We bought a used 2013 explorer ltd. the salesperson and manager worked hard and late past normal hours to get us an acceptable deal. This was tough because we have z-plan as an option on a new one. We came from 3 hrs away(Grand Rapids, mi) for a shopping trip for my daughter and we did not want to come back no matter how much we liked the car. I've brought my truck in a few times now for very minor things (warranty work on the back window and a broken outlet cover) but this time the engin light came on while driving across state lines and I was a little worried. I called Mikey B who got me connected with Matt and Cory in service and they put my mind at ease. Drop off was made very simple thanks to Chevo who took care of getting the truck and paperwork processed and the truck was fixed the very next day! Both Cory and Matt kept in contact with me lettinge know what needed to be done and prices were discussed upfront and quoted accurately. Pickup was even easier. I brought in our 2013 edge ( that we purchased used from victor ford) for its 1st oil change. I stopped in without an appointment and was out in less than 25 minutes. No sneaky upselling or gimmicks. Just a pleasant experience. The woman that greeted me at the counter was friendly and informed me of a rebate in addition to my coupon! Price was great and I know my car was handled by a trained professional not some kid off the street. I was informed that my tires were due for a rotation so they took care of it. I didn't even need to tell them! Very pleased with the friendly and efficient service. Will definitely continue to trust victor ford with our "family car". Thank you!

I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery, but it was 3 months. Until I posted a negative comment on your Facebook page, I wasn't getting any updates on why the delay. Once the sales manager got involved, communication improved. My sales rep was very pleasant. He seemed to be working with another customer most of the times I stopped by, but he worked with another rep who was more than willing to step in and answer questions. Overall, pleasant people but just need to improve on communication. Now that I have my Fiesta, I LOVE it.

Needed service on my ford for a driving issue. I contacted the service department and they scheduled an appt. After looking over the vehicle they determined the issue and contacted me with the options for repair. They were able to complete the repair that day. Great communication excellent service! I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and they showed me that the brakes were bad. I had them do the brakes with aftermarket parts. When I picked it up the price was a lot more, they said they had to use ford parts. the nice lady that helped me said I will adjust the price and did. great work by the mechanic and the service writer.

The staff was great and very welcoming (to everyone that came in that day). You could tell that every employee cared about their customers, got the sense there is a lot of repeat business. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Escape for a 2014 Escape. I was never pushed or pressured or forced into anything that I wasn't comfortable with. Several people said to call them if I had any questions or concerns, if they didn't know the answers, they would get someone to contact me who did. What amazing customer service. I was referred to the dealership by a family member - BEST way to start the New Year!!!

I brought my ford truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and found my brakes were bad. they showed me just how bad they were. The service guy was very helpful as well as the writer. When I went to pick up the truck the price was way more, the lady told me they had to use ford parts instead of aftermarket but she adjusted the price. to me everyone from the service writer to the one who worked on it and the one who adjusted the price was all for the customer, not for the money. thanks

The purchase of my 2015 Mustang was as clean and simple as I could hope for. Living about a hour away, I picked the vehicle from Victor Ford's online inventory, and we agreed upon a deal over the phone before I had seen the car or dealership. When I arrived the very next morning, I was treated with honesty and respect. We never even needed to discuss the deal/price again, it was all just exactly as agreed upon.Willing to travel up to 100 miles, I was able to locate a Mustang equipped how I desired at several dealerships. But it was within the first 60 seconds on the phone with my salesman, Mark L., at Victor Ford, that I decided that this was the dealership I would likely be purchasing from. While some other Ford dealerships had turned me off within moments, Mark was just easy-going and eager to assist me in purchasing the car. I was treated as a serious buyer from the very start.While not required or expected, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mustangs are treated a little special at this dealership. It was nice to know that my car was in good hands before me. I purchased my car with a fair/excellent deal, was treated with respect throughout the transaction by the sales and finance staff and even the techs who performed the final delivery prep. I will refer anyone looking at a Ford product to this dealership and my salesman.

We've purchased a number of vehicles from Victor Ford and even though it's 18 miles from our home (We live within 3 miles of another Ford store), we still take my wife's 2014 Ford Escape there for service. We've always been treated very well at Victor Ford and feel like part of their family. I took the Escape for an oil change at the QuickLane on 11/25/14 and as usual, the service was very fast. When I got home, I noticed a set of car keys on the passenger seat. I immediately called and asked if they were missing a set of keys, and was advised that they were. (Apparently a service technician accidentally left them in our car.) I told them that I would bring the keys back, but it would take a little while because of the distance. I drove back to Victor Ford and dropped the keys off. The person that I spoke to when I got home was on the phone when I arrived, and gave me a "thank you" wave when I dropped the keys on the counter. I don't expect a pat on the back for every good deed that I do, but it would have been nice if someone would have said here's a discount coupon for your next oil change or something similar. I could have requested that they send an employee to pick up the keys, which would have probably taken about an hour of their time. I don't want to sound like I'm whining, but it did leave a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. As I said, we've always been treated very well at Victor Ford and will continue to go there for to purchase vehicles and for service.

The service at the dealership was pretty good. I thought that my warranty covered a replacement vehicle. I am not sure that it does. Seems like at best, it covers a part of the cost. I also thought that you usually return a clean vehicle, but apparently, that is not true, as I was told that you do not wash cars at that location. I will say however, that the purpose for which I brought the car in, was fulfilled. The service on the vehicle was excellent

Bob, the attendant, was informative and nice. What would have made it perfect would have been him checking me out before helping another customer while my car was ready to go. But really that's just me being nit-picky.Would have like to have been informed of any other (light) service packages. My father informed me of a 39.99 package where they would rotate my tires in addition to the oil change and general inspection. This is my second oil change on my 2013 Ford Explorer. As on my previous visit, I was served almost immediately, and was processed quickly and efficiently. They recommended a tire rotation, which I wanted but had forgotten about, so I was happy they brought it up. They recommend the tire rotation every other oil change. They did not try to sell me any other services, and there was no high pressure.The truck was in and out in about 25 minutes, and the price was not only reasonable but lower than I expected. They have a nice waiting area with plenty of comfortable seats and several HDTV's. Vending machines are also available.Well worth the trip.

I went to Victor Ford to shop for a new car. Mark helped me and seemed knowledgeable. I could not purchase that day as I needed my husband with me. I emailed for a price on the Escape I test drove and was very disappointed! I responded to that email with a couple questions and NEVER got a response. Then 5 days later I get an email from Mark asking me to "make them an offer" which I did. I even explained in the email about rebates that Mark had mentioned to me or I had read about on the Ford website. I even explained in the 10 a.m. email that we were going to purchase a car THAT DAY. Mark's manager responded asking me a question about qualifying for one of the discounts I asked for. I responded immediately to that email and NEVER heard from them again! Had a great experience buying my car from Victor and then I had a recall and the service department took care of that as well. This is why we continue to go back. I have an Explorer, my husband has a Volvo and our daughter has a Mustang - we bring all of the cars to the Quick Lane for all our service. I live over 30 minutes away and could go to some place closer but only trust this dealership and all the employees there. Thanks for all you do for us! The Sharp Family

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a Dealership. I took my 2013 Ford F150 to Victor Ford in Wauconda for a problem with the Sync Navigation System. The Service Manager was rude and condenscending from the very start. After a few minutes of dealing with this guy I knew that I shouldn't trust him. I left Victor and went to Buss Ford and was greated in a friendly fashion by a Service Manager that actually cares about the customer.

This is a great dealership to buy your car from. I bought a 2014 Mustang that I found on cars.com from them. They keep all there new mustangs inside, GREAT MOVE, corvette dealers do it why not treat mustang customers the same. I spoke with Mark on the phone and the car I was interested in didn't have any photos or information listed so I contacted Mark and he directed me to their website where I saw all the options and he also snapped photos and emailed it to me so I could see the car. We arrived there the next day and everyone was very nice from sales down to the finance person. They make negotiating very easy and fair. I would recommend calling them if you are looking for a mustang, not sure what their process is for getting something for you if they don't have it in stock but if its like the regular purchase should be great people to go through for that too. Thanks again love the mustang

When I called to inquire about a vehicle they were very friendly, that I scheduled to see the vehicle the same day. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and was taken to see the vehicle right away, not wasting my time. I drove it and they let me put it on a lift to check the undercarriage. When we sat to talk financing, I did not feel obligated or forced to take it. There were some minor problems with the vehicle but they fixed the issues and even gave me discounts to cover other expenses they weren't able to do, since this was not a Ford vehicle. This is how dealerships should be with a family friendly feel, not "rush rush give me your money and car." This is an awesome dealership. Highly recommend.

I have purchased three new vehicles there throughout the years. The last one is now 13 years old with 185000 miles and is in tip top shape. I have Victors service dept and Quick Lane do all the maintenance work and they do a fabulous job. They make me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I went there for an oil change. A couple days later my oil light came on, brought it back there. The guy put it on the rack and told me I had an oil leak and showed me where it was leaking on my exhaust. Brought it somewhere else and yes I had an oil leak, because Victor Ford put too much oil in my car. Had to have an oily switch replaced and it cost $110.00. Would never go back there.

What a great experience with the sales department and service department. The whole dealership treats you like family and I have no reason to shop anywhere else for a new or used car. They know their Mustangs and all the upgrades to make my car a blast to drive.

Took my 2005 Ford Expedition in for a service light check. Was told the truck needed a Throttle position sensor, a throttle body cleaning and a MAF sensor cleaning. Quoted $1028 to fix, but that included a anti-freeze change and a gas filter change and labor. Actual part cost for sensor from another Ford Dealer $111.00. Took my truck to another service center, was billed a total of $279 for a new Throttle Position Sensor, a throttle body cleaning and a MAF sensor cleaning.THIS DEALER WILL TRY TO RAPE YOU FOR SERVICE ON YOU CAR OR TRUCK. DO NOT USE THIS FORD DEALER UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF.
