The customer service manager and the sales agents are too hard selling. They will try to convince you to upgrade even after you already said No!. It cheapens the image of the car they are selling. It makes you think do they really have to do so much selling? It's not helping the dealership to tell you the truth. They should take up some marketing classes and learn that there is such a thing as aspirational. Make people want to come to you and buy your cars rather than go running too hard after people. People will start thinking, why? Is Honda not a car worth aspiring to have? You'll end up losing customers that way.

I had planned on test driving and possibly purchasing a Honda fit. I read all the reviews, and was unable to find a new 2015 in September, due to their popularity! When my car gave out, yet again, I decided I needed to move up my purchase date from March 2016! I put out an Internet search and got several responses from the Honda dealership I had chosen, victory Honda. I chose them partly because I read they were family owned. The prompt, first phone call I received was from Rudy Gomez (415-269-8295). I set up an appointment with him, for a test drive, and decided to purchase a new 2016 Honda fit. Rudy spent large parts of the next 4 hours with me. He never rushed me through the process, answered all my questions, and told me I would be calling him any time I needed, including to set up future service appointments! I like knowing I only need to talk to one person for all I need for my car! Daphne in finance was also very easy to talk with and very helpful. I will definitely refer friends and family to Rudy Gomez in the future!

Our sales guy Trey, the finance guy and manager were all great. Buying the car was seamless. It was probably the easiest time buying a car we have ever had.Our car was supposed to have tires inflated. Didn't happen. After their cleaning pet hair remained, many drippy spots on outside,marks on inside, and it appeared as if some one had swiped the windshield with a greasy rag. We couldn't see out of parts of it. Don't take your car here for detailing. The guys who do it lack integrity. We could have sent the car back but some of it we didn't notice right away and we had already been there 3 hours.

These guys are amazing gave me the best deal and I will totally recommend them to everyone. I've been searching and going to lots of dealership all over the bay area to trade my car and VICTORY HONDA beat them all. This is already my third car but it feels like the first time that made me excited and at the same time overwhelmed cause of the super excellent deal. I'm really glad I went to this dealership Alan Kong (415) 601-3917, Rudy Gomez (415) 269-8295, Victory Narvaez (415) 413-6762 and Ted Dumpit (650) 346-2179. These guys are pros and knows their job. Its just right to name the dealership VICTORY.

Lefie was the person that helped me every step of the way. I first purchased a Toyota Yaris through her as a used car. I then was able to exchange it for the car I really wanted which was a Honda Civic. The process was easy with her & she never pressured me into anything. Being a first time car buyer I was really hesitant at first but as I mentioned she made the process easy. I have tried many car dealerships before to try to purchase a used car & they always rejected me without trying to work with me. Lefie was understanding & cares so much for her clients. 10/10

While I live in the SF Peninsula, I will continue buying cars from Rudy Gomez at Victory Honda. I have now purchased cars twice from Rudy and will continue to do so. He is extremely professional, and makes me feel as if I am purchasing from a friend. Even the finance manager is a pleasure to work with. His name is Ted Dumpit, and he is as nice as they come. I have also worked with him twice. Genuine people and friendly dealership. Thanks for making my car purchasing experiences such a pleasure!!!

It was the fastest and timely experience I had in buying a car. Our salesman, Frankie Delgadillo went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. The whole dealership is very accommodating , and very knowledgeable of the cars they sell and no pressure sales. Which I really appreciate! I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I purchased my first vehicle (Honda CRV Touring 2015) in US from Victory Honda at San Bruno and it was truly an amazing experience. Thanks to Rudy!!I relocated to US couple of months back and hence financing was a problem for me but I got the best possible finance from here. Moreover the entire buying experience was very nice and it was very professional. I truly recommend Victory Honda and specially Rudy!!

Andre was phenomenal. He delivered on everything he promised and I'm grateful for him. I didn't have a perfect credit but they helped me get a good monthly payment plan for my car. I walked in to Victory Honda to inquire about a car lease and was pleasantly greeted by Vazo Nazari. He answered many of my questions and showed me the Honda Accord that I was inquiring about. I am not joking you, he showed me all the features of the Honda and was very knowledgeable. We went out for a test drive and later sat down to discuss the terms and payments. I told him that I would need to discuss with my wife since it will be for her use. I told Vazo that my wife was working and will come back after work. When I called Vazo to let him know my wife was coming down, he made sure he was available and explained in detail all the features of the car again! I am a sales person myself and knew he wanted to make sure he provided the customer with the best service possible. We later discussed the model we wanted and they did not have the color we wanted. Vazo had his general manager search of the color and he located it at another dealership. We filled out the paperwork and later met the finance manager Mr. Nuygen. Very pleasant and professional! He explained all the paperwork to us in detail. Vazo told us that the car will be available the next day. When I went to pick up the car, Vazo wanted make sure I was totally satisfied and even offered to program my phone into the car's system. I am a techie so there was not need to. In closing, I would say Vazo and the dealership bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I were happy and had a great experience at Victory Honda. I will be referring my friends and relatives to Vazo in the future! -Stephen Young

This dealer will say anything to try to get your business!!!! If they succeed in trapping you, you will find out very quickly that they cannot deliver on anything they promise. I attempted to purchase a brand new vehicle from them, put a downpayment, and signed documents. To summarize, after they got the money, they didn't have the type and color of car i wanted. They didn't attempt to reach out to me and made it very difficult to get my deposit back. To top it off, they lost the registration of the vehicle I was going to trade in.

I was looking for a new minivan and went there to check it out. It turns out to be a disappointment. They have a very small selection of cars but the sales rep was eager to help us to find a minivan. Unfortunately, we didn't make a deal. He try to give me some financing options but didn't meet the offer for what Honda has been advertising which was a much lower rate. In the end, the manager came by and speak to us with a very rude tone and said "You are not serious about buying a car huh?!" I was furious with his attitude. Most people would try to make a deal but not this guy. I just feel sorry for the sales rep since he was nice to us and thorough with his explanation about the features on the minivan. I would not recommend anyone to this dealer.

I was really excited to buy my car. Really excited. Looked all around the Bay Area for a CR-Z, and comparing the numbers, Victory Honda gave me the best deal.First issue: I was the one who test-drove, I was the one who negotiated. My mother only came in toward the end, to co-sign. Once I got transferred to Finance, the guy only addressed himself to my mother before I could make clear that it was my car and I was the main contact on it.Main issue: there were scratches on the rear left fender guard. I point it out and Kay assures me that they will fix it, Ill just have to come back in a few days. Fine. I agree to buy the car.That was December 26, 2013. It is now January 31, 2014. Guess who still has a scratched rear fender guard?First Kay assured me they were reordering the part. After a few days of silence, I had to text her, and she told me they ordered the wrong part. After a few more days of silence, I had to text her, and she told me that it wasnt a Honda part, and that since they got the car from another dealership, they had to contact the other dealership about who put the fender guard in my car. After a few more days of silence, I had to text her, and she said she was having trouble reaching them.After a few more days of silence, I texted her on January 28. No response. I texted her on January 29. No response. I texted her today, January 31. She told me some guy Mick will call me.This is ridiculous. Its been over a month and there have been absolutely no apologies. Look, I get it. Its not a Honda part and you have to go to another dealership to find out who they got the part from. But how does this take several weeks? And how do you not even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay? Maybe its not your fault, but it sure as xxxx aint mine. I bought a scratched car from you relying on your promise that you would fix it. I sure as xxxx wouldnt have bought a scratched car at this price and wouldve taken my business somewhere else.The delay in responding to me indicates that Kay and the rest of the dealership are not putting a good-faith effort in trying to fix this, and that they are just hoping that Im going to forget. But no, I do not intend to negotiate and agree to pay a price for a non-scratched car and then get stuck with a scratched one. I'm going to keep on this until they make it right, but good God, I shouldn't have to do this.

DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT do business with them. Except for 2 sales guys the rest are insane abnoxious and rude!The finance department is a TOTAL mess. They promised a financing rate and day i was there turned around 360 degree. I could not believe it. I am in sales and i know how to do business. But this one was absolutely uncalled for. Lied about the numbers and also the finance guy John spoke very rudely. atVictory Honda. Are you guys really in the car selling business? I am in high stakes consulting and still don't use the language you did when I was there! Shame on you!THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU VISIT VICTORY HONDA! Unless you want to be duped, shamed to death and love being mocked!
