I have purchased 3 automobiles from this lot and I am very pleased with the serviced I have received over the years. Owners/employees treat you like family. They are very honest about their automobiles. If you make your payments on time and honor your contract they will look out for you. I have recommended this car lot to many friends, who are very satisfied with their purchase. Try this lot 1st before you go any where else. I will not buy a used automobile anywhere else.

I looked for several months for a car. I did my research so I knew exactly what I wanted, and I also knew that it was not an easy task. After going through several dealers, I decided to go to Veneauto. Once there, I was met with a different environment from the pressured atmosphere of other dealerships. It is a family business, where the main interest is customer satisfaction. They were always wiling to help me and patiently looked for the car I wanted until they found it. The transaction was easy and hassle free. If I had to buy another car, I would definitely return to Veneauto.

I LOVE MY CAR! After my old car was totaled in an accident, I looked all around North Central Florida for a replacement. Veneauto was the only dealership that had more than one car in my price range that I was interested in so I decided to give them a try. Michaelina was very knowledgeable about the inventory, she was very accommodating and I test drove all 4 cars without having to wait even though there were many customers at the dealership that day. The paperwork process was lengthy (as expected) but Sandy answered every question I had and was very helpful. Like I said, I love my car and I am glad I found this dealership!
