I had an amazing experience at Village Toyota. I was 2 hours away so when I asked about a vehicule, Michael set up a zoom call with me to show me the car. He also gave me an appraisal from my trade in and we did all the financial talk by text, because I knew if I drove there, it would be to buy the car. I found my dream car there and the purchase process was so easy and amazing there. I visited many dealerships and had a few bad experience, coming to Village Toyota was amazing from the the start. I highly recommend this place!

As a first time car buyer I was dreading the experience of dealing with car salesman and car dealerships. Shopping for a new car was seamless at Village Toyota. The entire experience was completely painless and I felt comfortable and well taken care of by our sales rep John Harke. He did a great job guiding me through the car buying experience and was very receptive to making sure the price was right and that we both went home happy. They stayed after hours and went above and beyond to make sure I was content with the vehicle and took me through all the bells and whistles late into the night. I would highly recommend anyone to give this dealership a look especially during these difficult times navigating the car shortage.

Our salesman, Mark Avery was exceptional.......friendly, without being overbearing.......yet very attentive. After looking at the available vehicles, we discovered they did not have our desired SUV in stock. It just so happened that one of the other salespeople had her personal vehicle there (which was what we wanted). She offered to let us check it out, and because of this, we decided to reserve one that was being delivered the following day. They certainly raise the bar for their customers!

Anna Psihas is a great salesperson. I am so glad that I called in advance to schedule an appointment. I will do this in the future as this makes for a much easier process. We purchased 2 new cars from Anna in the same day. She was a very low pressure salesperson which is what we prefer. (We walked away from another dealer due to the super high pressure and threatening sales tactics.) Anna provided us with the information that we needed to make great purchasing decisions. A little over 2 years ago I purchased a brand new Ford fiesta, ive been a ford owner my entire life and let's just say my last experience was LESS than satisfactory and will certainly be just that, my last!! I found myself in tears multiple times because there was such a lack of knowledge, guidance, assistance and care. Even purchasing a brand new car that didn't last more than 2 years I was stuck with no reliable transportation for more than 3 months until I could even get rid of the vehicle.My mom had bought a car with village toyota just a few months earlier and ranted and raved about the genuinely kind, caring and more than helpful service she received with none other than Mr. Colton Lyon.We made a trip to village toyota, spoke with Colton and a few hours later drove off the lot in a brand new toyota corolla at a great deal. A extremely pleasant and rewarding experience. Working with Samantha States made the process really easy; especially with my wife's influence in the transaction. Samantha only had to remind once about one small fact - "A happy wife makes for a Happy Life". My wife's response to that was he hasn't learned that in 42 years. I could not let her get the last word ! The only thing I could say was that "I am a slow learner!" After all it was going to be her vehicle anyway. Chris did a exceptional job showing my wife all the inns and outs of the vehicle and I will be extremely grateful for that. Thanks again for everyone's help at Village Cadillac and Toyota.

My first visit to Village Toyota, looking for a vehicle that I already had picked out, resulted in my buying a Venza that has been almost perfect. The light grey interior doesn't work for my outdoor activities, but I get around that. The vehicle is a joy to drive,especially long distances. Village Toyota is a great dealership that aims to please its customers and works on improving anyway they can. Service is efficient and I never mind waiting at the dealership,in it's comfortable surroundings with friendly staff. As a result, I am a very satisfied Totoyta owner and customer. We have never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership! Ann Maria Psihas greeted us and was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She introduced us to Evon who assisted us with the financial matters and Alicia who helped us with dealer options, and providing us with a rental until options were installed. The maintenance personnel were polite and efficient and all options were installed to our satisfaction The building and grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra Certified truck. At the time of purchase I questioned the truck pulling with visual tire ware and uneven tread. The sales person told me the truck was fine and it just needed air in the tires from sitting on the lot. I took the truck back to them several times about the issues with nothing but more lies and additional charges. I obtained a second opinion from another Toyota dealership that inspected the truck and told me it was Toyota Certified and Village Toyota should have never sold me the truck with the tires in that condition and the front end out of alignment. The tires were worn uneven and causing the truck to wonder and pull to the right while driving. Village charged me over $1,200.00 for new tires plus 2 front end alignment costs that at purchase they told me the alignment was fine. This was my first purchase from Village Toyota Homosassa on a truck costing $24,000. and will probably be my last.

I have bought parts from here several times and been very pleased with the process, quality of the parts, and friendliness of the staff. I like the fact that they use my vin number when I call looking for parts. I always know I'm getting the right qoute for the right part. Recently I took my car in to them to have a problem checked out on my car and they were very thorough letting me know about the problem and my options. They also didn't pressure me to make a decision right away and are giving me the time to weigh my options, which is very important to me. The fact that they have good coffee, donuts, snack machines, puzzle table, checkers table, plenty of comfy seating, television, are open on Saturday, and offer a loaner or rental while they work on your car is just icing on the cake!

We had the best experience we have ever had buying a car.We were only looking and planning on going to other dealers but never made it past Toyota village. Luci Suarez came over and offered to help us.She was pleasant and told up front we were just looking. She said no problem and asked what wanted in a car new or used,etc.She showed us many options and was very knowledgeable about every car we looked at or test drove. She was patient not at all pushy let us test several cars saving the best for last. We love our new Camry 2016. After Luci started about our driving habits she suggested leasing might be a better option for us. We had talked about this before looking and was glad she mentioned it to us.We are very happy with our choice and look forward to returning in 3 yrs and do it all over again. thank you Luci for all your help making a great decision. I've bought several cars from John Harke, who works at Village. He has always treated me fairly, and has always let me know which deals would be most advantageous for me. With his assistance, buying a car from Village Cadillac has always been a pleasant experience with no surprises. The warranty that comes with a new Cadillac is outstanding. I've literally paid NOTHING for service for the past three years. The SUV I've just purchased has the same warranty. The service department at Village is outstanding. They are highly professional. Any servicing or repairs I've needed have always been done correctly the first time. They also keep appointments promptly and completed the work on time when promised. They have furnished me with a free loaner vehicle whenever they've had to keep my car overnight. I would strongly recommend Village Cadillac without reservation.

This is the second time we have dealt with Michael Kerchum at Village Toyota. He Is a very skilled, professional who takes his time to hear our concerns and goes way above to be accommodating. We were with him for several hours each time and I can verify that he took his time to educate us on the different types of vehicles. He listened to our description of what we might be interested in and went carefully over our options. When we received our vehicle, Michael went over everything with us in the vehicle. He set our phones to be compatible with the car and set up all of our extras, so we were well educated on our 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. We came to Village Toyota just to drive through and see if they had a Rav like one we had seen the night before. They had a Rav 4 Limited in a Hot Lava color that caught our eye. We started liking what we were seeing and connected with Sam Strom to get additional information about what this vehicle had to offer. We had never owned a Toyota before. Sam answered all of our questions and ultimately assisted us with buying this vehicle. We really liked not receiving a high pressured sales tactic. We were not expecting to buy a vehicle but when we decided that we wanted this Toyota, Sam walked us through the whole process including a detailed talk through of how to operate the vehicle and it's technology-based components. We think we are going to thoroughly enjoy this new Toyota Rav 4. Thank you.

I'm an Oil and Filter DIY guy! My only experience is recall maintenance. First recall was for a Toyota Brake issue. When I arrived home and popped the hood I found 3 test fittings left on the windshield cowl near the master brake cylinder. I did make a trip back to return these tools. (No issue with work done!) My most recent visit required a cracked dashboard replacement. Although the car does look new again with a brand new dash I did find a washer trim screw missing along the Glove Box trim under the dash. An aftermarket power cable running under my passenger side windshield post trim was ti-wrapped under the dash during this work. At least they left the cable!! When I arrived home I had to remove the glove box so I could rerun this cable back up the post to my radar detector on the visor. This is when I found the missing screw. Today I proceeded to do my regular 5000 mile oil and filter change myself. When I popped the hood to replace my air filter one of the three clips that hold the air cleaner cover closed was missing. Knowing I was the last one under my hood the mechanic did need to disconnect my positive battery cable for dash replacement as I had to reset my clock. Their multi-point inspection program does require popping open the air cleaner cover to check the air filter. I must assume this is when retainer clip snapped off. I decided to remove my battery and look around and sure enough I found the missing clip under the battery and was able to reinstall it back on the air cleaner housing. This is why I have always tried to do my own routine maintenance over the years as no one cares about your car like you do!!!!!

We brought our vehicle to our dealer, Village Toyota, because we had received a recall notice on our airbags. Tiffany Buehrig greeted us and explained the process. It was going to take awhile since parts had to be ordered so she put us in a rental vehicle at their cost. Tiffany kept us posted during the repair period and called when it was done. So when I decided to buy a new car, naturally I turned to Village once again. Somewhat apprehensive about buying on my own, I met with Darrin Mercer, who put me at ease immediately. After determining what I wanted, he patiently showed me several cars and after "trying them on" I decided the Prius C was right for me. After I totaled my car I started shopping on line for a new one. I mistakenly went to a dealer that I thought was Village Toyota but was actually another one close by. Although they were very nice, they put me in a car I was really not happy with. I thought it wasn't running right and was going to bring it back when I decided to stop at Village Toyota on the way to see the car I originally wanted to look at. That's when I met Bob Mackert. He must have seen just how unhappy I was because he did every thing he could to get me into a car that I am extremely happy with. And it wasn't the one I went there to see. Bob was patient, he took the time to let me test drive several different cars, he really listened to what was going to make me comfortable and happy and what would not. It got to be late in the day and everybody stayed late to accommodate me. In all Bob Mackert and every one at Village Toyota made a sad situation into a pleasant one. I will definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a new or used car to go see Bob Mackert at Village Toyota.

When I moved to Homosassa in December of 2014 I was driving around checking out the lay of the land when I happened to drive by Village Toyota. I pulled in to see about getting service for my 2011 Tundra. They were closing and Robert Romero was the only service tech there and was on his way out too. I introduced myself to him and said I would stop back when they were opened. Robert said he could get me set up now and on his own time registered my Tundra and got my info into the computer and set the appointment for the service so my visit would go smoothly. That's when I knew I was in the right place. A business that knows the meaning of SERVICE. When I go into Village for service I don't worry because Robert follows the progress and keeps me informed. On a couple of occasions I spoke to mechanics out back. They both were very helpful explaining what I needed to know and the room was organized and clean. I haven't purchased a vehicle from Village yet but I have talked to a couple sales people and asked questions. They were helpful and not pushy. When I'm ready to buy I will go to Village. I was already pre-approved for a specific amount and as mush as I tried to get them to work with me on a final price, they held on to their price. Decided to visit Village Cadillac Toyota Scion in answer to a recent promotional letter. Needed an oil change on my 2005 Toyota Camry (229,000+ miles on its odometer!) and decided to check on its tires' life. Although they were in good shape, they were coming to the end of their 75,000 mile warranty. I was directed to Dana Wilkes, Product Specialist. We checked out a 2012 Toyota Camry with 34,000 miles on it. Took a test drive, was very impressed at how it handled, its safety features and its reputation. Dana checked the CarFax history, answered all my questions and guided me through the purchase of this Camry. As promised, he also provided a full tank of gas! I purchased an extended warranty, as I expect to have this Camry an equally long time! The entire staff at Village was welcoming, helpful and will have my continued business. We were given a complete demonstration of all the features on the Sienna and offered to take a test drive, which we did. We really liked the Sienna and proceeded to purchase this vehicle. Harry Walsh answered my internet inquiry so fast I thought it must be an automatic response. Initially we asked about any available inventory on last year's models, and he invited us over to see a few that were still available. Not finding our desired model or color, Harry suggested we look at some of the new 2015s. With very little prodding on our part, he came up with a deal on the newest one that was as good as any of the deals on last year's models. In all our years of buying cars, this turned out to be the easiest, fastest, most pleasant transaction ever.

We needed a specific vehicle to fit our needs and lifestyle. I was interested in a newer model Prius V. We had some issues that did not afford us time to go to our dealership, Village Toyota. Dan Lalkas volunteered to bring the vehicle all the way to us so we could see if it worked. He did an excellent job of showing us all the features and working with us on the price. They gave us a great deal and the car was spotless and ready to go when we picked it up. The finance manager Garrett was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Its nice to see that car buying from Village Toyota doesn't carry that stigma that we once feared. I would recommend to anybody in the market to go visit Toyota Village.

I was in the market for a used vehicle and came to Village Toyota. I have some blemishes on my credit but have heard good things about how hard they work here so I gave it a shot. I worked with Dan Lalkas a sales rep who was very nice. He showed me around and did not pressure me at all. He even let me test drive the car home so my wife could see it. they got me approved and now I own a 2003 loaded Toyota Avalon. Everyone from management to finance was excellent. Definitely recommend this dealership and Daniel.

In August 2014 I was looking for a leftover 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited--preferably in white. I contacted a half dozen dealers near The Villages, Florida where I live about availability, pricing, and any special incentives or financing. Harry Walsh of Village Toyota responded to my online inquiry. Their price matched the best deals I could find, plus they had the only leftover 2014 Avalon with the options and color that I was looking for. I previously owned a 2002 Avalon--that I bought in Connecticut before retiring-- that was still in excellent condition with 209,000 miles on it when I sold it, so I was fairly certain I would like the new model. We negotiated a price via online and one phone call, subject only to a test drive. I went to the showroom that afternoon and after a 5 minute test drive agreed to the deal. Harry and the rest of his team made the whole process the easiest purchase process I have every been through. I did not have a convenient way to pick up the car in person, but Harry offered to personally deliver the car to my driveway--about an hour away--which he did the next morning. He explained the features of the new car to me, which was very helpful since this is the first time I have owned a hybrid. The only reason I rated the quality of repairs not applicable is because I have not quite put 5,000 miles on the car, so I have not used the service department yet. I did get an email from the service department introducing the manager. Harry and one other person from the dealership followed up with me a few days after purchase to make sure I was 100% satisfied--and I was. I would not hesitate to recommend Harry Walsh, and Village Toyota to others.

Went to check out the deals at Village Toyota and Luci Suarez was assigned to me. She was very professional, courteous, and we hit it off right away. I let her know what I was interested in looking at and she provided a great selection of cars. I was first looking at 2015 RAV4 and she showed me a 2014 XLE model leftover. She got the keys and took it for a ride and love it. We negotiated at a price that I was not comfortable in. I wasn't able to bring home the car that night because I had my Prius with me. Lucy Suarez offered to bring the car to me next day. Btw, I also purchase my prius in 2009 at Village Toyota and always found the staff to be very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Village Toyota. They take the time to listen to what you want and try to find the car that is fits your needs. They're not pushy, will negotiate and will inform you of incentives and sales. Please for Lucy Suarez. You will be very happy with her as your sales rep.

I went to Village Toyota to get a quote on a 2014 Camry. I had just given my son my old Toyota and I had missed it, despite having a truck to drive around in. I met with Harry Walsh, the Internet Manager and he showed me several cars. He was very professional and didn't push anything on me. I ended up buying a new 2015 Camry from Harry. Excellent place, excellent staff. In fact, I didn't want to wait and Harry drove the car to my house, after filling it with gas, and having it washed. I can't tell you over the years, how many times I had asked for a full tank of gas. Harry did it without me asking. This will be my sixth Toyota, and my third Camry. Great place, great people. I was in touch with this dealership about a specific car they were advertising online. I scheduled a time with the sales rep a couple days in advance. He knew I was going to have to travel almost an hour and a half each way to look at this car and that I was planning to purchase the vehicle if it was in the condition he stated it was in. Not only was the sales rep NOT there when I went in to look at the used vehicle, but they had already sold it two days prior to my appointment. NO ONE TOLD ME that the car had sold that I wanted to look at and purchase so ended up wasting 3 hours of travel time with my wife and two year old. The only thing the other sales reps could say is that they would show me a different car. Really?! VERY unprofessional and now I am getting auto generated emails from the sales rep that hosed me wanting to "check in" and "know that I am a busy professional"... Get a clue, guys!
