I have owned my 2008 Honda civic for 3 years now. I will never own another due to having to take it here. I would rather travel to Memphis. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, I had an appointment and waited for over 3 hours. The next time I needed an oil change, I refused to take it back. The mechanic I took it to told me my oil plug was stripped out and whoever had changed it last needed to fix it. I called Victory and brought it in. I had already purchased the synthetic oil and filter. They were very rude and acted like I wanted a free oil change. To fix their mistake they would have to drain the oil... I saved them money by already having it! I was told my car was fixed but never how. I worry that there may be metal shavings in my engine now where they drilled it out and no one will tell me how the repair was done! The previous mechanic left the undercarriage guard off because I was going straight there. I told them it was in the trunk to be put back on. The next day I heard a terrible grinding noise under my car. It was never replaced and the rest had fallen down. They were ruined after dragging the ground because they fit together and the one piece was still in my trunk! I took it back and they were especially rude and blamed me and refused to fix it! I swore I would never go back but now there is a safety recall on my car for shrapnel in the airbags. I called and they refused to give me a loaner car like their website says. Apparently I am supposed to drive around in a death trap until they get the parts in. I am so done with this dealership and their horrible service. I will definitely be contacting a corporate office.

I was pressured into buying a 2011 pilot from Victory Honda a few months ago, and I have regretted my decision ever since because the pilot is not the best vehicle for my family. (I have expressed this concern with multiple staff at Victory.) I finally found an odyssey that I have been looking for. I plan to go to Victory Honda today to check it out. I hope things go better than last time!!!

With all the bad things written out there about people with bad experiences I thought I would express a good experience.I bought a car from victory Honda don't remember my salesman's name but the manager Mike Salmons came in and made the buying process really easy.he introduced himself as soon as I walked in the door and was around for the whole sales process that's why I probably don't remember my sales person's name.anyway he helped us get a good deal and it was fun to purchase to come from him I would deathly recommend sending my family and friends and would come back and purchase another car in the future great job Mike Salmons and victory Honda

So I had my car, which was purchased from this dealer, serviced April 2015 under the complimentary maintenance program. They overfilled the engine when changing the oil and spilled oil all over the engine block and car frame. I had cleaned it the best I could. They called me with a follow up survey later that week and I explained what happened. When it was time for my next oil change I went to Toyota who did a thorough check on the car and it was ok. A month later I get a mailer from Victory inviting me in for a free vehicle inspection and get re-acquainted event with free gas card. So for laughs I go back. They asked me if I had been there before. ( mind you I had my oil changed there six months before). They take my car to the service bay for inspection and I go thru the routine of meeting everyone for the 'first time'. They come back with my vehicle inspection report and tell me I have an oil leak and they need to replace the valve cover gaskets asap. I ask them to show me the leak. They show me dried oil stains on the engine block and in the grooves and asked me "will you be replacing those now or I will make and appointment for Monday! The stains were from where the same dealer spilled oil all over the engine six months before. Shamefull.I laughed and told them no thanks.

I called to inquire about a truck they had listed. The truck was in stock, I was given a good price (like so many others they must be ashamed of what they ask because you must "call for price" which is something I hate). Unfortunately it was a manual transmission, and I have a bad leg, so must have an automatic. However, the salesman I talked to was wonderful and helpful, trying to locate another vehicle that would meet my needs, without being pushy about it.

When I questioned Jennifer, one of the service techs, a few months ago about some of their determinations about my car she referred me to the service manager, Kevin. Thought things went okay until I returned recently and was sent directly to Kevin. He suggested 1 thing to solve my problem and 1 thing to do as maintenance, which I questioned, stating that I'd heard from a mechanic that it wasn't entirely necessary. Rather than explain why the maintenance was a good idea, he then pointedly looked at me and said "Well I guess you should go to that mechanic then." Wow. Well, for some reason I let them do the first part, only to have the problem re-occur. Needless to say I wound up with Kevin again. They kept my car for days ( I did get a loaner car, which was nice) and never called me to keep me advised of the situation. When I called on Friday, they said call back Saturday. When I called back Saturday, they told me my mechanic was off until MONDAY! Then on Monday I called and heard nothing for 2 hours. I went to the dealership to check on the car only to be told "Why the information on your car just arrived on my desk!." Yeah, right. This isn't the whole story, just the highlights. I've never been treated in such a condescending manner by customer service representatives in my life. Do not allow these people to even talk to you unless you are willing to allow them to do as they please, then they are happy. If you question them, they become surly and mean.

They are extremely friendly before they have your money, but drop you quick afterwards. We went in to check out used cars. Jacob was our salesman. He was doing good until Geng, the general manager came, working the deceitful sales schemes hard. Geng wanted to show us cars out of our price range, telling us that he would give us a good deal, which really meant he would lie about the value and selling price of the car ( which was not posted since they just got it in) to make it seem like we were getting a good deal. This was the second time we had been there in 5 years and both times we had extremely high-pressure salesman. I am ashamed to say that I let them talk me into a bad deal, which I found out after researching more that night. We didn't get to take the car home that night because it needed some work/cleaning. They did not call us to keep us informed about the progress of the car. They already had our money so why would they? I called them each night after not hearing from them. When we did call, we got transferred, sent to voicemails, and left messages never to get called back. My wife tried getting through for 15 min one day and then got hung up on by the salesman, Jacob. Then she called his cell. He answered and after realizing it was her, said "I thought it was your husband trying to call." So he was obviously trying to avoid me. A few days later, my wife was finally able to pick up the car, and it had less than a gallon of gas in it. I called back to complain about that terrible service and Geng said they usually put $10 of gas in it and that he would see about getting me a check...yeah right. I knew that would never happen.

This is the only Honda dealer I have to choose from or I would never go there. Every single time I have service they have tried to pad the bill charging for five quarts of oil on a oil change when my car only takes four quarts clearly stated in the owners manual. Improperly installing a cabin air filter so it caused a repeated buzzing vibration going down the road so I had to make a second 45 minute drive each way to have them fix when they could have fixed it right the first time and them acting and treating me with discord and friction and anger because I wanted them to fix their mistake. When I pointed out to them they once again had overcharged me for a extra quart of oil on the oil change Judy one of the service writers tried to lie saying it took 4.7 quarts and they just rounded up to five when the owners manual clearly states it is 4.2 only and when they drain the oil there is always some still within the engine and oil pan meaning if they even tried to put in anything more than four quarts they would be over filling it which is bad for the engine and then Judy tried bringing in a mechanic who said that when they have to rebuild a engine they have to pour 4.7 quarts in it to which I responded well if I ever have to have my engine rebuilt I will be sure to remember that but for now I am only having my oil changed and I don't appreciate being overcharged for a extra quart of oil more than what is called for in my owners manual and I don't appreciate being lied to and argued with trying to justify the criminal act you tried to do over charging me when I clearly caught you doing it "Again" at which point my service writer who was caught in the middle of all this took the overcharge off my bill for this oil change and for the last oil change they had done for me where I had already pointed out they had overcharged me before. How many customers are they doing this to? They should be stopped by Honda because they are giving a black eye to the whole Honda name. Like it doesn't cost enough already when you go to a dealership that they have to put extra things on your bill to charge you even more and then on top of it all not fix properly simple things like a cabin filter change so you have to make a long repeated trip there to get something fixed right they should have done the first time around. This service department is crooked and has been from the start of my experience of having to take my car there for service but there is not a another dealer within a hundred miles I can go to so unfortunately I am stuck with them for now but I advise anyone who can to avoid them like the plague because there is nothing lower in my book than a thief. Once you could say was a honest mistake but when you see the same crooked behavior again and again that is not a mistake it is a criminal enterprise that needs to be reigned in and stopped from ripping off the customers. Dealer service departments are way too expensive to begin with without them overcharging and padding the bill on top of it and doing poor work on top of that.

I recently went car shopping in search of a new car. I spotted a 2016 Honda Pilot and thought I would be interested. I had bought 2 vehicles from this dealership when it belonged to jack pirtle and had good experiences. Anyway, my salesman was Anthony perry and geno. When we sat down to try to work out a deal, they priced the vehicle 8000.00 above the sticker price. Never had I been to a dealership and it go above the sticker price. My trade in was paid for so you would think that the amount would be less. They wanted to make a deal right then and how much do I want my payments to be! I told them from the beginning I would not make a decision without my husband and had to walk away. They also told me if I didn't buy the pilot that night, it was going to be shipped to Florida that next morning because someone in Florida a made a thousand dollar deposit on that vehicle. Why would you sell a car if someone put money down on it? I had to go to Paducah the next day and checked on the Hondas there. They did not have a 2016 pilot on their lot. I asked their salesman about this deal and showed him the paperwork. He was apologetic on behalf of Honda and was willing to help me find one. The price of all Hondas are predetermined from the factory, so if you get an exl pilot they all list for the same price unless you order them a specific way. I go back the next night with my husband. They lost the original paperwork, which I had my copy but was still 8000.00 over the sticker price on their new paperwork. They were very persistent and demanded that he talk to geno who was not there that night. The 8000.00 over the price was supposed to be a designation package. The sticker price already had a designation price included in the sticker price. We drove away and went to jonosboro Honda the next day and bought the same exl 2016 Honda Pilot and were treated like we were appreciated. What were the folks from Jackson thinking? How many people go there and get ripped off? I am going further with this!

I first took my wife's 2002 Honda Civic to have the recall done on the airbags. Knowing I would be there while it was being worked on, I had decided to look at purchasing a more reliable and safer vehicle for us. Nick Pappis was the salesman I worked with. Nick was great in showing me vehicles that fit into what my wife and I were looking for in a new car. I had settled on a 2015 Honda Civic EX and took it for a short test drive around Jackson. Nick was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features this particular model had. I also worked with the manager, Gary Ensminger, throughout the purchase. Gary was kind of enough to let me drive the car 50 miles away for my wife to look at it as she was at work and couldn't come with me. I fell in love with it on that drive, and my wife did the same after she looked it over and drove it on her lunch. I drove back that afternoon to the dealership, did some negotiating with Gary, which was very pleasant and not intimidating, and purchased the car that afternoon. They even drove me to my bank so I could get the funds for the down payment. Overall, was a great car buying experience. Both Nick and Gary were great to work with and made the car buying experience enjoyable. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to visit Victory Honda as you will get great customer service, and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have the best car buying experience possible. Along with the sales staff, the service department was a pleasure to work with as well. The SRS light was on when I took the car there which I figured had something to do with the airbags. Turns out it wasn't. The service department investigated the issue and discovered a faulty seatbelt latch was the problem. They had the part overnighted and installed before we were there to pick up the old car on Saturday. Excellent, fast and friendly service.

I went in to have airbag recall done on 2002 Honda Civic and walked out with a 2015 Civic EX. Nick and Gary were excellent to work with throughout the sale. Gary went so far to make sure my wife would be happy that let me drive it 50 miles away to let my wife see it and drive it to make sure it would be perfect fit. The whole experience was relaxed, pleasurable, and satisfying. I would recommend Victory Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The service department was excellent as well. They went as far as to have a part overnighted on Friday and installed on the old Civic before we where there to pick it up on Saturday.

We have been searching for a new 2015 Honda Fit in "Passion Berry Pearl", for our college age daughter, for what seemed like forever. Many dealers would list them on their website, but fail to tell you they were not on the lot, but just on order. One dealer (who will remain nameless), even went as far as to invite us to come by for a test drive, and failed to mention until we arrived, that they did not actually have the car we came to see in stock, but only on order (that dealer was over 95 miles from our home). Another dealer took a $500.00 deposit for the car we wanted, but despite telling us they would be able to get the car, could never produce a VIN number. Not Victory Honda of Jackson! One call to Larry Murphy, the BDC Manager, not only verified that they had one that had just come in that day, but he was able to provide me with the VIN number as well. I confirmed with him that we were interested and made an appointment to meet with him that night (we live in Nashville, so it was about a two hour drive). Once we arrived, Larry introduced us to a nice young salesman by the name of Ken James (we would recommend anyone ask for him by name, you won't regret it). While we were talking with Ken, David Edreich, the managing partner walked over and introduced himself and inquired why we were interested in that particular color. He explained that he was the one who ordered it, and was not really certain just who it would appeal to. We explained that our Daughter selected it, as purple is her favorite color. He was very appreciative of our having driven all the way from Nashville, and selecting their dealership to conduct our purchase. At that point we took the car for a test drive, and Ken did an excellent job explaining all the features of the new Honda Fit. We have already owned a 5-speed manual 2008 base model Fit for six years, but were very impressed with what is now the third generation Honda Fit. Our daughter had difficulties with the shifting of gears, so the new CVT transmission was a godsend! Once we completed our test drive, we had a short wait until we met with the Finance Manager, Fernando Nunez. My wife commented more than once, both in his office, and once we were home, that it was the most pleasant and relaxed encounter with an automobile finance department she has ever had! The dealership was also very accommodating with our need to purchase the car now (before someone else could snatch it up), and the fact our daughter, whose name would also appear on the title with her Mother, was currently visiting Disney in Florida, and would not be able to sign her portion of the paperwork until the following Monday. My daughter has no idea we were able to secure the car for her and when she returns Sunday (which also just happens to be her Birthday), a brand new 2015 Honda Fit EX with CVT transmission in "Passion Berry Pearl", will be in the driveway waiting for her! Thank you Victory Honda of Jackson!!! Thank you Larry, Ken, David and Fernando!!! When we get ready to replace our 2007 Honda Odyssey, we will be back!!!

The Dealerships Managing Partner David Edreich, Michael Salmons The General Sales Manager, Brice Miller The BDC Director, Fernando Nunez The Finance Director, Christian Pereira Our Salesman, and even Megan Humphrey Receptionist "ALL" worked together like a fine tuned Rolex to make this the best car buying/leasing experience of my and my wife's lifetime and I am 55 and she is 56. I have purchased many new and used cars and one truck in my lifetime and every time it was a very tense, uncomfortable, and horrible experience that I hated and that kept my wife and I out of ALL dealerships for two and a half years that we really wanted to change from our current vehicle at that time to a new model with a 36 month lease because we are both older and do not drive many miles and the concept of a lease where we could change vehicles every three years always being covered under warranty so it helped us control our budget not having to worry about sudden large repairs. Mr. Edreich extended his hand to us during our first visit to his dealership and assured us of a better car buying experience than we had ever experienced in the past and he and his entire staff of managers, and sales staff, and even his receptionist went out of their way to make sure we were always treated with respect and courtesy and honesty and they helped us find the right vehicle "A Honda Crosstour EX 2014" that was the right fit for us both staying within our budget and answering all our questions and concerns in every area of the transaction. We were each and every time greeted with a smile from everyone we met at every level and their continued support to help us get the deal we wanted and the car we wanted and they were honest and truthful with us every step along the way going out of their way to give us the BEST DEALERSHIP CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE EVER HAD; EVER IN OUR LIVES. We are so happy with the entire team and especially Mr. Edreich extending to us the professionalism and courtesy and expertize to make this the most enjoyable and pleasant and memorable experience ever for us buying or leasing a new car. It took all the team I mentioned working together to find the vehicle we wanted, the payment we wanted, the trade amount we wanted, and the lease terms we asked for each doing their part with professionalism and a positive attitude to make this the best experience buying/leasing a vehicle ever for us and my wife and I were overjoyed at the nice treatment and honest answers we received to all our concerns and the way everyone on their team worked as one till everything was done and we could take delivery of our new car and we have driven it on several short and a long trip now and they did a fantastic job helping us select just the right car for our needs and desires and we are extremely happy with it and with the entire team and especially with Mr. David Edreich going out of his way to make this a very happy and exciting and pleasurable lease for us. We owe them all our thanks and our gratitude for never being pushy or rude and for changing our perceptions about buying or leasing a new car and we will return to them again and again for all our service and for future purchases as well.

My wife had communicated with David by email. He had the car we wanted, he gave us a really good price, and so we drove from Memphis to buy the car. Everyone was extremely friendly and we were soon on our way back home. This is the best dealership with which I have ever done business. I would recommend them to anyone and the next time I am considering a car, I will contact these folks first.

My used "certified" honda 2012-crv awd from Victory Honda Of Jackson,TN has defective headlights -inadequedate lighting (I cannot see without a lot of street lights).I had the car for 3 weeks.Because there wasn't a recall, all the heads deny any problem (three adult drivers cannot be wrong!) but will fix at buyer's cost. So I decided to get a refund for the car yet they won't do that (seems they don't want the "their perfectly fine car back") Also we see a suspicious gold paint blob( about the size of a dime) on the headlights like it was marked and they knew it all the time.I'm really surprised to see all the good reviews on here because they seemed like they didn't really care if we could drive safely, only that they could kept making more money off of us.

Just bought a SUV from David at Victory Honda. It was my third vehicle from there. There was a slight issue with the steering so i took it in to service. Of course when I went to show the service tech the problem it didn't happen. Thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful service staff they were able to use my description of the issue to pin point the problem. They got me fixed up right away and even loaned me a car to drive while mine was in the shop. Oh did I mention they took care of the bill! You can't find better people anywhere, they really know how to treat customers right. Special thanks to David, Kevin and Judy!

Engine light on vehicle was on, so we scheduled an 11am appointment. We were told over the phone that the diagnostic work would cost $85, but if we had service, the 85 would go towards that. We arrived at 11am, they began working on it at noon. After the diagnostic, we were told we had a bad battery, bad ima battery, needed transmission service, and a new cabin filter. Knowing we did not have enough money to have all those services performed, I told the receptionist that I needed to do a little research then get back to her. After about 5 minutes of checking prices online, I decided that we should just have the battery changed and work out how to have the other service later. By the time I went to let them know our decision, the first receptionist was gone to lunch. I asked the receptionist who was there about the cost of a new battery and asked if it would be alright to change the battery on my own, because I am completely capable and saw no need to spend the time and money for them to do it. I asked if the $85 diagnostic fee could be applied to the cost of the battery. She said she didn't think it would be a problem. I asked if it was ok to negotiate this with her or should I wait for the original receptionist. She said she could handle it and would notify the technicians. Later, the second receptionist came out and asked if we could return the old battery and we would be refunded, and we said that would be fine. After another 45 minutes or so, the original receptionist (Jennifer) came to the lobby and said that she had heard we were mad and did not seem to understand why we had chosen to simply buy the new battery. We explained we were not angry, we were just sitting in the lobby waiting for what to do next. She verified that we did want to just buy the battery and seemed surprised that I wanted to install the battery myself, but didn't say anything else. After about 15 more minutes of waiting, I went to the reception desk to check out and found that the bill was $235, rather than the $135 I expected (since it was explained to me that I would only pay the cost of the battery when I asked. I was sure to clarify with the second receptionist). I was visibly frustrated and asked why it was so expensive, and the receptionist got defensive and explained that the $85 would only apply if they did service on the vehicle. I told her that that was not what was communicated to me, or clearly I wouldn't have chosen that option. At that point the manager, Kevin, approached and began explaining, once again that service was required to waive the $85 fee. I told him that would be fine if it had been told to me when I asked the first time. He offered to cut part of the price, but it was still far more than I was willing to pay just to buy a battery. He continued to explain that it wasn't their policy, as if I hadn't heard him. I explained that my issue was not with the policy it was the misinformation. At this point, my wife entered and he felt the need to re-explain the problem to her. She was more frustrated than me, due to the long wait we had already experienced and the unexpected price. They spoke in a defensive, patronizing manner, only trying to defend themselves and make us feel like we were making a mistake and disrespecting them. If they had simply said it was not their policy and the earlier receptionist was mistaken, I would not be so frustrated, but they were completely unsympathetic and unapologetic. Kevin said that he thought what was really happening here is that I was being "indecisive," and made a mistake. Nearly every time I have gotten service here, there has been some sort of hidden charge or some way of getting out of deals I thought I was supposed to receive for my Honda. When I bought the car from the dealership, free lifetime oil change was part of the deal. I asked if there were any strings attached and they said no. But, my second oil change, they found other maintenance and told me that to get the free oil change I had to use them for all maintenance. I feel that every thing someone tells me has to be in writing, signed or there will be some policy brought up later that I cannot argue against. From what I can tell the actual work done is great, but I cannot afford to use them for all my maintenance and repairs. When I've tried to find other options they act as if I'm insulting them. I love my car, but this dealership and service center make me never want to buy or repair a car again. I will do everything I can in the future to avoid this place.

I went into this dealership after seeing a car online that caught my eye. Upon my arrival I was paired with Mick Hinde. Let me tell you that this gentleman contradicts the stereotypical traits we all know too well regarding some salesmen. You know, the ones who attack you like a hungry shark attacks fresh meat. Well, Mick at no point in my transaction pressured me. His easy-going mannerisms and pleasant personality was in the end what led me to make my purchase at this dealership. I also enjoyed the added bonus of learning about English history, especially the round houses built in the Cornish development. Mick Hinde is hands down the greatest asset Victory Honda has to offer! Make sure if you do business with this establishment that you ask for him. You won't be disappointed!

It was pleasant dealing with Gary and Corbin. Since we live 70 miles from the dealership, we traded over the phone, mainly by texting. This was very convenient and hassle free. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in and found us the Civic we wanted (no questions asked) This dealership was recommended by a friend. After our experience at Victory Honda, we would definitely recommend this dealership!

There I met Mick Hinde a Sales Consultant, and David Edreich the General Manager. These two gents will go the extra mile to make sure you have the best car buying experience of all times. When it comes time for me to upgrade again, Victory Honda will definitely be my first stop! If you're not sure what a "torch" is, Mick Hinde can get you up to speed on that, just ask him.

Bobby Cash is "The Best"! I had just began the process of searching for a car for my daughter, when I saw an Accord at Victory Honda in Jackson, TN that greatly interested me. Bobby worked hard to get me the deal of needed. Everything came together and she went home in her new car. The whole process seemed effortless. David Eldriech, Jerry Corley, and Ray Condren were super! It was a pleasure working with Bobby, without any pressure. Buy from Victory Honda, Jackson, TN and ask for Bobby Cash!!

This dealership will not give you the price of ANY of their vehicles. Instead, they'd rather see how much you can afford to pay for the vehicle a month. I also found out that the car I purchased had been wrecked and just came out of the bodyshop 2 days before I bought it! The salesman lied to me and said the only reason the car was traded in is because the person wanted a different color. The trunk lid is offset and the rear bumper is bulged out a little. I took it to them 3 times to have it fixed and it's still not fixed!! I will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I refer people to them.

I had a very good experience buying a used car at Victory Honda. The salesperson, Ray Walker, was a great help. I never at any time felt I was being pressured. Actually buying a car here was one of the quickest in and out car buying experiences I've ever had. From the time I walked in the door and walked out with the car of my choice it was just a bit over 3 hours. I have been buying cars on and off for 45 years and have spent hours in car dealerships. I would definately recomend Victory Honda or maybe it was Ray Walker the sales person who made it all so easy. Everyone was nice and helpful. I have to say I had all my information, that I needed, before hand, so I knew what it was I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. I ended up spending less than I figured on. Got a GREAT trade and a better than I thought price on the car of my choice.

After more than a month of driving "our" car, we were told that the deal did not go through and we had to return the car. UNBELIEVABLE. We traded in our car for the one we got and now my husband has no car. They gave us the money we put down and the $1000 they gave us for our car. The reason this happened is because Mike Salmons LIED to the bank and told them I was employed...not self-employed. I wasn't able to prove my income as my business is a year old and the bank wouldn't approve without a $5000 down payment. Had he been truthful in the beginning, we wouldn't even had gotten the car. Instead, now we have $1600 to buy a car with. Thanks a lot!!!!! I'm sure we can get a real winner with that much. Also, when I went in to get my refund check, Mike looked right at me and turned his back and walked away. No apologies, no nothing. The new manager, Dan, was very nice and you could tell that he thinks this is a crock. He wasn't there when this deal started over a month ago. Don't deal with these liars, especially not Mike.

My husband and I are in the market for a smaller fuel efficient vehicle. A friend suggested that we try Victory Honda. He had recently purchased 2 vehicles from there and recommended the vehicles and told us that they were great to deal with. Apparently his is a singular experience. We stopped in on a whim this past Saturday to get a better look at the Civic, possibly test drive on and see about what they may cost. We were greeted very nicely by a salesman. He advised us that he was kind of new to the dealership. Even so, he was very courteous and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he went and got the keys to one that we liked. After the test drive, we both expressed that we like the vehicle, but wanted some different trim items. He was gracious enough to find exactly what I was looking for. We then told him again that we were there to look and to price. At which time, we were taken inside (as it was very cold and windy out) and he started paperwork on getting us a price. We were asked to sign this paperwork, and we expressed once again that were NOT interested in working a deal, but he said that he needed a signature to process the cost information. He returned with another man in tow. This fellow was pleasant. He was the I am going to be your best friend today. I want to put you in a car, so what can I do to do that So he began the lets make a deal game. He did come up with a deal that my husband and I thought was acceptable, actually. Then he stepped away to make it work and let us talk it over. All the while we had state no less than 5 times that we needed to go home and contemplate this situation and process the information. They just didnt seem to know how to take NOT TODAY as the answer. Even going so far as to say that today was pretty much our last chance to get such great financing and such a great deal.Next comes in some other fellow, who sits down and has a completely different deal for us. More money down, our trade in, AND higher payments. So we said we needed to go, and he pulls this deal of You signed this paper and that means there is a deal on the table and if you just wanted prices, I have wasted my time. He jumps the sales guy and blames this all on him and basically states he is inept. Then tries to sweeten it up for us by apologizing. By this time, I had reached the limit of my patience. We had been at this dealership for more than an hour and had been honest from the start about NOT wanting a deal that day. So, I confronted this arrogant man. I explained that we needed to leave since we had other plans for our day that we needed to attend to. I also explained that I had worked for 3 other car dealers and knew about values and such. At this time, he argued with me and told me my facts were incorrect. Then he tries to befriend us again and we again say we need to leave and that we also needed to talk to some other people before making any deal. He also then says that he knows the friend the recommended the dealership. Gave us details on his deal and then proceeded to try and call him (I am guessing he thought this might help him in the sale). We were done. I was very angry and very much ready to leave. So we thanked the salesman for his help since he was the most kind person and we left. While walking out they all said so we will see you Monday right? I told my husband in the car on the way out of parking lot, that I did not foresee us purchasing a peppermint from them let alone a car.Horrible sales tactics. Rude behavior. Condescending a salesman in front of a customer. And you want me to BUY a car from you I do not think so!

Worst experience of my life. Unscrupulous crooks. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They totally took advantage of my husband. He saw TV ad for free $500 voucher w/a test drive. They were slick . . somehow got him to sign all papers - when he told them everything was dependent upon his wife's approval. They lied about everything. Processed the entire deal without any money exchanging hands! I took car back and gave them the keys and walked out . . . while they yelled "you can't do this. . .we will deliver the car to your house". I'm seeing a lawyer tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
