I took my Cadillac XT4 in today for routine maintenance and met with service advisor Nestor Suarez. He did a great job of getting me set up quickly for the vehicle maintenance, and on my way with a ride back to my office while the work was done. He kept me informed of the progress and let me know when the work was complete. When I got back to the dealership, my car was all cleaned up and serviced, looking great, and ready to go. The service here is excellent and I am really pleased. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, Jason Back made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Offered us water right away and had us sit down so he could understand exactly what our needs were. The daunting task of buying a new car didn’t seem as bad with Jason’s help. I decided to write a review because After a week I still feel bitterness in my mouth when I remember my day at the service department and realizing that complains in this place is a waste of time, After having a great experience while buying the car followed by having my first service done done with was done very professionally I had a problem with the car so I went back to the service met by Alex the worst service advisor I ever met he was rude not helpful at all or open to resolve my problem made every thing very complicated and after leaving my car with him over 5 hours though I had an appointment he failed to give me any information about the car so I had to take a trip to the dealership and I decided to talk to his supervisor Richard Gonzales and right away he took he's employees side didn't and made it all look like it was my fault and all I was looking for was some professional customer service which these people truly lack And after I was going around telling people that this a great dealer I have definitely changed my mind about that

Went to this dealer and tried to make a deal with them. They will rather see you walk out on them instead of dealing with you. They offered $11000 for my trade in, which they knew is worth between $14200-15800. They wouldn't budge. A friend of mine told me the same. He also walked out. They will treat you like you don't know anything about cars.

I usually dread buying cars but this time it was a great experience because of Nelson !! I initially did a test drive with Jose Otero who was great but wasnt available when I came back to finally buy the car. He passed the sale on to Nelson Falua who did a test drive to showcase the power of the car and he was very personable through the whole process. I felt very comfortable the whole time i was there even when it was crunch time with the numbers. I explained to nelson what i was looking to pay monthly and he was able to work it out with me and the finance dept to make sure i got as close to my budget as possible. This experience definitely has me looking forward to one day purchasing a brand new car at this dealership because of the great customer service i received when buying my pre-owned car!! Hello Everyone,For the staff hang on to Nelson Falu.... I went in with my mother 86 years old and made it a pleasure . I was very impressed how patient he was and overly kind to my mother. I had an appointment with Jonathon for an oil change at 2:00. When I pulled into the service area, everyone came over to welcome me. As a customer it's very warming and makes you feel appreciated. We initially went to Vera to get Rhino liner in our 2016 Chevy Colorado truck bed. That's a different review.On the way to the lining appointment, we noticed that the seat on the driver's side was coming apart on the bottom. Juan (Rhino liner) sent us to see Edwin in service. We had to make an appointment for another day; they wouldn't even take a quick look at the seat. The day of the appointment, they took the truck for 2 hours and came back saying it was fixed. Before we even got out of the service bay we saw that it was not fixed in any way. We grabbed Edwin to show him and he said they'd have to order the seat cover, so he'll do that and call us when it comes in. Edwin sent a text the next day stating that we'd now communicate via messaging. We replied and asked for confirmation that he'd contact us when the seat was ready; got a resounding "YES SIR". About a week after our visit, via text, we got a request to complete the GM survey. We responded that we'd consider it if we'd receive and status update. Nothing. Repeated requests for an update on the status via their text msg system, met with crickets. Finally I called (on Saturday; 3wks later) to find out what was going on. The guy answering the phone says he couldn't see if it was ordered, he'd need to contact the parts department and he'd get back to me "next week". Sunday afternoon we get a text saying we have an appointment Monday morning. I called Monday and asked what it was for, since we didn't make the appointment. Edwin calls back saying "I said let you know when the seat was in". I asked pointedly if it was in, and he said "No, this appointment is to find out which part to order". Asking why it took him 3 weeks to get back to us about not ordering the part yet, he had the nerve to try to claim that it hadn't been 3 weeks. Technically, no, it was only 18 days...The initial poor repair, the lack of follow up, and the feeling that they tried to get us back into the shop 1) initially trying to claim that the part was there only after I called to follow up, and 2) without first confirming that we would even be available, leaves us with a bad feeling about the place.

Again, with this purchase I was again very satisfied with my Salesman Jose Otero in his handling of my purchase. He spent time going over the car, GMC Terrain, and provided me with all the features. He was not high pressure and was easy to do business with. He coordinated everything from ordering to delivery. His personality blended with myself and my wife. His support team from sales manager to finance were all professional and made my buying experience for a car a pleasure. Which in the car business is rare. You are fortunate to have Jose. Our first experience was purchase of a new car, no hassle very easy transaction. I had decided to include Buick in my lease options for a new vehicle. I stopped in Vera Buick during the week on Thursday spoke with a salesman named Jorge regarding the lease of a 2016 Lacrosse he entered my information on their computer system. We spoke in general, I told him what equipment I was interested in and what I was not interested in, he checked their inventory and found a vehicle that met my expectations, but, the vehicle could not be found on their lot. I was a little short on time, I told him I could return on Saturday for further discussion, he advised he was off on Saturday, and he introduced me to Christopher who would be available to assist me in his absence and he told me he was the owners son. I was told that my requirements for a new vehicle were entered into their computer system. I advised I would return on Saturday around 1:30. I returned to the dealer on Saturday at ~1:30 where I was met with a salesman named Jose, he asked who I was looking for I told him Christopher, who was on the sales floor of the dealer, we spoke and he had limited recollection of our previous meeting he asked Jose if he was available to assist me and he advised he was, I was invited by Christopher for some free food end beverages they were offering. Jose asked what I was looking for I explained to him that all of that information was given to Jorge and should be in their computer system. The vehicle I was interested in was not available on their main lot but at a location in a near by location, I was offered a test drive in a similar equipped vehicle, the test drive was acceptable, I was advised that the vehicle would be retrieved from a nearby location for me to view. f I inquired if the Lacrosse came with a spare tire and jack I was advised that some did and others did not, I made it clear I wanted a spare and a jack, Jose was Very pushy and advised with roadside assistance I really did not need a spare tire, I was not pleased by his treatment. When we returned to the dealership from the test drive the vehicle I was interested was brought to the sales area. I had advised Jorge I was not interested in a vehicle with a sun/moon roof the vehicle was equipped with one. Jose looked for a vehicle that matched my desires he came close but the vehicle had navigation and was priced higher then I was looking for. Jose then made the usual salesman approach and inquired if the vehicle was what i wanted would I be willing to complete the deal on the spot I advised I could not answer that question due to variables he was very pushy. I did advise I was looking at three vehicles the Lincoln MIZ and Chevrolet Impala 2 LTZ with my strongest like was the Lincoln. My trade was evaluated when I inquired what its worth was evaluated Jose was evasive and kurt The vehicle we discussed was brought to the show room it was very nice but had a sun/moon roof which I was not interested. We discussed the vehicle with the navigation system we could not come to acceptable terms. Jose and I realized we could not come to acceptable terms we shook hands and I departed my overall experience was not acceptable I felt like I was bullied. Would I return to Vera, answer NO

On October 15, 2015 I came to Vera Cadillac not knowing what to expect. I had 12 months left on my lease and was upside down as they say in the car business. I had no expectations that I could get out of my car because I was buried in my lease. I had gone to BMW where I had gotten 5 BMW's and they were of no help. I came to Louis Vera to see if there was a way to lease a new Cadillac. Well let me say that nothing from my previous car buying experience could prepare me for the professionalism of Vera Cadillac. Salesman Jorge Dominguez helped me to first pick out the perfect car. He knew I liked the handling and power of BMW and he showed me the CTS V sport model. I fell in love with this car immediately. The car was a demo with low miles but was in perfect condition. There was no going back and forth and playing games. Jorge actually gave me a deal that was too good to refuse. I had never been treated like this at BMW and it felt good to know that they appreciated my business and wanted me to come back for my entire future car buying business as well. Louis Vera personally welcomed me to the Vera Cadillac family. He made me feel welcome and reassured me that he would do everything possible to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Louis Vera made me feel like I had known him for years. He was sincere and honest when talking to me. He introduced me to Gus Rodriguez who is the service manager. Gus also welcomed me to the Vera Cadillac family when I came in for some minor service on my car as part of guarantee that my car would be perfect. Gus is a man of integrity and when he tells you he will do something on your behalf it is a promise that he doesnt break. He follows up on every detail and doesnt deliver the car until it is as he promised.The service department is efficiently run by Gus and the service consultants are ready to help you service your car with the same sincerity that I experienced when buying my car. Geovanny Suarez greeted me and reassured me that all service performed would be perfect. He couldn't have done more to make my first time experience with the service department any more pleasant. He explained what to expect and how long he would have my car. I didnt have to call him because he called me with updates and explained what was being done to my car. The rental car department is staffed by Erika Corrales and Richard Garcia who were also very pleasant and helped me get my loaner car. They knew I was late for work and got me my loaner in record time. There are so many other employees that make buying a car at Vera Cadillac the place I want to do business with for all of my car buying years to come. All of them welcomed me to the Vera Family and made me leave the dealership wishing I had come here years ago instead of BMW. I left Louis Vera Cadillac nothing that I had not been ripped off and got the best deal possible. I cant go back in time but moving forward all of my cars will be Vera Cadillacs. Do yourself a favor and come and get your next car with Louis Vera. You will not regret it!

The car was a demo with low miles but was in perfect condition. There was no going back and forth and playing games. Jorge actually gave me a deal that was too good to refuse. I had never been treated like this at BMW and it felt good to know that they appreciated my business and wanted me to come back for my entire future car buying business as well. Louis Vera personally welcomed me to the Vera Cadillac family. He made me feel welcome and reassured me that he would do everything possible to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Louis Vera made me feel like I had known him for years. He was sincere and honest when talking to me. He introduced me to Gus Rodriguez who is the service manager. Gus also welcomed me to the Vera Cadillac family when I came in for some minor service on my car as part of guarantee that my car would be perfect. Gus is a man of integrity and when he tells you he will do something on your behalf it is a promise that he doesnt break. He follows up on every detail and doesnt deliver the car until it is as he promised. The service department is efficiently run by Gus and the service consultants are ready to help you service your car with the same sincerity that I experienced when buying my car. Geovanny Suarez greeted me and reassured me that all service performed would be perfect. He couldn't have done more to make my first time experience with the service department any more pleasant. He explained what to expect and how long he would have my car. I didnt have to call him because he called me with updates and explained what was being done to my car. The rental car department is staffed by Erika Corrales and Richard Garcia who were also very pleasant and helped me get my loaner car. They knew I was late for work and got me my loaner in record time. There are so many other employees that make buying a car at Vera Cadillac the place I want to do business with for all of my car buying years to come. All of them welcomed me to the Vera Family and made me leave the dealership wishing I had come here years ago instead of BMW. I left Louis Vera Cadillac nothing that I had not been ripped off and got the best deal possible. I cant go back in time but moving forward all of my cars will be Vera Cadillacs. Do yourself a favor and come and get your next car with Louis Vera. You will not regret it!

I was having an issue with my wife's 2015 Malibu and was a bit fustrated already and then met Leo Pena the best service advisor I have ever had at any dealership. On October 15, 2015 I came to Vera Cadillac not knowing what to expect. I had 12 months left on my lease and was upside down as they say in the car business. My car needed more than just an oil change but had some major realignment. I ended up being there all day, though I was offered a ride home, etc. And the person handling the car kept me informed throughout the day. BUT, when I got my car back, the coupons i had tucked under the "belt" on the middle seat were gone. Really? i had them tucked under the belt so they could not blow away. When I mentioned this to the "valet" he shrugged and muttered something and walked away. Really? My coupons were missing? An apology would have gone a long way.

Well, I was in contact previously with Cadillac Service Consultant in order to have the 15,000 miles maintenance and others 3 issues that I found out from the last Preventive Maintenance last February 2015. I was appointed to last Tuesday at 8.30 AM and Leo Pena take care about my SRX 2013 and Richard Garcia from Pines Rent-a-Car gave to me a brand new XTS to use until my car will be ready.A noise in the front, the reverse video camera was not clear and the front left tire was always with a couple psi less than the others 3. Got a message from OnStar about a re-call, and that it was time for my 7,500 mile maintenance, also the Cue had stopped working.Made an appointment with Karen (who was great, by the way), she was on time, got me a loaner, Vera took care of everything and got my car back as good as new and was very pleased with the service, although really didn't think I should have had a problem with the Cue with only 7,500 miles on the vehicle.But all in all a very good experience.

I understand the timing of bringing my car for service/repairs matched an abnormal busy period, but besides the delays on the repair, the service was great and the repair was done properly. Cost was relatively high and I believe there is room for improving cost efficiency that can be passed to the customer. But overall I'm satisfied by the service reps, and the service work done to my car. Thank you.

I've purchased over 30 vehicles new and used since 1987, and my experience at Vera Cadillac/GMC was my easiest, smoothest, most relaxed purchase of a vehicle I can remember. The showroom was comfortable and the staff were all professional. I was greeted by a salesperson almost immediately and we went in the lot to look at luxury trucks. We test drove 2 new vehicles and looked and discussed the differences between the different models. I ultimately chose a Sierra Denali luxury truck and within a short time had agreed on the price, received an approval for financing and was driving away with my new vehicle. After learning that I needed to have an appointment to get service everything went well. The rental car experience was much better than past times when I had to use one. The vehicle was exactly like mine accept it was a new model. One of the problems that I was having with my 2013 SRX was the CUE system. I haven't had time to see if it is working better but a shorted part was replaced so I will give it another chance but I was not happy with how it performed before the service. The entire system had already been replaced once before. i believe thad CUE system had a long way to go until it is perfected.

There was a Recall and they gave me a smaller yet similar type vehicle. It took a week and they had to put in a whole new Transmission however the entire staff are unreal and no problem at all.I use to buy from Ed Morse never again the service people their are terrible. I came to Vera for one reason Karren in Service. PERIOD I figure you have to deal with the Service people way more than the Sales- (who were equally great) so I went to Vera. Now if VERA doesn't sell it I wont buy it.

Leasing a vehicle can be a very unpleasant experience. I have leased more than a dozen cars and what I hate the most is the haggling to and fro that can last for hours? in fact I have left a car dealership on more than one occasion. I also dislike the way you are pounced upon by merely entering the showroom and when you show the slightest interest, the sales people prey on you like piranhas. In Vera Cadillac it was totally different, on both occasions I had to ask to speak to a sales person who in turn was very helpful and not pushy trying to make the hard sale. He showed us the current specials and rather than trying to convince us to acquire a more expensive model, he worked with us to find the vehicle that best suited our budget. Other dealerships give the industry a bad name, but I found that Vera Cadillac work hard towards customer satisfaction and gaining return business. I have leased two vehicles from Vera, the fist a Cadillac SRX and the second a Buick Regal and now that my son is learning to drive, I may return for the third time. But then, I was approached by John Perry and like magic my whole experience became like a dream come true. He is knowledgeable, informative, and let's you do the buying. On Wednesday, I test drove two Cadillacs. And on Friday, I drove away with a 2015 Cadillac CTS. I found the rest of the staff to be supportive as well. I have had my 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for service at Vera Cadillac/Buick/GMC for a variety of service reasons. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my needs as a customer. I have been provided a comparable 2015 courtesy vehicle (Suburban/Tahoe) when my vehicle needed to be kept overnight. The MPVI has always proven beneficial to me as the technician have discovered mechanical issues that I would not have known about. With the extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle major service issues are covered at no cost to me. They are very helpful in replacing parts that could cause me issues in the near future. This type of vehicle inspections and forward customer care is why I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Vera Cadillac. They are worth the drive and the money spent. I would recommend Vera to any friend or customer without hesitation. Thanks to the staff and specifically Edwin Montoya.

okay I had a very good experience at the dealership. My salesperson wasvery good and helpful.one clitch the day I picked up the car I was told I would have to returnto have the ON STAR installed it would be a matter of a short time.I returned the middle of the week and was asked to return on Tuesday of thefollowing week with an appointment for 9 a.m. I was offered a car but Irefused it turned out to be Friday. I mention this because I question whyit was not installed before pickup. Okay not a big deal.Now I would ask why wouldn't someone give me some instruction about ON STARhow to use it along with the bluetooth. air conditioner use etc.I am 85 years old so I would have liked some instruction after purchase. Did not start off well. The employee who took my car did not know how to start it. I told him to put his foot on the brake before pushing the start button. He should have known that.But Kevin, my service advisor, was very nice and helpful.But now, 3 days later, I have a low oil warning message. Sergio was outstanding in helping me through a few service issues with my 2007 SRX, with only about 30K miles. Did what needed to be done, was very helpful. Also, was excellent in working with the extended warranty insurance company for a few items. Love the car, love the dealership. She was very friendly and immediately was helping us and showing us the car we wanted to see. She was very helpful even though i had told her that i was just looking at cars to change once my lease was over in September, that it wasnt a sure thing. She showed us more courtesy for us being there for the first time than the dealership of Mercedes Benz that my family and i have been dealing with them for more than 10 years buying different cars ever 2 or 3 years. Took my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation. They were able to identify additional value add areas for maintenance included in the Cadillac warranty free of charge as a result of their standard mult-point inspection (i.e. mfg recalls). They put me in a convenient courtesy car also complimentary. The dealership goes above and beyond to make it pleasant experience for owners. Highly recommend. One note of caution - make sure to book an appt with a service rep before you arrive to expedite your service.

Vera's staff is amazing, but I am dissappointed in GM's technical guidance on how best to address a problem with the XLR-V differential. My vehicle is a 2006 XLR-V and GM has yet to provide the necessary fix to what appears to be a recurring problem for this and the sister Chevy product the Corvette of the same approximate vintage. Almost ten years since the manufacturing date of the first XLR-V one would hope that GM would have solved the issue for owners of a flawed differential design.

Picking up a car after service could be run a little better. If your car is under warrantee a person might think that there is no reason to visit the pay window. Maybe there could be a better way to alert the valet that you have a green ticket and are waiting for your car. It would speed up the process. They were busy and didn't see me waiting with my green ticket so I had to wait 5 mins.or longer just for them to see me. Service in general is very good.

I called Eric Jautze infoming him of a dead battery issue I was experiencing. He sent out a service tech... great guy by the way who discovered that the battery was not the issue and I needed to take my ATS in for service. I took the car in the same day and Eric explained that I needed to leave the car and take a loaner out. After I got home I git a call from Eric indicating my car needed an entire new computer exchange and it would take several days. I left my car over the weekend and by Monday evening the car had been fixed. I stopped by the next day and Eric had the car washed for me. He had no rental cars available on site yet when I got there he had already gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was still taken care of. He had a rental car reserved for me from a rental car center site near by. Even had the courtesy driver there waiting to pick me up when I arrived. The job done on my 2008 Escalade was nothing short of PERFECTION!!! My vehicle was returned to me with the same showroom floor quality look Vera is known for. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation that you/someone hit you or you just need a repair, look no further than Vera Cadillac because you will DEFINITELY get back the quality and customer courtesy you EXPECT!

Long story short. I have an '03 Lexus RX300 and brought my baby to Vera Cadillac for an oil change (another long story why I brought a Lexus to Cadillac for oil change, which is irrelevant.) I got the oil change. Then, a Trac Off and VSC light were illuminated after leaving the dealership. (These lights were not on when I got to the dealership.) I crossed my fingers hoping it would go away. I went back to the dealership to speak with Richard Gonzalez, who is the service manager. He not only made me an appointment at a Lexus dealership, but made arrangements for Lexus to fix this minor issue. This tells me a lot that even though I will not be bringing my Lexus anywhere but Lexus to be serviced because of this small inconvenience, that I was still treated very well at this dealership. Vera's technicians are completely competent, but because of different computer system checks between Cadillac and Lexus, it created a small issue. When I choose another vehicle, I will definitely consider a Cadillac and would only go to this dealership. I was very impressed and wished I had a Caddy so I could go back to this dealership! Richard has so much courtesy, so much professionalism and so much respect for customers' time. He is awesome and if Vera has Employee of the Month, this gentleman deserves it!!

Before I start let me just say that this is the Best Dealership Ive had the pleasure to be a customer of for almost 5 years now, but this last weekend was the worst experience in my opinion. In the past I've gotten excellent service, but in the last year it seems as if things have gotten worse. Firstly, I scheduled my service appointment online with Any Advisor for service at 8:30am on a Saturday, driver and front passenger seat belts recall. I get to the service station and I'm told to wait for my advisor but the advisor telling me this was free. I had to ask to be processed since it didnt really matter who I got, maybe that was my first mistake. My processing took less than a minute to do. Then, I had to ask how long I was going to wait and was told no more than an hour, second mistake? I got a call on my cell at 10:15am saying my car was ready but when I went to the cashier I was told it wasn't and it would take 15 more minutes. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I went to the cashier again and ask if my car was ready. Lastly, after bringing my ticket to the valet and was asked whether I want to run it through the wash, my response was Yes." The valet pulled up with my unwashed car and when I asked if it was washed, I was told that they didnt know if I wanted a hand wash or to run it through the wash. Frustrated and annoyed, I just asked for my keys and left. I know it's a recall and I'm not paying for the service but that doesn't mean that I'm put on the bottom of the list or get subpar service. I expect the same treatment regardless of if I'm paying $1000 or $0.

I was there from 9:30am till about 12:30pm obtaining information on the vehicle I was interested in. The sales person Gabino was amazing. He answered every single question I had. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and so patient.By 12:30pm I was going to walk away to think about it and the manager Christopher came by, he then returned with an offer I could not leave. Technically it took all day (left by 7:00pm) yet I came out with a new car, great price, great financing, and not once was I bored while in the dealership. Gabino made this care buying experience extremely positive and I feel fairly treated. Not once did I feel insulted or put down, or taken advantage of because I was a woman buying a car by myself. I did do quite a bit of research on the vehicle, its features, and price this is how I know I actually was treated well and fair. Thank you.

My salesman wasn't able to be there for the pick up our Buick Encore. Person that helped me was rude and didn't care at all. No one knew anything about the car. We were never walked through the features of the Encore. One of the people who hooked up out phones, took my key and we spent 30 minutes looking for it. The car was not prepared properly for pickup. Wen I returned my existing lease they didn't even give me proper paperwork to show they had received the car. When back for a demo and it was very incomplete. Salesman told me it was a 4 passenger vehicle because he could find part of the seatbelt in the back. Had low tires on pickup an after them filling the tires they were still low. There is just too many things to list. DON'T BUY or LEASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

Dealership facilities are very impressive. Showroom is immaculate. Bought a used 2008 Buick Enclave from Vera and a 1 year extended warranty/certification. Over the one year the car had several different issues (A/C, power steering, transmission, etc) all of which were covered by the warranty/certification. Service folks were always friendly and explained the issues and exactly what would be done. My recommendation is that if you are buying a used car (from any dealership, not just Vera) consider getting it "certified". It is worth the extra money and in the long run it can save you from very expensive repair bills...

I called ahead to the dealer to ask if there was anything I should know that did not show in the pictures. Since I am 25 miles away, I didn't want to waste my time. While on the phone, Doug went into the vehicle and started it to verify that there were no strange noises, and he alerted me to a crack in the dashboard. Though there were additional cracks that he did not mention, as he was in the car at night, I can understand how he missed them. When I expressed my concern, he offered a small discount. I found him to be straightforward, not at all abrasive or aggressive, and he gave his salesman space to work the sale. Medi took care of us, and I found him to be a consummate professional. Car buying always takes too long, and it took too long in this case as well--BUT, if you're going to be stuck in a dealership while processing, try to get stuck in a Cadillac dealership. Complimentary bottled water and push-button cappuccino coffee/cocoa/tea, not to mention a beautiful showroom and fabulous bathroom which my kids and I used at least 4 times throughout the afternoon. Finally, the finance manager was straightforward as well, very personable, and fast. All of the staff I encountered treated us warmly and without pressure. One gentleman even complimented my kids' behavior...and that was after the sales transaction had been completed. Nice job Vera, and thank you for a good experience.

Bought a new vehicle from them in 2007 by 2013 needed a new transmission even though I have kept up with the maintenance and have taken good care of the vehicle. Warranty was expired (not by mileage but past the 3 year warranty). They SUPPOSEDLY built my new transmission at the Dearborn Michigan GM Plant. They SUPPOSEDLY shipped it to the wrong dealership so they had my car for a whole month and 2 days. They only gave me a loaner vehicle after I complained about having to pay for a rental for a whole month. The loaner was only for a week. Shortly after getting my car back I had to install a new starter and had to buy a new battery. They said they could not align my front end when they changed the transmission because I needed new tires which I also replaced. They charged 4000.00 for the transmission alone all other were a separate expense. After I picked up my vehicle I received a call to tell my the parts for my Escalade were in and to bring the car in for service. I DON'T OWN AN ESCALADE. I received several calls from a salesman trying to sell me a new car when I never set foot in the dealership and only visited the service department form my repairs so they obviously gave my information to the sales department. A month after my repair my vehicle was running poorly so I took it back, they kept it all day and said nothing was wrong. Two days later my vehicle breaks down, I have it towed to the dealership and they tell me the repair will be 4800.00 when 2 day prior they could not find a problem. They suggested that I buy a new car (after I spend 4 thousand on a new transmission only a month ago). I will never take my vehicle to this dealership again.

Well first and formost the Salesman Nick , was very friendly , so I didnt feel pressured at all. The whole experience was very relaxed and informative. He told us everything about the differance btw each model we considered, which help us make a good decision. I had a great experience at Vera. My sales rep, Pavel Vento, was amazing. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Out of all the Cadillac dealers I visited, Vera was the best; Mr. Vento gave me the best deal out of all of them. Happy to say that I ended up purchasing the Cadillac ATS and couldnt be happier. I can definitely say that I will be purchasing another car from Mr. Vento when my lease is up for renewal. Thank you Pavel Vento for going out of your way to make me feel like family; you made leasing a car pleasurable.

My experience at Vera has been a very positive one since I purchased my Saturn in 2008. I've taken my vehicle to Vera for all my service needs including oil changes, tire rotation and the like. I've appreciated Gustavo's attention to detail and courteous manner over the years and the positive attitude exhibited by all employees. The dealership makes the service experience pleasant by providing coffee and a lounge area for customers to wait while vehicles are being serviced. Gus has always effectively communicated costs involved, options, length of service time and or car rental for overnight service needs. After every visit, Gus or the valet ask me if I'd like a complimentary wash which certainly demonstrates that Vera goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My only wish is, that the dealership were closer to my home but that can't be helped because I live across county lines. If I upgraded to a Cadillac, I'd certainly purchase it at Vera.

Very nice Service Advisor, I followed him from Maroone. However the mechanics who worked on my vehicle overlooked critical safety issues. Two days after service I had to purchase 2 new tires from Goodyear, as the tires were not street worthy, had 5 nails that were not identified, and less than 2 quarts of oil. For a road trip to South Carolina from Florida with an elderly handicapped adult and child in this vehicle that only 2 days before was 'serviced', we are so fortunate that we did not have a blow-out on the road! Will go back to Maroone in the future with my business. I have no confidence with the Service department at this dealership.

Just bought my CTS-V Coupe (Black Raven, Black Chrome Grille, Red Brembo's) and after a few days with it I still can't believe just how good this car is. It's hard to top something so good, but the only thing that made it better was the customer service I received at Vera Motors. VERA DIFFERENCE, you hear many a dealer talk the talk about their difference, but you very, very, rarely find one that actually lives it, makes it part of their culture, and walks the walk. The commitment to the customer, the engagement from the moment you enter the door, to the moment you drive away and then some. Vera is top notch, not only are they my dealer for my CTS-V but I also switched the wife's SRX preferred dealer through OnStar to Vera. If you are in the market, as I will be again in a few months, for anything Cadillac, Buick or GMC don't even bother going any place else.

I found the car of my dreams on the internet. I called and spoke with a lady named Yvette. She was courteous and friendly and very informative. After numerous phone calls and e-mails we arrived at a deal. I flew from Richmond, Va. to her dealership to purchase my car. This was the most expensive purchase I've ever made. Yvette made it a VERY comfortable experience. Jean picked me up at the airport and processed most of my information while Yvette kept me company in small talk. Guillermo (spelling might be wrong) in financing was very friendly and helpful as well. In the limited time I spent at the dealership I was able to interact with numerous employee's including the parts dept, finance dept, and the nice young ladie's greeting the customers. They were all very friendly, accomidating, and helpful. I was very nervous after having made flight arrangements and having to drive the car 1000 mile's back home afterwards yet Yvette made me feel so comfortable with my choice AND with the dealership that I quickly became very relaxed. I would recomment Vera Motor's to anyone who wants a fine automobile at a reasonable price with the utmost in excellent customer service. You WON'T be disapointed in ANY aspect of your dealings with them!!! The 1000 mile drive back home was awesome!!! I love my Cadillac CTS V!! Thank you Yvette, Jean, and all the employee's at Vera Motors!!!!

Pretty good price on the car, howeve thats the only thing that was good, I purchased the vehicular 4 months ago out of state, Worst after sale customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have purchased 10 plus cars over the last 15 years. I would have rather paid 5k more to another dealer with better customer service and owner support. if you want to buy a vehical and be treated great before purchase and horrible after go to this place. If anyone wants to contact me I would be more than happy to provide all of my emails to this compnay as well as recorded phone calls. Maybe you will receive better service if you are local. If you are purchasing out of state like i did consider this a warning.

Love my experience at Vera! I was greeted (not chased) by a sales person which did not tried to convinced me to buy anything was very helpful and honest during the process and I felt he was not pushing for a sale he was very accomodating to my needs. I end up buying the GMC Terrain and I am very happy. i would TOTALLY recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was happy with the service until I had a major problem with my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. The rear differential over-heated (not VERA's fault) but they way they handled it and treated me was horrible. After waiting THREE WEEKS with no car, the service manager Daryl offered to make my car payment that month. Knowing it was too good to be true, I recorded the phone call and a month later when I called to find out why I hadn't received a check he replied back with "what check?" - I gave him a few chances to right his wrongs and apologize for lying and move on with the repair (they actually replaced the differential and when I got back on the road the same day it went out again... did they even actually replace it?) but instead he went to corporate before I did and lied again, telling them I "threatened his life" and accusing ME of lying about the car payment he offered. Sure enough, when I played the recorded phone call to GM Corporate they righted HIS wrongs and replaced my vehicle and treated me the way a customer who just bought a $75,000 car should be treated. Be careful when dealing with this dealership!!! I bought my second CTS-V Coupe from Ed-Morse Bayview on Sunrise and US1 and they have treated me like royalty; the way a customer should be treated!!!

Complete lack of organization and professionalism!!DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE AMATEURS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. YOU WERE WARNED HERE!!I went through independent financing on 3 different 2010 CTS, they sold the first out from under me. The second was delivered in, and after a 6 day wait, they then discovered it was not the luxury model as promised. They call me back the same day stating that they found another matching my description, I proceeded with the financing paperwork for the third time, they get the wrong color delivered. These guys are not fit to be in sales, not just the salesmen, bit management as well.

traded 2008 cts lease for a new 2011 cts lease on jan 31st 2011 at 8 pm in the evening.on feb 1st the very next morning i recieve in the mail an offer from cadillac that states if you trade your existing lease in for a 2011 lease we will rebate you 4 payments on your old lease in which i had 2 remaining and give you a new set of calloway golf clubs....when i spoke with yvette and jorge morales they told me alot of people were complaing and they would take care of it..keep in mind that vera williamson cadillac has a 3 day return policy for any reason .....4 days later they called me and said we are sorry but you signed the lease the night before the offer started..so warning to anybody thinking of purchasing a car from vera williamson cadillac buick they are unethical and dishonorable and i would never recomend them or ever purchase a vehicle at that dealership......
