They offered me a great internet deal. I comparison shopped with another dealership. The other dealership's best offer was not nearly as good as the one at Village. In fact, at the other dealership the sales manager laughed when I told him I would be going elsewhere to buy. He said they will never honor what they told you on the phone and over the internet.The bottom line is they gave me exactly what they offered me with not one word of changing anything. Jacob Horn was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and best of all honest. Great deal and buying experience.

My sales person, John Harke, was efficient, courteous and helpful with my recent truck purchase. After taking it for a test drive I noted a slight pull to the right. I mentioned that to Jon and he made an appointment for me at a time I wished. I was in and out quickly and the problem was resolved. I would recommend John and the service department any time.

The reason I'm giving five stars is because that's what they deserve! The staff was so helpful in every way all the way down to the detail guy. Our new Corolla looked great when we drove off after getting great service from the sales and finance staff. They bent over backwards to get us into this car. We came from Ocala and we had already been to other dealerships and was told there was nothing they could do. Samantha and Anna and the rest of the team got us a great deal and we are excited to be the proud owner of our first new car! My 2012 Prius - Sport was deemed a total loss due to Huricane Hermine on 9/1/16. Subquently it was towed to Village Toyota on 9/3/16 and I met and dealt with Jeremy Ulecki, Assistant Service Manager who helped me tremendously - he was the greatest. Once my car was deemed a total by my insurance company I began my search to find a new Prius. First I went to Deluca Toyota in Ocala where I had purchased two new autos previously and found they did not have a new "silver" Prius in stock that met my expectatios and the sales person didn't seem to want to locate one with the equipment I desired....he wanted to push the cars they had in stock. I also went to a Nissan dealer to determine whether thay had any cars in inventory that met my wishes as far as color, equipment, price etc. As it turned out they did not have anything I wanted. Phillips Toyota in Leesburg didn't have anything I wanted in stock. My search ended on on 9/10/16 when I went to Village Toyota to remove the personalized license plate from my 'totaled' car. Again I was in touch with Jeremy as he had removed the license plate for me just before the car was towed away. He realized that I was searching for a new car and I was put in touch with Aaron Jandro in sales. Aaron showed me the "silver" 2016 Toyota Prius - Four - Touring model. The equipment , color and price were satisfactory so I bought it.. Yvonne Stoltenberg, Busness Manager drew up the necessary papers regarding my purchase and there was some delay in getting the deal consumated due to her having to process other new car buyers, but I will say she did an excellent job, and I drove the new car back to my home in Summerfield, FL.In sum, I can say that the staff at Village Toyota mentioned above all did an excellent job and made the necessity of buying a new replacement vehicle a lot easier! Thus far I am very satisfied with my experience in dealing with Village Toyota, and I look forward to doing business there in the future,Ivan N. Richmond

My wife and I did a lot of research before purchasing our Dodge Durango. We shopped around at a lot of local dealers before finding a great deal at Village Toyota.We ended up coming there on Labor Day from Lakeland, about 90 minutes away. Their salesman communicated with us throughout the day and when we arrived the car was waiting for us. The sale was flawless. It really was a tremendous price. There wasn't any upselling or trying to get us to buy extra unnecessary stuff. We really appreciated their service and they were accommodating of us and our little one who was a real trooper. I highly recommend Village Toyota if you're looking to buy your next car.

Dealership likes to sell warranties that do not cover their vehicles. Paid $1534 for an extended warranty that does not cover a hybrid Prius. Contacted BBB and corporate, and they told me they would pass it along to the dealership. Manager Mike refuses to call us, and sends his warranty errand boy Chad to take the call, which gets us nowhere because he won't refund the full warranty price. The original warranty guy that sold the warranty to us was fired because they knew he was lying about what the warranties covered. This is what Chad told me. Toyota has done a major disservice, and they refuse to correct it. You would think they would want to keep their customers who bought 2 cars in less than 8 months at the dealership, yet they do not care. I advise every person to avoid this dealership at all costs, and to spread the word as I am, and instead buy from Sun Toyota, who just sold a car to my grandmother.

David Becwar was my service manager for this visit for 70,000 mile service. It has been almost 5 years since I bought my Venza at Village Toyota, which has been perhaps the most versatile vehicle ever owned. All Florida service has been at this dealership. Very disappointed that Toyota has stopped production of the Venza, thus will keep this Venza longer than intended and with the excellent service provided by Village expect to get many more miles until I can find another make, model and dealership comparable to what I've experienced over the last 5 years.

I contacted Village Toyota and inquired about a Lease for a Sienna. Anna Psihas contacted me immediately with a Lease Quote. I had contacted 2 other Toyota Dealers close to me and Anna was the only one who gave me a written Lease Quote and answered my questions fully without delay. The others, well, not so much. I got a fair trade in offer on my Rav-4 and the Sienna was waiting for me, all detailed, gassed up and ready to go, when I arrived. Another nice twist was at Village, they have a Welcome Sign at their entrance with everyone's names and salespeople who they have appointments with. A nice touch to see your name up there, that made us feel very welcomed.The whole process was completely stress free and in a short period of time, we were driving away with our new Sienna. We even made our appointment for our first service visit. Simply a fantastic experience. We would recommend Village Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle.

As usual, Village Toyota via Dave Becwar gave me excellent service on the Toyota Camry I brought in for service. The planned service was scheduled based on the car's mileage and the past service on the car. The techs did a further inspection on the car for anything that suggested additional work. Mr. Becwar gave me a rundown on the work outlined, the estimated price and estimate of time to accomplish the work.The work was done ahead of the estimated time and Mr. Becwar gave me an overall assessment of the car's condition after all the work was accomplished. I am well satisfied with the work done and the service was truly exceptional and plan to go back for service in a few months. Car runs fine.

Anna Psihas made our truck buying process extremely easy and accommodating. All the negotiations were done via phone and text, as we live almost 3 hours away. I came into Village Toyota on 7/14/ 2016 about an hour before closing. I had just left Sun Toyota where I had just experienced one of the most frustrating days of my life. After requesting a quote online (which she was quick to reply), I showed up at the dealership 15 minutes before they closed for the 4th of July weekend. I expected the worst knowing everyone was ready to spend the holidays with their family. However my experience was outstanding and they we happy to help me. I had the best experience at Village Toyota. Brad Butler was very attentive , knowledgeable, very professional and had such a wonderful personality. During the purchasing process he informed me of different options, He was never pushy with me. He spent the extra time educating me on all the details of the truck. He programmed my phone into the truck for me. I was able to leave the dealership in my beautiful new Tundra in 2.5 hours, a lot of that time was educating me. The dealership is approx. 30 miles from where I live but well worth the drive.

First day of shopping for our new car. The Toyota dealership shop is just fantastic. Our sales representatives Lucy Suarez & Dana Wilkins were terrific. Dana took us to the car we wanted (Camry) to test drive and off we went. All the while, Dana was explaining all the features and answering our questions. What a ride. Back at the shop, both Lucy & Dana continued to work with us doing the paperwork, answering our questions. Both are very professional and knowledgeable about the Toyota brand. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle be sure to check out Village Toyota. The dealership staff are great. Especially Wayne Clark. If you are looking for professionalism and knowledge of vehicles he is the man to go to. He took the time to explain all of the features and options that were on the 2016 Tacoma we were looking at and walked us through the entire process from arriving at the dealership to delivery of a freshly detailed truck. He even preset some radio stations for us for the drive home. Excellent salesperson and if we ever need to purchase another vehicle it will definitely be at Village Toyota, and we would truly hope that Wayne would be available to help us again.

After several attempts with previous management to correct steering and tire issues on a 2012 Toyota Certified truck purchase I was introduced to the new General Manager Joseph Reth. I explained my previous downfalls with prior management and service from the time of purchase to present. Joe took the time to hear my complaints and wanted to help. He offered me a rental car, had the steering issues checked at no charge and refunded half of the new tire cost I was wrongfully charged after purchase. Village has made some positive changes with people like Joseph Reth and Assistant service manager Robert Romero. Robert had tried to help me with a situation that was beyond his control and I can't thank him enough for that. Please continue to keep up the customer relationship that is needed to make Village great.I will continue my service with Village Toyota.

He got me the best deal I could get including a fair price on my trade in "2008 RAV-4". Derek listens carefully to my need. What I like about him is, he carries a confidence that reassures you that he'll get the job done with no hassles. A man who follows up on the job until it's completed. That is a very important quality to have in today's competitive world - his goal is to see that his customer walks away happy with a smile on their face, knowing that the money they spent was worth the trip into Village Toyota in Homossasa, Fl. He introduced us to Charlie (a very friendly and helpful woman in your finance department) and Alicia Taylor the Accessories Manager,, she is a very vibrant woman, who is motivated to make sure nothing is missed on the list her customer has given her. There would have been a 6 star review if someone would have been at the service valet desk to greet me when I arrived on time. I was left to stand and wonder what I should do. Then the service advisor, David Becwar, walked outside and walked me inside to his service desk and gave my key to the service valet who apologized for not being there.The rest from there on was perfect, timely and I was on my way home.

I saw a pre-owned Rav4 on-line that interested me, contacted the dealership on-line and received a phone call from the internet rep, Brian, verifying price and inviting me to come down to take a look. Upon arriving I noticed the Rav4 had already been pulled around front and was as clean in appearance as in photos. I ran into Gregg Nelson who asked if he could help me and from there proceeded to experience the most low pressure, pleasing car buying experience I've ever had. For the last 17 years I would travel from Spring Hill to Homosassa to buy my cars, all new. Two of them, an Avalon and a Corolla I transported to Europe where I spend 6 months of each year during the heat wave in Florida and I use both cars alternatively, so I have low mileage on both. For other 6 months they are off the road in a garage. Other 2 cars I keep in Florida and use them while here like a snowbird. I tried to avoid a painful and frustrating car-buying ordeal when buying a new Prius. I contacted Village Cadillac Toyota because their online pricing and reviews looked very good. I called and emailed before driving the hour and a half to the store. The Internet Salesperson did a great job assuring me they were straight forward, honest dealership looking to sell off 2015 inventory before the end of the year. She said they were paying premium prices on trade-ins and the pre-owned car manager was eager to see my car. I mentioned seeing several high end model IVs & Vs listed at or below $19,000. At first she said they would honor their pricing, but then told me the manager said that pricing was in error and if I checked the stock and VIN numbers I would see those were actually level 2 cars advertised as IVs & Vs. She said they were working to correct the erroneous listings and convinced me to come in and get a great deal that they would take good care of me.The floor salesperson was very polite, courteous, and apologized for the misleading pricing. We picked out a car and waited for the moment of truth. Bad news there was no premium pricing for a trade auction pricing only and the car would cost significantly more than the advertised price.The truth was none of their Prius pricing on Cars.com was correct and much of their own website price was misleading. Brett Coble, the General Sales Manager, acted surprised and put out that I expected their pricing to be correct. His position was, yes we know the pricing is misleading buy a car at a higher price. He said I would not be able to buy a comparable car at their price elsewhere.In the final analysis if felt like the classic bait and switch say anything to get customers in the store The dealer Internet listings on Cars.com: mostly incorrect: dealer website pricing: misleading; dealer assurance to honor pricing: not true; dealer paying premium price for trade-ins: no true; dealer will correct misleading information on online: not true as of this posting; No other dealership will give me as good a deal: also not trueI thank Shaun & Otto for being friendly and courteous. We recently had an issue with problem starting with our leased 2013 Tacoma, and stopped in to the service department to ask Dave Becwar to have it checked out. Dave is an outstanding service representative. We always get not only great service, but Dave is a pleasure to talk with and he always treats even the smallest request with care and attention to detail. While our truck was being serviced Dave introduced us to Sam Strom, so we could ask some questions about when to turn our truck, and what lease options were currently available. End result - 2013 Tacoma service found a battery problem and vehicle was fully operable in short order. Plus, we ended up turning in the 2013 and leasing a new 2016 Tacoma. This is tribute to the enthusiasm and customer care that we received from Dave Becwar and Sam Strom. We know that we can depend on Dave Becwar to take good care of us as we bring our 2016 Tacoma in for future service.

I recently bought a used car from Village. I traded in another Toyota. I have never been lied to or treated so badly by a car dealer. This was our first time buying from Village and will be the last EVER. I had to call Toyota directly to get proper service that was promised. Dont let them trap in the the dealership. My 2006 Hylander Hybrid had 129,000 miles and 10 years old and service was getting expensive. I talked with Debbie Henry and she referred me to Sam Strom and we discussed another car. After much discussion my wife and I decided to lease a Corolla. He was very helpful and we were there after normal hours with Sam so we could take the car home. He offered to go over the car even though it was getting late. We declined and returned on Monday to go over the features of the car. I would recommend both Debbie Henry and Sam Strom to anyone visiting Village Toyota. I have been a long time customer. I bought a 98 Camry (new), a 2004 Hylander (new) and a 2001 Honda S2000 (used) from Village and will buy again if needed.

I'm an Oil and Filter DIY guy! My only experience is recall maintenance. First recall was for a Toyota Brake issue. When I arrived home and popped the hood I found 3 test fittings left on the windshield cowl near the master brake cylinder. I did make a trip back to return these tools. (No issue with work done!) My most recent visit required a cracked dashboard replacement. Although the car does look new again with a brand new dash I did find a washer trim screw missing along the Glove Box trim under the dash. An aftermarket power cable running under my passenger side windshield post trim was ti-wrapped under the dash during this work. At least they left the cable!! When I arrived home I had to remove the glove box so I could rerun this cable back up the post to my radar detector on the visor. This is when I found the missing screw. Today I proceeded to do my regular 5000 mile oil and filter change myself. When I popped the hood to replace my air filter one of the three clips that hold the air cleaner cover closed was missing. Knowing I was the last one under my hood the mechanic did need to disconnect my positive battery cable for dash replacement as I had to reset my clock. Their multi-point inspection program does require popping open the air cleaner cover to check the air filter. I must assume this is when retainer clip snapped off. I decided to remove my battery and look around and sure enough I found the missing clip under the battery and was able to reinstall it back on the air cleaner housing. This is why I have always tried to do my own routine maintenance over the years as no one cares about your car like you do!!!!!

I came to Village Toyota with the intention of just doing some research and test driving some cars to decide what I wanted to buy. I didn't plan on buying. When I got there, I went around and I wasn't swarmed with salesmen. I actually had to go up to the building and found a couple waiting outside. Corey Corneillie took me around and we test drove a couple Camrys and a Corolla. After it was all said and done, the number weren't what I was looking for and I wasn't ready to buy. I wasn't pushed into making a commitment. Instead, the Sales Manager, Michael Chaparro, asked if I had seen the new Scion iA model and encouraged me to test drive it. I took it out and discovered that it had everything I was looking for and was the perfect fit for me and perfect price. Everything that was on my checklist to buy a car was met and exceeded. I went away feeling like I received a very good deal!

It was the bad experience I have ever made to buy a car online.The staff are not professional and liars. They changed their behavior after they got the money and they did not answer the phone calls. They gave me a dozen of lies regarding when I should receive the car after I made the payment because I also have asked them to arrange the shipping. One of them told me you should rent a car and do not bother, Seriously? That's made me to rearrange the shipping with other company which ship the car in the next day and deliver it on the same day.If I could I wouldn't buy from this dealer never and ever, the paperwork took a whole month to be complete in order to register the car title under my name.Keep seaching and go away from this place, trust me.

My A/C was on the blitz, or so I thought. It turns out that nothing was wrong with my car at all. After being told I would be charged an $89 diagnostic fee, the mechanic came out to tell me that nothing was wrong. Then the service rep, Robert Romero, came to talk to me. He did not make me feel stupid and he let me know that there would be no charge at all. He told me that if it felt like it wasn't working again to bring it in and leave it running while I had someone go look at it. They always treat you well at the Village Toyota Service Department. Robert Romero is one of my favorite reps because I feel he is always honest with me.

I just got my second vehicle through Darrin Mercer and it is the third vehicle in my family that we purchased through him. The first was the Corolla, the second was a Prius. And now I have a Prius C step 2! I absolutely love it! Especially the color and the ride and all the new technology that it is spoiled with. Darrin Mercer help me research the Prius C vehicles when they first came out even while I had my Corolla.I'm so glad I waited for the 2015 model and I'm even more thrilled that Darrin Mercer was able to find me the one I wanted in my color with all the bells and whistles I wanted and needed. We moved to Citrus County in 1999, and bought a slightly used 1997 Toyota T100 pick truck from Village. I almost always took in for a check at Village, and came to know David Becwar, the Service Manger, quite well. The truck still runs fine after 200,000 miles, except for one part no longer carried in the system. We liked the Toyota and the service so much that we bought a 2010 Sienna, again, from Village. It is everything we wanted in a car. The maintenance has been closely supervised by David Becwar, it is still in excellent running condition, and we trust him completely.

We have never owned a Toyota, but have owned 8 other brands over the past 30 years and and this was by far our favorite memory of buying a car. I went to Toyota not to buy a car but to update the dash on my Prius . Little did I know talking to Samantha states, had me thinking, I should look into the possibility of getting a new car. My wife Janice was not in agreement, and made her thoughts known to me. As I talked to Samantha and her manager Charlie they brought out many facts that were so true...One being the year of my car, and the amount of cash still to pay, while still driving my 2011 Prius . It made sense to my wife and my self, Sam took us for a ride in a Toyota Rav4 it was a big difference in room, seating, power, and vision, all which changed our mind to go head and purchase the 2015 rav4. My wife Janice likes the color white, so white it is. Samantha and Charlie showed me and Janice just what was in the rav4, going over the radio, how to set stations, to opening the sky roof...From just going to Toyota for updates, to driving home with a new car it was great! We had been dealing with the internet dept. for our initial research and prices. Upon arriving at the Dealership we were immediately approached by Sam Strom who was very friendly and interested. We had been advised by Samantha States that she wouldn't be there Tuesday and that we should ask for Rob. Sam advised he would go tell him but we never met Rob and Sam took over the transaction which was turned out fine.After the transaction was completed and the paperwork squared away we waited a long time (2 hours?, we got there at 12 noon and left at near 5PM), we nearly left a couple of times.Other than this we have had a good experience. Our initial interest in Village Toyota relates back a few years ago when we had a 2000 Sienna which we had serviced at Village and had good experiences and exceptional service.

A neighbor of our purchased a vehicle from your dealership so we decided to check you out.It was a pleasure working with Dan Dwiggins on our car purchase. Dan made himself available for any and all questions we had without hovering over us as we car shopped. We took a test drive going over all equipment in the Camry. Husband and I pleased with the whole experience, having our trade valued (didn't take hours) and the negotiating. Not at all like the high pressure sales on our previous purchase.Met Jay Rizzo for all paperwork. He explained alternative financing which we took. He like all others at your dealership met us with a smile.The overall experience was great! Dan gave us a short tour also of the service department introducing the staff. After a stop at Dan's desk to go over the manuals Charlie stop by with an invite to a new owner orientation lunch in July. It was a pleasure doing business.

I don't think that management takes their parts customers seriously. Parts have to be ordered (lack of stock), out of 4 orders (over 9 months) they got one correct (that's 25% reliability), and difficult to talk to a person (being auto transferred to voice mail is common).I tried to get internet pricing on parts, as a last attempt to work with my local Dealer. My choices are to pay full list price and get the parts the next day, at the Dealer, but no shipping charge, or Buy online at a 20% reduction in price but pay for shipping to get it in 3 days at a rate that eats up the 20% discount (overnight shipping on auto parts is outrageous because of weight). I asked if I could buy on their web page and have it come in with their regular shipments from the warehouse in Jacksonville FL, and I can pick it up in person. This was to save me from shipping charges, and besides they are already getting the parts delivered daily. (in FL it comes from the same place as well). I was told that the manager needed to be asked first and I agreed but asked that they let me know well before the ordering cut off time for the day. The cut off time is 4:00 PM EST daily. They notified me at 4:03PM EST that the manager was unwilling to work with me on the price to keep my business. RUDE! (not working with me is his choice, but waiting until 4:03 is the last slap in the face I'll let them give me). I'm used to how this Dealer treats their customers and so (just in case) I ordered from another Dealer. This Dealer (village) takes me 25min to drive one way, now I'm going 45min one way to get my parts. If It doesn't save any money, but this new Dealer actually considers my business important, It will be worth it to me. I plan on showing my evidence to Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. Just a poor business attitude, guess Toyota is doing so great that they don't have to compete like the rest of us.

My sister was in dire need of a car, her old Hondo 14 years old was on its last leg, however, in order to purchase a new car we had to sell some stock she owned. Village Toyota of Homosassa worked with us,(I in New Hampshire and she in Florida) they sold us a new car at a great price compared to other dealerships on the internet and was gracious enough to allow us to post date a check for 30 days in order to give us time to sell the stock and be paid. Unfortunately, things got messed up and we did not have the money at the end of the courtesy time, so there were gracious enough, to allow us another week to pay them. We finally received the check and the car will be paid, thanks to the extension they granted us.I cannot believe how gracious they were through this whole process. We will definitely be doing business with them again.Thanks Charlie..............

We visited Village Toyota to check out the Prius V and were pleasantly surprised with the interior space, especially coming from a large truck. Luci was great and aswered all of our questions... and there were alot, because we have never owned a Toyota vehicle before. A big "Thank You" to Luci and Troy for all they did to make us new Prius V owners. We were given the "Tour" after the paperwork was done and I have to say WOW ! I have never seen such a beautiful and inviting "waiting area" with such a friendly staff ! Our neighbors have a Prius and they can't say enough about the wonderful service they receive each time they visit. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and made good suggestions as to what he thought we would behappy driving. I test drove a vehicle and Lanie explained all the details about the vehicle to us and answered all our questions. This dealership is exactly the type of dealership they warned customers about in their wise guy puppet commercial, THEY ARE THE WISEGUYS!!!!!Not only did they refuse to deal on the new car we were interested in, they wanted to steal our trade from us to resell. They offered 6k for 13k car and then tried to shame us into buying the new car at no discount when we balked at the outrageous terms of the sale.Not only would I tell people to avoid them and buy elsewhere, but be very wary of their business practices which are under handed and dishonest as they try to finance their fancy digs to work out of.Do not be fooled by their cute puppet mafia commercials with Mark Martin from NASCAR.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting a great and interesting guy in Tony Basile who happens to be the almighty dreaded car salesman! Tony however was not like most, I actually went to him and asked for his attention. Tony was so informative and passionate about the 2012 Tundra that I was looking at. Tony is by far the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met, which really made me feel that he himself was both a believer and fan of the Tundra I bought from him. My service was so exceptional that my daughter baught a used car from him not even a week later. The finance manager Jaime was awesome as well, she had some very good and helpful advice (given only when asked for) for my wife and I. Overall as far as car dealers go I would definately buy from them again and plan to have all future service completed there as well. I did make it easy for them though, no dickering or haggling at all. I was so interested in Tony's past and his life experiances that I almost felt bad for him to be selling cars. I had spoken with Randy before on the phone a few days before my visit to Village Toyota. I told him exactly the Prius I wanted. He said they had one on the lot. It was extremely important to me not to be pushed. I drove the car......Randy answered my questions and described the car in detail. I was impressed with his knowledge of these cars (I had done my own research before I called so I knew he was knowledgable.) We came to an agreement and I never felt pushed. Also,we have his phone number to ask any questions about the car anytime. My husband came with me the next day to pick up the car and Randy spent more time with him going over the car and answering questions. They had ordered other floor mats than came with the car for me and Randy went out of his way to get them to me.I was also aware that this was a dealership that did not "pounce" on other people either when they arrived. The dealership had a very relaxed atmosphere that people seemed to respond to. I am not surprise they sold a number of cars while i was there. I had driven an hour and half for this dealership and am very pleased to have done so. Thank you Randy Rogers! service dept failed to reinstall left rear caliper pin on a used crown vic i purchased at village. my family drove this car to north carolina in that condition.thankfully no accident occured.i made repairs myself.same vehicle was in for oil change,overfilled by 1 quart,and was charged extra for that quart.made repair myself (let out a quart).same vehicle, air filter compartment was closed improperly allowing unfiltered air in.had to have injectors cleaned. now things are getting costly.now for vehicle #2, an 04 tundra.had oil change, 1 quart to little.had to buy more oil and top off myself. i have after market wheel covers,service dept does not know how to remove them without breaking the clips that hold them.bought a new set for over $100. the final straw came when i decided to change oil myself. found that 3 of the 4 bolts securing the skid plate were stripped and the 4th was on its way out.when a dealership cant even change oil without doing damage its time to move on and warn others. Ordered part, received wrong part. Found their error in their website ordering system, they said they wouldnt return as I opened the bag the part came in. Note, the bag is NOT CLEAR, i was unable to determine that they had sent the wrong part without opening.The website has 2 part numbers for the same part, and I recieved a front and rear diff locking dial, when I should have recieved a center diff locking button.They offerd to "try" to return it to toyota, and stated that if I ordered the correct part from them they would waive the restocking fee.....I cant do business this way--this is their mistake, so I refuse to purchase the rest of my equipment from them.Spread the word.

First and foremost, I'd like to start off by saying that this was the absolute worst experience with a car dealership I have ever had. I had an A/C condenser replaced, as well as new bearings placed on my two front tires to the tune of 2300.00. That was fine with me. When I returned to get my car, a chunk of my dashboard was mysteriosuly missing. When confronted about the problem, it was quickly decided that they would repair it at no cost, and I was to return in the morning to have it done. Upon departure, my brakes and steering column began to violently shake. I immediately returned and they said they'd look at it overnight and I was to reurn in the AM. When they called me the following morning, they said that my brake calipers were locked up, and that it would cost over 1000.00 to replace them, along with the pads and rotors which had been damaged due to the locked calipers. After they refused to repair what they had caused free of charge, I informed them that I would never be returning to the dealership. After dropping off a rental, and waiting for my husband to pick me up, I spent some time looking at the new cars for sale and we ended up buying one the next day! Luci was very kind to us, and as I didn't know much about the hybrid system on the Prius, Luci was able to answer my questions, and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. I especially loved hearing from the dealership owners that their dogs stood "guard" over me, while I was haggling over the price of the new car. They didn't tell me how long it would take. I waited 3 hours while others arriving later were taken first. It took 3 hours. I was ignored when I asked how much longer.I was called by my last name, given the paperwork with no explanation (I had listened to other explanations.) It seems that since I didn't purchase my car there I was put "in the back of the bus". I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

The easiest car purchasing experience ever. Straight forward, no secrets. I wasn't nurvous at all. My salesman Jay, was the best. The salesmanagers, Brett and Charlie were awesome too. They all made me feel right at home. This is the second vehicle I got from Village Toyota. I'm a life long customer..... These guys are fantastic. I loved Polly and Flower, too. (the little dogs)

I have purchased many cars before but this is the first time that I have left with out feeling like I got ripped off. From the first handshake until the last signature everything was perfect. Our Salesman, Jay took the time with us and never made us feel like we had to make a decision on the spot. Of course by the time Jay was done explaining everything to us and giving us a price for our car that was more than we expected, we couldn't wait to buy our new Camry. Thanks to Jay and everyone else we dealt with, this will be the only place we deal with in the future.

I purchased a used 1996 Toyota T100 X-traCab truck (NOT from this dealer) & wanted some needed service work performed (timing belt, water pump, thermostat, fresh antifreeze, seals, A/C belts, lof, automatic transmission flush, brake lines flush, new spark plug wires, engine tune-up) at this dealership because it was the one nearest to my home. The total bill came to $ 1,391.15 !! I was NOT happy because:#1) I was led to believe that the bill would be much lower, &... #2) After reviewing my bill carefully, I checked parts prices with two (2) other Toyota dealers in my area & found that Village Toyota had charged me way more for several parts & on one item, it was more than TWICE the price of the other two dealers! Their shop labor rates also appeared to be higher. They also sell & service Cadillacs, so maybe they think Toyota owners have $$ to burn too. I had no choice but to pay the bill to get my truck back, & I definitely got ripped-off royally. Toyota Corporate blew me off & did nothing about my complaint, & the service director (named above) offered me a very small token amount back which I refused, adding insult to injury.
