The Hyundai dealership in Visalia provided an excellent purchasing experience. They worked hard to find the vehicle we wanted, transferred without cost to us, met us on a Sunday, and were courteous and professional. We couldn't ask for a better experience. I am a previous happy Hyundai owner! My Elantra had 187,000+ glorious miles without any maintenance issues until she turned over 185,000 miles. I highly recommend Hyundai to all my family and friends. We are thrilled with our new Tucson!

I went in to look at a Hyundai veloster turbo. salemen were prompt and courteous. the salesmen (chris h.) and eric valasquez were very informative and helpful.. I ended up buying the R spec that same day. I should say, with the help of the sales mgr. (Antonio). He was a great help and kept me in the loop during the entire process. the entire staff was very professional and friendly.. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all that are searching for a Hyundai. I went to buy a Genises but, after seeing the Sonata and its features I decided to buy it. Beside the price difference was considerably less. I still think I could've negotiated for lesser price for the car or the down payment but, I do like my car very much so in the end I am happy.

This dealership isn't the only Hyundai dealership in the area, but by far, they are the friendliest. I have yet to have a bad experience here. My 2014 Sonata GLS purchased in Oct 2014 was totaled in an accident on Jun 20th this year. we purchased it through Visalia Hyundai and Chris Hernandez was the young man that we worked with at that time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After we purchased the car and driven it a bit, he called to see how we liked it. There were 3 things I didn't like, and to my surprise he wrote them down! When I contacted him about another Sonata, he brought out my list and suggested we look at the 2015 Sonata Sport. we shopped around and looked at a couple other cars, but came back to Hyundai and Chris. He was so gracious and understanding of my accident, and always so professional. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the staff that worked with us. I love my 2015 Sonata Sport , and they even had the silver model my husband wanted! Thank you, Visalia Hyundai and Chris!!
