I went in with no intent to trade my jetta in, Raj was extremely patient with me through test drives and my indecisiveness and very particular taste. Tony, Ali and Pete worked with me when I wanted to trade tires and rims; everyone, including the service and parts team, has been nothing but friendly and overwhelmingly helpful.

What a gem I've found in Gainesville! Living in Jacksonville I took a chance rode out to Gainesville to check a car out. Not only did I luck out on a good deal, but it was matched with a staff that made me feel apart of the family. Chris Young made my buying experience so very enjoyable! I look forward to establishing a long relationship with this dealership!

I got a call from Justin about trading in my lease and maybe getting a new car. With my lease not ending until August I was hesitant to go in and even talk to them but Justin convinced me it would be worth just seeing what they could do. Going in I had no intentions on getting a new car. However, after talking to Chris and Ali about my options, I was considering it. I HATE going to car dealerships and dealing with salesmen, but I felt they were honest and helpful. What sets them apart to me is the fact you feel like they listen to what you want and need. They don't try and haggle you, you feel they have your best interest at heart. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Chris was a new salesman and the process took a little longer than expected but it was well worth it. He was so helpful and we had a great time being his first new car customer. A special thanks to David for his help in the process and just being a true GATOR. Needless to say I drove away in a new car and had an amazing experience. I will not hesitate to send everyone I know to this dealership! Thanks again to everyone who made it a wonderful experience!!!

From the first phone call, I already felt like I had made the right choice in dealership. Once I made it inside, everyone was very welcoming and had a smile on their face. I had an absolutely magnificent experience with Christopher Young who answered any questions I had, was very funny and friendly. He provided me with a lot of information which I wanted to get from the first visit. Initially I was not expecting to buy the car right away but Chris, Tony and David worked as a team, very well might I add, and had me in the car I fell in love with that same evening. I did not feel pressured and was very excited to see what I wanted and got such an amazing deal for it! I am very grateful for the staff who put me in exactly the car I wanted for the right price as well. They gave me an excellent run down of the situation as well and gave me various options which was beneficial, it's always good to have those options. I look forward to returning many times to get my car properly maintained and get to meet what seem to be a really friendly and customer driven staff. Great Job team!!In the near future I look forward to seeing my mom in a similar car from this same dealership!

What a great experience. Ahmed and Ali made what I expected to be a stressful experience not only unstressful, but also enjoyable. They treated my wife and 12-year old son with respect and did not pressure them when they dropped by to see and test drive the vehicle. They treated me equally as well when I came to town for the purchase. Pete in finance made finishing the deal fast and easy. I came to see my options for trading a car. David Godec welcomed me in immediately, asked the goals to my visit, answered all my questions, and took me on a few test drives to discuss all the in's and out's of the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and I could tell he truly loved the VW cars he sold. He was incredibly patient and kind for several hours, even when I decided I wanted to wait on a purchase at the end of the day. When I decide to finally make the buy, I will go back to this guy. The best customer service I have ever received at a dealership and a pleasure to work with!

We went shopping for a used car for our daughter. David Young made the experience of buying a car both educational and enjoyable! Everyone was very nice and helpful from Pete in Finance to Brandon in Service. We felt like we were treated very well and received a fair deal.

David is very friendly and energetic. By talking with him, I can tell he is not only very knowledgeable about cars, but also an enthusiast of VW. Me too. I really like Jetta, but this is just part of the reason why I bought it. What really influences my decision is David's upbeat attitude and his hard-work in earning his business.I didn't have car and was new to this town, his manager Ali asked David to picked me up at my apartment and drove me to the dealership. Their diligence makes them stand out from other car sales persons in town.

I didn't feel pressured and everyone there was willing to work with me for as long as it took. I went in thinking I was getting a preowned car and walked out with a brand new one. They were all genuine people unlike many other dealerships. One thing people dread is a salesman being a vulture but they gave me the right amount of attention. I definitely recommend VW of Gainesville to anyone and I plan on doing more business with them in the future.

VW in Gainesville has great service! They are like extended family to us. David Young is the best salesman! He is so sweet and kind. He helped us find a car within our price range and that met our growing family needs. Tony and Ali were also great help in our final decision. My husband and I never felt pressured to purchase anything that we didn't truly love. They were patient with us and our four year old daughter. We were there all day and they provided us lunch and even bought us ice cream. They played and helped entertain our daughter while we filled out paperwork. We love the car we bought and love the price we got it at. Thank you to our family at VW. We love you guys!!

Jared is a new salesperson for this Newly opened VW dealership. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and followed through with all tasks with the assist of Justin (training assist). Car buying today is very complicated with multiple forms and data needed to complete the sale and Jared did a very good job. He also followed up with phone calls to make sure all was well. This was my husbands 1st new car in 13 yrs and he is very happy with his choice of a new Jetta.

i was not planning on leaving with a car last saturday.. but after spending over 3 hours with David, Kristin and Ali, it was crazy not to! they all were great!! they explained everything and more to my mom and i! it was truly an honest and upfront approach that we really appreciated! i never felt pressured or annoyed by them! i am looking forward to going back to say hello and continue our relationship!!

I had the BEST experience at VW of Gainesville this weekend! Upon arrival we were greeted with a big, friendly smile from our salesman, Dave. Dave definitely doesn't fit into the typical car salesman mold! He's very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I have to admit, I was prepared for the usual "hard sell" and I was ready to walk away disappointed. But, thankfully that wasn't the case. There were no aggressive sales tactics, pressure or up-selling. I knew what I wanted and Dave was more than willing to accommodate. I got exactly what I wanted and a better deal than I expected. Dave has truly found his calling! You rock, big guy!Also, a big thanks to Tony, the GM, for all of his help. We were welcomed into his dealership like we were family! Tony is extremely honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. As a young female, I just knew they were going to try to take advantage of me. This was definitely not the case! I feel like I received an extremely fair deal and I hope that they are just as happy with it as I am! I won't hesitate to send any of my friends or family members to this dealership.I can't forget about Chris, their amazing finance guy! He is AWESOME!! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood all of the terms.I can't thank them enough for helping me buy the car I've been drooling over for 10 years!! I am ecstatic. I LOVE my 2015 Jetta TDI!

So I went in to the Gainesville VW originally for a certified Pre owned car and ended up walking out with a brand new sweet Ass 2015 VW Passat and it's all thanks to the staff Raj Moy, Chris don't remember his last name and I think the finance guy/manager tony. Sorry but I so forgot his name. Overall I really appreciated the work those guys did for me just so I was able to get my car. Especially since I was a first time buyer. Raj was able to meet my needs as well as figure out what it was that I wanted in order to get me into my new car. On a scale from 1-10 I give them a 30! Thanks Once again Raj I honestly appreciated all the time and effort dedicated to me. Really really great team!

The experience from start to finish at VW of Gainesville was absolutely top notch and professional. David Young, our sales consultant, was super, made us feel at ease from the first day we stepped on the lot and never made us feel pressured. He was extremely patient and helpful. The business manager Chris was very professional and efficient and even the general manager Tony took the time to be sure our experience was going smoothly. We were extremely impressed with the total buying experience and the product, as well. We could not be any happier with our GTI. But having the best car buying experience ever (and for a couple of 60+ year olds, that is saying a lot) just makes us that much happeier with our purchase. Thank you VW of Gainesville!

This was my second time purchasing a VW Passat from VW of Gainesville. Each experience has been pleasant and the follow-up care has been very thorough. The facilities are first class and the employees from sales to service are all very helpful. Highly recommend this dealer.

I just returned from a trip to VW of Gainesville. My experience was very positive, productive, and was handled in a professional manner throughout its entirety. My primary interaction was with Justin but I also interacted with Ali and Chris. It was easy to build rapport with Justin, who immediately puts the customer at ease with his straight-forward but pleasant manner. I was pressed for time initially and Justin and Ali streamlined the purchase in a way that expedited yet moved the sale along in a controlled and understandable manner. Justin went above and beyond in his customer service from the beginning, and maintained it throughout the interaction, even after the sale had been closed. He ensured I had tested/driven the vehicle, had a chance to inspect it, offered me water and soda while in the office, allowed me to use his phone charger (as my device's charge was down), and even brought me upstairs where the sales team was having a group lunch. They joked that they now couldn't talk about me since I was in the room, but interacting with the sales team 'behind the scenes' simply furthered my perspective and understanding of the quality team members VW of Gainesville currently employees.It's rare that you experience all of this from one visit, and at a car dealership nonetheless (we all know the stereotypes), but I stand behind the experience and recommend VW of Gainesville. Trust them to be professional, positive, and productive. Thanks for your time.

We came in wanting a TDI for fuel economy, no batteries, just an avg of 40+mpg. We got it in the Passat. They listened to me and didn't load my trade value and only come down a small amount on the new, they did it the right way, "here is what your trade is worth and hear is how low we can go on your new Passat." As a former car salesmen I liked the fact that there was no back and forth. They knew I did my homework before we came in. I knew most of the incentives and rebates, their msrp, invoice vs true cost and that my trade in was not a mint. The experience was good once we worked past a hiccup in paperwork. I would highly recommend them and the VW brand to anyone. Thanks Raj and Ali.

By far, this dealership has it all. Justin McKittrick was our sales rep. and from the very start he was attentive to our needs and we were very very pleased with his overall approach and attitude. He was kind and caring and very personable. We enjoyed dealing with him and we purchased a Beetle. We were able to get a great deal with no stress and we are so pleased, it was an overall really great experience. We enjoyed dealing with the sales manager, Ali Ansari, as well as the finance rep. I came in for scheduled service on my 2012 Jetta and left with a brand new 2015 Jetta. Justin explained the new incentives; I could not pass up the lifetime warranty and 7 years worry free maintenance. This is my third Jetta from Gainesville VW and each buying experience has been great!

As a "first time" buyer who has only previously purchased from BHPH lots, I was expecting to be turned away immediately as I had at so many other places before. From the first time Justin contacted me on the phone, I could tell he was genuinely interested in hearing my situation and helping me out. Even as a young person doing it all on my own, Justin and his team did absolutely everything in their power to help me despite my credit and purchase history. Not only were they able to help me get a newer car, but a certified used, still-under-factory-warranty car! I could not be more grateful. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to friends, family, anyone. If you're seeking a quality car from a friendly, no-pressure salesperson, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere!

I finally had to upgrade from now 15 year-old car I learned to drive when I was a teenager, and I was nervous about going alone and picking the right one. From the time I sent an information request in on the web, Justin stayed in contact with me and helped me through the whole process! He was patient with my many questions, told me about options I hadn't considered like leasing, and was overall a friendly delight to work with. I left the dealership feeling confident in my choice of cars. The other employees were friendly too, especially the finance officer. I will be returning when it's time to buy my next car!

I recently purchased a 2015 Golf and Kyle, Justin and Tony worked hard to get me to a payment I was comfortable with and made the experience a good one. Branden Holmes was also great to work with. He prepped the car, answered all of our questions and took care of a minor issue in a completely professional manner and very quickly. Some of the negative views seem excessively so. I suspect you can have bad experiences with even the best people and I would encourage you to form your own opinions. My experience with them was a good one and I would recommend them and VW as a brand

The people at VW of Gainesville continue to provide excellent service and support. They are always cooperative and very helpful, and they work fast. I had 40k service and 4 new tires on my 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI with manual transmission, and was done in about 2 hours. I feel very confident about the car, and I put a lot of miles on it.
