I'm very pleased with the service at Vestal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My sales associate was Todd G., and he was very friendly, and not at all pushy. Of the few questions I had, he answered without hesitation. The whole process was fast, and there were no issues.

I had a perfect experience. My salesman Ed made sure I was informed about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I got a great deal on my brand new 2021 Jeep Compass! I'm so excited for the future to drive my new vehicle and get accessories for it. I know that it will be perfect for the family I want to build and last me a long time. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle they are kind and will make sure you get the vehicle you want.

I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon over 3.5 months ago (over 105 days) from Vestal and still have NO title or registration (so sitting on a $43k vehicle I cannot drive). I've tried working with Vestal titling (Charles), finance, my salesperson (Todd Gavazzi), and leaving multiple messages for a manager to return by call (no response), all with no success and many times no follow-up or response at all. I've discussed with my legal counsel and will be pursuing other means and leaving appropriate feedback for the purchase that's been a complete mess. I've been more than patient attempting to work through this. When speaking with my local DMV I'm told the paperwork was started on 8/18 (over 75 days after purchase), and that I should work with the dealer and/or file a complaint if they are unresponsive, and to contact the BBB. To this date I've filed a formal complaint with BBB as well, but no response from Vestal to their inquiry. There's a THOUSANDS of dealers in the US that sell quality vehicles and provide quality customer service (or at the least return phone calls and follow-up). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I can guarantee you it's not worth the hassle. I don't know if I was sold a vehicle they really didn't have a title for or right to sell, they simply dropped the ball somewhere, or something else is going on. Without any communication, it would be interesting to know.

My salesman Bill was the best he put the customer first and not the bottom line for the company. He helped to make sure my family got the 21 Pacifica we wanted for a price the worked for us. So be sure to check our Bill or anyone at Vestal CDJR they are about building long term customers not just moving vehicles off the showroom floor.

Lack of honesty and integrity? I was interested in a used 2016 Sienna minivan listed online by Vestal. I called the salesman and was assured that the van was in like-new condition. Drove 3 hours to see it. Van smelled moldy, had dent in fuel door, auto tailgate didn't work, green mold inside rear tailgate, caked mud inside passenger door, terribly stained carpets, missing seat adjustment knob, slimy floor mats. Basically disgusting! My friend said it sounded like a "flood vehicle". When a dealership does not disclose obvious issues with a vehicle before allowing someone to come see it, shame on them. They do not deserve my business.
