I had an excellent experience purchasing a new car with Preston VW. At other dealers I was not taken seriously about buying a car because I was a woman shopping alone but I had a much smoother experience here. Seth did a fantastic job going through my options and walking me though my first car buying experience!

The service department was very professional and thorough in reviewing everything needed on my first 10k service after buying my Tiguan 4 months ago. Their pay before you pickup feature was extremely helpful and sped up the pickup process.
