I purchasing my car from one dealership. It was everything I wanted. Two weeks later, I had an issue with my car. I connected with the Volvo dealership in West Houston to fix the issue. I was very happy with the service at Volvo Car West Houston. I used a different dealer previously and they did not have the same level of knowledge nor service. Felipe was my service manager and he was so helpful and so communicative throughout the repair. He went above and beyond. This will be the only dealership I use from now on.

Service was truly exceptional. Fast and efficient. The service staff was very friendly and professional. The only thing that could be done better is scheduling pick and delivery service. Needs to be more timely and reliable.

Best dealership car buying experience I have had. Daniel made things quite simple and smooth for us. Pretty smooth quick process signing all paperwork and getting us on our way. Our used vehicle we purchased only had one key and Daniel went above and beyond by offering to pick up the 2nd key for our vehicle from the previous owner, which was completely unexpected - and he delivered on that offer! Great service and easy transaction. Highly recommend Daniel and the Volvo West Houston dealership.

Great experience with these guys. Drove over 3 hours to get there spoke with them on the phone before heading over. Adrian was my salesperson and also spoke with Jose the sales manager. We went over everything over the phone and not one thing changed once I got there. I was in and out of there in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys even if you have to have a 6-hour round trip.
