My car had a turbo to get replaced. They said the coil packs and spark plugs were destroyed and it was 450 dollars. I refused service. They said (upsale) why don't you get all four coil packs and 8 spark plugs replaced for 758 dollars. I again said no. They waited a few days and told me the ignition switch had broken and now the car doesn't run at all. The cost is 395.00. This was the last straw, I filled out a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and intend to sue them in small claims court. James Meyer is the new Service Manager and has been sued and lost for unnecessary repairs to me is stealing.

If you have an option to Buy or Service your vehicle elsewhere, DO IT!! If your still under factory warranty and have to use these guys, I'm sorry, I'm in the same boat with you.. My main complaints are that the dealership really seems to just not care about there customers. First, all of there vehicles have a mark-up, every single one. That up-front is a warning sign that these guys are price gouging. Second, they don't really negotiate, they may lower there marked up price to the factory sticker price, but anything more, forget it. I tried to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and asked if they would price match a dealer down the hill. They would not, so, I purchased down the hill. Third, the wait times for a shuttle are to long, sometimes over an hour and the new car salesman harass you while your in the TV / Waiting room. The shuttle driver is very nice, but you can tell is overworked and underpaid, probably makes minimum wage. The shuttle itself is the lowest model Dodge Caravan, NO rear air conditioning, NO power sliding doors, NO factory navigation for the driver, and your packed like a sardine in the Van because by the time the shuttle arrives there are so many people that need a ride. If your the last one in, You might not be home for another hour. You would think a dealership would want to put there best foot forward, but No, not this one! Some of the Service advisers are nice and pleasant to work with but the company in whole really makes you feel poorly inside. I know businesses are in business to make money, but when I service or buy from Toyota, I don't feel this way. Victorville Motors Truly Doesn't care about you, just greed!!

I took my Chrysler 300 in to replace the drivers side air bag. Since then I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the battery. My radio won't turn off automatically. And car battery keeps losing juice. Something is draining it. I've driven this car since it was new, that's been 9.5 years!!

If there was a way to give negative stars to a company than i would gives these crooks a negative Infiniti star. I was in the military and they IMMEDIATELY took advantage and sold me this car that had MULTIPLE recalls on it it stopped working two weeks after I bought it. The interest rates was RIDICULOUS AS HECK. They sold the first car I wanted didn't even call me to let me know, i had already purchased insurance and everything. If that dealership goes out of business i think i might have a party!!

Went in to look for a used Jeep. A previous dealer had one but it was not ready, so I went next door to these guys. I AM SOOOO GLAD I DID. Got the EXACT vehicle I was looking for. All the trim, all the extras and they took so much care in treating me with so much respect and care, I fell in love with this dealership. I recommend EVERYONE shop there. From the sales staff to finance, to service, to the whole atmosphere. They are just as nice as can be.

My kids and I were stranded in 122 degree weather and had to have our new truck towed because their service department does not do their job. Our truck was towed to a small Dodge dealership and they were shocked that VVMotors did not catch the flags that were showing to update when my truck was just in there weeks before. I am totally disgusted with the lack of care from VVMotors!

My visit was because of a repeat issue with my trucks headlights. Ryan and the service department went to great lengths to troubleshoot my trucks electrical system and locate the faulty wiring harness that has been causing this issue for the last several years. Gas tank was replaced under warranty. Drove to Fresno had a waterfall of fuel leaking when I got there. Took it to the local dealership in Fresno, they said the fuel pump housing was cracked, Done while replacing fuel tank. Tried to get Chrysler or Victorville motors to reimburse me the $500 I spent in Fresno to get it fix, Victorville claims they had nothing to do with a cracked fuel pump housing even though they took it off the old tank and put it on the new tank and Chrysler position is the don't cover workmanship. Next I will try Barstow for service.

It's nice to know that Victorville Motor is all about getting their money and not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. Bought a used Durango from them and took it in multiple times for electronic issues and and they said they had it fixed. Now here I am less than 5,000 miles on it and the AC hisses and doesn't work, the vehicle can't tell if the keys are in it to start it, leaking coolant and it's making and awful grinding/knocking sound when it's running. Had it for about 5 months and they tell me I should've bought and extended warranty. This isn't the place to buy a used vehicle, seems to me like the get them barely running long enough so that you can't say they'really a lemon... Don't get robbed by these crooks, they don't stand behind their product.

Even with rough credit and a foreclosure Ryan and Chris Howard got me into a amazing 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It needed service and Chris Howard not only Ok'd the repairs he gave me a loner to use the next 3 days. I couldn't get back til then do to health issues. Ryan kept in contact with me thru the whole process, he a true professional, as well as a very kind man. By the way, they drove all the way to Lake arrowhead to pick up my trade and the car in question for the repairs. You need a car and aren't sure you can get financing go see Ryan. Call ahead and make sure he is there, you won't regret it.

I just purchased a $37,000 Jeep Compass about a year ago, I needed to have something replaced because I broke a panel covering the speaker. Well I was only charged for the part, their gesture. I agreed and I only paid a small $40 fee for the part, no charge for installing it. They wouldn't charge to install, still within the 36,000. Well I left thinking that was that. I go to wash my car and realize that one of the service members thought it would be funny if they literally tried to rip off another panel, this time by my electric seat controls. I was so upset, went to talk to someone in management. They agreed to replace it, after this was completed as last time something just happened to be broken, I re-checked the car and something else was broken. Seems that this dealership is trying to make me return again and again for nothing to warranty out the parts and make money off the Jeep that way. I don't have time to just spend at the dealership and do NOT appreciate them breaking something else every time I get something fixed. Avoid doing business with these people. Thinking back, I can absolutely say confidently that when I purchased this vehicle I was abruptly OVERCHARGED!!

Mo greeted us with a friendly, easy going attitude. He listen to our wants and needs, and helped guide us in the right direction. We had been to another dealer 10 minutes before this, and was not happy with their service. Mo gave us the Royal treatment. They worked with us in our budget and did everything in their power to allow us to drive off the lot in our new Ram Truck. Marie gave us the grand tour of the building letting us know where we can go if we need service, help or just to buy extra accessories. I have never been to a dealer who gave me a walk through letting me knows where to go or whom to contact if needed at a late date Coming to Victorville Motors was an awesome experience, we will be back in the future. I highly recommend to others. Ask for Mo he is a great guy who will do his best to get you what you want.

Paid them $110 to take my Dodge Viper for a xxxxxxx joyride. I brought my Dodge Viper in for a slave cylinder replacement. They replaced it and then took the car for a 2 mile road test to test it. That seemed to be fine so I brought the car back a month later because of a noise. I personally took the shop foreman on a drive so he could hear the noise. I then left the car with them for one day so they could diagnose the cause. At this point they took it upon themselves to take my Dodge Viper for a 24 mile joyride doing god knows what. As if a 24 mile joyride and 2 and a half gallons of wasted gas wasn't enough. They then decided to lie on my receipt and put the wrong mileage. Saying they only drove 10 miles for a "road test". There was no reason to take the car out again. They already heard the noises when I drove them. Even if they did want to take it out, anything more than 2 miles around the block is excessive and unnacceptable. Apparently they think I'm a moron and don't watch mileage. I have given the dealership 3 grand in services and they thank me for my business by racing off in my $50,000 car for their own xxxxxxx amusement. Total violation in trust. This dealership has absolutely no respect for their customers and their cars and no integrity whatsoever. I will never do business with them again. I wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I just purchased a Durango, and I believe we received a good deal, maybe not the best deal you could get, like you would on a holiday, but a good deal. They just had the right vehicle at the right time. They were honest and stuck with the Truecar price and then some. It was a great experience. A year ago I bought a challenger from them, and after having the greatest car buying experience, I knew I would be back. Even the service department does a fantastic job, and is much faster than Valley Hi, which is the the worst dealership to plague the high desert since Robin Pellisiere left, or Rancho which is slow, but still better than Valley Hi. I really cannot say enough good things, and I normally hate doing reviews, but I will most definitely buy from them in the future.

When i came i was coming back from my tour in korea i had my dad buy a car for me from his so called freind who is a manager there the salesmen we Bought the Lincoln aviator from took advantage of the fact that we trusted this so called friend. I've had this xxx not but a year and a half and ive Have had multiple problems already, I tried to trade it in and got told I would need to put $8,000 down because I was upside down by about 6 grand. With all the problems it has the best compensation they can give is a loaner car for free but I would have to pay for all the work to be done needless to say I'm stuck in a price of xxxx with no way out

Refused to sell car for the price on the window and claimed it was a mistake then tried to up the price 10 thousand. Dealer should of honored price since it was there mistake. I think it was a scam to get people in the door. Called corperate hopefully they make it right butnot holding my breath.

We bought a used 2005 dodge durango. Beautiful and in prestine condition. We were given two car keys. Upon arriving home we discovered only one of the keys worked. We immediately contacted and notified our salesperson (Earl, he was very courteous to us) that one of the keys did not work. He said bring it on down, and the service dept would take care of it. Next day (11/29)we bring in the keys as stated and were told by a young man at the service dept that we had to pay over $200 to fix the key. (Excuse me, but we are not talking about a key that opens the White House).My wife explained and pleaded that we just got the keys with our recently purchased vehicle and it did not work. According to the young technician, his boss insisted that we be charged. Further, adding insult to injury, he told my wife that we may have damaged the key by accident, hence, justifying the outrageous key repair fee.My wife asked to speak with sales manager Bret. Before being allowed to speak to Bret, she was told that if the sales department (in the same dealership mind you) would like to pick up the tab, then that is their option to take it out of their department budget. I thought a dealership worked together as a team. We initially believed that this dealership had a genuine team of sales and service personnel that was exempt from the mystic of auto dealerships rolling out the red carpet- with many strings hidden and attached underneath. But, unfortunately, our recent experience with how a customer is treated after the sale makes us believe otherwise.I hesitated to buy American due to the notorious quality of the cars I have had in the past versus the more reliable and quality Japanese cars. This Durango purchase was my attempt at trusting the newer genre of American made cars.Sure, after much unecessary persistence (and assistance from Bret), we finally got our key repaired free of charge. But, I sure hope that my vehicle remains better built than the teamwork and service my wife and I had just witnessed at the Victorville Motors (Dodge & Chrysler) dealership.Does this apply to all personnel working at the delarship ? No, but our first impression is definitely tarnished. For the record, my wife and I did not accidentally or intentionally damage the key. It was broken to begin with. Would I recommend and/or purchase my next family vehicle from this same dealership?......a disappointing, No.
