I've lost so much money and time from Vic Bailey. They sold me a flood vehicle and didn't disclose it. The car needed thousands and thousands in repairs, and Vic Bailey assured me the car was in great shape and it passed their 28 point inspection. After buying it the problems never stopped and they only offered to buy the vehicle back for several thousand less. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Even if they didn't know it was a lemon/flood car they should of made it right instead of screwing me over (a 17yr old kid, who can't afford to loose thousands). I highly suggest staying away from them because they are very deceiving and shady and refuse to right their wrongs.

This morning at 8 am I had no vehicle went on line filled out the pre-approval app and in under 2 mins recited an email letting me know I was approved 1 minute after Adrian contacted me by text message asking when I would be in I told him in 1 hour got the they had the truck ready to test drive loved the truck 20 minutes later approved and signed 35 minutes after that was heading home with a new 2016 F150 everyone was great and easy to talk to an Adrian was great to deal with will be back again .... great job guy

We traded our 2013 Escape for a 2016 Escape. The support of Neely Bailey via e-mail was great - she helped find a car and explained the costs. Bob Behlke, General Sales Manager, did an excellent job of minimizing the cost of the new car and found the exact 2016 that we wanted at another dealer and had it delivered in one day. Ariel, Finance, was friendly and very knowledgeable. Derek Erbe, Sales Associate, took significant time to review the features of the new car.- he was extremely knowledgeable of the Escape and was very professional. I would definitely purchase another car from Vic Bailey in the future.

My sister and nephew both bought cars from here a few months back. My sister was in a car that she was so over her head in she did not think she would ever get out from under. This dealership got her out and into an awesome Fusion. My nephew also bought his new car there and they could not rave enough about this place. So I went with my escape that I was desperate to get out of and they got me out of it with no issue. Commille was great, we found the Fusion I liked within minutes (like 2-3 minutes). I test drove it and fell in love with this car. Commille and Arielle worked really hard to get me the best deal and I got the car with all the bells and whistles for a lower payment to boot. This place is really great, my sister was right and I am glad I went to this dealership.

Purchased 1/30/16To be honest I was a little hesitant to shopping from a dealer due to past experiences I have encountered. The personnel at Vic Baileys went out of there way to accommodate me and to ensure my experience was better then expected. The Sales Associate, Christian, was very nice and assisting in completing the transaction in a timely manner. There was one hiccup with the truck I came to purchase due to it being loaned out when I arrived. The Sales Manager was able to get this corrected quickly and reduce the impact on me. This is the reason I purchased the truck. I will be switching my business from Toyota of Gvl to Vic Baileys. UPDATE 2/5/16I posted the above review earlier then I should have. I will stand by my above comments about the sales transaction. I will add that there was a issue that developed with in the first hour of ownership. I contact the Sales rep immediate and explained the two issues. I was assured that these would be corrected. Once my truck was dropped off (3 days later) at the dealership they did provide a loaner while they corrected the issues. Day two of them having my truck I was contacted by the sales rep and explained that issue #1 (Tire was losing air and the TPS light was activating) was corrected by them removing foreign debris that had punctured the tire. He also explained that the TPS sensor was bad and they are not fixing this. The issue I have with this is that the TPS sensor was working correctly, activated and illuminated when tire press was reduced by puncture, and this took place with in the first hour of ownership. (on a side note the individual that had the truck when I showed up to purchased it had taken it off road due to the amount of mud that was on the truck. This was noticed by the sales rep and myself.) The second issue was a leak on the power steering. This leak was located on one of the power steering lines that is located in front of the engine. The sales rep explained that this line was wet with fluid due to residual oil from when they changed the oil. The issues that I have with this explanation is that their service quality produces this below average quality. Being a ASE Certified Technician for years and a Maintenance Manager for the last 6 years I am amazed that this type of quality seems acceptable with in this service department. The other issue I have with this explanation of the power steering leak is that no matter how low your end product quality is, there is no way for oil spilt during an oil change for the power steering reservoir to lose fluid.Was informed by the Sales rep on Wednesday that I would receive a call Thursday from the Service Manager explaining what the issue was. I did not receive a call. My spouse was told on Thursday by the sales rep that I would receive a call on Friday from the Service manager, which I did not. I attempted to contact the Sales Rep at 4:58PM and was informed that he was with a customer and could call me back. at 6:03PM I once again called and was told that he was still unavailable. During the call with the operator at the dealership she asked what I was needing. After explaining I was calling in reference to my truck being at their location she stated that would be handled by Service, whom have already left. I will update as this completed.

Found car on the USAA website, sent the inquiry via email and got a phone call within minutes. Neely provided me info, I pondered in a couple days with no hassle. Called two days later, went in to see the car, drove it, they gave me what I wanted on my trade and the deal was done. James was helpful, not forceful or persistent at all, and very upfront. Arial was easy to work with in the finance department. I will consider Vic Bailey in all my future car purchases.

I was looking for a 2015 escape with mid level trim. Like leather seats but no navigation. And it had to be bright blue. I went thinking I would not find one. Because I had been looking online and only a few were out there. They were to far away or out of your price range.I was very surprised that Camillo was able to find a 2016 escape the exact trim and color I wanted. For a great price and awesome interest rate. Lisa in the signing room was wonderfull too. It was a fast and easy. Thank You Vick Bailey Ford for putting me in my dream car at a great price.

The salesmen were very courteous and took the time to explain everything and go over the pricing and vehicle specs. The finance manager was also good at exlpaining our price options and gave us a great deal compared to a couple of other dealerships that we were dealing with. I would highly recommend going to this dealership if you are buying your next Lincoln vehicle.

I bought my wife a new mercury at this dealership and it was a terrible experience after the sale as nothing that went wrong with the vehicle was ever repaired even the first oil change wasn't done properly and the service manager thinks you owe him something for even talking to you if he even comes out of his office to talk to you. Buyer beware as this dealership wants nothing to do with you after the sale and won't even talk to you after the sale.

Caleb asked that we call him before we made the 1.5 hr trek so he could pull the SUV and "hold" it. We called as soon as we got in the car and on our way and he said he would hold. Well, one hour into our drive and we get a phone call from Caleb that they just sold the vehicle. I guess my definition of holding means something different than theirs. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

My 24 year old son came home on Military break during the Memorial Day holiday. He had been looking for a preowned Mustang GT 2010-2015. So after getting off 3rd shift I told him I would go with him to look at cars. We went to Vic Bailey in Spartanburg SC, there we found a bright green Mustang GT on their preowned lot. After waiting at the car look8ng through the windows for about 10 minutes the Salesman comes out with no key. My son goes back inside with the salesman..I'm thinking he going to test drive it..not the case the Salesman gave him the info on the car and told him...."if he wasn't buying it he couldn't see it".. Needless to say that same day we went to Balentine Ford in Greenwood SC and found a salesman that was willing to work and he came home with a Mustang GT. So Vic Bailey I guess that answers your question.

Loving my New Ford F150 and Fusion., Really enjoyed working with Comille Byars on the purchase of both my new Fords. He is a great sales person and easy to work with. To my surprise, this dealership had the pre-owned car I wanted at the price I wanted; by the way the price online didnt match the tag price. I went in hesitating I would not have a pleasant experience and guess what, they met those expectations. They allowed me to go on a test drive for 2 miles and directed me back to the dealership. The sales guy was very pushy and I HATE THAT!. I'm not buying Ice-cream for which i need to decide at that moment; I'm spending 20k on a car, GET OFF MY BACK! Finally, after my considerations and taking my time I decided on buying the car but had to 'negotiate' getting a lumpy tire replaced and getting missing floor mats. The accounting guy and sales guy had a very odd relation, they argued in front of me which I though was very odd and made the whole spending 20K experience very uncomfortable for me. I'm still waiting on the floor mats..I wrote the above review in August 2014 in google and today 9/26/2014 I got a call from the salesman. It turns out that they do read these reviews. He asked me about my satisfaction with the car and then he went into the telling me about my comments. He did apologize for my bad experience, but before that HE REQUESTED THAT I DELETE MY REVIEW. I found that completely incredible! He also asked that I add not only the bad but also the good, so here it goes. He asked me to include that I did receive a set of mats when I took the car from the lot, and I did but they were beige and the car interior is black (no use! I spent a lot of money to make it look bad coming out of the lot). BTW I returned the beige mats intact when I got the black ones.Also, he asked me to comment that I did finally get my black mats, and yes he did, just one week later than promised. Finally he also wanted a good review because he did follow up with me after my purchase but isn't that YOUR JOB? I've got to say bad service is not only a problem of the salesman, it is everywhere in the organization. Just today I had to get the oil service done, ON THE CAR I BOUGHT 4 WEEKS AGO FROM THEM!!! And also the service there was pretty bad. I don't expect to be papered or nothing but it just feels that they completely lost the customer experience factor. I get better service buying a $3 coffee than buying a $20K car. Is that too much to ask?Would I buy from them again? If they have the right car at the right price yes. Would I finance, service or recommend them? Absolutely NO!

Just wanted to say that I had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my new F150 truck. The salesman was great to work with and also the finance manager. My situation was somewhat difficult because of alot of outside circumstances, but they worked everyything out to where I could both approved for a new vehicle and could afford it. Was snubbed by the owner sitting in the room with window the entire visit.The car was listed as a super clean vehicle that was taken care of like a family member.The car was supposed to be detailed inside and out twice, according to the salesperson.The car was so covered up with fluff and cigarette burns filled in with something in the seats,It was also filled and shined, sprayed to cover up the smell inside and to hide all the water damaged inside doors, the dirty seats,the dirty upper portions around the visors and mirror.After two or three days, everything turned back to what it was when the smoker turned it in to them.All the fluff fell out.Buyer beware of this dealership. Just as you have heard. Not good.

I have been talking to a salesman for a couple weeks about a car I saw online. Told them I liked the car, and IF they found one like it with a sunroof I would be interested. The salesman texted me asking if we included installing a sunroof and kept the price the same, would you be interested? I said that would be amazing! So, my husband & I drove 90 miles from Charlotte for the deal they made me. We test drove car, spent a couple hours looking over the car, said YES to the deal I was offered. When we went to finalize paperwork we were told that the deal that was made was NOT going to be honored and were asked to pay $1,100 MORE than quoted amount. Bait & Switch is not a good way to do business. They knew I was driving 90 miles there and 90 miles home and hooked me in promising me a deal they were NEVER going to honor. Spoke to Mr. Vic Bailey himself and he said "People make mistakes, I am sorry that this happened but I can not honor the deal we made you originally." This is NO way to do business, they didn't offer to reimburse me for my gas, time or wear & tear to my current vehicle. They said they had nothing but a verbal apology to offer me. BUYER BEWARE of the sales techniques this place uses!

After being to numerous dealerships in NC and SC and walking away from deals after being lied to i found myself at Vic Bailey Ford and by this time it was 7:00pm on a friday, i was frustrated of dealing with liars of car salesmen making false promises and assumed i was gonna go through the same thing one last time before going home. From the time i showed up until the time i purchased the vehicle and even 2 weeks after it was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. They kept every promise made to me and even let me take home the car without giving them a dime and trusted that i would return Monday with a check to pay for the vehicle in full. In this day and time that just doesnt happen because of people who dont honor what they say. I will probably purchase all my vehicles from this dealership in the future so long as they have what i am looking for in stock. Rodney was on top of every question i had and if he didnt have the answer Chris (sales manager) was there to answer it.What impressed me is the fact that i called the dealership and asked to speak with Mr. Bailey and without skipping a beat they transfered me to his phone and i was able to express my appreciation to him about the positive experience i had which doesnt happen very often at a dealership of this size. I am not one to write reviews unless i am extremely uopset about something but after seeing what is posted on this site i felt it was the right thing to show other car buyers that this is a place you can trust and purchase a car from so i would recommend not going by what other reviews say and go down to Vic Bailey Ford if you are looking for a vehicle and form your own opinion. If you deal with the right people you will be happy with your purchase.

Complaint about tires out of balance 3 oil changes in a row;first time they didnt even touch the wheels (brake dust on the existing weights)second time they "fixed" it, "mechanic must have forgot to do it". Tire shake still existed on interstate speeds.Third time the service guy states that all the wheels are in balance, but my tires are out of round , suggests i get new tires for $1200.-I took the truck to Good Year Tire service, they found 2 tires out of balance and nothing to see about tires out of round.Once i confronted the service manager with Goodyears finding he explained their tire machine needed repair ...I wonder how they would have balanced the $1200 new unnecessary purchased tires.

Anders took time to listen to my concerns, made recommendations regarding my purchase, that I felt were in my best interest and gave me an extremely fair price on my F-250 Super Duty. I would certainly recommend the sales and service departments to my friends and family members.
