I came in with, my pride & joy, 1999 Corvette which had 3 issues. In some ways they seemed related, but could have been any one of a number of things. Bottom line, I gave you folks a "license to steal" from me because you could have charged me for any number of things. Quite to the contrary, your professional mechanic discovered they were all related, to of all things, the battery in the key remote and the charges were very fair in a world when everything is "going up" I can only say two things; "thank you for your honesty and outstanding service! Over all I had a good experience with Voss Chevrolet. The sales team were attentive and knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave I purchased. I purchased a 2013 Certified User Buick Enclave and while I know purchasing a used vehicle will mean the car may have some flaws associated with it. The car I purchased had very few scratches etc and I was promised they would be taken care of, and after 2 trips back to the dealership they were in fact fixed. However I had to make the second trip because the detail/service department said the scratches were fixed and some sticky residue on the door removed when in reality they hadn't even been touched. Also when I purchased the car I ordered a DVD system to be added. When the company added the system they didn't install it properly and the dome lights wouldn't come on and wouldn't play through the car speakers. So that also warranted a trip to another location to have that fixed. Additionally when I picked up the car after the DVD install and the scratch fix the first time my normal sales people and manager weren't there and no one gave me any instruction on the DVD system. This was disappointing in that this could have save me lots of trips from Vandalia to Centerville to have my car fixed as promised. I was also told I needed to wait until after 5:30 the day it was supposed to be ready due to the scratches being fixed and was really disappointed to wait all day to pick up my car and then the repairs weren't complete. I am pleased with my vehicle, however there was a lot of back and forth time to get things fixed that should have been done the first time. I gave the quality of repairs a lower score because when something is supposed to be fixed it should be fixed the first time and not returned to the customer with the repairs still needing to be completed, claiming to be complete.

Just bought my HHR a couple months ago in Aug. My overall experience was good. I was disappointed to find out I have a leak somewhere letting water into the car when it rains but cant find out whats wrong unless I pay a diagnostics fee. I bought the extended warranty and feel I shouldnt have to pay for it due to the fact that this problem should have been disclosed to me. Plus the fact that the windshield isnt factory and isnt sealed the way it should be. Another thing the dealership should have been aware of and disclosed to me. These things would have had a big impact on what car I purchased.

It took my wife and I more than a year to finally find the exact right used car. Every car we looked at was either too big, too small, too dark, too expensive or etc. Finally we found one that was just right at Voss Chevrolet. The salesman, Martin Shaver, was very courteous and professional. Securing a loan and the associated paperwork was very smooth and efficient. When we discovered a few minor problems after the purchase they were all taken care of. I highly recommend Voss Chevrolet to everyone in the Dayton area who is looking for a worry free used car buying experience. When I start looking for another used car to replace our second car next Spring, my first stop will be at Voss Chevrolet.

If you say you are open til 7...don't pack up the cashier at 5 till and act like it is an inconvenience to serve the customer. The cashier recovered, though, but it was an odd interaction with her. After I pointed out that it wasn't 7 yet she must have said a dozen times how I was cutting it close. After a full day and an expensive repair, the last customer needs to be treated as well as the first customer.

My visit to voss was bitter sweet, one of the issues I brought my Tahoe in for is interior lights blinking when I use the brakes. GM offers no fix to this problem. This is no fault to Voss, this is a GM problem. I came back to GM from Ford.

Went to the dealership about my tire pressure they found a nail in it and told me that it would be fine not to pull the nail out. They said it would be okay to drive on. I got on 675 and the tire went completely flat. I called and told them and they sent a truck out!!! They put the spare on it for me!!

Brandon and Greg gave me a vehicle for 3 days while the repair was taken care of under warranty. The first night we was there for 45 minutes and nobody came to see us until I walked up to the door and waved to the people standing around the main desk. We came back the next morning and was glad to work with a salesman that wasn't at the dealership the night before. We bought the car, but had to put it in the shop the very next morning. I hope that everything is good now. We really like the car and I am glad that I talked my wife into coming back the next morning.

Fine experience from the start. Called to inquire about vehicle as advertised and receptionist guided us to Steve Scharrer. Mr. Scharrer took time with us in person, was never high pressure and answered every question we had. We traded in a great Chevrolet product on a different model; although we purchased a base trim level, not once were we "guided" toward a more complex, more expensive automobile. Transaction was smooth, timely, low stress and car was well-prepped for delivery. All combined to make this new car purchase a pleasant event.

We came in with no appointment with a window that would not roll up. First they said they would try to work and then following day which was Saturday but they already had 10 appointments. This was a holiday weekend and we were literally on our way out of town when this happened at the gas station down the road. While they were trying to figure out how they can help us seal the window a tech? came out to see if he could get it up. He ended up asking if they had the part and if he could stay and just repair it. It left us so happy that he went of the house and beyond especially on a Friday at 5 p.m. and a holiday weekend at that.

I used the dealership for a regularly scheduled maintenance for tire rotation. For economy purposes I was convinced to have an oil change. I the maintenance tool a little more than 90 minutes for their first appointment of the day, but I got the same service at jiffy lube in less then 45 minutes. Not a huge difference, but I valued my extra time out of the service waiting room.

For Saturday Oil Changes-I would recommend posting your service center hours to 2pm or less because if you come after 2pm (ex: 2:10, 2:25) you are likely to be told they can accept no one else. I had what seemed to be a "simple problem" and the staff could have easily said, "I'm sorry, you need to make an appointment." However, The staff was friendly, quickly assessed my problem and was able to make the needed repair in a timely manner. My entire experience took less than 30 minutes and I was grateful that I didn't have to worry about trying to schedule an appointment to return. Also, the waiting area was very clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, and staff offered complimentary bottles of water.

My sales experience was great! However I am extremely mad about my experience since. Sat. night after I got the car the check tire pressure light came on and I filled it. The light did not go off and for 3 days now I have received ZERO help from anyone at Voss. I called service department and they told me that for the first 30 days to contact another number. I contacted that number and never received a call back. My next attempt was to my salesperson 2 days ago and have not gotten a response from him yet. I am regretting my purchase at this point and am very unhappy!!!

Ken, the service advisor I worked with was excellent. Communication was timely, he was easy to work with, and the rest of the staff was excellent. The mechanic who did some, if not all, of the work I spoke to when it was finished certainly knew his work. The salesman that sold me the vehicle (Scott Malott) was in touch to make sure it all went well also. That was over the top I think, great service, but far more than I would think required by any extent.Definitely provided me with more than sufficient reason to go back to Voss.

Would rather the extended warranty sales pitch be done during the process with salesman rather than at closing. we didn't care for the pressure during signing especially since it changes the cost. Not faulting the person whose job it is but rather the timing and policy of either Voss or GM. All in all, we are pleased with the vehicle and the experience and would recommend Scott Malott and Voss to others.

The biggest asset was Daryl Southard who went above and beyond what one would expect from a typical salesman. He did everything possible to ensure our expectations were met. Do to his efforts I will always recommend people stop by Voss when considering their next vehicle purchase. My only negative was in the final paperwork close out. Trying to pressure sale products by the finance team was over kill and very much unwanted.

I was there about 5.5-6 hours getting my new 2015 Camaro. I arrived around 3pm and finally left with the car approaching 9 pm. Now it wasn't Dan's fault specifically, it was maybe more of issue of Dans popularity and him being backed up helping customers. He was and is doing an excellent job in his service but "maybe" I should've been strongly encouraged to use another sales rep by the manager because of the length of time this process was likely to take. Again, Dan is doing a great job, the process was just took way too long to execute and it was a huge day for me so I didn't want the long process to dampen my attitude. And it didn't too bad, I was still happy and still am but I was exhausted by the end of the day as I' sure Dan was too.

Service Manager, and George Thomas always do an outstanding job of keeping me informed as to the status of my vehicle, and making sure I understand what has been done as well as the results. They are always friendly, and genuinely seem to have my best interests in mind when dealing with them. Technicians have always taken care of any problems that I have had, and left the vehicle in good condition. The entire Service Department is very friendly, and they all seem to go out of their way to make sure that the Service experience is a pleasant one. Satisfied with the only exception being that when picking up our car we found out it only came with one key. After an unnecessary discussion with our sales person and a "let me go check with my manager" delay, it was agreed that we would be able to have another key and key fob at no charge. When purchasing a car, we feel that two keys is normal and should never be an issue.

My salesman, James Green was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to make things go as smoothly as possible (quite a feat considering we had to deal with my ex - husband to get my old car traded in! ) He also had a great sense of humor that had me laughing the while time despite ending up with a much more expensive vehicle than I had originally planned on. He followed up the next day to make sure I was still happy with the vehicle (I am!). He worked hard to get me a good price and make sure I knew all my payment options. Eugene is a great guy to work with and will do whatever it takes to earn your satisfaction. I originally started talking with another associate but I am so glad that I was passed onto Eugene. He is genuine, professional and holds customer satisfaction above his commission margins. HARD TO FIND PEOPLE LIKE HIM NOWADAYS. I WILL BUY CARS FROM HIM ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! Ps. I gave 4 stars for quality of repairs and facilities because I was promised by the other representative that the car was in excellent condition and will be detailed as I was going there with a check, not JUST to look. When we arrived, there were black smear marks inside, missing a bolt on the running board. HOWEVER Eugene took care of it all personally making sure it was up to par. Other person's defficiency in doing an adequate job cost us extra couple hours but Eugene made sure it was done without a coat and apologized profusely.

They were great!! I got a personal phone call within 20 minutes of submission of my request. The salesman was knowledgeable and invited me to the dealership to see the car I requested. They had a large stock to choose from and were reasonable with a trade-in offer. I purchased a Chevrolet Impala LTZ the next morning after taking my wife to the dealership. and drove it home that afternoon!! I have never purchased a car that quickly and was completely satisfied with the dealership.

I have spent the last month looking for a good quality used truck, and had been to several area dealers within a 50 mile radius of home, near Springfield, OH. I spotted two used trucks on the Voss website and went to the dealer to get a better look. I was met by sales consultant John Rohrer and told him about the vehicles I wanted to look at. Let me start off by saying it was a pleasant buying experience. The salesman was very helpful and cooperative with us. I had set up the test drive the day before and showed up promptly after work. He worked very diligently to make the process as expedient as possible with the time allotted. I have no negative things to say about the buying experience whatsoever. My "issue" is, that I purchased 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It had the quadratrac transfer case, which 4wd all the time. The vehicle was purchased early summer last year. When we had our first good snow, I quickly realized that the 4wd did not work. I sent an email via the website, and left a voicemail for the salesman about the issue. No one ever contacted me back regarding this issue. The 4wd was the main reason for purchasing the vehicle. I am not the type of person to harass or be nasty, I just lick my wounds and move on. I did my part as far as trying to contact someone. It seems that Voss has received very good reviews regarding sales and service. It just seems to me, that if they were concerned, they would have contacted me about my issue. Now I am stuck with a repair (not cheap) that honestly I think I can do myself, but I shouldn't have to. If all of their vehicles are inspected, then they would have known the issue and advertised the vehicle properly with the price to reflect. I am not saying that no one should purchase a vehicle from Voss. Maybe my experience is the exception, but I can't see my self being a return customer.

My husband and I called the night before to check on the status of a car. we were told it was available and put on hold for us till we could drive from Michigan to look at it. We arrived the next day only to find it had been sold the day before. No one called to inform us it had been sold. This was our 10th vehicle purchase in 31 years and it was by far the best experience ever. The sales associate was polite, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the entire experience pain free. Not once did he try and push us into a vehicle where he could have made more commission, he listened carefully, and respected our decision when the vehicle was chosen. When it came to negotiating price, there were no back and forth to the manager games. We made an offer, they countered, and we arrived in the middle which is exactly what we wanted. Both dealership and customer got what they wanted. It was a pleasant experience. In the future, I will look to Voss and hopefully our sales associate, to make that next purchase.

I researched used Malibus online and found my top pick at Voss. My salesman was very courteous and thorough - even though it was close to the end of their day. I had my financing already approved, but he ran it through their company and cut my interest rate in HALF! That's significant, considering I didn't think I would qualify for financing at all when I started looking at cars. The dealership building is dated, but they are in the process of building a new one - so people will have a much better experience in the future. Buying a car is almost always leaves me with a greasy, slimy feeling...but this one wasn't so bad.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner and I had three people helping me. I was looking for a particular van and had a particular salesman I had already spoke with, and although he was out on a test drive, others made sure to help me until he arrived. Ryan was our sales person. I ask a lot of questions and he was very helpful and patient. I felt like he was being honest and upfront with me and not just saying what he needed to say to sell a car. I'm from Saint Louis, and yes I made the drive to Voss to purchase a Certified Used Malibu. It was a great experiance all around. I have had some pretty bad experience with other local dealers and decided to try and purchase this car on the internet. I couldn't be happier! I sent an email inquiry on a Sunday and Brandon at Voss got back to me the same day with answers to my questions. He told me he would call me first thing on Monday. Monday morning my phone rang and two short phone calls later we had a deal worked out. I drove up there traded my 01 Maxima with in and drove off in my CPO Chevy Malibu LTZ. Great Car!! They called me the following day to make sure my trip home went good and even followed up with a thank you letter. I called Brandon to inquire about another set of keys and a remote as I only received one, and he told me he would drop another set in the mail for me. How about that, a company that still actually cares about customer service. I can Guarentee I WILL be back in the future when I need a vehicle. Brandon and everyone at Voss was a pleasure to deal with. Some people think i'm crazy for driving that far for a used car but it was a great deal, and one of the easiest transactions I have ever made on a vehicle purchase. I will preface this review by saying I hate having my car in for routine service because my spare time is very valuable to me and I hate spending it at the dealership waiting (no matter how comfortable the space is). So when I had an opportunity arise mid-day on a Friday to be able to drop my car off, I called Voss to see if they could get it in. They were more than willing to accomodate me. I was able to get my much needed oil change while I ran errands with a friend. I really appreciate their ability to work me into an already busy Friday afternoon.

We recently bought a certified used 2009 GMC Sierra 2500HD from Voss Chevrolet's used car department. It was a very nice car-buying experience. We had found the truck here on cars.com after searching for quite a while (it wasn't easy finding a regular-cab truck with the features we want). I called the dealership and spoke with salesman Brandon Horn, who was very friendly and helpful. We live in Columbus, so Brandon took my name and number and said he would call me if the truck sold. A few days later, I called Brandon again and let him know we would like to test drive the truck that evening. I think he actually came into work on a day off to meet us! When we arrived, the truck was running and warmed up. After a good test drive, we had a short, honest back-and-forth with Brandon on the price of the truck, and agreed to buy it. David Blumenstock found us a much lower financing rate than we had expected, which made the decision to buy that much easier. While we were filling out the paperwork, Brandon made sure the truck was filled up with gas and just as clean as a brand-new vehicle. I'm giving the facilities a lower rating only because the used car department is in a very old building. It didn't really affect our buying experience, we just felt kind of bad for Brandon and the other people who worked there, having to deal with a leaking ceiling and other problems! They've broken ground on a new facility, though, so hopefully that will be much nicer. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend working with Brandon, David, and Voss Chevrolet's used car department.

After my 80+ year old parents got into a car wreck and needed another car. They went to Voss Chevy and meet with Mr. King, not knowing that Mr. King has helped us over the years. After working with Mr. King for a couple hours they were sold on Mr. King professionalism and bought a car from him the next day. And yes they did visit other Dealers. My parents called to tell me about the new car and how helpful Mr. King was. A couple days after they bought the car they were missing the owner manual, with no questions ask Mr. King ordered them a new manual and had it shipped to their home. My wife and I had been shopping for a Saturn Outlook for some time and finally found the right one at the right price that fit all our needs - second row captains chairs, leather, sunroofs, loaded and the only one that fit our criteria in the surrounding 150 miles. Started chatting with Ryan Compton on Voss website and we went back and forth all day and actually agreed on a deal over their private chatroom. We cam eout and looked at it the next day and it was as advertised. Got a great deal on a great car and signed on the dotted line. Quickest and easiest sales process I've ever experience and Ryan did an amazing job making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Fast forward three months and they had a Saturn Aura on the lot that was my sweet spot to replace an 05' Ford Focus. Little more to the back and forth to agree on a price, but they gave me a great value on trade in and the car was 20% below any other comparable I could find within 150 miles. Worked with Ryan Compton again and again he was patient and understanding throughout. He even switched out some rims with another Aura that were in better condition to go over and above. Appreciate his professionalism and casual approach to the sales process. Thanks Ryan and thanks Voss for two great experiences and cars. We'll be repeat customers going forward.

My salesperson, Tyler, was knowledgeable about his products, unserstanding about my buying wants and needs, and did a phenomenl job of being as curteous and effecient as any salesman I have ever met. I left with confidence I got the best deal possible, and got the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, not the truck I was going to settle on because it was the one I thought I could afford. Now, I has a nightmare with the service department. I cam in for my complimentary oil change, and the Service Manager, Kelly, was going to send me away without the change until I got Tyler involved and he straightened the situation out for me. I mean, if I cant even get my oil changed, how can anyone expect anything more serious to be done? Go see Tyler if you want an awesome experience, but make sure you have a mechanic/service place you know as theirs is terrible.

I live in NC and found this dealership via Autotrader. I dealt with Michael Graves via email at first and he was very prompt and knowledgeable. We then corresponded by phone to further discuss the deal and Michael was very personable and professional. I flew up to OH to purchase the car and another salesman, Brian Bauman picked me up at the airport and walked me through all the final paperwork. Michael dropped in to say hello face to face as did the manager. The finance man was very thorough as well as very nice. How many people can actually say, "I got the truck of my dreams, exactly how I pictured it!" I can, I found the '08 Silverado 4x4 on the internet. My wife and I went to Voss Chevrolet and met Dan Williams, the best salesman I ever met. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't loud, but a quiet, laid back man, that came out to greet us right away. Dan did everything he could to make us feel welcome and at ease. I did not purchase the truck that first visit, my wife and I had to talk to the loan officer at the bank. However, even over the phone, Dan did everything he could to help me get this truck, he set the truck aside, with a sold sign in the window, even though we hadn't done the paperwork yet. He also went over the entire vehicle with me, to show me how to work Onstar and the truck phone. He even invited us to have free hotdogs, chips, popcorn and soda, they have there every Saturday. Even if Dan doesn't get a raise from this review (which I'm hoping he does), be sure to go to Voss and meet him, a great, honest man, to help you find the vehicle you always wanted at a great price. I heard an engine noise that the salesman said he couldnt hear...that is until I pulled it next to another same vehicle and started both. His response was that it went through inspection and wouldnt be on the lot if it wasnt O.K. During my own inspection my ASE certified mechanic found a major $3,000 engine problem and said he believed Voss couldnt in good conscience still put the vehicle on the lot. The mechanic said Voss would either fix it or take it off the lot. I made my sales person aware and he checked with his manager who responded that they would do nothing about it and the car would be returned to the lot for sale "as is". BUYER BEWARE BIGTIME!!!!

Voss told me all cars quality inspected and approved. My ASE mech found a $3,000 problem pending closer look. He said Voss wouldn't put it back on the lot knowing there was an unknown serious issue and would inspect it further. They wouldn't inspect further and put it back on the lot. Beware!

We came into Voss for a used car with good gas mileage and that was affordable. We really wanted a GM Certified but was concerned that with our budget we wouldn't be able to find one. We were wrong. My husand and I met our Salesperson, Ryan Compton, at the door. I explained what I wanted and he took us right to the vehicle. It was a Pontiac G6. The car was for my husband and since he is tall we needed lots of room. The car fit perfectly, both in size and price. The Finance Manager, David, got us a great rate and got us an extended warranty that also fit in our limited budget. Needless to say we are very pleased. But it didn't end there. No car is perfect and we noticed a noise coming from the front suspension. We called Ryan and he got us right into service. The service department got us a loaner, fixed the car within a day, and it didn't cost us a dime. Smooth sailing so far. My husband and I will buy from Voss and Ryan again. Thank you.

After visiting 2 other dealerships, I accompanied my mother to Voss, to look for a used auto for her. We were greated warmly and professionally by Kevin Peavy, salesperson. We had an auto in mind which we looked at, but ultimately did not meet my mother's needs. We were shown other choices and found one that suited my mother, both esthetically and performance-wise. Our experience with sales was exceptional. My mother said she had not had the kind of service we recieved in a long time. We were guided in how the vehicle options worked and shown the auto's performance through an accompanied test drive. We were given a very acceptable price by the manager, and helped with paperwork by the financial officier, who was very patient with my mother. Upon leaving the dealership, it was raining and storming outside, so rather than have my mother drive the auto home that day, we were offered to have it delivered, at her home, at a time arranged by Mr. Peavy. Mr. Peavy even accompanied us to our auto with an umbrella, upon leaving. Needless to say, our experience of finding an auto for mother could not have been better. I have never been to a car dealership that I was comfortable at until I visited Voss 10 years ago. They break the mold when it comes to the old clichof car dealers! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great new or used car!

This dealerhsip is a typical buyer beware....Bought a 2007 GMC Yukon XL that they said was in great condition except for the Rims. I test drove it and they must have doctored it up or somethine because low and behold a month later I am having to put $870 in new brakes and rotors. Also they lead me to beleive that everything would be covered with an extended warrantee so no worries about buying the vehicle, well guess what it isn't covered. DO NOT BUY!!

Best price I could find on my car and got a great trade in too - so good it was better than pay off on a lease! Got an excellent rate too (however I checked them before I went shopping). Finance man gave me a fair price on a warranty (not sure on cost of them but it didn't raise my payment much). Would be a repeat customer if needed another car!
