A little over a year ago we bought a 2015 VW Golf Rfor my son Nick that was sitting on the show floor. Since we were in for service on his 2013 Golf R, we might as well take a look ...right? Bad decision, Oh well, we walked away with the new car and Erin made it super easy. Moving forward we ordered a 2017 Golf R, since there were so many improvements. Once again, Erin made the transaction easy. The only thing that would make it easier....is if I could only get her to just come to my house to make the deal! LOL

For several weeks, from Ct., I corresponded with Chuck Wilkens, Sales Manager , re; the VW TDI Settlement He was informative, understanding and very frank in his replies to our concerns. Upon arrival in Naples we immedietly contacted Chuck and he linked us to Erin Presley. He could not have dealt us a better hand. Erin was kind, intelligent as to her duties and informative while we went through the TDI info center and purchasing a new PASSAT. Have never experienced a better combination of Manager and Sales Person when purchasing a vehicle.

After very frustrating experiences with 4 VW dealers in the Tampa Bay area, I checked with Dealer Rater and found the great reviews for Erin and this dealership. From the first telephone conversation with Erin through the actual purchase of my new car, everything was handled flawlessly. While 4 other dealers told me it would be either impossible or very difficult to order a car from the factory, Erin answered my questions and did not push me to buy another car just because it was on their lot.In the end, I did find a car on their lot that I liked. I additionally found the same car at a dealer that was 4 miles from my home. This closer dealer had told me "you can not order cars from the VW factory", which I later found was completely untrue.Even though I had to drive 155 miles to buy from Erin and VW of Naples, I thought they deserved my purchase for being so helpful and efficient.The closer dealer lost the sale because they were not honest with me and just wanted to sell me something on their lot.I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime, and this experience was the best.You will not regret any part of buying from this company and especially Erin.Pleased to recommend them,Keith MontorSt. Petersburg FL

We were not interested in buying on our first visit, but the excellent sales presentation by Mr. Oliver convinced us that delay was superfluous. We enjoyed my wife's Beetle so much that we gave thought to trading in my 2012 Hyundai for a 2016 Beetle and again sat with Mr. Oliver and again had assistance from Mr. Schutt at closing. Most people believe that purchasing a home or car are horrible experiences. Not so, because of Joe Oliver! I stopped by Naples Volkswagen and met with Joe and told him that I was way over my mileage quota for my lease and was wondering if he could help me. Joe said, "not to worry my friend, I will work something out for you". I told my wife, Patti, that I was nervous about the whole car experience and was concerned that there wouldn't be anything VW could do for me. She asked me if Joe was taking care of me and when I said yes, she stated that I had nothing to worry about. Joe diligently worked the numbers with his magic and came up with a "hard to believe" package so I could get out from underneath the dilemma with my current vehicle. Joe put me in a brand new 2017 VW Tiguan. WOW! The process was painless and done quickly and efficiently. I was driving home in my new car in less than one hour and thirty minutes from the time I stepped onto the car lot. I wish Joe could sell houses. It would be a breeze. Thank you Joe for the great experience! Also, thanks goes out to one of your service managers, Matt Belloff. He hooked me up with the Car Care Plus schedule maintenance program which saved me a bundle.He is a great employee Kudos to my finance manager, Michael Schutt who made a nice adjustment during the final transaction which was really cool on his part. So, as you can probably see, I am a Volkswagen driver for life because of the people that sincerely take care of you at Naples Volkswagen. It may not be family but it's about as close to as you can get. Thanks to everyone, especially Joe Oliver. He is the MAN! Thank you for what you did for me Joe. See y'all real soon.

My husband and I were looking for a nice, reasonably priced used car (cream puff SUV) and have been looking for several months. We visited several area car dealerships and Erin was the FIRST salesperson to actually take an interest in us...not only from a sales perspective but she was genuinely interested in our budget (i.e. she wasn't trying to oversell us) and our long term needs . AND she knows her cars...she understands and thoroughly explained all of the options for the model in which we were interested...and professionally guided us through the paperwork process! Needless to say, we closed the deal, are extremely happy with our purchase and boy oh boy were we impressed with Erin. We highly recommend her if you want a friendly, knowledgeable, professional sales experience.

Erin's product knowledge was superb, her PATIENCE was fantastic, and she listened to what I wantedand kept my price point & "must have" features in mind and was also able to keep the 'sales' authorizations to a minimum. Often older females are talked down to, she recognized that I was knowledgeable about some items, and was able to impart her recommendations with reasons thatshowed she was listening, and not try to 'gain' a superiority or intimidating manner to the process.As older customers, we need a care-free car that takes into account the vulnerability of not beingbroken down or faced with un-expected maintenance costs in the future. Price is important, buthaving a reliable mode of transportation, that will give many years of driving without 'moving in' withthe dealership - Priceless!and

I was fortunate to be referred to Erin Presley for my next lease option - this was the best referral and suggestion I have ever received! Erin was a true pleasure to work with - she was fun and energetic and made me feel really comfortable during what can be a stressful experience. As it was my first time on my own getting a car, Erin made sure I fully understood every option available to me and really made the experience personalized as to what would be best to me. I love VW and I love this dealership. Lawrence was great to work with - and so patient as I took a while to make my final decision. I am over the moon with my new Tiguan! Lawrence offers no pressure and really wants you to choose the vehicle that is right for you. He is friendly, level-headed, and like I mentioned above, patient. The atmosphere in the dealership is great with vintage models right as you walk in, refreshments, televisions, couches, and an awesome selection of tunes playing overhead. Overall, the experience was A+! I will keep coming back to VW of Naples for my vehicle needs.

Erin made the process super easy, and I'm pleased with my lease-to-buy Jetta. Erin made sure I was aware of all of the little things that went along with my lease (she showed me how to link my phone to the car stereo, as an example). Erin even thought to transfer my neighborhood's auto-entrance chip that was stuck to the window of my trade-in, into my new Jetta. I had wondered how I was going to make it happen (it was really stuck on there), but turns out I didn't even have to think about it. Nice job VW!

I first approached VW looking at Tiguan and met with Erin.. She was excellent and very professional AND not overly aggressive. She had me drive vehicle, and we discussed the numbers. I had also told her I was looking at Acura RDX as a higher end vehicle (as well as some others). Erin was very precise with her explanations of the process, the numbers and the pros/cons of leasing vs buying a vehicle. Test drive was flawless. She also provided me with a name of Naples Acura (vs Scanlon in FTM) which I had planned to visit anyway in event we wanted a higher end vehicle.My wife and I ultimately opted to move to higher level vehicle but, If I or anyone I know is looking for a VW I would not hesitate to refer them to Naples VW and more explicitly, Erin. She is a keeper, polite , peppy and honest !

Let me first preface this review by saying that I'm a person who likes all things digital. Last time I leased a VW was in 2014 when I was still a college student with a very specific budget. Erin worked with me then via text and turned a very nerve-wracking thing into a breeze of an experience. I love my VW. The way it handles, gets great gas mileage, plenty of room if I want to take passengers or carry things, etc. So I really wasn't looking to change until I saw the new line of Jetta's. Even the base model had cruise, and so I wanted to test it out, because my current base model Jetta didn't have cruise, and I'm on the highway for work. I didn't have Erin's number, so I Instagram Direct Messaged her (I hate calling through a system) and she responded within the hour. The next day I was at the dealership, and she greeted me with a hug (kinda liked that, felt like family) and she immediately said "Tyler, we have a lot of the base models in, but I think you're going to want the technology package". Turns out she was right (I'm a sucker for cool toys).We negotiated what I thought was a fair deal, and off I was (Well, not without Erin offering to get me a session with their "technologist" to help me set up and use my Nav system (CarPlay)) which I thought was a cool idea, but I declined. Erin, thank you for your professionalism and making me feel like family. I'm not sure how that experience could have gone any smoother. And thank you to VW of Naples, I seriously cannot recommend your experience any more. Every time I'm there I feel welcome and appreciated. Sales and Service.T

My first time at Volkswagen of Naples was in September 2013. At the time I was in college living on a tight budget and was looking for a reliable vehicle. Erin pointed me towards a Jetta TDI. She was able to get me in this car for payments that would fit into my tight budget. I started with a lease and had plans on purchasing the car at the end of the lease. I loved the car and the service at VW Naples for my 10k mile check ups were great. In September when the TDI issue hit I wasn't sure what was going to happen to my car. I contacted Erin about my concerns. She set me up for my appointment and we discussed a couple of options. Long story short, Erin and Chuck did their best to get me out of my previous Jetta. I ended up deciding to purchase a new Jetta Sport! During my time deciding, Erin sat with me for hours and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. She had asked me to think about it and come back the following day.I have now purchased two cars from Erin Presley. During both of my experiences with her she was caring and extremely helpful. She is passionate about Volkswagen and will make you love Volkswagen as much as she does.I now am a happy Jetta Sport driver! I recommend VW of Naples to all of my family and friends looking for a new car.

Since the moment we met Erin we knew that she was going to be a pleasure to work with. We had some unique requirements and it took us a little while to find the perfect car but Erin stood by us and took care of us with the utmost care. I recently purchased a new vehicle. Julian Chiappy was my Sales Rep. He is very polite and patient. He "listened" to what I was looking for and he did a fine job helping me select the car that was right for me. He was also in the military....thank you Julian for your service to our country, and for helping me! I was torn between the Jetta and a Volkswagen Beetle Dune. The Jetta is priced very well and has the technology I was looking for. The Beetle Dune was priced higher and the tech wasn't quite as good as the Jetta, but that Beetle looked "fun"and that's the car I purchased. So far so good! And the funny thing, everyone keeps asking me, "Is that your car? It's so cool". Who would have thought a Beetle would turn heads!

I have only positive to things to say about my experience with VW of Naples. My Jetta purchase from them was one of the fastest and easiest purchases of a new car ever for me. They put things in writing in a clear and understandable way. They quoted me a price over the phone today that was equal to or better than those of other Bigger Dealers on the east coast. I ended up paying $120 less than what they quoted me over the phone. It literally took only 1.5 hours from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out with our keys in hand. And Jay dropped off the new car to where we needed to drop off our old car. Compared to other dealerships I was in, everyone was respectful, honest and sincere, and they didn't insult me or my intelligence. I felt like I was among friends and not the typical car dealership experience. It was good for my daughter to see a business being run with integrity. I must admit that getting my next car was a daunting task. I spent hours searching online, driving to car lots, asking advice from friends and clients, I got myself so confused! My one weekday off and yippee-do! I get to go car shopping, still! So we have been "anti-new car" for quite some time. However, after driving a slightly used 2007 Passat Sport Wagon for nine years, we were considering a new sports wagon. After my husband's lengthy, on-line search, we received a very personal message, ( and a written quote from Joe), for a 2016 Golf, Limited Edition, Sorts Wagon. Once arriving, we were greeted by Joe and turned over to the capable hands of Jacob. After less than four hours we negotiated a reasonable price for our two trade-ins (is it ever really enough!!!!), and a reasonable price. It was time to trade in the Chevy and drop the top! I had been looking for a Bettle convertible without luck - from Tampa to Miami and everywhere in between. --Wanted something other than white or black. Imagine my surprise to find Habenero Orange! I live in Fort Myers and Naples VW was recommended by a good friend of mine. I questioned the drive (45min) but it was worth every min. I meet with Vinny and told him about my situation. He was honest and up-front un-like most dealers. He got me out of my lease that I was over on miles and got me into a beautiful used car for the payment I needed. I am a returning VW owner who loved my 2009 VW Sportwagen TDI. It was hard to part with my "baby" but was time to do so. I researched various brands and models before settling on the VW Tiguan. I stopped in to get my rear tire pressure and valve looked at and to get the car washed and while waiting for the car, I saw Erin in which we greeted and said hello. I made reference about the beautiful Red Jetta that was parked by itself and one thing lead to another and with Erin's help and perseverance and the help of the finance department I was able to leave the dealer with a new car! From the Service department, to Erin who is always spot on, to the finance department and in closing with Keith Ahearn, the finance manager, we are just so 100% completely satisfied. I remember walking in looking for a car graduating from high school, I just went into the dealership to look at the Jettas. Erin, came to help me with open hands she was very attentive and eager to show me the cool features on the Jetta I decided to hold off on buying a car. 4 years later I came back to finally get a New Jetta Sport. She still remembered me when I came back into the doors, this being my first new car she walked me through everything. She went out her way to help me and gave me some time to definitely think about my purchase with no pressure and that I really appreciate it. I had placed a non binding order on a Used Car at Another dealership and called my father to let him know. He thought the deal was terrible and said let me see what I can do as you drive home because he thought the deal was that awful. I am glad he did as VW of Naples came through in a big way on Feb. 29th at 6pm at month end close. When I got there Jason Lindsey and Ryan Gaumer had the Platinum Grey 2016 VW Jetta my father told them I wanted over the phone waiting for me as I pulled in and they gave me a big hello and called me by name to say they've been waiting for me. We went right to work. Jason Lindsey wasted no time doing all the necessary paperwork while also being social at the same time. He gave me a great deal, without the typical nonsense at most dealerships. Ryan Gaumer sat down and spoke to me at length as we waited for the paperwork to be filed and completed. He was very friendly, outgoing and engaging and made the time pass by in a nice way. Michael Schutt did the financial paperwork with me, he explained the multiple documents you need to sign in a quick fashion and made the process much simpler. Answered any questions I had and alleviated any concerns I had as the finance paperwork is tricky and had a few questions for him.Ryan helped me move the things I had in my previous car over to the new car and explained how things would work in the future with things like service visits and the like. Jason also told me a few last minute details and I was back to normal life in much less time than I thought possible for doing a trade in and lease. Very positive experience and in 3 years when my lease is up I plan on doing business with again assuming the car is nearly as nice to drive as the people were to work with at the dealership.

I never owned a VW before so my trip to the dealer was just to "look". I was met by our salesman, Mr. Jay Roden, who inquired as to what we were looking for. I was unsure of the selections available in all the various models and trims so Mr. Roden walked me through the various combinations and price levels. I drove a 2016 Jetta later during that same visit and liked what I saw. During the next week I looked at other manufacturers cars and always kept thinking back and comparing each to the VW. During the following two weeks Jay called to see if I needed more information on any models and he was always helpful and never exerted a "hard sell". I returned a few days later and drove a Passat and the Jetta for the second time. I was sold on the Jetta because of the nice quiet ride, the smooth steering, the powerful turbo engine and the great gas mileage, not to mention the German engineering. Also, the styling was very good, both interior and exterior. Mr Roden was a pleasure to work with and always made you feel that the buying experience was about you, the customer, and not about him as a salesman having to meet a quota. He is a natural born salesman and such tactics sell cars.

Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and personable, they were constantly checking in on me and asking if there was anything I needed or if they could help me in any way. (Afterwards I received many, many congrats from employees I hadn't even seen before) Jason Lindsey was my salesman and he made the long process easy and smooth, he was very helpful, kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the exact answer he went and asked and came back. I met Erin through an introduction from my service adviser Alex. She promised it would be a painless experience. I have owed a VW product before and enjoyed the transaction. But this transaction with Erin was off the charts. I submitted my credit app on-line and suggested the vehicle I wanted. Although not on our wish list, we stopped by the Naples VW dealership based on a friend's recommendation, and met Rex Manchester. He listened to our needs and wants, and showed us several cars. Spurred on by 50 opinionated golf buddies who were fascinated by our extensive search, we continued to look at a wide variety of dealerships (12 in all) in the Naples area and considered 20 different SUVs/crossovers. Bottom line: We returned to Rex and the VW Touareg. Have to admit, we were concerned initially about the current issues with VW and the diesel emissions. But following additional research, our confidence in the Naples dealership and staff outweighed the concerns.We're very happy with our purchase and the dealership.

I have been leasing cars all of my life. Many different makes and models, and have always suffered a migraine while dealing with the many different dealerships. Volkswagen of Naples is the only dealership that has made this experience painless. My initial inquiry was via the Internet, received a no nonsense leasing quote, far less than any of their two competitors that gave me a quote. My husband and I went to the dealer after work, test drove their Beetle convertible, and sealed the deal start to finish in under an hour. WOW! I can't speak highly enough of Jeff our salesperson, Mike in Finance, And everyone who greeted us with smiles and friendly welcomes. Thei facility is superb, a great parts and service department, a quiet room, WiFi, and hospitality. This is the first time ever that I have taken any time to publicly review a car dealership. Why? In addition, she delivered the car to my home residence the next day, completed the paperwork and explained some the additional features of the GTI Autobahn vehicle. I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator Alley and I wasn't even sure when I arrived with it at the dealership if I was going to get it repaired or get a new one. I asked to check out the options for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle while my old one was being looked at by the service center. Ryan Gaumer was the salesperson whom I worked with, and he was great. This was my first experience with buying/leasing a car on my own, because I had my old one since high school. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient while I waited for the results from the mechanics and made the decision to trade in my old car and lease a new one instead of repair it. Once I did decide to go ahead with a new car, Ryan was very helpful in explaining all the options and incentives available. It was a very friendly and low-pressure experience, and he made the whole process very simple. Michael in the finance department was great in getting me through all the paperwork efficiently and explaining what it all meant. I spent about 7 hours in that dealership, between the time it took for my old car to be evaluated by the mechanics, me to consult with my parents and make a decision on what to do, and then go ahead with choosing and leasing the new car. I never would have thought that spending 7 hours in a car dealership would be a good time, but it was! Even the other salespeople, Kyle and Rex, when they were not with their own customers, were kind enough to point out the snacks and coffee so I wouldn't starve, and chat with me so I wasn't bored while waiting for my new car to be ready. Overall it was a great experience, and Ryan followed up with a phone call and a note to make sure I loved the new car!

What a great buying experience I had at VW of Naples. My salesperson was Luxon Estiverne. He was very professional and even came to pick me up to take delivery of my new car. I was able to get a beautiful new VW Jetta with all the bells and whistles and I just love it. The finance manager even got me a great extended warranty for just a few dollars a month. Needed a second car and knew just who to call, Erin! With Erin, it never feels like an "us vs them" process. We explained what we were looking for and where we wanted to be around price wise. We, as always, shopped around to other dealers to see what they can offer. Some gave us ballpark numbers after some back and forth with them. Some still haven't given us anything and want us to come in to discuss. Erin had everything plainly spelled out in writing within moments of asking. Erin is no nonsense when it comes to getting the best for her clients but we always seem to smile and laugh with her during the whole process. She had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we came in at night and came back after her shift to go through it all with us.

My wife wanted a new Beetle convertible. We passed by to take a look and were lucky enough to meet Lux in Sales. He was professional, polite, patient, and wasn't pushy (important). After a few weeks, we had a deal (thanks Chuck!) and competitive financing (thanks John!) in place . My daughter (11), my son (7), and I, with Lux's support and assistance planned a surprise "unveiling" for my wife. After casually dropping into the dealership, my wife ended up in tears, her new 2015 denim blue R-Type Beetle Convertible with massive red ribbon smiling at her. I originally ordered a car but when VW had "issues" with their Diesel engines, I paid Rex a call and asked what inventory was available that would come close to what I wanted. After scouring the whole East Coast, he threw a deal at me for the next level up in the food chain with a very attractive price. I bit, I paid a bunch down and didn't get too terribly abused in "Aftermarket City" (i.e. the finance office). As long as you know what you want, what the price should be, these people are a great bunch. I'll go back

FANTASTIC HELP. Who would have thought of buying a vehicle from a Dealer 1600 miles away in Naples Florida that you knew nothing about or its people. I went on line in search of a Volkswagen Eos Final Edition which I found very short in supply and Naples Volkswagen had one in inventory and it was the right color ( WHITE ) . I made the call to the dealership and was put thru to Erin Presley who confirmed that they did indeed have the Eos and they had some year end specials on it. In short we made a deal over the phone and on line, the service I experienced with Erin and John Joseph was super and a true CLASS ACT.

This dealership plays with the numbers so much that 1 plus 1 equals whayever they want it to equal. They also play on words like your trade is worth $20,000 with the tax savings on this vehicle. I also think a dealer fee is just away for dealers to generate additional revenue because I have had them waive this fee in the past on cars that I have purchased. Ask most people what they dislike about car shopping and high pressure sales techniques and incessant phone calls generated by a visit to a single dealership will rank high on the list. Volkswagen of Naples knows this, which is why they don't play those games. There were follow-up calls, but never so many that I felt as though I was being stalked. And there was, of course, some pressure to buy, but never so much that I felt uncomfortable.Rex was a pleasure to work with. I had very specific things that I was looking for in my perfect car; some of them (like a manual transmission) are not things one tends to find just sitting around on most dealership lots, but Rex was able to quickly find a car that ticked every one of my boxes (plus a few others that I had dismissed as being out of my price range). Additionally, when I expressed concerns about continuing to drive my trade-in while we were waiting for my car to arrive from another dealership, Rex was able to arrange a service loaner for me as a courtesy.As someone who deals with the public on a daily basis and is responsible for ensuring that customers at my own business are delighted with the service they receive, I'm extremely critical of the treatment that I receive when roles are reversed and I'm the consumer. I have absolutely zero complaints about my entire experience with Rex and the team at VW of Naples. I can think of no higher praise than that.

I just purchased a 2015 Passat from VW of Naples and the experience there was far better than any other dealer. Not only were the prices unbeatable but the customer service. I contacted around 8 dealers in one day and some got back to me thru phone calls or emails within several hours, but not here. They got back to me within so fast and whatever questions I had they answered or called me back within minutes with an answer. There is no waiting around there. I will definitely make the drive past the VW of Fort Myers where I live to come to here for all my purchases and services. Once I had my mind made up on the vehicle I wanted after a long search over the past few months, I finally went to visit the dealer and Erin Presley. I was in search of a VW Jetta Sport of which was sold out and none to find in Florida. With a limited selection at the main dealer lot, she informed me that they had many more colors and selections at the holding lot around the corner. Took a ride over and walked through the lot with an open mind of looking at the Jetta with Connectivity or something that offered a sunroof and style, after review it didn't have some of the features on it that I like such as the wheels and color selection on the seats. Part of that large selection of cars, I started to look at the Passat, exterior and interior color where spot on, just really would have liked to have had the sunroof, but was on a budget....Erin grabbed the keys from the holding office and let me drive the car to the main office. The closing process was fast and easy from supporting my price point to getting us through the (normally long) financial prices, to out the door within the time that I needed to get to a meeting. Came back the next day to pick up the car, Erin was very thorough in showing us the functionality of the car....great job...I would recommend this dealer to my friends...All the best!

Jay Roden was honest and so helpful. We actually were trying to buy a used Cherokee that he had to hunt down and found out that they had sent it to auction. He kept us in the loop with phone calls and when it sold he began to call us with updates on other cars. Jay never pressured us and was considerate of the family budget we had set because we had shared how we were trying to help our son who had just begun college.We have always driven an SUV from Dodge and when he presented us with a VW Passat, our biggest concern was trunk space and leg room for our families needs. He spoke with manager and was able to arrange for us to "try-drive" it for a 12 hour period! What a smart and painless marketing tool.We bought it. Due to my daughter living on the west coast of Florida and my living on the east coast, I decided to take the "road trip" to Naples to work with a dealer closer to my daughter. (it was her car we were purchasing). Everything from the initial phone call to being handed the keys went smoothly. July, 2015I reside in West Palm Beach, and was unable to find a VW SUV in my area. I decided to go further-out with my search, beyond a 50 mile radius. Prior to making contact with VW of Naples I had been searching for this specific model, however had no luck. I also had dealt with another VW dealer in Miami which was a nightmare.I found a VW SUV at VW Naples, and recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Touareg, and the professionalism and overall experience was magnificent. After making an online inquiry I was contacted by Mike Schutt (Internet Sales Manager), he assisted me with detailed information on the SUV, he also sent me additional pictures, he was patient and willing to work with me on the deal. Mike S. is very responsive; he would call me with updated information, and answer my calls! I was concerned about the distance, and he put me at ease by informing of the transport services offered by the dealership. Mike S. and I agreed upon a deal which made everyone happy. Michael Pierne (Finance Manager) was also extremely helpful with preparing my documents, providing me with options which would best fit me, for the deal to move forward. Mike P. mailed me my all documents and everything was taken care of in efficient manner. The Touareg was transported to my home, and was even better than described by Mike S., they loaded my trade, give me a brief overview of features and was offsmooth & straightforward. Also, Nick Dinicola (Certified Sales Consultant) was great give a comprehensive review of the features of the SUV, he answered my questions and was very cooperative. In addition, Nick personally called me several times in the last few weeks to find out how things were coming along with the SUV. As past purchaser of 4 cars in the past, this transaction/ Purchase was the easiest and best car buying experiencing I have ever had, one word to describe the experience amazing! I was approached by my salesman, Michael Schutt, when I did a True Car online search for a 2015 Audi A3. I was also approached by two other dealerships closer to my home, Boca Raton. Actually I was "hounded" by those two dealerships! But Michael was outstanding in the fact that he didn't "hound" me at all. He was quite patient with my different vehicle requests, as I changed from an A3 to a Jetta GLI SEL. Michael did a great job in tracking down a Jetta GLI SEL in the color and trim packages I wanted. It took a few weeks to get it delivered to the dealership, and Michael, once again was quite patient with my impatience, as I started considering a Golf GTI. Michael kept me well informed on the delivery status of my Jetta. The credit paperwork, and deposit paperwork was a breeze, and quite secure. The Jetta showed up a few days before July 4th, and I drove over to Naples on July 4th to take delivery of the car. The paperwork process at the dealership went smoothly and quickly. Bob Lombardi did a great job with putting all the paperwork together, and explaining the MANY features of my new vehicle. This was easily THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD - and I've purchased a number of cars. Two other family members have purchased Volkswagens from this dealership, and they too were quite happy with their experience, and they drove from Sarasota. My husband and I live approximately 40 miles from this dealership. We came to Naples for a Pastrami Dan's sandwich. Having been a happy Toyota owner for 28 I had seen the Passat TDI commercials and wanted to see what they looked like compared to the Camry. We pulled up into the lot and were met by Erin. This was a great experience, no pressure, she wanted us to be informed about all of the great things regarding VW and the Passat. She has done her homework and gave us great information. Obviously, we liked what we saw, had confidence in the product from Erin's knowledge and drove the new car home. I traded in my favorite of all vehicles which actually brought me to tears. Erin's empathy and super personality helped to make the change less traumatic. Every part of the car buying experience we had at VW Naples was surprisingly good. Rex Manchester is obviously a people person and made the whole process simple. He obviously knew what he was talking about but the best part is that he did not try to sell us. In advance of arriving at Naples VW, I called for directions. Ten minutes later, as I pulled into the lot,the first person I saw was Luxon waiting for us ... no small measure of devotion. It was over 90 degrees and midday. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product and for the brand were exceptional. Not pushy but certainly certain in what he was promoting. The entire process -- from arrival to driving away with a new Passat -- took two hours. As odd as it may, it was a delightful experience. VW is fortunate to have Luxon as a sales rep. Jay, was very friendly and the ultimate professional! I felt he listened to my wants/needs and went above and beyond to meet my requirements in a timely fashion. My sister recently bought her first new car in a long time. She went to several area Dealerships and was not impressed with the customer service or the quality of the base model vehicles she saw, until she got to VW Naples. So when it came time for me to buy a car, I started at VW Naples, and spoke to Rex. Rex asked me what was important to me, and actually listened to my answer; which allowed him select 3 cars from stock for me to test drive. I drove all 3, chose the one that was right for me, and the rest was easy. The dealership is a comfortable place, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I got a great car at a fair price. Stopped in to look at a VW Beerle on the Naples Volkswagen lot. Met Rex for the first time and was impressed by his professionalism. Really liked what I saw but needed time to think about this purchase. When I got back to Michigan I decided to purchase the car if it was still available. We spent the most time with Kyle at this dealership in test driving and checking out various models and wound up actually buying two cars instead of one! We also worked with Rex and Michael. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We feel that we bought wonderful cars at a great price and had a great, not stressful experience doing it. Back office process was easy too. The product is wonderful, everyone who is thinking about Lexus or BMW should really try the amazing VW luxury cars first! I did try out a new Subaru at another dealership (which is the same make as my previous car) and liked the car itself but VW just offers more--better choice of models, whether they be diesel or gas, better pricing, more fuel efficiency, more features, bigger sunroofs! and of course amazing salespeople. I am excited about my new diesel Golf Sportwagen and my husband got a Touareg which has so many features we keep finding new ones!!

It was time to say goodbye to my 1992 Jetta, bought new, and I went to different car companies to look for a good deal on a new car. We've owned VW's our whole lives, but I was open to a different make/model. I was treated badly at one, and found an "average" car at another. When searching for a special Cadillac XLR on the internet, I located one at VW of Naples. Initially, I contacted Michael Schutt , the internet sales representative, asking him to send me information of the Cadillac; immediately, he emailed me a walk around video and photos of the car. After a 4 hour drive, I was greeted by Michael, and then referred to Robert Lombardi. Robert answered all my questions about the car, took me for a test drive, then answered more questions. I was most impressed with Robert, as I was in sales for 40 years. Robert made the purchase process easy, then proceeded to get the car thoroughly serviced, cleaned, and detailed. Above all, Robert's concern to make sure that I would have no problems in my return trip, we again went for another test drive, and left with a full tank of gas. One word describes Robert - OUTSTANDING!

On a Friday I called into the VW of Naples dealership and spoke with salesman, Kyle Harsh. Kyle was eager to accommodate my needs as I explained them to him. I had never intended on trading in my current car at the time and was only considering selling it myself. Kyle offered to have my car's value appraised over the phone and with a few picture messages of my vehicle and its corresponding information, Kyle spoke with manager Micky Joy who worked up a trade-in figure which I was surprisingly satisfied with. After reviewing the details, I made an appointment to come in and buy my new GTI the following day. When I arrived, the car looked just as described. Kyle was quick to offer a test drive and was extremely informative regarding not just the vehicle itself, but its warranty information, maintenance schedule and more. When I got into the finance office, F&I manager Ted Daly was very clear in explaining exactly what I was signing. His friendly approach made the process even more of a pleasure and I drove away in my new car feeling satisfied with my overall buying experience. The salespeople at the next door Audi dealer ignored me for several minutes when I walked in with interest in purchasing a car. I walked out and went next door to VW where I was greeted at the door by John Quinn. I have been an automobile salesman in my career and my father was an automobile salesman at the same VW agency in Toronto for 17 years. I know something about customer care.John Quinn was terrific. He presented the car I liked with care and expertise and never pushed me into a decision. Erin Presley did an excellent job presenting the available products that met our criteria. She asked for the order and summarized the reasons why her product was an excellent choice for us. However, for reason which we can't understand, Joe Oliver appeared and took over the presentation and convinced us that we didn't want to complete the transaction. In essence, he was a negative influence whose presence sublimated the positives that Erin had established. If I were the management, I would rethink the use of a closer particularly when one isn't needed. Erin did a great job; she didn't need Joe to come int and take over!

Jeff , Alex, And Matt have been super terrific Working through my engine issue. They have been trying hard to help me, they have been finding me a loaner car when none seemed available, and just generally friendly and positive attitudes protrude. Jeff, in his infinite wisdom even got Volkswagen to put up the funds for a carbon build up problem with my engine because he felt the car had too few miles to have the issue. We are still working through the details of the engine light but I must say they have given me prompt service and have taken care of me so far. Thanks Guys! I recently purchased this used vehicle from the dealership. Bob Lombardi was excellent to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I hit a few bumps with certain members of the management team during the negotiations but Bob was able to smooth things over to the point where I felt comfortable purchasing the car from this dealership. Their inventory of used cars appears to be of high quality vehicles. Bob puts a lot of effort into his sales and provides excellent customer service.

Erin is a knowledgeable seasoned professional with HEART! I was immediately struck by her low-key approach and genuine kindness. I never worked with a woman car salesperson previously and still marvel at ease of the transaction. I am thrilled with my new 2015 Jetta 1.8T SE w/Connectivity! Erin went above and beyond this morning. I was given a CarMax Appraisal Offer for my 2001 Jetta GLS Sedan last Friday the 13th! Erin very graciously offered to pick me up at CarMax after I turned in my car. Despite what I was originally told, CarMax would not honor the offer since the title was in my North Carolina safety deposit box. Erin saved the day! She suggested I drive it to the Volkswagen of Naples dealership and asked an appraiser to look at it. Long story short, they accepted it as a trade in and rewrote my sales contract. We were having extreme problems with other local dealerships-rudeness, dishonesty etc. Made one phone call to VW of Naples, and spoke with Kyle Harsh. Over the phone he gave us his best price on the vehicle we were looking for. No arguing, no hassles, simply the best price they could offer and yes it was a great deal. Our experience with him and the staff at VW after our arrival there was same. Within a couple of hours we were driving away with new car, no issues, and a very friendly finance manager who did not push the extended warranty as other dealers do. If you want a no hassle buy, Kyle Harsh and his team are the way to go.

This is my first Volkswagen but not the first car I have purchased but I have never had a salesperson as wonderful as Bob Lombardi or the staff at Naples Volkswagen. He was extremely patient, taking time to answer all of my questions about several different models until we arrived at the perfect one which was a Golf SEL/TDI. Even though we were at the dealership well past closing time, I never felt rushed and Bob was extremely thorough in reviewing every aspect of the services available at the dealership as well as demonstrating all of the nuances of the vehicle. Although I live in Orlando and travel to Naples to visit family, I was so impressed by Bob and the dealership that I will try to schedule my services when I'm in town. I have been a faithful VW customer owning nothing but VW or Audi since I was 16 years old, and have never even considered owning anything else. After years of persuasion, I finally convinced my fiance to get one for himself! He and I came to VW of Naples last week after having a very bad experience at VW of Fort Myers, and he ended up leasing a 2015 GTI from Jeff Weissert.Up until today I was driving a 2009 Jetta TDI that I was (and still am) completely in love with. I had absolutely no intention of getting rid of that car anytime soon. However, our experience with Jeff and his manager Chuck was so awesome that I found myself looking for a car that I never would have considered otherwise! We let Jeff know that I might be in the market now, and he was extremely helpful even going as far as texting us from his personal cell number while he was on vacation just to see if we've made any decisions on what exactly it was we were looking for yet.As badly as I wanted a new car I really didn't think it was going to happen, because my credit isn't that great. I figured the interest rate for someone like me would make a payment sky high, but I tried anyway aiming for another Jetta because of it's low price. I learned about the Jetta Sport and was very intrigued. Turns out those cars are pretty hard to come by, and though they tried their hardest they weren't able to track one down for me with all of the options I was looking for. They did however, have a Passat Sport. As soon as Jeff told me this I couldn't help but think "oh great, show me a car I can't afford." He showed me a few pictures and it was gorgeous, so of course I wanted to see it in person. Jeff drove us over to the lot it was in, and I fell in love with it the second I saw it. I had a lot of things holding me back from making the jump. I was upside down on my Jetta loan, bad credit, really not open to the idea of going with a higher monthly payment, having a very hard time justifying a large down payment considering we have a wedding to pay for this year, and most importantly the fact that I seriously loved that little Jetta. Jeff and Chuck did literally everything they could to make this happen for me though! They gave me exactly what I was asking for on my Jetta, which I always thought was unheard of for a dealership to do! They also got me a payment that was only $10 a month more than I'm paying now, with a down payment I was actually comfortable paying! Seriously, $10 extra a month for a newer, nicer car with a warranty!? Done and done!It was a pretty long drive for us, going back and forth from our home in Fort Myers to south Naples a few times for the transactions, but it was honestly so worth it. I would highly recommend to head to VW of Naples and ask for Jeff if you're in the market for a Volkswagen. This was the best experience my fiance and I have ever had purchasing a car (or two.)

So after months of contemplating I finally decided to step up and lease a car. The make and model were already taken care of. I knew exactly what I wanted. I first went to VW of Ft. Myers where the staff immediately wanted to run a credit report on me to make sure I wasn't wasting their time. After realizing I was a serious buyer we went over options. They didn't have what I wanted (15' GTI/White/Manual/4door) so I figured they would try to locate one. Wrong. They acted like what was one the lot was what I was gonna get. I thought maybe a test drive in a DSG would sell me on an auto so I wanted to test drive. It was currently 7PM, one hour away from closing and I was told, "Um.. It's a little late to test drive, come back another day". I was floored, I've never had someone turn me away when I'm trying to buy something, let alone a new vehicle. I left, semi-sure I had given up and would continue on with my 95' Jeep. Michael Schutt contacted me from VW of Naples when I asked for an online quote of a new GTI lease. He was eager to help and got me interested enough to stop by(which is a pretty far commute from Ft. Myers). When I arrived Jeff Weissert was at the door with a key to a GTI in tow ready to go. Just a quick copy of the drivers license (This was 20 minutes til close). No credit report, no hassle, no arguing, we just went. I loved the car and decided if the price was right I would get it. Jeff and Chuck Whitley fought tooth and nail to get the payments where I needed them and gave me a price wayyy lower than what VW of Ft. Myers offered me. The whole time there, they were helpful, efficient, and professional. They seemed so interested in my purchase and were just excited as me about my purchase, while the people in Ft. Myers seemed annoyed by my presence. I absolutely hate dealerships because of the hassle and pressure that is immediately put on you the second you walk in, but VW of Naples made the experience enjoyable. I am so thrilled with the experience and how I was treated by Jeff, Chuck, Michael and Mike that when my lease is up, if I don't buy the car I will get another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. I went in a on a complete whim, and I am young girl right just starting out in the business world and I was really having a hard time with what I needed vs. what I could realistically have. My Family had purchased five cars since 2004 from Volkswagen of Naples and this experience was once again fantastic. My 2006 VW Beetle which I loved had developed enough problems that fixing it would have been more expensive than what it was worth.Alex DePew in Service, was attentive and friendly and introduced me to Rex Manchester who was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. From begining to end I found the experience to be top notch, and as someone who works in client service everyday, it is refreshing to get such steller service from such a great group.

After shopping around for a couple weeks i came across a passat cc. I fell in love with it so that's the car I wanted.After almost buying a car with high mileage and no warranty I went to Volkswagen of Naples and was greeted with Erin and Kyle they were very informational and took their time and compared other cars ,mileage ,and warranty against the price.I was still not convinced so I had to go do more shopping and after going to two more places in Naples and driving back to Ft Myers.and realizing how right they were I called Erin she said come on down. Erin came beck to work and did the deal for me. I had my son with me and she even got him involved with a couple questions and jokes so he wasn't bored. All the staff that i got the pleasure to deal with were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back for my next car purchase.one happy customer Frank

We had an incredible experience buying from Volkswagen of Naples. Luxon is a model salesman. He knew every aspect of the product inside and out. Engines, trim packages, leasing options. He was honest and straightforward with no bs. He knew his product as well as the competitors. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect package. We closed the deal late Saturday evening and came back Monday to finish some loose ends. Even then, Luxon gave us his undivided attention through the new car orientation. I've bought at Ford and Chevy previously, neither of them offered an orientation.Luxon was the reason we went with VW and he will be the first to know next time I'm looking for a new car.The rest of the team at VW of Naples was just as friendly and thorough. Our first time at the dealership we met with Nick. When we went back to actually purchase our car Nick had been called out of town so we had the pleasure to also meet Erin. Both Nick and Erin were extremely knowledgeable about the car. Nick never put an pressure on us which was probably the main reason we went back. Erin was very friendly and funny. Amazing dealership. One thing that set apart this place was the great knowledge the employee I worked with had. If you ever decide you want a new car I recommend visiting Rex Manchester. He had a great answer for every question and had an intimate enough knowledge of the vehicle to be able to explain it to us in full detail, and he didn't feel like he was putting any pressure on you. Dealing with Sergio Ruiz in the service dept. and Service Manager Jeff Tolar was a pleasant and reassuring experience. My car had electrical problems from a flood and was not working, and my insurance company was denying the claim. Jeff had my car brought to the dealership and gave me a loaner at no charge. Finding the cause of the car's problems was difficult and time consuming but either Jeff or Sergio stayed in contact with me along the way so I always knew what was happening and why. Any time I had a question, Sergio and Jeff were available by phone and never seemed to rush me. When all was said and done, the service technicians were able to pinpoint where the water had caused the problems, and trading the loaner in for my car was easy.When I walked out of the office I actually felt good about having my car serviced, and I REALLY wanted to buy a Toureg TDi.

Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do. All of the sales star were friendly and helpful even if I was not their client. Robert Lombardi was helpful and restful of the timeline and space I needed to make my decision. The price might not have been the cheapest but it was fair. We drove over 100 miles to buy a used vehicle from Erin and Michael. Both communicated the necessary information via telephone and emails. When we arrived at the dealer, the vehicle was as described and even better. The trade on my vehicle and the numbers on the new(used) vehicle were fair and all paperwork was completed quickly. All the sales personnel I crossed paths with were friendly and welcoming. I was quickly shown to Erin Presley's desk where I shared with her the situation I had with my car and what I liked and disliked. I didn't know, really, what I wanted. Erin took a few notes and then checked her inventory to see what might be the best choice for me. She showed me the car and we went for a test drive. Erin was professional in every way while still maintaining a warm, interested, and caring attitude toward what I needed and wanted. She later suggested a second option so that I could see/feel the differences. We compared specs and prices. She knowledgeably answered my questions, never trying to convince me on either (or something else) option. She spent time with me, being supportive with my concerns and questions, and later showing me the features in the car and explaining how the newer controls worked. I admit to being very impressed with VW Naples--especially for the excellent service provided me by Erin Presley in finding/choosing the right car. I am so very thankful for her sincerity and expertise. I left feeling light-hearted and happy for the experience I had with her. I can see so well why Erin is a Top Salesperson!! After a recent car accident where my 2013 VW Jetta was totaled, I visited Volkswagen of Naples where i was welcomed by Tamas Nagy. Tamas found as many options as he could for me seeing that i was going to be left rolling in negative equity from the previous loan. Many car dealers would love to put you into a more expensive vehicle to make some money, however it was the opposite with Tamas and Chuck. These gentlemen didn't want anything more than to put me into a vehicle I was comfortable in, both physically and financially. I left today in a certified 2012 VW Jetta which was pretty much identical to the 2013 I had just loved and lost. Overall this was such an amazing experience and would recommend working with Tamas and Chuck to anyone searching for a new car. Thank you guys and Volkswagen of Naples!

Working with this dealership, but most notably Luxon, was the best buying experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. I was initially interested in a recent model Golf TDI but found a brand new one for the same price (albeit less bells and whistles). The folks at the dealership were very responsive, and I ended up buying my beautiful 2015 Golf TDI from Tamas Nagy, who was very patient with my changing requirements and my time constraints. Getting out of my previous lease was painless, and I was able to trade in an older car, which added some challenges to the transaction. I'm very happy with a new (surprisingly smooth running) fuel efficient car that will last me a long time. Most importantly, I felt like Tamas respected my time and got me out of the dealership as fast as he could with a good deal. (Although I could have stayed for another cappuccino ...)

The sales person,Luxon Estiverne is outstanding. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I purchased an Audi Q5 from Lux, he really knows the features of that vehicle!This was my 4th purchase from VW/Audi of Naples, and I did encounter some business practices that I did not appreciate. The car that I was purchasing had arrived in the US and was going to a different dealer. I was given no information about when the car could be delivered to me.The first request was to give them the trade immediately, which I did not do.The second strange request occurred after we signed the deal and I paid the requested $2500 deposit.They then said they wanted me to pay the balance immediately even though they couldn't tell me when the car would arrive. They gave me a bunch of weak reasons why I should do that, and told me that most of their customers are ok with that. I was surprised to hear that Audi purchasers in Naples were so dumb!A threat to walk solved that problem, but it was an insulting trick.As I said before my fourth purchase from them, all cash deals!Roger H

From the moment my wife and I met Marty Ingesoulian we felt very comfortable. Marty is not your typical high pressure salesman but a very personable gentleman. We arrived at the dealership with our SUV possibly looking to trade it in for a convertible. Thanks to Marty and Jeff Birr we put a deal together on a beautiful low mileage 2012 VW EOS CPO and drove it home the same day. Just stopped to look and ended up buying. I was serious about a Mazda 3 and stopped to look at a Jetta. Bob Lombardi was very patient in explaining all the features of the Jetta, however I saw a used Golf with very low miles and after driving the Golf it was goodbye to the Mazda.Bob was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and was a pleasure to work with. I arrived with interest in a lease. I was not sure whether I would be better suited to a Jetta or Passat. Tommy Nagy greeted me in a warm manner, then took time to conscientiously evaluate my credit position, personal goals, attributes of both car models, and available flooring. He presented his analysis well before offering a test drive. I appreciate his superb professional skills for marshaling the facts, presenting them in a logical and understandable way, and providing a good driving experience - all without pressure and manipulation. Ted Daly, Finance Manager, finalized the process with congenial efficiency. A follow-up, service appointment was made with intro to Sergio Ruiz before departure for the car's first preventive maintenance visit. The showroom is bright, airy, and filled with interesting collector cars and artwork, The lounge is clean and welcoming with its coffee and pastry station and leather seating. All in all, a great experience, Thanks, VW Audi Naplies!

Lux is great to deal with when buying a car. He is personable and has a good sense of humor. I dealt with some difficult sales people before buying my car from Lux. He ensured he could beat the deal I was getting quoted at kia, even though the tiguan was about 8000 dollars more than the Kia, he was able to match the price and get me the color I wanted. It exceeding my expectations!! I kept saying I don't believe you can get me that price, to prove he could he transferred me to manager who confirmed the incredible deal. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and they worked hard to make the numbers work for me. I luv luv luv my brand new Tigian, which sure beats a kia soul for sale price. We worked with Joe Oliver first on one vehicle type. We then changed our mind a couple of times and he made the adjustments to provide us as much as he could on the next few vehicles. Joe did this with the same concern, openness and desire to fit our needs with each vehicle.He demonstrated great patience toward us throughout the transaction. I had a fantastic experience working through internet sales with Michael Schutt. The service and experience was so good that I didn't even need to speak with him over the phone. After michael set me up, Robert Lombardo finalized the sale with great service and made it very easy for me to get going with my new vehicle. Thanks guys.

expensive, frustrating, inadequate, unfair, condescending, incapable, abusive, and i could go on forever.no one has touched this car other then this service location, trusted their word and "the brand" behind finally after the car "broke down" before 60k .... an independent shop changes the spark plugs, wires and related pieces that should've been changed by the dealership to who I paid on timely manner... and voila,... the car runs normal again.The mystery has been resolved, the dealership is incapable of changing spark plugs, reading the computer report, the VW costumer care can't help. So... I guess my only choice is to voice my disappointment as many times and to as many people I can. NEVER AGAIN VW

I don`t know where you got all those good reviews, probably paid people for that! it`s my worst experience-worst dealer I ever had. I drive 60,000 miles a year and have 3 cars, i know what I`m talking about. I went for maintenance at 40,000 and when I came back for my 50,000 and they pretend my car was never maintained there! I`m bringing my car soon for the third time for the same problem...and i can go on. You are better of in Fort Myers.

There were many positive aspects in dealing with Lux Estiverne but the thing that impressed me most was his dedication to not just selling me a car but finding exactly the right car for me.He was tireless, patient and good humoured. After reading an advertised deal online I went in to see what I could do about getting a lease for the VW Jetta. I was greeted right away and directed to one of the dealers available. He was very friendly and understanding of what I needed. I received the car I was looking for without being upselled. The dealership and it's worker are very professional and gave great care without being pushy and overbearing. This is my second purchase from VW Naples, and I am so pleased! Kyle Harsh was my salesman, and I couldn't recommend anyone else. He knew every spec on my new Passat and made it so easy and painless for us to trade-in my old Jetta and purchase my new car. I went in after researching and knowing exactly what I wanted, and walked out with exactly that. No pushy sales tactics or tricks that make you want to scream and run out the door. Luxon showed us the best sales experience I could possibly have. I have never met someone as energetic, knowledgeable, and personable as Luxon. He showed us all the cars and took the time to really go over them. I felt comfortable and at ease when working out our price and dealing with the car. The finance manager was easy to work with and made a great lunch recommendation. The hand over of the car was great and will definitely recommend him to friends.Michael Schutt was great with working on the initial price and the call backs. I contacted Ms. Presley looking for a family car.. Little did I know my husband had already done his homework.. Was aware of the inventory and knew exactly what he was looking for. Making no promises I sent Erin a message on our way asking for a specific car to be ready when we arrived. We pulled in, Erin met us at the door, the car was waiting and off we went on our test drive. Although my husband is knowledgable when it comes to cars, even he was impressed with Erin's professionalism and knowledge in regards to our needs and desires as a family looking for a significant investment for our family. I just spent 3 days in different dealerships looking for a Passat. I had a Mercedes, which I loved for 5 1/2 years, and just could not justify spending much more on repairs. i put an inquiry on the Internet for a VW and heard from 5 dealerships within 5 minutes. Michael was the first to contact me and I did meet with him . He was great. As a single female, I was very reluctant to walk into any dealership. I spent the 2nd day in another dealership and went running back to Naples with Michael and Doug. Believe me, i really appreciated the level of service and the lack of pressure I felt at Naples VW.I did buy a Passat from Naples although I was "supposedly" offered a better deal at the high pressured dealership that I would NOT return to. I ran as fast as I could from dealership #2 and back to Michael Schutt who extremely patient and kind to me. Doug spent time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the new Passat. The sales team at VW Naples is a class act. I recently purchased a Golf TDI. The sales person, Tamas was very knowledgeable about the product and was excellent to work with. Because it was last minute purchase we arrived very late in the day; Tamas had to stay with us after hours, and he did so without haste, taking extra time in the dark to show us all the features of the vehicle. When was the last time you bought a car a pleasant experience! This is my second purchase at VW of Naples, the first one was in 1989. Their customer service and overall experience has survived several decades. This dealer has made a commitment to the residents of Naples to provide their customers with first class service, and in my opinion they have continued to do this decade after decade.

I took my brother-in-law, Jon in to trade in his old Mazda and buy a VW Passat Wolfsburg that he liked online. We were on a specific budget and had exactly no room to wiggle. We were greeted by Erin Presley who was kind and professional from the start. Based on the condition of the trade-in, it appeared we weren't in the ball park for the car that Jon fell in love with online and during the test drive. We took a look at a couple of similar cars that were closer to where we needed to be, but Jon's heart was in the first one. Erin recommended we not settle on anything other than the car we wanted. She spoke to everyone she had to to arrive at a number that worked for us. This was the first time Jon has been through this process and I'm happy it was with Erin. I love my new beetle and the experience that went along with buying my new Beetle was fantastic! From the moment I walked into the dealership I had someone meet me and talk to me and instead of just telling me to wait until a sales consultant was ready he sat with me and we chatted until someone was available. My sales consultant, Rex, was very kind and personable. He made me feel comfortable instead of the typical sketchy aggressive car salesmen. He walked me through the process and helped me get exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. He didn't push a different car on me or try to convince me to get this or that add on he just listened to what I wanted and helped me through this otherwise scary process. I will definitely go back to that Volkswagen in the future and reccomend Rex to my friends.

From the moment we met our sales agent, Jeff Weissert, things went very smoothly. He listened to what I was looking for, pulled up a car, we went for a ride, I said I wanted an upgrade version, so he drove me right over to the lot where they were and then we drove the actual car I was thinking of buying. We did negotiate a bit back and forth but it wasn't endless. They knew I wanted to buy the car and I knew they wanted to sell it. I said I needed to think about it overnight and no pressure to "buy it now" I came back in the morning and did purchase the car. Jeff spent time going over all the features, and there are many to, to introduce me to the car. He said to call if I had any questiions, any and I know he means it. He was never rushed, never pushy, always polite and was open to me driving the car for as long as I wanted to feel comfortable with it. There was a long wait to see the finance fellow, but again, Jeff tried to make sure I was alright waiting and would let me know how much longer it would be. Once I got in there, things went very fast. They just had a very busy day and sold a lot of cars so that's why I had to wait. They had good magazines and big screen tv, so it was ok. I love the car and would buy another one from VW of Naples and especially from Jeff Weissert. Nice to work with someone who understands that pushy doesn't work, he was a very well informed salesman, he focused on selling the car and he was the only salesman of all the dealerships I went to, that opened the hood and explained the motor. I guess the others didn't bother because I am a woman. I high ly recommend the working with Jeff.

Tamas helped my husband and I lease a new Jetta. He was really patient, knowledgeable and a super nice person overall! I also want to say that this is the nicest, cleanest, most tastefully decorated dealership that I have ever been to in my life. I've wanted a VW Beetle for a long time. We found a used VW Beetle great condition with low mileage. Jeff showed us the VW and was extremely patient with us. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the car, talking price, showing us all the features of the car. We checked out the car in the evening and had the night to talk about the purchase. We've had previous experience with other sales persons and they would be horrified and upset with this same situation, becoming extremely rude. It is something we don't take lightly when we make a major purchase. We appreciated his patience, professionalism, and smile even though we didn't immediately purchase the car and luckily for us it was still there the next morning.

We purchased a Beetle a year ago from Lux at VW of Naples. We brought it in for an oil change and after talking a while with Lux about other VW vehicles and taking a test drive, we ended up trading in the Beetle on a new Passat. We had been considering something a little bigger for a few months, but had not considered a Passat. We were very impressed with the interior room, the options and the price for the TSI-SEL. Beautiful car, we love it!

This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership and I hope not the last. I arrived without appointment and was gratiously squeezed in between other customers. The dealership was as I last saw it, clean, spacious and with a friendly staff and atmosphere.Between Rex Manchester and Bob Lombardi the purchase of my wife's new VW Passat went very smoothly, all paper work was explaind leaving no questions unanswered. He knows the business and is ready to help you find the perfect car to fit your needs. He was very patient and answered all my questions. My first visit to Volkswagen of Naples was with my daughter to look at a Volkswagen CC which was a month ago. Lux assisted us with the utmost customer service and professionalism. Our questions were answered about the vehicle and we did not feel pressured or rushed. Our intent was not to purchase, but to get information. When looking at possibly purchasing an Audio, I requested Lux, remembering his great customer service. Once again, I was not let down. Lux determined the car that I really wanted and made it happen. Through constant communications and negotiations, I purchased the Audi A8. Lux spent a lot of time showing me how to operate the many functions of the automobile . I was notified of approval, paperwork was ready, and car ready for pickup.( thanks to Audi of Naples) Great experience and customer service!

I recently purchased a new 2014 Passat Diesel from Joe Oliver at Naples VW. Joe did a great job of follow up in the year or so build up to my final decision to purchase. I made the decision to do so based on a couple of different things. First, I took my existing VW that I had purchased elsewhere in for service and met Nick DiNicola who honored a competing dealers service coupon and saved me some money in the process. Second, even though the Sales Manager of the VW dealership had an emergency and my sales consultant Joe was off the day I decided to buy, no one dropped the ball on me. Shortly after my initial phone call Micky from the Audi side of the dealership returned my call about my potential purchase and put together a very fair deal on the spot the first go around. Having called 2 other dealerships that same day including the one I bought 2 previous vehicles from, and have no calls returned until after 5 pm that day, I appreciated the fact Micky recognized I was ready to move forward. Finally Rex Manchester stepped in for Joe and spent a ton of time with me ultimately during the buying process and the delivery and I wasn't even his customer even to the point of giving away one of his appointments to another salesperson so I would be taken care of properly.They gave me great service and a fair deal. Robert should have a 10 Star Rating. From the moment that we met, he spent the time to listen to what we were looking for and wanted. He thoroughly went through the inventory process, and helped direct me to the exact car that filled my "want list" bill. He took us through theleasing process, explaining every detail, and thereby truly sealed the deal. He made arrangements to hold the car for us, as we needed toremove my daughter's car and space in our garage for my new "baby." Had the windows tinted and when we picked the car up yesterday (06/20), it was immaculate and could have been used for a VW photo shoot for advertising. It is MAGNIFICENT. The first car that I owned was a red VW Beetle - circa 1960. That car went through winters in Buffalo, NY like nothing else on the road. Over the years I have owned or leased a lot of cars. But my new "baby" puts most to shame. Upon picking up my car, Robert spent an hour and a half going over EVERY feature on and in the car. He was extremely patient with this techno challenged woman, and assured me that I could call him "anytime" with "any" questions that I didn't "absorb" during his lesson. He set up my follow-up appointment for 4 weeks while we were there. He even suggested, and did ride with me, to make sure that I was comfortable with the car and its ride on the road. That had never happened before when I picked up a new vehicle. My husband followed me home, and he said that people on the road were "checking out" my wheels all the way back. I had to hurry because I didn't want it to rain on her before she got parked in her new home. Robert said that VW does not sell umbrellas for their new cars ;)My husband is the consummate sales person. He lavished praise on Robert's knowledge of the product, and its features, and hisdemeanor with his customers. My husband said that Robert should train all VW's salespeople. My husband also drives a VW, and he said that he never got the detailed lessons that Robert gave me on ALL of the car's features. The day we went into the Naples Showroom, we actually had an appointment with another car dealer later that afternoon. Never made it! ALL because of Robert's ultimate professional handling of "our deal," I am now driving a gorgeous, classy, sassy metallic beige 2014 VW cc Sedan. I AM THRILLED!!!Thanks Robert! Exceptional job! I will tell friends, who will surely ask, where I got my outstanding vehicle, and tell them who they should ask for when they visit the Naples VW Showroom. Marilou Barton

As soon as i walked in i was introduced to Luxon Estiverne. I came in to just look for a some cars and decide which i would consider in the future. Luxon showed me a couple models but got my hooked on the CC (which is what i purchased) he told me all the great features it came with as well as all the technology it come with. We went inside to talk about prices, Luxon took almost no time to get me priced out. Which i might add priced me well too! I ended up coming home with a car that day. I can truthfully say i'v never been happier with a purchase before and thats all thank to the dealership and the great salesman i had (Luxon) . Over all great place, great service, great quality and a great salesman.

When My cars axle broke and I needed a car ASAP. VW of Naples brought me a loaner car and let me keep it until I was able to come in and look at cars! When I went to look at cars I was set up with Jeff Weissert, he was phenomenal. I am a single mom so when I came with my almost two year old son you could imagine it was like a hurricane just hit! But Jeff stayed calm and answered all questions I needed answered, helped me with financing my car, and even stayed past hours to get me into my dream car! I cant thank him enough. If you go to VW of Naples ask for Jeff. You wont regret it :)

Rex was extremely knowledgeable on our Passat. He spent the time to explain the features and how we could view the tutorials on our own time at home. The total time to test drive, do all the paper work and meet the service team and pick up the car took about 2.5 hours. He paired my phone into the Passat's Bluetooth. I would definitely recommend Rex to my friends and associates.

The lease on my second Audi convertible was up and I was looking for something a little more practical. The Audi SUV's all seemed too large, but VW had a Tiguan SUV that fit my needs perfectly and I bought one. A real plus is that the Audi salesman was able to help us buy a VW, which wouldn't have been possible years ago.I've dealt with the Audi dealership for six years now and can't come up with one possible thing to complain about. I'm hoping that my dealings with VW are the same, but I can't imagine that they won't be.They're made me a customer for life.

It was so much easier to avoid all the hassel at the dealership to purchase a car over the internet by e-mail. Michael SCHUUT Sales person was very polite gentle and helpfull and we purchase a new car setteled by e-mail . we went dealership just to sign papers and took delivery of the car by less than an hour. Robert Lombardi was very pleasent and took time to teach my collage going daughter for her 1st car. we were extreemly happy with both of them along with finance manager Ted Daly. All 3 of them treated us with respect and gentleity.

Once the decision w made, it was a no-brainer. The experience was totally pain free even when it got down to making the payment. The price was in range and as quoted, no add-ons or extra unexpected fees. The car was exactly as described, no surprises except for how enjoyable the car is to drive. I wasn't prepared for the delightful experience I experienced yesterday at VW of Naples. I'd called ahead for an appointment with Rex Manchester, who I heard was down to earth, not too pushy and would look out for my best interest, qualities that were important to me. I wasn't disappointed!I told Rex right off the bat I was only there to understand my options for a trade in and lease. I wasn't interested in test driving cars or picking out colors. Besides, I never would buy a car in one day and also wanted to compare VW to other dealers. Rex didn't blink. He didn't argue or try to convince me differently. He simply grinned and said, "This will be fun. Let's get started." We spent a few minutes looking at models in the showroom and lot -- several I liked and a few I didn't. Rex asked pertinent questions to best define my driving experience. Then he left to figure out the best financial deal for me, based on my criteria.Each time I had a question, Rex answered with information that explained away my fear and doubt. The lease package he eventually crafted for me met my every expectation. And the car -- oh, the car! It had more features than the luxury vehicles I've driven in the past. And then I took a test drive. Heaven! Rex explained the suspension, braking system and safety features as I zoomed around turns and down a straightaway. It was fun and so informative. I still believed it was prudent to hold off and compare. But armed with the information Rex provided, the test drive and the financial package, there WAS no comparison. I signed the paperwork and drove off in my new car. Thank you, Rex, for a delightful experience and for exceeding my every expectation. Most of all, thank you for my beautiful new CC-R!

I recently had an event that required me to seek out a new vehicle , and i needed it right away. I haven't dealt with a car dealer in a good amount of time and this had my anxiety high. I was looking for a quality auto at my current price point and felt i had few options that would fill my desire for reliability, safety and performance.I looked into various automobile dealers and specs but felt i owed good solid German engineering a try , and reached out to Volkswagen of Naples (FL). I phoned and was greeted by an enthusiastic gentleman named Rex. We set a day to meet and and discuss what i was looking for.The Meeting : I arrived at the dealer and was set at ease right away by Rex's instant recognition of who i was and what i was looking for per our brief phone exchange... a vehicle that i hat inquired about was sitting front lot ready to be tested ( without the usual other dealer fumbling for keys and location of the car to be checked out). The model tested was a 2014 Passat. automatic 1.8 litr turbo (SE i think).Rex ease with all pertinent detail and specification made me feel i was in the right place and that i was speaking with a fun fellow with not only superior knowledge of his product line but had the dexterity to compare competing automobile company's cars in the class i was looking at. I expressed a desire for a car that fit my parameters ..... im tall and require legroom but most importantly needed a car that was safe. I have a young child and wanted solid German engineering surrounding me and my family. The Passat was a refreshing surprise for a 20- 30 K auto .. Room ,style ,nice engine , and excellent quality. While i liked the drive i was wondering if I couldn't have this car in a standard version. I wanted to feel the fun of driving a car again and wanted a bit more control and a bit of a change from my last car of 13 yrs. Rex was right on it. The systems are robust and quick and Rex had an answer for me straight away that in the inventory one was available. During all the time that we tested and before getting the second Passat to test Rex was a constant pal, good humored and very positive. A motivated guy who enjoys conversation and people. And thats important.Second Passat. TSI SE 1.8 turbo stick beige interior black dash , and some cool blue color that i realy cant describe.We drove, I was sold. Fun, good looking,SAFE , responsive , nice xtras, tunes etc... The point is this was a fun sporty very well designed for room German auto at an incredible price point.Rex had me at the desk for what can be in an auto purchase similar to laying on the rack and here come the shackles and the stretch for the next couple of hours.Not the case. Fluid, efficient , and no mistakes. Did i mention Rex's attention to detail (?) its holistic... not just the sale but well versed and smooth through the entire process. Helpful and funny. I didnt feel the car purchase pain.So to end , we had a seamless experience directed by Rex Manchester and actually enjoyed the process the entire way through.We did the deal, i walked out for a concise tutorial on the gadgets that the 2014 Passat had to offer ( cool stuff) by Rex. Swaped keys for a handshake, and drove off.I Love the car, it suits so well. Rex and i have had conversations after the sale as to how im doin with it, and aided me with taking in my now dead former car as part of the very acomodative deal that the team at Naples Volks provided.Rex. Professional , clear , not in a rush, highly qualified , detail oriented and knows his business front to back. Works well his colleagues and you can tell.. you can always spot that if he wasn't a team player.My former car for my Volkswagen Passat: I mention this because from what i had i only expected disappointment with my new auto. I was wrong and am satisfied. My old auto was a terrific BMW 740 il 1998 ( no expense ever spared ) a top notch car, BUT i was very happy to receive great news in the Passat that im having fun with and know my kids safe.Top Marks to Rex Manchester and the team at Naples Volkswagen.Disclaimer: I never ever take the time to write reviews. I felt compelled in this one instance.

I found this dealership through Consumer Reports car buying discount program. I had to drive 80 miles to do business with Volkswagen of Naples because the local dealer does not participate in the program. It was worth it. I got a great car, good price, and super service. I would go back there again to purchase another car and recommend them to a friend.
