I started off my experience with online Shannon did an excellent job answering my questions and getting back to me and following up which led us to come to the dealership once at the dealership they showed us several different vehicles that had features we were looking at, offered to bring in other vehicles from different dealership if we could not find what we were happy with their. We were able to find a vehicle on their lot that we wanted.We were there in a very busy night we received a phone call right away the next morning dealerships making us their offer & loved that Jeff was okay dealing with a female, have not had that other couple other dealerships always wanted to talk to my husband about our truck. We had a very good experience we are able to come to an agreement on terms and conditions of our truck very top notch and I'd like to thank Jeff & the team at Victory Ford for all they did most definitely would go back and look for my next new vehicle Victory Ford they were a vVctory in my book! Found the exact Ford Edge we were looking for at Victory Ford. Sat down with Kim Palmer and within minutes had the outright purchase price. I took the Edge home that evening and my wife loved it. we both filled out the online credit application and got called within two hours of completion that everything was all set. Victory's finance person got us a fantastic rate through a local lender. Talk about easy! No stopping at the bank. Super easy and pleasant experience! Kim took the time to show my wife how everything worked and even set her phone up with the SYNC system. Kim called us a few weeks later to see how we liked the Edge and asked if we needed anything. That is how customer service is done! Another easy purchase and great experience at Victory Ford!

I purchased a 2006 Camry LE from Victory Ford on March 2, 2016. I found the car on their web site. My sales consultant was Kim Palmer and it was a pleasure working with him. He had the car in the bay inside the showroom which allowed me to inspect the engine and check the levels. This was so much better than standing outside in the cold. The 2006 Camry car had been fully serviced and the interior was spotless. I purchased the car after the test drive. It was in my price range and the 2006 Camry will replace my 2000 Camry. Kim is very knowledgeable and courteous. The Finance Director, David Hogan, was very helpful with the paperwork. I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. Customer service is the #1 priority of Victory Ford and it shows! I would highly recommend Victory Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

#1 reason to visit would be our sales associate, Kim Palmer! This is our second purchase with Kim. Both times we were treated fairly and with the utmost respect. We do not purchase new or expensive vehicles and at times other dealerships have been slow to show us inventory, as they will not be making a huge sale. Kim did not care & took time to talk with us to find out we are rebuilding financially, have a plan to upgrade yearly, and only shows us what fits US, not him. Additionally, we have 2 small boys who are allowed to be boys by all associates. I would recommend Victory Ford and more importantly, Kim Palmer to anyone wanting great vehicles and honest service.

Lets start with, being a major investment- first- the most important reason for my purchase at Victory Ford was salesman Ryan Sedbrook. He took the time to go outside when I was undecided with which truck would fit my needs. After discussing with Ryan, the F-150 Lariat was the one. I would to thank Ryan Sedbrook, for helping me find the right truck for me. Since driving this new truck for a little over a month, everything from meeting Ryan Sedbrook on the sales lot, to Ryan's help with financing paperwork on my purchase, then to the follow up on how everything was going with the new truck has been a great experience. Can you imagine having to purchase a vehicle all alone for the first time after 34 years of marriage? I faced my first vehicle purchase alone in 2012, shortly after my husband passed away. A young man named Dan was my salesman and I blurted out my entire life story within half an hour of meeting him. He could have taken advantage of my naivety and inexperience, but instead, he spent a good afternoon helping me, and even encouraging me to go to a local mechanic to ask about the vehicle I was interested in. I've been back for repairs on that vehicle several times and next time I'm looking for a vehicle I'll check this lot first.

Good for the most part. I live about an hour and a half away and the salesman was very informative about the vehicle I was interested in. He let me know ahead of time about some defects with the vehicle and even sent some pictures to me of those defects. He wanted to let me know about some things before I made the long trip there to look at the vehicle. The process went pretty smoothly. One thing, make sure to read the fine print before you sign up for any of the extra packages they offer to protect your vehicle. For the most part it went pretty well though. They also got me a great interest rate.

When I stopped by the Victory Dealership to look at their Inventory I was surprised on what they had on Hand. As we were looking Orlando Ramos came down and was very good to work for. He let us look around and answered any questions we had. It was our 1st stop and I had no intention on buying that day. That was find with Orlando and he mentioned to look on the internet to see what the other dealerships had on hand if I did not see one we liked. When we left he gave us his card and said to come back anytime. That night I did look for a Truck and found one at the other Dealership and called Orlando who got it set up to go look at. The next day we also started to Price New Trucks to compare to the Price of the Used Trucks we were looking at. Over the next Week we could not make up our mind and not once did Orlando try to make our Decision for us or push us in any direction. I was very "Impressed". This is our first buying experience from Victory Ford. I have always heard good things about the dealership and, I have to say, they did not disappoint. They had in good stock on the lot and were able to find a new 2015 F150 that fit my wants. Mitch Manternach, our salesman, was great to work with. I feel we got a fair price and they went out of their way to prep and deliver my new truck quickly despite purchasing it over the Thanksgiving holiday. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and communicated quickly and effectively over email. David Hogan also was a joy to work with as we closed the deal. I went in looking for a used car. No one pressured me into buying anything, I found what I wanted and it was at one of their other locations. I went to Victory Ford after finding a used car in my price range that had low miles. After not quite being able to come to terms with the price I mentioned possibly leasing a new vehicle. Ryan did an awesome job in explaining to me what that entailed and got me into a beautiful new car that I love! I have never walked into a dealership without feeling like I am their next paycheck until I walked into Victory. I swear by them and tell all my friends up here that if they are looking for a Ford, Victory is the place to go. I went to Victory after a less than stellar visit to a local dealer. I gave Victory my story and what my goals were. Mitch was very cool and did his best to accommodate my needs while the finance guy, David, clued me in that what I wanted and what i could afford would be far better served with a new Focus than a used Fusion. I never got the sense that I was under any pressure to accept their recommendation but am very happy that I chose that path. The Focus is everything i really needed and suits me far better than the Fusion would have. I truly got the feeling that their were looking out for me versus themselves during the entire process.

Victory Ford was the best local dealer that I had dealt with in buying a new vehicle. The original salesman that I dealt with was very polite and accommodating. I ordered a new vehicle so that I could get the right combination of colors and options that I wanted. When I stopped at Victory Ford I found John Rasmussan who listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle that I wanted at a nearby dealership. I really enjoyed the team at Victory Ford. I had visited several dealers (Ford and other brands) before I had a specific SUV in mind . I met a few salespersons who thought that black is just as good as red because that is what they had on the lot. I even met one that said "drive on over, we have two to look at" only to drive 45 miles to learn that they didn't even know their own inventory.

We had a bad run in with our family car, which left us in a bind. Dan in service was excellent instead of costing us a ton of money in labor, walking us through the situation and our options. Taking the time out of his day, and being very patient to make sure we understood all our options. Mitch Manternach in sales was a Rockstar at getting us the cars and numbers as we requested. Spot on. He really made us feel like we were a priority without being pushy. He may be new, but you would have never known. Mr. Hogan in the finance dept was also very patient at explaining our options, and making sure we got the best deal we could get. My wife and I were looking to trade our Dodge in for something lighter, faster, and more affordable in terms of payments. We had looked at Edges in the past and really liked the way the new Sports looked. We met with Ryan and even though it was the first 2015 on the lot, he knew a lot about the vehicle and was great at explaining features. Dave in finance was able to work out a lease program that was cheaper on payments than our Dodge was. He was great, and again, explained everything we needed to know. I had such a great experience in Dyersville with Dave Korte. He was great. Every question I asked he got an answer for, if he didn't know the answer, he found out. They were very polite and very accommidating; even after my 6th test drive. I was unsure of what I wanted and drove away with a car I love and a great payment to go with it. I was privileged to work with Kim and Dave at the dealership in purchasing my vehicle. A few words about Mr. Kim Palmer and Dave Korte. These two dealership staff win 'hands down/no contest' when compared to any other vehicle sales staff, I have ever worked with before, (either new or used vehicles). As the saying goes, Kim and Dave 'did not know me from Adam' when we first met. I am not local to Dyersville, (over 180 miles distant), and had never been to the Victory Ford dealership in my life. My story in locating Victory Ford is this. I had been looking locally for a second used work truck, (either 3/4 or 1 ton), and preferably either an F-250 or F-350. I was also looking for a specific engine option, (V-10 in the Ford product), which narrowed the field considerably. Locally I was having no success at all, either the wrong engine type or finding only 'utterly worn out/virtually wrecked' vehicles from Chevy or Dodge. I then decided to use the internet to increase my search range. I came across Victory Ford in short order and noted that they had several vehicles in the used selection that appeared likely to fit what I was looking for. I decided to drive up to Dyersville on Friday and check them out. I ended up arriving very late in the day and not far off from closing time. I had originally planned to stop in and introduce myself and then come back on Saturday to check out the inventory. To my surprise after meeting Kim, he was more than willing to stay late for me to check out and even test drive a vehicle that I had originally thought would probably be out of my price range. Mr. Palmer, ("Kim"), really impressed me with his obvious business experience/demeanor and personality. Kim impressed me as a person who knows his business, enjoys what he does and is not afraid to go the extra mile for the customer. The test drive was a success and needless to say, I told Kim I would be back on Saturday morning. When I arrived, the dealership was essentially swamped with customers and Kim was busy to say the least. Kim showed me where the lounge was and although he certainly didn't have to, gave me progress reports as to the projected transaction completion time of the customer in front of me! Again, this is the kind of service that I personally would not have expected from dealership sales staff who were dealing with a very high customer load. Kim introduced me to Mr. Dave Korte who was handling researching the best financing rates for me and completing the purchasing agreement/contract. Mr. Korte was able to find a financing interest rate that was considerably lower than what I had expected from research in my local area. Again, in my opinion, this type of business experience and high devotion to customer service/satisfaction put Victory Ford in both the "pole" position and 1st at the " checkered flag" when it came to my buying experience. I would and will recommend Victory Ford to any auto buyer.

Highly recommend Victory Ford! Just purchased our second new vehicle from them. Victory has everything you will need to get you the vehicle you're looking for. They have other dealerships that also work with them to offer a large selection of new and used vehicles and when it comes to customer service they are top rated. Victory strives for customer excellence and it shows!! We live almost an hour away and they helped with transportation and left a loaner for work being done in a timely manner. They offer great prices too without a lot of hassle.

Kim Palmer was a great sales man. He was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. When I first got there the sales men were busy helping other customers but Patrick Valant who is the internet manager out there had help me look at cars and even went with us to test drive the car I bought. Mr Valant was also amazing with talking to the sales manager to get me the best deal possible. Once that was all worked out I went to Mr Palmer who like I said in the beginning did an amazing job with helping me get all the paperwork done and signed. I bought my car on a Friday and I had to go back in one the following Wednesday to sign the title to my car and Mr Palmer was there and he saw me coming and opened the door with the best greeting and smile.

After looking for months around my area I decided to open the search zone a bit. What I found was Victory Ford. Before I left CR to take a look at a vehicle, I mentioned where I was heading to to a co-worker. Her father just bought a vehicle there and had nothing but great things to say. I then headed to the bank to see my options on financing and the banker had just gone with a friend to purchase a vehicle there as well. I never heard of the place and then on the same day of finding them I talked to two people with positive experiences with Victory, before I even made the trip there. I looked, test drove, talked with Aaron, traded in my truck and drove off. Was a great experience with both Aaron and David. The offered me a great value on my trade-in, I told them a number I needed to hit for monthly payments and they hit it, beating the 3 banks rates as well. Will definitely start here for my next vehicle instead of wasting time looking as much as I did before. They also mentioned they have "searched" for vehicles for people in the past to get them exactly what they want. A few dealerships here in town made this very clear its "a thing of the past" for that, and bached at the idea. Guess this dealership is more willing to help you out than worry about making that sale, which made making the sale with me comfortable and simple to choose them.

The Plan: Go to Victory Ford, test drive a few vehicles and go home and think about it. What actually happened: Got down to Victory Ford in Dyersville at about 10:30 (a little late for appointment) they were ready for us to start driving. Met with Dave Korte and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had about each vehicle I drove. Dave was also very patient with my decision making and worked with me to get me driving home in the car I wanted. We did have a wait to get into financing, but that was not a problem because it was completely worth the wait. The gentleman we worked with in Finance was so great; it was seriously the most fun I have ever had financing ANYTHING. In Conclusion: I would recommend everyone to first check out Victory Ford & Dave Korte; you will not regret it. Thank you so much Dave Korte, Patrick Valant and the entire Victory Ford Team. Definately the only place we will ever buy another vehicle. The whole process was flawless. From finding the car we were interested in online, setting up an appointment to test drive and the salesman confirming the car was still available, all the way to us driving away in our new car. When we arrived we were immediately greeted. Everyone was extremely friendly. We were taken on the test drive and didn't feel rushed. Our salesman then test drove our car with us and asked what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He really got to know us and our needs/wants in a car. We worked with our salesman, Ryan on our deal and the whole time it felt like we were working with someone we have known for years. He made us feel right at "home". The process took some time but we had a blast working with Ryan. The finance guy ( I can't remember his name) was great and explained the warranties in depth and all the options as far financing. At the end he informed us that our trade in still had warranty left and therefore we would be getting money back for that. Other dealership probably would not have told us that and we could have been out that money. While signing our paperwork Ryan pulled both vehicles inside so we could move our kids carseats and belongings to the new car in out of the cold and in the light as it was dark out. He did so many small things that made a huge impression on us. He was truely one of the best and we had so much fun working with him. We will definately be buying future vehicles from Victory Ford.

My family have never been "Ford" people. Growing up, we always had Chevy cars. Over the last 30 years, I have driven Chevy, Pontiac, and 2 Toyotas. When looking for a small SUV type vehicle, I researched and test drove several different models from several different dealerships. However, I wanted to purchase a vehicle from someplace closer to home than Dubuque or Cedar Rapids, so I almost reluctantly went to Victory Ford in Dyersville. I was most impressed with the Escape and my experience at Victory Ford! I appreciated that Russ B. answered all of my questions without being pushy or making me feel like I should have had my husband with me to do the car shopping. Russ worked to make sure I had the exact vehicle I wanted. In addition to Russ, all of the people I encountered at Victory were friendly and helpful. Pat Quinn at Victory made the car buying process a breeze. I had wrecked my car and was talking to Pat about the car i wanted. He found the car that had all of our wants and made the buying process super easy. I loved that we did not feel pressured. I continue to make the 25 minute drive to have all of my vehicle maintenance done. They are prompt and do great work. * after having my car a month I left my moon roof open and it poured down rain. I called Victory upset and they took great care of me. They dried out my car and detailed it as well as gave me a loaner while they did all of this. They did not charge me a dime. Went to Victory Ford on Monday afternoon to look at an Explorer. Knew essentially what we wanted to look at and Pat Quinn took us through the available stock that fit our wish list. He took us on a test drive and we left (honestly did have something in the oven!) with all the information we needed to make our decision. Mike called Tuesday morning and made a deal with Pat and the staff at Victory. On Thursday night we went out and picked up the vehicle which they since fitted with the electric start that we wanted added to the car. Pat did a great job of explaining the vehicle and an equally good time entertaining us while we waited our turn to finish paperwork. When returned to Pat, he had plates on the Explorer, showed us how to sync the phones and some of the added options on the vehicle. THEN he rode to the gas station with us to fuel up and point out additional features. Great experience and we love the vehicle so far too!

Considering our trade was a farm truck we preferred to take our time as particular locations in the past were not easy to work with even though our pervious trades were in great shape. After searching online for local dealers... I drove down to Victory Ford in Dyersville.. I was immediately welcomed and greeted by Keller Spreicher and then introduced to Russell Bolibaugh , one of the dealers... Russell was very friendly and knowledgeable and went over the features of the car I wanted... a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We then went on a test drive and returned to the dealership to go over the sale specs, paperwork and value of my trade in. I was very happy with how things went during the time I was there. Russell was very personable and hospitable. I then met with Dan Hammel.. the finance manager and was again impressed with how friendly and professional he was.,, he ran the numbers and got me a great deal that I was very happy with!! Overall... Victory Ford staff is awesome as well as how the everything was handled throughout the deal..I even left with a full tank of gas!! We (my husband and I ) walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect and even a little leery because our last encounter with a Ford dealership (Mike Finnin, Dubuque Iowa) was awful. We were greeted as soon as we got out of our vehicle and asked if we were there to see someone specific and we said yes Dave and he went and found him for us. Dave greeted us as if we were friends and asked what he could do to help us. He listened to everything we had to say and found us the exact truck that we went in looking for. Had trouble with a front tire keeping air and the service dept. called in a specialist and the problem was repaired with no further problems!! My husband and I have purchased other vehicles from Victory and will continue to do so based on the great service from sales, service dept, and the detail dept. The Suburban was beyond my expectations!!

Just purchased our third vehicle from Victory Ford! That should speak for itself, but I'll also add that the team at Victory works together well. I purchased a truck from Pat Q. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Other salespeople from other dealerships that I visited knew less than I did on this particular truck. I am always greeted when I enter the dealership, but not swarmed with salespeople. I'll be back when I need a different vehicle! Victory double checks that everything runs smoothly!

We thought we had a need to replace our vehicle and finding a Focus on the Internet helped us determine what was available in an efficient manner. We spoke with Patrick and he directed us to Ryan, fresh to the showroom, and our purchase process was straightforward and pleasant. There was no pressure, but Ryan presented many options to help us be assured that we did not leave without "features" we may have wished we had taken advantage. Even though Ryan was new, he was knowledgeable and when he was uncertain, he did not guess/mislead us, but sought out the answer to our questions correctly. When our friends begin to express a need for a vehicle, we will certainly recommend Ryan. His courteous behavior and down-to-earth manner helped making a big financial decision much more comfortable and reassuring.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Victory Ford. It's a great dealership where you get all your questions answered about the car or truck you're buying. Our salesman, Ryan Sedbrook, was great, showing us all the details on the car and even hooking up both Dick's and my phone. We not only would recommend this dealer to a friend, we did recommend them to our two sons, who both purchased new trucks and a daughter who purchased her new car.

We just purchased a new Escape from Victory Ford in Dyersville. Our salesman was Russ Bolibaugh. He was great and had great knowledge about the Escape. He was very polite and was able to answer all of our questions. The staff at Victory were so polite from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. We found a vehicle online at Victory Ford. I called the office and was put through to a salesman in a very timely manner. He answered all my questions I had and I told him we would like to come look at the vehicle. After arriving at Victory Ford, we asked for our salesman and he showed us the vehicle and we took it for a test drive, looked it all over, asked more questions and he again answered them all. He was very friendly and helpful. We proceeded to inquire about purchasing the vehicle and financing. The dealership totally worked with us. Getting us in the right payment range, interest, along with offering additional services with the purchase of the vehicle. We were very pleased with the whole process. Dealing with Victory Ford in Dyersville, Iowa, was definitely a great experience for us. We were very comfortable and felt "right at home" Great service!! We would go there again.

We needed a second car because our son will be turning 16 soon. We were looking for used to hold the cost down, but had some specific requirements. The sales staff at Victory quickly understood our needs and directed us to the vehicles that fit our needs. When we had narrowed the list down they readily provided a carfax report and were able to provide answers to our questions easily. My wife and I were able to make the purchase in one afternoon and were quite happy with the process.
