Couldn't of asked for a better experience! Aslan was very knowledgable, helpful and attentive. He helped in our descion making process and I couldn't be happier with the Volvo XC60. Also followed up with us and met me the next week to show me features I was confused about. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We had a wonderful experience shopping for our Volvo! Even with a 4 year old in tow the experience was quick and the customer service was amazing! Even after the purchase of our Volvo, Aslan is always quick to respond whenever I have a question regarding my purchase. James Cantere was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and best of all, no pressure tactics to buy. James gave us the opportunity to test drive a couple of models of Volvo that we were interested in, and very informative of the package options that were available. I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a new car. James was very accommodating during our car purchase. The after the sale assistance is top notch with assistance with questions and features our car has. I definitely recommend James and this dealership. I have to also mention John, he was very helpful and informative as well.

My fiance and I went into this dealership to test drive a Nissan Altima coupe we found online. We made an appointment with James and when we arrived we were greeted promptly and there was even a welcome sign outside with our names on it. The car we were test driving was ready to go as soon as we pulled into the dealership. This particular car wasn't the right fit for us but instead of sending us away, James checked all of his resources and was able to find the perfect used car for us. He also made sure that we got the best possible rate we could so we were able to stay within our budget. We are still very happy with our car and with the overall experience with James. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with a car that was exactly what we wanted. This is how all car buying experiences should be.

Aslan was so great to work with. He helped us find a great car that fit our budget and our needs. He was very upfront and honest and we never once got the feeling that he was trying to be a sleazy car salesman. He never put any pressure on us and always made sure to find complete answers to our questions. And he didn't mind that we had to stop and grab coffee during our test drive! We will almost undoubtedly return to him for help with our next car purchase.

Aslan Maleki made my first time ever buying a vehicle a painless experience. This has always been done with a shared decision with my husband who is now deceased. Even though I was in the dealership to have a car serviced,I knew it was time for an upgrade and was interested in a used car or a demo. Aslan was open to my request as I had shared it, and was immediately prepared to make all the arrangements. Jerry was very helpfull in our search for the right car. No pressure, very professional, and continues to stay in contact about service/updates. Aslan Maleki made it so easy for me to choose the vehicle that was just right for me. I made three trips to the dealership to look over the vehicles, then to test drive them and, finally, to make my final choice and seal the deal. Aslan was incredibly patient through it all. He did a great job of introducing me to the Volvo features. He was also a great passenger on the test drive. I was very comfortable doing business with him. John Collins made a point of introducing himself to me and making me feel that I was important as a customer. The financial aspects were handled with ease and in a comfortable setting. Before the car was handed over to me, it was thoroughly cleaned, after which Aslan walked me through the systems. Since I had to change phones in order to use all of the features, I was able to return a few days later and Aslan was happy to get the phone synced and teach me little more about the car. This has been a great experience for me. I highly recommend this dealer, and Aslan Maleki. He's a man of integrity.

I have not purchased a vehicle since 2002. I was skeptical about re-engaging with a dealer but Volvo of OKC changed that perspective. Aslan was very professional, courteous and attentive. I appreciate both he and Dennis making sure the car buying experience was positive. After taking delivery of the vehicle, Aslan has followed up w/ periodic calls and emails to make sure I am satisfied w/ the Toyota, and everything on the vehicle is in working order. He took us on a mini tour of Oklahoma City after we mentioned or recent move to the area. Genuine hospitality from all the staff; Dennis was wonderful to work with and took care of our military family. From the moment we arrived I knew we were in good hands. Aslan's knowledge of the vehicle was incredible. He was very patient and kind and spent his time exposing all the cars' amazing features. If the brand wasn't enough to meet your expectations, the hospitality will certainly exceed them. I had the pleasure of working with Aslan and he exceeded my expectations in every way. Maybe its just me but I couldn't help but feel out of place when pulling up to the dealership. Beautiful cars, nice furniture, well dressed personnel. You mentally prepare yourself to be ignored and shoo'd off the property. Aslan actually came out to greet me and welcome me inside. You expect to be bombarded by sales people when you're at a low budget car lot. It was re-assuring to have the support when I already felt out of place. I arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and still had my questions answered and a test drive scheduled for the following day. It is absolutely refreshing to have a positive experience with a car dealership and it didn't stop there. When I arrived for my test drive, they had the vehicle with my name on a poster sitting in front of it. It's the little details that go a long way. The test drive was memorable. Aslan is very knowledgeable an won't BS you if he doesn't know the answer to your question but he will surely find the answer for you. He's very good on the follow-up. Every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and hospitable. I didn't feel, at all, out of place. Great job Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City! Keep up the good work.

My choice of vehicle was narrowed down to 3 dealerships. The last dealership I visited was Jaguar Volvo of Oklahoma City. Having purchased cars in the past, I know how hellish the car-buying experience can be. This was by far the best experience I've ever had to date. Zero pressure, genuinely pleasant people to deal with from Dennis the Sales Manager, Aslan the Sales Rep to John the Finance Manager. I would definitely buy from these guys again, they're awesome!

I dealt with James Cantere, a young man new to the business. James was very friendly with an open, positive attitude. The purchase of my Volvo S80 went forward with no difficulties. While James did all he could to help, it was obvious he was new to Volvo. Consequently, he did not always have answers to my questions. I'm sure he will improve with time. My only suggestion would be to provide more "tutorial" time to help new purchasers learn how to operate all the many features available in the new Volvos.

Both new purchases went very, very well. Actually fun to purchase a new vehicle for a change. All sales personnel, especially Cynthia McCoy, and the business manager, Ron Clements, were great to work with. The service department has also been very easy to work with over the years and I can find no fault with anything. I also have a classic Mercedes coupe and that service department has also taken good care of me. Everyone is always a joy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I lived 2 hours away and was in a hurry to get a vehicle because of a recent accident where I was hit by a guy that was high on prescription pills. It had been an emotional time and still hadn't got the money from the insurance for my car yet that was totaled. They stayed open late just for me to take a look at a ford they had on their lot and they knew I had a budget because like I said, I still haven't received the money from the insurance yet but was in desperate need of a car but I still wanted to be able to get a nice car and not just settle for some junk for my family to ride in because of the dilemma I was in. They gave me a great price for a car that was such a great deal and were so understanding and nice about what I had been through. They were not pushy but seemed like they really cared. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a car. Best service I have ever had at a car dealership!
