After passing a sleek new S60 on the road, I decided to look into a new Volvo during my car search. On a national level, Volvo advertised a price and features that I couldn't pass up. Living in Melbourne, of course I contacted my local Volvo dealer for an actual quote, anticipating the price may fluctuate a little. I immediately received a response from Lauren requesting additional info to draw up a quote. After many back and forth emails coming from two different email addresses, I finally had a quote of $100 MORE per month than advertised with the same features and terms. When I asked for an explanation, the only response I received was that the advertised price doesn't include "taxes and fees" -- a whopping $100 extra a month in "taxes and fees"! When I asked Lauren to provide me with options to reduce the price (removing premier packages, features, model year, etc.), she responded by asking what monthly lease payment I could afford. I went ahead and gave her my MAX price, which was only $50 per month less than her quote, and she stopped responding to me. I reached out to Wallace Volvo in Stuart (out of curiosity at this point) and they quoted me the EXACT advertised price INCLUDING taxes and fees. Volvo of Melbourne is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and drive a little to save A LOT. I saved $3,500 with Wallace Volvo and the customer service was incredible. Oh, by the way... don't bother contacting the General Manager of Melbourne Volvo. I looked up his contact info to let him know about my experience with Lauren; it turns out they share a last name.

Was informed that there was a recall on my vehicle and quoting the service advisor Howard "it is a big one and needs to be addressed". Made an appointment next day for car to be seen only to find out it is Volvo recall that they want all S60 owners to use full synthetic as their original oil spec are clogging up their engines. I feel that if that is the case then Volvo should be responsible for changing the oil on their dime as it is a recall. So S60 owners beware that this is a ploy to get you to do an oil change at their location. If the service advisor would have been diligent he would have seen my full synthetic sticker on driver-side window, informed me that recall did not apply as I was using full synthetic and I would have avoided wasting time and travel to this bogus recall.

My wife and I bought a low mileage Mercedes convertible from Subaru-Volvo of Melbourne. The price was good thats what the one star is for. The service and lack of promise keeping is why there are not more stars. As example there was a door trim that was loose. They promised to repair it and they did. But it did not hold. We took the car to a body shop that looked at the repair and laughed said it looked like a kid stuffed glue into the opening. Went back to Subaru-Volvo and they said too bad. Other issues included having the car ready when they said it would be ready and it wasn't, and so on. Well never go back.

This was a hassle free buying experience. I felt at home with the amazing staff. I will stick with them in the future for sure. Love definitely makes a Subaru a Subaru!

Deal was made over the phone. Upon arrival, it was as previously presented. Most of the paperwork was done in advance and delivery the most pleasant I have experienced in Florida.

I recently was in the market for an SUV and through a lot of research I the Volvo XC60 made my shortlist. I went into this dealer and there were only two sales people available and I had to wait to be finally helped by a Subaru sales associate. She know nothing about the car and very little about Volvo sales. She offered for me to drive a XC60, but not the level of trim that I wanted. I drove the car and was impressed with it enough to want to come back and checkout a fully loaded model. The next trip out I looked at BMW and Audi and wanted to then drive the Volvo for comparison and I contacted the sales person to see if I could drive the loaded version of the car. It was about 30 minutes prior to Volvo's dealerships closing. She said that she would not have time to help me and gave no alternative to seeing what I might have purchased. I have since purchased an Audi Q5 TDI and am VERY happy!

I am 50 years old, so this is not my first auto purchase, in fact between my wife and kids cars,I have purchased in excess of 30 vehicles maybe more however I don't believe that my business was ever valued more than it was during this purchase. From the first interaction with Lauren in sales to the folks that I worked with to picking up my vehicle, (Lauren was out of town) it was nothing short of fantastic. A big shout out to Frank as well.They valued my business and made me feel like family.I have had some high end new vehicles, BMW, Porsche, Jaguar and Mercedes and again, they valued my business more and treated me better. We have all experienced sales people and dealerships that make you feel that you are lucky to buy a car from us, not here. Not at all!I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They have accommodated me at every turn. I would highly recommend them, in fact I drove 2 hours each way to do business with them. They have price, service and people. What more could you ask for.Congratulations folks as I am a very demanding, but reasonable customer.Basically, a pain in the a$$. You exceeded my expectations.

My second time purchasing from this dealership, I'm a customer for life. No pressure, informative and friendly team who actually listen to what you need and work hard it get it for you. The follow up was excellent and when I told them I needed the process to be quick because of a business engagement, I was out of there in record time. I highly recommend this dealership.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic service we received from Lauren and Frank. Not only did they find the car we wanted with the right options, but the price they gave us was unbeatable. The car was also delivered to my house, what service.I highly recommend this dealership, and if you want to buy a Volvo in Florida this is the place to go.

This dealership and the people we dealt with were very professional, courteous and meet our needs. Lauren even stayed late on an evening and communicated with us via phone to ensure the deal went through. Frank has helped and answered every question posed to him. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are Volvo for life!!

We felt as if we were treated very special, unlike any other car buying experience before. They made the deal we asked for happen and then even exceeded it with extra options. They gave us more for our trade in than expected. They found a car in the color we wanted in SC and made calls to get it here for the right price. They took care of all the paperwork to minimize our time spent. They were very easy in letting us test drive a car and even giving us a car to drive until ours was ready. live in Orlando, there is a Volvo in my area but...traveling to Melbourne to purchase my 2013 Volvo was THE BEST DECISION!!! I found my 2013 S60 online. Lauren, the Internet Sales Manager, contacted me immediately regarding the vehicle I wanted. Upon arrival, Lauren greeted me and we took the vehicle for a test drive. Lauren answered ALL of my questions. She did not make me feel the pressure or anxiety that I have felt at other dealerships. This took some time and Lauren was very patient with me. When I was ready to make the deal, it was late, but she arranged for the paperwork to be brought to my home in Orlando to save me the drive to Melbourne. She also offered to deliver my AWESOME 2013 S60 to me in Orlando! Service at its best! I had my windows tinted and the vehicle was not right away. Lauren sent photos and kept me posted on the process. Seriously, if you want to get the best deal and service you will EVER get from a car dealership, go to Volvo of Melbourme!!! This car purchase process was so very different from any other experience. Lauren wants to get you in the car you want at the best price possible and is available to you with any questions even after your purchase. I am quite pleased with Lauren and the team at Volvo at Melbourne.

I have to give kudos to Lauren and Dave, as well as everyone else I interacted with at the dealership. I inquired online about a lease, and Laurent got back with me promptly. She worked my payments to where I wanted to be and I couldn't be happier with my car. While Lauren had everything ready, when I got there Dave was very through explaining everything about the car, and there is alot to learn! The paperwork was as quick and painless as it could be. Truly my best interaction with a car dealership ever. They will have my business for years to come. Worth a drive from Orlando.

Not only does Volvo of Melbourne BEAT the prices of BOTH trade in AND new car sales of that offered by the only Volvo dealership in Orlando, they also beat any car dealership I've ever gone to with their incredible sales service....and I mean incredible. Joe found the 2012 S60 I wanted. Darrell not only gave me a FANTASTIC deal, he brought the paperwork to my home in Orlando to save me the drive to Melbourne. Darrell also offered to deliver my new gorgeous 2012 S60 to me in Orlando! Now THAT is service at its best! The only reason I didn't have Darrell deliver my new ride to me was because I wanted the pleasure of driving this phoenominal car!
