Had some car damage on the road, the plastic undercarriage of my car was scraping along the road. They quickly took a look and had it fixed in no time. Was back on the road within the hour. Extremely professional, would recommend to anyone!

They will overcharge you mercilessly. After my first service there, I experienced a problem. It was a leak of fuel coming from under the back seat. 10 days later, I went back, and they finally admitted the mistake they made. So I was driving my MB with gasoline leaking for 10 days. They never even consider a discount, not even one dollar. This behavior should have been a clear sign that these people are after your money, only. I should have known better, and never take the car back to this dishonest people. But unfortunately I did it, believing that, as they said, they made an honest mistake. So when I went to change the serpentine belt, they overcharged me again. The worst part was when, after suggesting more work on my car, they overcharged me again, and this time a lot The owner was hiding in the garage when I went to pick up my car. He was not willing to tell me was done after they charged me 6 K. I had a potential new customer for them. I had my partner with me who wanted to see the work they did, and considered to take his Audi to be serviced by them. He said: "Stay away from these people. They will never value your trust, or your loyalty, as a return customer." When we asked questions about the work done, and the charges, the rude owner who was hiding in the garage, was was unwilling to explain. We also felt that these people are bigoted towards us. They are definitely one irredeemable mess.

We were driving on the highway and a plastic piece was hanging over our front tire and causing an awful screeching sound when we were driving. Village European took care of us immediately and saved us when we were on our way to my son’s baseball game In Worcester. They are super friendly and I’d recommend anyone to use their services.

I got a flat tire while driving and I was able to make it to Village European just as the last bit of air left my tire. The employees there was so nice and helpful. I explained that I was late to pick up my son and they immediately tried to fix my tire for me. When they realized that it could not be fixed in time, they offered to drive me out to Sudbury so I would not be late to get my son. When I got back my tire was fixed and ready to go. They were not expecting me to come in but they helped me with my situation right away and they could not have been nicer about. Everyone there was fantastic and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

This team at Village European is the real deal. Most drivers of a European Luxury car do so for the experience of having something "special". The service team at Village European compliment the great car you drive. They appreciate you and your car. I've found my new dealership.

After almost two years, I finally found the car which fulfills a lifelong passion. A red 1989 560sl was sitting in the showroom just waiting for me. Perfect! Previously a one owner local car with low miles with an outstanding service history from Village European, it was delivered to me in near pristine condition. Ray McGowen and Village European owner Dave Clark really know how to put it all together for the customer. Ray is the quintessential sales manager who takes the time to understand the passion one has for a particular model. No detail too small when it comes to customer satisfaction. Dave Clark, in addition being the owner and head mechanic, made sure the car was as mechanically close to perfect on the day I took delivery. Ray took care of any cosmetic details and was great to work with right from the outset beginning with my first phone call and visit to Village European. And of course Jake took care of the service details in the background. I not only have the car of my dreams, but also new friends who will always be there for the continued service of my 560sl and for my future purchase considerations. Thanks Guys!

I was referred to Village European by a friend who takes his BMW to the track and has all his service done here. I have been bringing my M3 here since I got it 5 years ago and the service has always been outstanding. They describe exactly what needs to be done and the work it top notch. They have done work on my tires, brakes, suspension, cooling fan, and even the variable timing system on the engine,I brought my car here after a local dealer stripped the oil drain plug in the aluminum oil pan and wanted over $2000 to fix it. Chip was able to repair the oil pan and save me a ton of money. When the cooling fan failed, my car overheated across the street from a local BMW dealer and I paid to have it brought to Village European on a ramp truck to be sure the work was done right.

I went to Village European to buy a truck for my wife I seen online.The service there was great. My daughter and I went there for a test drive and we met Jacob who was real cool guy. Then we met Ray, he is a stand up guy that went above and beyond what I expected. He was really cool and informative. He was quick and reliable. He made sure everything was everything. He's definitely not the type of guy to sell you a lemon because he won't give you the car until its 100% serviced. He held great conversation too. My daughter loves him and wants to come back when she gets a car. My wife is in love with the truck. Overall if you want a trustworthy and friendly dealer Village European is the way to go. I recently pulled into Village European when I got a flat tire on my Toyota while driving in rush hour on Route 2. I was in a jam because I've let my AAA membership lapse and can't change a tire. The service manager, Jake fixed it for me with no problem! I can't say thank you enough to him for helping me. I had never been there before but I could tell they are knowledgeable and caring, especially after hearing the customer before me picking up his car. He seemed pleased with the explanation of the work done. I would definitely recommend Village European!

I had my older Mercedes E serviced at Village European. Jake explained everything that was needed done on the car and what I should consider getting done. They provided me with an estimate on the work and on how long the work would take. Both the cost and the time were accurate and the car was delivered as promised. I can really feel the difference in the ride of the car now that the service was done.

I recently sold my truck through Village European on a consignment basis. Ray McGowan and his staff were extremely helpful in getting my vehicle detailed, marketed and sold at a price I was pleased with. I didn't have to worry about craigslist, autotrader or any other type of advertising, and I didn't have to respond to tons of phone inquiries from tire kickers, they did it all for me. In the end, my truck was sold very close to the price I would have expected to receive had I sold it privately, but without any of the hassle. They promptly delivered the check and paperwork to me, which was really helpful based on my busy schedule. I'm planning to use Ray's services when the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, since they will search for what I want and strive to get the best price with no high-pressure sales pitch. Why isn't car selling/buying like this everywhere?

I've spent over a year looking for a truck and came across a Ford f150 at Village European. After speaking to the General Manager, Ray McGowan for a few minutes, it was clear that he had integrity and was someone I wanted to do business with. He offered a fair trade in value for my car and a good deal on the truck. I felt no desire to negotiate past his initial offer as I felt I was taken care of and treated well. After we closed the deal, Ray continued to display excellent customer service and I was very happy with the experience. We won't shop for cars anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend this dealership!

Beware: a shrewd scammer, especially if you are not a local buyer.In my case, they showed me a warmed up car, while injectors had a problem only noticeable upon a cold start. My repair cost over $4,200Sales rep McGowan communicates well up until it comes time to start honouring their warranty, then, crickets. Either a car quality scammer, or a warranty scammer. Same difference Beware!

I have been a customer of Village European since 2009, having had both repair and maintenance work done on various BMWs. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work performed and the customer service. Prices are competitive, and comparable to other German car specialists.Specifically, I think Chip is one of the best and most experienced BMW mechanics around, able to do any kind of work on both older and newer BMWs. Any work they have done for me has been top quality, with quality parts, and in line with the price estimate given up front. I also always get a heads-up if there are any things I need to keep an eye on that may need to be fixed/replaced in the near future. The customer service is great too. Friendly and knowledgeable people all around. Easy to make appointments, and any part that is needed, that they dont have in stock, they are able to get very quickly. I would highly recommend Village European for any maintenance or repair work on any BMW.

Great experience here. Customer service is excellent. Very quick turn around time. On the COLDEST day of winter so far, the car decides to have a flat tire. Awesome. After unsuccessfully trying to put the spare on (as my road side assistance asked me to wait 2 hours), I gave up went to Village European and they helped me replace my tire and did not charge me for the service.Highly recommended !!!

I took my 2010 Mini Cooper to Village European to repair a rough idle and find the source of an oil leak. Danielle is very knowledgeable, recognized me from a previous repair trip to the shop and gave me a repair appointment the next day. After dropping off my car, she called me by 9am and told me that the mechanic had found the source of the rough idle (a bad fuel pump). But while researching the problem he found that my car was covered by an extended warranty (I wasn't aware) and recommended I take it to a dealer to get a free repair. They charged me $205 for the diagnostic (a bit high) but saved me almost $1000 in repair charges.Thanks for the honesty! I'll be back next time I have a non-warranty repair.

I have a 2010 A4 and have had it serviced with them a few times. Always straight forward in their assessment and have never gotten the typical dealer M.O. of "oh we found these new issues....you really should get them taken care of". They do a good service and I feel I can trust them.

Village European has cared for our three elderly well-loved BMWs for years, and we definitely prefer them over any BMW dealer. Chip, our usual mechanic, is very knowledgeable about BMWs, a straight shooter about whether a repair is worth making on an older car (and can predict which parts are likely to have problems at certain mileages), an excellent diagnostician, loves challenging problems (as in whether the blown up engine on an M5 was salvageable), and is always accessible to answer questions, even stupid ones. Danielle very capably fields questions on her own and works hard to schedule us in. They are always helpful, flexible and cheerful. Their only downside is that they have no Saturday appointments.

I have been taking BMW's and other European makes (Land Rover and Jaguar) to Village European for years. I have always found Chip and the other mechanics to be extremely skilled and of the utmost integrity. Danielle, their service advisory, is friendly and professional. I have never had anything but a great experience with them and would not take my car(s) anywhere else.

I have reserved writing this review for a few months as the time has allowed me the clarity to give an accurate description of my dissatisfaction with the general manager of this establishment, RM. I found my desired car (2012 A3) while visiting home over the summer, it was over the course of 2 visits and numerous phone conversations that I decided to purchase the car. Before purchasing the car my phone calls and voicemails were always answered and returned in a timely manner, even though a medical emergency, I felt very comfortable with my interactions and the attentiveness of the staff. Time after time any concerns or questions I had were met with Dont worry about it man, Ill take care of you man, our reviews speak for themselves. My concerns were the following;1.Car detailed in and out2.Tint3.2nd car keyAfter signing papers and arranging for delivery the vehicle arrived in Baltimore a few weeks later than expected with chips on the hood and not detailed in any way, there were the same coffee stains in the cup holder that were there when I test drove the car. I called the GM immediately and told him that I did not want to accept delivery, I was met again with, Ill take care of it, I have contacts in Baltimore, I will make everything right, this could not be further from the truth. After accepting delivery of the vehicle communications with the GM slowed to a halt resulting in, unanswered calls to his cell and office, emails not responded to. The GM claimed to set up a detail and treatment to address the paint chips, he ended up calling a local detailing shop and told them to give me a $49 car wash, not addressing the chips or the detail as promised. The car failed inspection due to the tinting on the vehicle, which I had to pay to remove. The key issue was never addressed. I called the office/cell of RM every day for nearly 2 weeks, no phone call was ever returned. I did receive a check on the mail weeks after accepting delivery of the vehicle for $300 I presume in an attempt to cover the expenses for the things not promised however the funds did not nearly cover the expenses. For a GM who preached integrity and doing right by his clients RM overpromised and under delivered with verbosity and flash. They ended up being another used car lot which is everything they claim not to be. Great overall experience - a first while trying to purchase a used-car. No sales pressure, very honest and accommodating and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Ray bent backwards to make to make the entire process as painless as possible. I would (and already have) most definitely recommend this Dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My wife was in the market for a new car and we started the process of elimination- deciding on a make and model and visiting dealers.A good friend recommended Ray and I decided to call. To be honest, I wasn't sure how it would go, as I have always done the dealing myself.Ray assured me he would be able to take away the pain of dealing with the dealer and he was right. Long story short, my wife had a specific color combination and there were not a lot of local dealers that had what she was looking for, PLUS, we had a tight timeframe. We thought we had one lined up with a dealer and then hit a snag. Ray went out of his way to resolve the issue and we ended up going with a completely different dealer.If I was doing this myself, all that work would have been for not, and I would have had to take a lot of time starting over and going through the process again. Ray always kept me in the loop, and if there was a decision to be made, he'd check in to make sure he had all the facts (color, options...) before going forward.The final- My wife got the exact car she wanted and it arrived on time.I will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone in the market.Thanks Ray!

Went there looking for a used car to drive in the winter. Ray was very easy to work with and the laid back approach was something I really appreciated. From the test drive to the purchase to the pick up everything was quick and easy. HAve recently gone back to get some winter tires thrown on and the price cannot be beat...again quick and easy, literally 15 min. I will definitely go back to them and point others who are looking for quality performance oriented cars in their direction

Ray and Zack worked much quicker than we had expected in locating a car that fit our specs. And, they were good about describing cars that were close but did NOT meet our, or more importantly, their own criteria, so we felt like they did a lot of due diligence. Their mechanics were thorough and helpful pre-purchase and on a follow-up visit. Ray even helped coordinate fixing some parking lot damage that occurred well after our purchase (and thus outside their 'responsibility'). We're about to task them with finding a replacement for our other car.
