We were amid a month-long search for a new car. Our search led us to several area dealerships including the Volvo dealership in Edmond. There we met Cynthia Decker who was so wonderful and professional in helping us find the ideal car for us. We were encouraged to come back and look or drive cars again. And we felt very comfortable in doing that because we were never pushed in any direction or decision. On one visit to the dealership she said they had a car that we had not seen yet, but it was one that she thought we would really like. She was right. It was exactly what we wanted. We got a good price and bought a great car. Thank you Cynthia !

My car search has been ongoing for over a year. I just wasn’t able to find an automobile that checked all the boxes. On a whim, I stopped into the Volvo dealership to see what they had to offer with a 3rd row. Cynthia was the sales associate. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the dealership, clean comfortable and nice selection of drinks and a snacks. Having a toddler in tow made these creature comforts even more appreciated. Cynthia found an SUV for me to look at and test drive. I was impressed and decided to have my husband come back that evening to look at the vehicle. After his test drive we made the purchase. Although we paid cash we went to financing to complete paper work and discuss extra options. There was absolutely no pressure and the entire process was fast and painless. Cynthia is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and easy to interact with. Would without hesitation purchase another vehicle here again. Hope the service department is as great as the sales department.

I brought the car in for a sunroof issue and an alignment. Well, the sunroof issues caused damage to the seal and scratched the roof of the car and of course Volvo does not want to repair the damage. With the alignment I felt it was still not right even tho the tech drove the car with me in it and explained to me that was as good as it was going to be because Volvo’s just pull. Well, I took it to FIRESTONE and they aligned it… problem solved!! Now we were told when we bought this vehicle that service loaners were available when the car was being serviced. I asked specifically because I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t have a loaner program. When I come to schedule the service I am told they don’t have any loaners for me because they have all been sold and that my oil change will only take an hour. So the next day after I processed the information I scheduled the service. Two things at this point… I went across the street to look at bmw because I’m done with Volvo service… BMW gave me a loaner to drive while Volvo had my car in service. I think it is obvious who appreciates my past business and truly wants to earn my future business. Side note… Volvo service had my car from 9:45am until 2pm!!

I want to first start off by saying this dealership has the best customer service EVER !!!!! Cynthia and Jerry are awesome!! They always make you feel at home. If I travel from Dallas, Texas each time to make a purchase, that should say alot. Whenever anything is needed they are always a phone call away. I would definitely recommend anyone to come meet them and learn what real hospitality is. Thank you so much again!!!!

This place is amazing! Their sales people are so helpful that you forget you're at a dealership. It was effortless and stress free to make a deal on a great car. The service after the sale is an added bonus! Jerry Scott will continue to our guy when it comes to our next car!
