Traveling from Colorado back to Indiana our Ford F150 expierienced problems, quickly searching for the nearest Ford dealership we found Victory Ford. I drive 40 miles to take my vehicles to Victory Ford for Service for a reason. I've been doing that for a year now. The 20 years prior to that, I took them a half mile from my home for repairs. I'll tell you why I've chosen to drive the extra 39.5 miles. What sets them apart from other service shops is their Outstanding Customer Service! I took my Chevy Impala in for repairs recently. They solved the starting issues it was having. I found that the 2002 Chevy Impala has a huge amount of complaints about the car starting and mechanics not being able to fix it. Google it and you'll see. These guys at Victory Ford did what it took to fix the problem. You can take your vehicle to your local service shop and get repairs done. Victory Ford isn't the only place that knows how to repair a vehicle. But if you want a place where you feel it's as important to them as it is to you to take care of your vehicle troubles, Victory Ford is the place to go. And if you want a place that won't make up things that aren't an issue on your vehicle just to make more money, Victory Ford is the place to go. I will continue to drive 40 miles for my vehicle repairs because I know that I, the customer, matters. Thank you Dustin and thank you to your entire team!

My older Escape had an accident with a deer and was totaled. I found a new 2016 SE Escape at Victory Ford that had the features I wanted. I was eligible for the Ford X-Plan from work, but Victory's deal still saved me $1000 over the X-Plan. I am very happy with my car and the helpfulness and friendliness of my salesman, the manager, and the sales staff. I would recommend Victory Ford to anyone that wants a casual buying experience with home-town friendly people.

Pleasant Experience - Rockstar Salesman - Who likes going through the process of buying a car?... Spending hours sitting in a dealership cubical feeling like you are wasting the day away while a salesman runs back and forth... That didn't happen at Victory Ford. From the start they were prompt and respectful. Unknowing we were contacting a dealership we had text after hours regarding the 2012 vehicle we were interested in. We promptly received a response from Jude Boliere. He was not able to answer our questions at the time however he followed up with us shortly after 8am the next morning, even noting that he hoped he wasn't waking us. Upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive we were greeted by salesman Scott Wells whom was friendly, kind, engaging and most importantly attentive to the smaller details that mattered to us. He didn't have the take it or leave it attitude nor did we feel pressured to buy. We appreciated his kindness and attentiveness to detail. The wait time during negotiation and through the paperwork process was much less than our past dealership experiences. Mark Reno in finance was easy going, laid back and explained in detail our options. Scott offered us a loaner while our vehicle was in the shop having touch ups done. At the time we dropped off our vehicle Scott was not in the office. Another salesman provided us with a loaner that had been smoked in. After returning to the dealership later that day and being kindly greeted by everyone that passed us in the showroom, Scott gladly replaced the loaner with a smokeless vehicle. Our vehicle is currently in the shop having touch up's done... I will update our review after picking up our vehicle. So far the experience has been pleasantly painless. The only con experienced is the loaner... if someone could check the loaner prior to handing off the keys would be our only suggestion. Compared to other dealerships, we recommend Victory Ford and their staff. Buying from Victory Ford has been a refreshing experience so far. ...More to come upon picking up our vehicle from the shop.

I have purchased 5 cars from Bonner Springs Ford and, lately service has not been good .Today, brought Taurus in for "The Works". Received call wanting to sell me wiper blades. Thanked the man and said no. Paid by phone ...when picked up car...tire rotation had not been completed. Note on invoice said lock on lug nut could not be loosened. Never was called to inform me...because I'd have said the key is in the glove box. This is very shoddy customer service. I'd hoped to take car out of town...now I need to arrange for a separate rotation some where. Please look up how many cars we have purchased and how much money we've spent on service with Bonner Springs Ford. A very sad experience.

Gary went as far as picked me up from the airport and then all I had to do was sign and drove off with my new Escape. I was choosing between two models and kept going back and forth trying to decide on which one. It took about three weeks before I finally decided on the model i wanted. David and the dealership were as nice as they could be with someone changing their mind so often. And when i did decide on the one I wanted they had to go get it from another dealer. All along they were friendly, very helpful and with a ton of patience; i guess that's why I've bought five or six cars from them over the years. They always are low keel and not pressuring you into buying something; they give you space and time while being very helpful. I give them a five star rating on a three star grading system!!!

Gary Marlin did a fantastic job for myself and my wife. He did everything to make sure we were satisfied with our selections. We actually picked two vehicles, a Fusion and an Escape. We stopped at Bonner Springs Ford on a random basis. We were actually heading to another dealership but due to traffic issues, we stopped by Bonner Springs Ford. The owner first met us and made us feel very comfortable. He offered to have someone help us, to leave us alone, or be available for questions. We went in and the owner was very helpful to us. Gary then assisted us test drive the Escape and Fusion. After this initial visit, I had no intention of going anywhere else. A couple of emails later, Gary found the vehicles we were looking for. I would highly recommend Bonner Springs Ford and Gary Marlin for their wonderful service.

I felt Brad was brushing me off, the problem I pointed out to him was rust inside the cabin on the front seat mount. He said he rubbed off the rust but it appeared to me that he sanded with steel wool or sand paper down to the metal and did not apply a protective coating to prevent future problems.He kept referring to our 3 year warranty ( which was out by 2 or 3 weeks) and other rhetoric pertaining to the drive train warranty and $100 deductible .Not getting to the dealer within the 3 year period is my fault, this is not my primary vehicle so the rust just came to my attention. My problem is the dealership should not have sanded that part if they were not going to finish the process and apply a rust proof application of whatever is appropriate.I was told the rust came off not how it came off. I could have done what they did and save myself, especially the time ( which is more valuable then the money I was charged for this whole process).Bottom line, I am not happy, I am not going back to that dealership and I am disappointed because I was hoping to do more business because they are closer than the other dealership, which I had a great experience with on a non-ford product.I am not happy.

I bought two vehicles from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth last year and totally wasted my time in the process. They were rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. I tried Bonner Springs Ford for my most recent purchase and was pleasantly surprised. Quite honestly I was not EVER going to buy a Ford after the Zeck Experience. I must say that Bonner Springs only 10 miles from Zeck is far superior. From the minute I walked in to test drive, to the last experience from taking ownership of my new truck the Bonner Experience was much different. Friendly, non-pressured, helpful and willing to assist in any way (even buying my wife a Coke Zeck pointed us to the pop machine! Please please please go to Bonner, dont waste the extra drive to Leavenworthless Zeck Ford.

These folks went out of their way to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted. I had got one, but I wanted a sunroof and the Sirius radio and they took back the original one and found me the perfect car for me. I took my 2000 Ford Crown Vic in to have them look at at transmission issue i was having and when it was all said and done it was not worth fixing the car so me and my wife decided to look at a new car while we were there, we got together with David Moore and he showed us what we wanted and was very freindly and helpful. he walked us thru the finance app;ication and made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting on a decision. This by far was one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle to date in my life. I recently bought a Ford Fusion at Bonner Springs Ford. Gary Marlin did a great job showing me the Fusion's he had available. Gary listened to what I was looking for and volunteered to locate a different car color if I couldn't find what I wanted. Gary was proactive in following up with me, but not too much. He is very friendly, straight forward, and detail oriented. He made the purchase process very easy.

I've been getting my cars from ford for awhile now and this was the first time I went to the Bonnor location and I really liked my experience. Tom was great he was friendly and very helpful. I was pleased overall. The salesperson, Jeff Preuss was excellent to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Jeff was the one who made this a pleasant experience.The only small negative was having to wait 45 minutes for the finance person. My transaction took less than 10 minutes. I felt there should have been a backup plan for someone who did not need to finance and was definitely not interested in the "extras" that the finance person is required to try and sell.

I had just come from another dealership where I had a terrible experience with the salesman and staff. From the second I shook hands with Gary and he asked me what I was looking for and how he could help I felt like I had stepped over into a whole different world. Gary was not pushy at all but did offer suggestions based on his expertise and I am thrilled that I listened to him. I am happier every day that I drive my new truck! From start to finish it was a great experience, but Gary didn't stop when he handed me the keys either. He has followed up with me and made himself available if I need anything in the future as well. It will be a difficult decision for me to ever think about going to another dealership or deal with anyone else.

Gary as WONDERFUL!!!! He was really excited for me to buy my vehicle. I would request him again and will in the future. I will forever be a Ford girl. I was there for 6 hours, I don't think this was the workers fault but the system's fault. In the future I think Ford needs to speed up whatever the process was. This took WAY too long. I know that something like this is going to take a couple, but all day was rediculous.ALso, I was told that I could not use the BNSF FOrd discount, yet all the BNSF paperwork says I can. I even have my own PIN number for the discount. I felt that I was just waived off really fast in order to maybe receive a commission? Either way I do not feel that was true.I will still come back becasue I LOVE my Escape and Gary was soooo great!

I just traded in a 2011 Ranger that I bought 8 months ago at Bonner Springs for a Focus and this dealership was the only one giving me a fair price for the Ranger. These guys are the best people to deal with. In 45 years of buying cars this dealership has been the most enjoyable to work with. They really do treat you like family. There is no hard pressure sales here. You can take all the time you want to check things out and to really consider the vehicle you want to purchase. Steve went out of his way to get the Focus from another dealership, who I will not mention. They would never return his calls. Gary is great to work with, always friendly and and helpful. I was so impressed with Tom and the rest of the staff at Bonner Springs Ford. Tom spoke with me on the phone prior to my visit, and when I arrived, knew what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that were available in my price range that would meet my needs. He was not at all pushy, he was very helpful. I felt like everyone there worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. I was also impressed with the financing process, and how I was able to get an interest rate that was much lower than I expected. This dealership is a great place! Wonderful people, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a car. Now that I have been there, I don't intend to go anywhere else when I need another car.

My husband and I have bought our Ford vehicles from Bonner Springs Ford for the last 15 years and we would not buy from any other dealer. We have bought our Rangers, Escapes, Mustang and today we just bought our first F-150. Our sales person has always been David Moore and we would not buy from any other sales person. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. He treats us like one of the family. At this time we have a 2011 Ranger, a 2011 Escape and a 2012 F-150. I plan to buy a 2013 Escape from him when they come out. My only complaint (and it is not with Bonner Springs Ford) is that Ford keeps changing the colors on me in the Escapes. This will be my sixth Escape from Bonner Springs Ford and I loved the color of my 2009 Escape which was sage. My 2011 Escape is blue because you discontinued the sage and now I cannot get the blue in the 2013. The apple green is atrocious so I will probably go with the black. You surely will not discontinue that! Needless to say, we are Ford lovers. We bought our granddaughter a Mustang, our grandson a Ford Lightning and our daughter an Escape.

Had a good experience at Bonner Ford. It's a smaller dealership, and as such you will get a more personal experience. If you're looking for used Fords they may not have exactly what you want, but if they do you will be able to get a good deal. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were able to provide a better deal than many larger dealerships in the area. No high pressure sales environment or frustration over questions. Was allowed several test drives over several days without pressure or being talked into anything.

Tom worked extremely hard to find the exact car with our option choices! He was diligent in taking the time to locate a car locally rather than several states away. While silver was our initial first choice I'm thrilled to have the Blue Candy Metallic color instead. I have had my car worked on several times but recently they seem to have forgotten how to change oil.exremely rude and they overfilled my oil then next visit didnt even change it. asked to have transmission fluid changed, they argued about that. acted like I didnt know anything. I do. bought vehicle there and am satisfied with how I was treated. just dont take vehicle to have serviced. They dont know what they are doing. gary marlin seemed helpful when I emailed him.

I have given this rating because of the wonderful experience! Gary Marlin worked very hard to find the Edge Sport that I wanted, making sure that every detail was taken care of.I have had many new cars, but Bonner Springs Ford and Gary went above and beyond the "norm". When I picked my Edge up, Gary was actually finishing the cleaning of the windows after it had been washed. Everyone in the sales and financing made me feel at home and like we were good friends. A big difference from the HUGE dealers that I have also dealt with.I will definitely return to Bonner Springs Ford (and hopefully Gary)for my next new car and will recommend them to all my friends and family.Kudos to all of them!!

Our salesman was very friendly, helpful, and low key, not pushy at all. I had looked at their website, and had received and emailed him a few times, and he helped us in person twice. I hate the car buying process, and the dealmaking, but it was a better experience than I expected. You never know if you are making a good deal, but I was comfortable with it. They didn't try to sell us a lot of extra things we didn't need just to make money. Gary was very nice and helpful with everything about the cars and the dealership. I would recommend both him and this dealership to others. I was looking for a used car, but the zero percent financing Ford was offering was too hard to pass up on a new vehicle. I just wish everyone paid the same price for a car, so you know it is equitable for both buyers and sellers each time. We live right across the street from the dealership, so auto service will be very handy. I do wish they could turn down their outside intercom, as we can hear it inside our house sometimes. So far, we have had a positive experience, and I am enjoying my new Escape. Thank you.

Not pushy but understands and is one we can joke with and have a great time. Hes not just a salesman but has become part of our family. I couldn't answer to price or quality because the car is under warranty and the dealership couldn't find the source of the squeek. Overall, we have been very PLEASED! We wish the dealership was closer to us as it is about a 30 minute drive - there are closer Ford dealers but we are happy with Bonner Springs Ford.

Back in 2010, my wife and myself had made up our minds that we needed a new truck, our old GMC pickup was 11 years old and on it's "last leg". So of course we visited a GMC dealer and was told the price I would have to pay is on the sticker on the window of the pickup and I told the salesperson that I would not pay sticker price for any vehicle. I then asked what he would give me for my one-owner 1999 GMC pickup and he advised me $1800.00. I politely left that dealership and went to Bonner Springs Ford to see what my wife and I could locate. Upon arriving at the dealership we were looking at the new Ford pickups that were outstanding. Then up walked Mr. Gary Marlin, a salesperson at Bonner Springs Ford and inquired as to just what type of pickup that the wife and me were shopping for. I told him and Mr. Marlin showed us several makes and models of Ford pickups that were on the lot. We test drove a 2010 Ford Platinum pickup and fell in love with it " the handling, the drive, the ride, and overall performance of the pickup. And yes we did get several "looks" from people and we drove by them. We returned to the dealership and advised Mr. Marlin what kind of deal he could give us on that particular pickup. Gary Marlin asked just what I would want for my old GMC pickup and I said "as much as possible" and then he asked how much would you like to pay for the new Ford Platinum pickup and I said "as little as possible." Gary then said I think we have a deal. About an hour and a half later, my wife and me drove away from Bonner Springs Ford driving a new 2010 Ford Platinum pickup and have enjoyed it eversince. I have been converted to Ford and will probably be a loyal customer of Bonner Springs Ford from now on. If dealerships would have more people like Gary Marlin, buying a new or used vehicle, whatever make is would be painless and worry free. Thank you, Marvin L. Main, Edwardsville Kansas.

Bonner Springs Ford is fantastic to work with, easy to get service dates with quick, quality turnaround. Their pricing is very fair and equitable. I have had multiple service experiences there and would suggest them to anyone. I have also had two occasions to use their body shop and both times they were less expensive than traditional body shops. One repair was done on a VW Passat and they were less expensive than the local VW dealers. Both vehicles were black and the paint matching was excellent. I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles from Bonner Springs Ford.
