I took my 2014 Chevy Spark in for a warranty repair, the staff were prompt, courteous and professional, most notably on the onset Fernando Torres who is a Petaluma small town style just down right friendly person, setting me at ease. There were some complications and I had to take the Spark back as a mistake had been made and they owned up to it and repaired it, so they are honest as well, at this point the service manager Bill McAllister had taken over and the same thing, straight up, professional, courteous, and that Petaluma small town friendliness. The Victory Chevrolet service team treated me well as if I had driven a expensive sports car in and that is some old fashioned sort of service reminiscent of a bygone era and not seen very often in this day and age. Thank you very much Victory Chevrolet!

This was my first experience with Victory Cheverolet, and it was definately a top notch experience. I was having problems with my transmission and was referred by Jeff Pariday of Pope Valley Tow and Repair. Dealt with Dennis in the Service Department. Very professional. He had me bring in my 2006 Silverado for diagnosis. His department did a inspection, not only of the transmission , but the overall condition of the truck. I picked up my truck in a matter of days and have been driving my vehicle for a number of weeks now without any issues. Will definately bring my truck back for future services. Paul Eskesen

Service was in response to a recall notice to reprogram the Sensing Diagnostic Module (SDM) on my 2014 Cadillac XTS. It was to fix a situation where in the event of an accident that was not severe enough to deploy the airbags, certain actions, such as unlock the doors, turn off the HVAC and fuel pump, might not happen as they were supposed to. I dropped the car off, walked down the street to a restaurant for breakfast and by the time I got back the car was ready for me.

I had to being my car in a second time because the issue wasn't fixed. Dennis got a tech to ride along with me to hear the issue, he got me all set with a rental and made sure the warranty covered my issue. He is fantastic! Great customer service, follow through and knowledge.

we called for an appointment time, it was given. We arrived on time, car was parked in drive way, when service writer tried to start the car, the key would not go into the key hole. Its correction was added to the service order. The key problem was solved, allowing it to go into the keyhole again, plus the other work, originally requested, and all was done in the allotted time frame. We put the key into the ignition and drove away - what more could be desired.?

Since I bought my Volt, I have been taking it to Victory Chevrolet for servicing. The people have been exceptionally good to work with, they are the reason I keep going back.My only complaint is their web site, which has been dysfunctional for many months; it was broken the last two times I made appointments.

Victory Chevrolet was very courteous and profession. They had a Cruze available for show right away and was able to locate the exact model with the options my husband and I wanted within 5 minutes. Additionally with the great incentives offered, we made a deal within 10 minutes and walk out the door with a brand new 2016 Cruze that included everything we asked for and more, plus at an outstanding price. The level of service from the sales manager, financial manager, and sales person was beyond anything we have experienced before. I would definitely recommend Victory Chevrolet and buy another vehicle from them. A+ all the way! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. We love our Cruze and are still debating on who gets to drive it.

service work was good and timley. only issue I had was at the service check in. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes before. there were four service employees on their computers. one became available and ask for my information. when I gave it to him he said he couldn't help me as one of the other service persons had my appointment. I had to wait 10 minutes before that person could help me, even though the other three service people were on their computer and noit talking to any other customers

When I first came across the Victory Cadillac ad for a 2013 Cadillac ATS Luxury Edition that was a previous Rental/Lease car I knew that that car was to be mine! First let me say we love the car! not only do we feel we got a great car (with every possible feature and extra included minus 3) but a great price as well. Sales staff were friendly yet direct and to the point thus not wasting my time nor theirs. In addition to the sale we opted for a few extras. This included the Dupont sealant/anti scratch dent package(s) inside and out. The car when picked up looked BRAND NEW inside and out even the 3 very minor scratches on the car were gone. Thanks Victory Cadillac.

We were in an RV campground and depend on our truck to pull our 5th wheel. When our new GMC diesel had a problem (thank goodness not when we were towing, we knew we had to have expert service and soon. Carlos Diaz and Victory, spotted the problem. As Carlos said, it was bad news in that it would take longer than just resetting the computer. He was honest,put a guy on it asap and we had it back in 1 1/2 days. Wow were we lucky to have a good dealership service nearby

My experience in the service department is usually great. The gentleman in the service department that I deal with is always accommodating for my needs. He gets me in and the wait is not an inconvenience ever. He even suprises me and has my automobile washed. I have been going to Victory for over 30 years very satisfied. All the people at Victory were very nice, and professional. My only complaint is that the dealership is on a crowded, small lot with very little parking, and a confusing entrance with poor signage. When visiting the maintenance department, there really is no waiting room, just a couple tables and chairs in the lobby of the service check-in area. I love my 2014 Cadillac, but if GM wants to sell these cars to BMW and MB customers (like me), they need to have comparable dealership facilities. Really.

Dennis Pawlowski is an excellent service representative. My recent repair was delayed due to a defective part. What was to take one day turned into a four day period thru no fault of Victory's. Great place to buy a Camaro or Corvette. Rick is just the Best. Sales team is very good.The detail team is less than desirable. Took our Stingray in for routine service and got it back with radio BLASTING music that was not of my nationality nor could I understand that foreign language south of California.Picked up our New Camaro SS and a quick and shoddy job was done, I had to clean windshield inside and out when we arrived home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dishonest people. Told me a car was mint condition over the phone. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to see the car, as it was the exact specs that I wanted in a hard to find make/model. When I arrived the car had a funny smell to it, the back seats were were a bit dirty, and had dog hair in the cracks. They told me they only had an hour to detail it, so they hadn't had a chance to complete it. Turns out they had skillfully placed seat covers over the front seats and told me it was the original upholstery, which was a blatant lie. The car had really low miles so I bought it anyways thinking it was a good deal despite the cosmetics, and that it just needed a good detail. Brought the vehicle home and that is when I started noticing that the original owner had used the vehicle as a camping/hunting vehicle. Explains the low miles, just had used it for only weekend trips in the mud. Started peeling back the layers and kept finding more dirt, more dog hair, more mud. Rear differential makes noise when turning hard. Now I'm wondering if the vehicle had even been maintained properly. Bottom line, the vehicle was A FAR CRY from mint condition. The fact that they put seat covers on there and told me it was the original upholstery is shameful.

I dealt directly with the sales manager as it was month end. We came to an agreement and on the way home I realized the "new car" had over 1000 miles on the odometer. I inquired the next morning and was told in a defensive tone "that was in the paperwork". This is not the type of place that is looking for a long term relationship. Further investigation is being done to see if it was actually a demo car.

We ordered our Jeep Grand Cherokee - Overland - arranged the price and when it was delivered the financing was easy and efficient. No hassles over price, just sign numerous pieces of paper and the Jeep was ours. Tammy Lloyd, our sales rep, was outstanding. she worked with us insuring the Jeep we wanted was the best for our needs and she took the time to walk us through all the features of the Overland. The guys were great about getting me out the door, but the deal changed, they took my two trucks as trade-in and "spotted" me the vehicle, then took weeks to get me financed, sold me an extended warranty, and have failed to follow up or provide me with a final contract or service contract details
