. They provided a Carfax as all dealers do, but way beyond that. They were completely transparent and hid nothing from me about the car. The couple minor things were addressed without a second thought even though they could have refused as the vehicle was already in great shape at a fair price. They handled all the RMV stuff and delivered the vehicle on time and as promised. First time I ever left a dealership feeling like they were trustworthy and had my best interest in mind vs just making a sale. They know good business is all about the person and not just making the sale. Thank you Luis.

Great spot to buy a used car! Luis was great - he was responsive, no pressure and was able to answer all my questions and back up with reputable resources (Car Fax, manufacturer's recommended maintenance, etc.). He's part of a small operation and worked very hard to delivery as you would expect. Fair and reasonable negotiator balancing getting you in the car you want with Vene's business needs to sell you a car!

Luis went above and beyond what I would expect from a used car dealership. He promptly replied to all communication, provided a vehicle history report, was up front about pricing and trade-in value and went well out of his way to meet my needs as a customer. I now have a great van for my family and would recommend his dealership to other people on the market for a vehicle.
