Good, straight forward buying experience with both sales and finance people. It was by far the most pleasant purchase paperwork and pick up experience and the sales person spent a long time with my wife explaining all of the features. Would buy from this dealership again for the right car priced right and waiting for them to drop the price on one of their CPO cars before making my offer to purchase a second Volvo.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new Volvo at Cape Cod Volvo. I had done my research and reached a fair deal without stress and drama. With Mark Cadin, the pricing was fair and straight forward, a welcome change from another luxury brand I had bought from in the past. I used to dread dealing with the financial person and that changed with Laurie at CC Volvo. She was polite, friendly, efficient, and not high pressure which was very important to me. The car has the luxurious ride and seating as well as safety features that I appreciate. I am thrilled with my new car and the dealer. Mark's training was very thorough and unhurried. I came back for a second session after using the car for a few days and had all my detailed questions answered. I couldn't be happier.

Everyone, from the General Manager, John, our sales person, Mike Gentilucci, to the service advisor Tiffany, and even the parts manager, and service technician who installed our Volvo accessories ( Volvo / Thule Roof Crossbars etc., are fantastic to deal with ! An absolute pleasure purchasing our new quality Volvo, a V60 AWD Cross Country wagon.

Thank you Volvo Cars of Cape Cod for making my recent lease of a 2016 Volvo S60 a very pleasant experience. Not only were John Levandai and Kevin Sanders extremely helpful and professional - My sales consultant, Mark Cadin, was exceptionally outstanding. Mark is a true professional and extremely knowledgable about Volvos as well as dealer inventory. He listened to what I needed in terms of a vehicle - then went above and beyond to make it happen. Mark found an incentive plan that allowed me to get the exact make, model, color and features at the price I needed. I also appreciated that he took the time to show me how everything in my new car worked and ensured that it was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc., and he even returned my old car back to another dealer for me. I will recommend Mark and Volvo Cars of Cape Cod to anyone wanting to buy or lease a vehicle, and I will definitely seek Mark out in 3 years when it is time to lease again. And, I absolutely love the S60. It gets great mileage, the seats are super comfortable, the park assist technology makes parallel parking incredibly easy and the car itself is stylish inside and out. Thank you to everyone for making this such an easy, wonderful, hassle-free experience.

Ease of purchase. Was not a draining experience as most dread the purchase-process of getting a new vehicle. Mark Cadin was the catalyst for an enjoyable, exciting experience. I recently purchased a Volvo from Volvo Cars of Cape Cod and the overall process could not have been smoother! What a great dealership - from the quality of cars to the staff to the facility itself. Easy process through and through. My purchase was so easy and painless. I definitely didn't feel pressured to buy or the typical stress of purchasing a car which made the experience that much smoother. I worked directly with Bob Michenzie who was just awesome from start to finish. Bob took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the car, its features and what to expect from driving a Volvo. I am so happy with my Volvo and I would recommend Volvo of Cape Cod to anyone. I will for sure be a return customer!

In 2013 I leased a Volvo S60 for the first time and immediately fell in love with its style and performance. However, as the lease began to run out I began exploring more Volvo options, perhaps I would try the Sports Utility vehicle which was a bit larger. I met with Mark Cadin at Premier Volvo Cape Cod and we discussed a variety of choices: one of which was purchasing something with a 0% finance. I tried the SUV and was disappointed in its size and comfort so I had to reconsider my options. Mark did mention that the financing offers may change from month to month so it would be wise to not wait too much longer. I had a goal of one month to make a decision and during that time Mark never once harassed, harangued or cajoled me into buying a vehicle. When the time came and I went back he suggested I try the XC70, a larger more luxurious vehicle, and a higher price sticker. I took the car for a few hours and fell in love with its handling and performance. I purchased the car and I could not be happier, it is everything I wanted. Thanks, Mark! Lynne

Went to Viti after a friend told us that they had shopped all around and went to Viti last and bought a new XC60. They questioned why they had not just gone to Viti first and been done. Following their lead we just went to Viti Volvo and no where else. We got first rate service and a great price to buy a new XC90. They gave us an excellent trade in value on our 2004 XC90 plus another $1K off from Volvo for customer loyalty. Our sales person was; Larry Reghitto
