From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and comfortable. The complicated process of becoming the owner of a new car did not feel boring and did not make me nervous. Now I am happy to drive in my Mirage and hope to be so for some time. I found the staff prepared and cordial. Quality cars and nice young people.

If your interested in a smooth buying experience this is not the place for you. I had called to make an appointment to see a car they had listed on their website, after being told it was available I had made arrangements to see it. I was told to come in that the car was on the lot and ready for viewing. When I arrived I sat with a sales associate who took some minor pedigree and then proceeded to inform me that the car was at a different location, their other lot which is a 5 minute ride down the road. I agree to go then find out it was 15 minutes away via the expressway. When we arrived at that location I was told the car was sold the night before. Horrible, horrible dealership experience. When we got back I asked to speak with the manager who was not helpful at all. The managers name is Devon. He displayed poor customer service skills and definitely did nothing to retain my business. I hope this review helps before anyone considers doing business with them.

I would absolutely recommend and have recommended this dealership to everyone I know. Take it from me as an educated women who is very sceptical about dealing with cars Ruben Rosales was extremely helpful. Patient. Courteous and made the process very easy. went in to buy a luxury car. Talked on the phone to a lady that said the car was available to be test driven. When I called again to say I was an hour rate, the car wasn't available. She then called me again to say it was. When I got there, the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. It was rather comical. I needed more time to think about buying that car after seeing what I did. I just didn't feel comfortable. And now after reading some of the reviews, I am definitely not buying a car from this dealership.

I had a great experience at Victory Mitsubishi. i have been to 5 different dealers and they couldn't approved. I was referred by a good friend of mine to a Salesman named Ruben Rosales. i sat at his desk and he explain to me how he was going to help me out. Ruben than assured me i would not leave without a car. i didn't believe him because that what everyone had told me before. About an hour later Ruben told me the GREAT NEWS. He got me approved in a Brand Spanking new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. thanks Ruben you are the best

I then came to Victory Mitsubishi and was shocked how great the sales service is over at there store. i will definite go back there when my new lease is up thanks again. One of the best experiences i have ever had at a dealership!!! when i first walked intp the dealership i was greeted by a sales person by the name of Ruben Rosales. Although i was a little nervous about sales people Ruben kept me very comfortable. I came in on a 2014 Nissan Altima with very low miles. Ruben and i then went on a test drive and the car drove just like it looked incredible. We then worked out a prices that I am sure i would have got no were else. I felt like i was around family and friends at Victory Mitsubishi. i would recommend Any and Everyone to visit there Dealership.

Went in on 3/13/15, at about 5:30pm, was greeted by an over eager salesperson, Alonzo, in the middle of the sale got several personal calls on his cell phone. Test drove a 2013 Jetta. The price was not the issue and decided to buy the car. Then the nightmare began. Was not told anything during the time we were waiting. Alonzo claims throughout the evening he knew nothing of what the delay was. Left about 10 in the evening, hungry, they did not offer anything to eat, only a lousy cup of coffee. I told them several times that because of a recent surgery, I was in pain and needed to get this deal done. The car was to have been delivered early in the day. Was told delivery would be in about 45 minutes at about 3:30pm. At 5:15 in evening still no delivery....Folks, do not go to this dealer, customer service sucks. The sales staff sucks.

I wouldn't go here! Terrible service obnoxious sales people rude and just unprofessional. They say everything in the book to not give you a refund. Stop skirting around the issue and be honest with people! I would recommended going to a dealership that's accredited and not this one. All you'll get from here is a headache! Save yourself the aggravation and headaches!!

Upon searching for a vehicle for my mom, we travelled to several dealers then we showed up at Victory without an appointment 30 minutes before closing and hesitated on the vehicle we actually went there to buy. The general manager started catering to our needs from a financial standpoint, which made a lot of sense, while all the time we had Margie taking care of our needs we decided on a outlander sport a new one at that and got a great price for our trade in.... I must say its a good look for Mitsubishi, I definitely recommend Victory as a dealer for a brand that needs the second look. These cars are great cars and have the warranty to back it up.

I was greeted by a friendly staff and was subsequently taken care of by the MOST HELPFUL SALESPERSON, Margi ! My credit was challenging, but with the help of a knowledgeable and resourceful finance team, I was approved for the car of my dreams...The staff was honest and upfront and most important, they did everything they could to get me approved. The finance manager even provided me with helpful tips to raise my credit score. I was more than satisfied with this experience, and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family .

I was giving excellent service from the young lady whom i initially spoke to on the phone name Alesha who made the appointment for me to come in and look into a used car preferably a Nissan Maxima. I was assigned to the salesman Thomas Dyer who handled my current credit situation as delicate as possible. My credit is shot, however i wasn't able to get into a used vehicle due to my credit and having no money down at the time. Thomas along with the management team was able to pull a miracle through by getting me into a BRAND NEW 2015 Car with Zero Down out of pocket. I STRONGLY recommend Victory Mitsubishi to anybody who is looking for a second chance auto approval by a honest dealership like this one.

I bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Victory Mitsubishi on January 14th,2015 and i am very pleased with the deal that i received on this vehicle. The mileage was very low 22,421 on the odometer and the price was unbeatable. I traveled to eleven dealerships with in that week and when i went onto the Victory Mitsubishi website i thought it was too good to be true with their LOW LOW pricing. When i say the lowest prices with in a 100 mile radius i mean the lowest prices. I traveled to Jersey, connecticut and all over the bronx and seen the same particular car for about 10 to 12k over what i bought it for at Victory Mitsubishi with higher mileage. I must say that Victory Mitsubishi not just sell cars but they also help people and got out there way to get you into a vehicle, I thought I wasn't going to drive in a long time. Due to a lot of obstacles, my sales person was a very nice young lady names Margie. She actually went out her way to come pick me up at my house in the Bronx. and I saw her work extra hard till she told me I was driving home that night... I am currently writing this brief review with great regards to Victory Mitsubishi. The salesman Thomas Dyer did a phenomenal job selling me my first pre-owned vehicle. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe and got the steal of the year. The dealership alone is very clean, and the staff are so welcoming and the vibe is warm. I was treated more like a person verses a dollar sign. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable during my car buying experience. Thomas was very professional and REAL, I didn't detect any bad vibes at all. This was the last dealership I visited for the day and it became the last one because I felt comfortable doing business with them. I would strongly recommend this dealership and my sales representative to anybody. GO VICTORY MITSUBISHI !!!! I so Love my new Car............. Thanks Guys!

I would like to take the time out to show my appreciation to Victory Mitsubishi located at 2020 Boston Post Road in Larchmont NY, 10538. My husband and I came all the way from Pennsylvania because we seen the car we wanted and liked its advertising price. I brought a 2009 Lincoln MKS for less than expected on paying for one of that year with low mileage. Thomas Dyer was the salesman he worked a great unbeatable deal for us that we couldn't refuse to leave without taking. The staff is very professional and honest, they made our shopping experience worth the while, not to mention the hours we have taken to drive down here was all worth it.

Was optimistic to get a good deal on a advertised price of a vehicle.. As many others had stated everything went downhill at the dealership.. I had no intent in haggling and would have gladly paid the advertised price plus tax.. No deal the car magically changed price by more than 3k not including tax.. The manager became rather rude and if given the opportunity insulting.. I actually felt bad for the salesman, Ultimately a wasted trip..I should have realized the old adage if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Anyone who has a good experience here congratulations. as for me they could never make right the bad experience we had there.. I will remain dignified with this statement "buyer beware"

all the used cars are either not on the lot or fake prices. When you inquire, you are told that the advertised price is a balance after you put down 10%. I found out that this dealer runs a used car lot in the Bronx where they try to pull the same scam. Run away from this place. The women who answer the phones are clearly trained to help run this scam and my guess is that the good reviews here was written by one of them or at least written by someone from this dealership. I called for a 2011 BMW 3281 X advertised for 22k but the "real price" was then bumped to around 27k

I had a great salesman name Thomas Dyer got a great car for a good price. I've been to three different dealerships for the day and Victory Mitsubishi was my last stop and best stop. The staff is very welcoming and the showroom is immaculate. The sales manager Jay gave us a great deal on top of our company discount from UPS. I would strongly recommend anyone to this dealership.

I just purchased a car from Victory Mitsubishi and had a great experience with everyone there. From the receptionist Julie, to Justin who helped me with the sale, to the manager Jay, everyone was absolutely wonderful. They bent over backwards to get me a good deal and I never felt pressured, like you do sometimes at other places. Everyone at Victory is super friendly, and there is a relaxed, low keyed atmosphere. I will definitely recommend getting a vehicle from this dealer to my friends and family who may be looking for a car.

I was lured to this dealership by what seemed to be excellent prices on some good cars. When I got there I was told that the prices advertised were not the actual prices. What! What what what! Not sure what they are thinking. When we went to walk out, It got really scary, like if they didn't do a deal with us all hell was going to break loose. When the sales person walked into the managers office for the fifth time in utter desperation. My wife and I took our leave. They spotted us a block and a half away and came running down the street, cheap ties flopping in the wind, try and stop us getting in the car. The manager literally tapped on my window and told us to come back inside and we would get a great deal! What the hell are these guys thinking? Try being honest and upfront with people and offer a friendly atmosphere and I think you might stand a chance of staying in business. Have a nice day.

Buyer beware, if you are looking to buy a used car here, be prepared for lots of surprises. The Mitsubishi company will probably not let them get away with scams on new cars, but for used cars these guys probably have a lot of leeway. Firstly, the Cars.com price shown has no disclaimer stating that this price is what you pay IN ADDITION TO paying 10% of a "sticker price". Secondly, there is no "sticker price" shown in the Cars.com listing, so the buyer has no idea what 10% amount is required. Thirdly, there is no such thing as a "sticker price" for a used car, a sticker is only for a new car. A used car has a KBB book value, NADA book value, or other appraisal, but NOT A STICKER PRICE !!! These clowns think that all buyers are a bunch of idiots, where we will just collapse in confusion and pay any price. Sorry guys, this smoke & mirror technique will never work on me. Fourthly, the used car I came to see was not on the dealer lot, and I was told that it was on a remote lot where they would get it for me to see. I was there for 30 minutes and no car appeared. All that happened was the sales guy trying to get me to accept that a 10% unknown value down, on top of the advertised price, was normal every day procedure at all dealers. I intend to take this up with Julie and Lou, if they even exist, as they supposedly responded to other reviews. And I will certainly contact the Mitsubishi company to make them aware of the policies of Victory Mitsubishi. I would not believe that this conduct could be condoned by any upstanding corporation.

I was referred to Victory Mitsubishi by a friend who has purchased not one but two vehicles from them and said that the service was PHENOMENAL and that the salesman name Thomas handled their needs with sensitive care and made them feel comfortable in not only purchasing a vehicle from him, but referring all family and friends that are in the market of buying a new or used car. The staff welcomes you with a warm vibe when entering their facility and they are very happy people. The showroom is immaculate and the vehicles are well kept. Other dealerships that I have visited on my drive down Boston Post Road didn't give me the same warm vibe that I have came in and left with from the staff at Victory Mitsubishi. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated like a person and not just a dollar sign. They take the time to go over your deal with you step by step and are willing to answer any questions or concerns with no attitude.

Dealership did a very good job of helping me throughout my entire process. Financing was quick and easy. Jay the sales manager was awesome you have any concerns give a shout he will take care of any of your needs. Cadillac I purchased drives like it brand new. I wish I had to buy another car because I will definitely be doing business with this dealer again in the future. Great Job!!!

This dealer advertised a used car on cars.com for a very attractive price, given the age and mileage of the vehicle. Long story made short, they wouldn't sell it to me at that price unless I financed it, although I wanted to pay cash. After two hours of pushing back at the sales manager, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I agreed to buy the car and finance it and will pay the loan off immediately in full, so I ultimately got what I wanted. The dealers' fine print on the cars.com listing nowhere says the car must be financed to get the advertised price, despite the sales manager's protests to the contrary. Beware and don't put up with this little scam. The fine print says "wondering if you can finance this car"? I wasn't "wondering" about financing at all. Push back hard if you encounter this. Otherwise, they were nice people.

I took time out of my day to write this excellent review about victory mitsubishi. My salesman made me feel comfortable. He didn't even ask us if we were buying a car that day.we originally went there to buy a used car. Test drove it. Nice car, then Tamark the salesman pulls out a brand new outlander sport. .loved it , made the numbers work on a new car.. thats the way to do business. He left the ball in my court.. slam dunk victory mitsubishi! !

The other reviewer is correct; they have women answer the phone and act like sales reps to draw people into the store under false pretenses. I talked to a woman named "Margie" (later at the dealership I heard her getting yelled at in the back for not bringing in enough people for the dealership). Upon arriving they took us to a different lot (even though we had an appointment the car wasn't ready). The second lot had a tow truck in it, and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they were fixing up salvaged or wrecked cars and trying to sell them. It was that sketchy! But we still couldn't test drive...so they took us back to the main lot and set us down. They told us we had bad credit and there would be a $3000 fee for a $7000 loan...HAHAHAHA that is ridiculous and totally false. Bad credit might mean a high rate, but there isn't a huge fee on top of that. SCAM ALERT. Did I mention we STILL had not been able to test drive the car? Anyone looking for a reputable dealer should STAY FAR AWAY from these scamming dirt bags. Also, Chris, you need to get a different job because you looked uncomfortable as hell trying to pull this dirty scam.

I went to Victory Mitsubishi with my fiance and the service was great we ended up leaving with a brand new car that same very day, thanks to our salesman Tony Arnold. Even though we left with the car my fiance wanted and not the one I originally wanted I am still grateful for the excellent service and everyone that helped us so much. I went to this dealership with my boyfriend and the process was pretty long but at the end of the day our salesman Tony Arnold did everything and more to make sure we left with a car that day. I appreciate everything Tony and everybody did for us. The service we received that day isn't something you'll get in every dealership. The staff at Victory Mitsubishi were completely incompetent and extremely rude. I came in today for a scheduled appointment and test drive. When I asked to speak with the saleswoman with whom I had the appointment, I got the run around from no fewer than 4 different salesmen, each claiming that my appointment was in reality with him, and that the person I was there to see was simply a person who scheduled their appointment. I eventually was able to see the saleswoman I was there to meet (proving the other 4 people to be full of it), but then learned that they couldn't find the car. After a while, I was told that the car was in the shop (even though I was told on the phone that it was in "mint" condition?) and that I couldn't go into the shop and see it. So first of all, even though I had an appointment to test drive a specific car, no one knew where this car was. Secondly, the car was in the shop and I couldn't see it. Thirdly, my daughter and I were harassed by no fewer than 4 sleazy salesmen all trying to convince me that I had an appointment with them, even though they didn't know my name, or what car I was interested in. finally the entire staff was incredibly rude, Take my advice, you'll get better service from almost any other dealership in the country, avoid Victory Mitsubishi unless you enjoy wasting a couple of hours of your day with rude and incompetent service people.
