New owners and you can tell. Everyone was fantastic. They didn't waste my time they were conscious, considerate, and professional when it came to my needs. They exceeded my expectations. Best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Nick at Volkswagon of Union. Nick was not only super knowledgeable about the car, but he was so friendly and made the whole experience so pleasant! He truly took care of us. From the minute we walked in the door, to after I brought the car home… true customer service!!! 5 Stars for Nick!!!

I honestly don't know where to begin with this. In summary, they made a ridiculous, audacious, yet naive attempt at trying to rip me off. They had one of their pawn salespeople mitigate this attack, and she did a horrible job. I asked, what's the MSRP of this model? "Oh wow, I don't even know". After asking for a more detailed version of their seemingly outrageous offer for a lease on a vehicle, they presented me with the most absurd figures I have ever seen. Long story short, they wanted me to pay them $780 per month, for a car I would lease for 39 months. Quick math will tell you I'd be paying off this car almost entirely within that lease period, so they either quoted a criminal amount of APR (money factor) or dropped the residual by also a absurd amount. Or they did both. But the truth is most leases usually offer a 40-60% residual, so again - ABSURD. In short, if you're in the mood to be looted, or taken advantage of - this is the place for you!

Carlos, the sales associate was superb. Ask him to do his card tricks!! Reason for 2 star rating… this dealer charges $1995 for used car prep fees but will not provide service details. We could’ve walked away but we wanted the car. When it came time to sign paperwork, the purchase price was listed incorrectly and the associate couldn’t explain why and any attempts she made to try and justify the price just made her look unintelligent. Sorry , not sorry. After checking with the manager, typo was the reason given. Are you kidding?? Typos on financial documents. Do better.

I had the pleasure of working with the salesman Nick. He is awesome! It is the best customer service I’ve received at a dealership. He cares so much about what you need and is very realistic. He was patient with me and my baby. He also accompanied us on the test drive because I wasn’t comfortable going alone. Before we took off he explained almost everything about the vehicle. He is thorough !!! That made me feel good. Though I didn’t end up leaving with a car I was happy because of the service he provided , it encouraged me to continue my search. If I were to rate nick alone it would be 5 stars however the the dealership as a whole can be a lot more welcoming and the front next knew nothing about anything.
