I am the proud owner of a new XC90 and absolutely loving it. My sales specialist, Devon White, made the entire car buying experience wonderful. He even text me before I arrived at the dealership to introduce himself which made it easier upon arrival. He knew what vehicle I was interested in seeing and had all the information ready for me to review. The vehicle selection process took less than an hour and Devon was able to work his magic and get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Car buying can be dreadful but Devon made the entire process seamless and I am glad I had the opportunity to work with him. Definitely request Devon White for your car purchasing experience - you will not regret it!

I had my car serviced yesterday and was treated with amazing customer service immediately!!! Throughout the time I was waiting, I kept receiving updates and was given 100% honesty since I stepped in. The amazing person I had the pleasure of working with was Ron. He exceeded my expectations and this man deserves to be absolutely treasured at this company. There were some complications along the way with my car but they absolutely came through and got my car fixed. Thank you for everything yesterday, Ron if you see this I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. The world needs more people like you! Thank you Volvo!!!

Started everything online. Dave Purvis was an amazing agent, prepared everything for me before I came to the dealership in a very thoughtful way. No hassle. This was my first Volvo and so he walked me through all the features. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I had a FIRST CLASS experience purchasing our new vehicle at Volvo Cincinnati. I was so nervous to go to a dealership… I’d had such bad experiences with purchasing my other vehicles in the past from other companies… Rick Scherer was amazing! I felt super comfortable making the decisions that I made and I left with a new v60 that I’m in love with. Rick is my go to from here on out and so is Volvo!! Thank you Rick!! Great customer service and I left feeling heard and really enjoyed the experience!
