The people are friendly and nice and your appointment reminders are great. What this group doesn't have is a sense of urgency and lack on timely communication if you call to get a status of what should have been a routine maintenance item. I have been a loyal customer but unfortunately the service has declined and doesn't put them at an advantage. Hopefully things improve as we get on the other side of this pandemic.

We had an excellent experience here. From the initial greeting on a Saturday morning to walking out the door with the keys the following Monday, the process was efficient, the salesman, Tim Mark, was friendly and personable, and Kevin the finance man was upfront and explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend Voss Village Cadillac!

I drove 4 hours to get a car and absolutely loved it! Bernard was prompt and answered all my questions, the car I bought (2013 Toyota RAV4 Limited) was in excellent condition and they put a full tank of gas in it and ran it through the wash again before I drove it home. Buying process was easy and up front (no hidden fees). Even if your not wanting a Cadillac, check out their inventory for other cars, you might find a good deal and the service is great.

What a disappointment, avoid this place at all costs I just left Voss Cadillac, trying to buy a new Escalade and Everything was going well - Nick my salesman was friendly , easy to talk too and then someone evaluated my trade and it was Was horribly low - I was shocked to say the least . 60,000.00 on my trade . I knew we couldn’t make a deal And I wanted to leave but Nick ask me to wait and see his boss . This guy wanted to argue and then got just got up walked away ???? This was amazing , no customer service ethics - and it must be more the norm at Voss Because then the General manager came over and Just defended his position asking me if I had been anywhere else , and I had not , so I drove straight to the Other Cadillac dealer in town and they valued my trade At 75,000.00 - wow what a difference - I was treated like a customer and the pricing was completely fair - no one was upset and they actually cared that I might be a repeat customer- So buyer beware at Voss Cadillac and do your Cadillac shopping on the other side of town !!!

A/C was not cooling properly. They troubleshot the system. found a clogged dryer, part was in stock, replaced defective part, system charged and checked for leaks, all within 90 minutes. Service writer kept my up regularly on progress.

This was the 2nd time I brought my car in for the same issue. I was very satisfied with everyone's efforts to get the problem corrected. They ended up replacing the rear left wheel bearing. Technician rode with me to understand the problem and also rode with me again after the repairs to make sure I was satisfied.

When you provide a car wash I would expect the vehicle to be clean after it has been washed. Don't tell me the wheels are not part of the car wash. If all you are going to do is rinse the vehicle off then call if a car rinse.

My check engine light came on while traveling from Arizona to Youngstown. OnStart connected me with your dealership and downloaded directions to the store. When I arrived the service department took my SRX in immediatly and a hour later the issue was resolved, the car was checked out, washed and I was on my way. Great experience!

James Kilian was the sales rep that came out to great me, NOT pushy which I LIKED. Gave the option to drive several vehicles was very open and honest about each one. Stayed late even after closing time and I was shopping on the 4th of July weekend too, so I know he too wanted to get out and spend time with his family, but he made me feel like I was the only one who mattered. Jim is very professional, took his professional time on the day I picked up and showed me me how to operate everything, pared my phone, radio and such.I did have a problem with the remote, Jim took time to troubleshoot and root-cause the issues, and when we couldn't figure it out he called Paul or maybe his name was Pete to come out and help - and he did for about 30 minutes. Remote starter not working, so maybe it was the batteries in the remote - I came back the next day and that's when we replaced the batteries and we couldn't get it to work. Then Jim and Pete/Paul stated let's get it fixed give you a loaner then... I met the maintenance manager - not sure of him name Steve? He was helping Jim and I with the remote - he seemed a bit stand off-ish - he seems to me unapproachable - he seemed irradiated that I was having an issue. At one point when walked away with both of my remotes I even made a remark about his attitude to Jim--- Jim being the professional that he is stated "he's the best of the best, been here for a very long time and knows what he's doing" ... in short - Jim was covering for him.... He needs attitude adjustment - manager or not... I really didn't care for him - let's just say he "first impression - wasn't impressive"... The maintenance (Bill)? man who applied the glass coat sealant was very kind - very professional!I give Jim 10+ stars! Jim is amazing and I will go back again and ask for him when I'm ready for my next Cadillac!

I brought my 2010 Terrain in for what I thought was a brake issue. Service did a brake inspection and found that I had 2 serious issues. Joe Barnett did outstanding service in getting all the work done through the warranties. As being unemployed I don't know how I would have paid for the above work. First of all, we were treated well and the problem was solved quickly. I am a little disappointed the a 2012 certified cadillac would have this problem at sale time. I also was disappointed that the service technician told my wife we needed a fuel system cleaning...we have only owned this car 3 days and it's a " Certified Used Cadillac " ! So much for the "rigorous" 172 point inspection to be Certified!

Had a tire replaced due to puncture. A tire that did not match the original tire was placed on the vehicle. After some discussion the service manager placed a special order for the correct tire and it is now on order. It was obvious to me that they weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. I was there for the ignition switch recall. Voss people were very nice & professional. I was, however quite distressed to discover that GM's answer to a faulty ignition switch was to glue a cheap plug into the slot of the key instead of replacing the FAULTY ignition switch with a good one. It's no wonder that GM is in financial trouble, AGAIN!! So much for customer care!!

The Service Department people were,as always, polite and knowledgeable. After I told them my problem, I was given an assessment as to what the problem might be, given an estimate as to what it would cost,and how long it would take to fix the problem. I was given a courtesy ride home and back. The problem was taken care of and the cost was less than the estimate. All of this made for a satisfied customer. Thanks!!

Had appointment today with Tim Mark (sales) for late model SRX test drive... Car on premises and took test drive with another sales person (Cheryl) due to Tim delivering another car. Cheryl was joy and very informative during test drive. Back at dealership Tim bored us by going through Carfax which we already reviewed and thus drove 40+ miles to see car. Asked for best pricing and after Tim came back from Finance office they moved all of $400... Seems much better pricing in Cincinnati. Also.. there was no "would you like to see anything else in our inventory?", or "would you like us to locate the vehicle you are searching for ?". I thought Cadillac service would have been more accommodating... sad experience.

The "Drive Sure Sticker" was not placed on my windshield. I had to call to have someone mail me one. The sticker I did get (Mobile 1) was one stating the current date and the mileage on the car at the time of the oil change. Useless info, I want to know what the mileage should be for the next oil change.

Service was provided quickly without issues. I also learned that there was no reasonable nor economical way to replace DLR and other lamps on the 2008 CTS--which is VERY discouraging. The design engineers should be made to replace them for customers. Certainly not dealers fault!

Paul Martin! This is our second purchase from Paul... The first purchase was via the phone.... Even though we were in Dayton, KY...We had the run around from another dealer that is closer to Dayton, Ky. Since I lived in Beavercreek for a number of years, I decided to call VOSS. Talked with Paul, told him the car we wanted, color, accessories AND the BEST Price. He did not 'tap dance' got to the point, had the car available with all the accessories. So, Ken and I drove to Dayton, OH to purchase the new Cadillac! Paul is professional, knows his products, and personable! Brian and the other sales people are helpful, friendly and genuine..This dealership is truly based on being Team Players! So, car number 2, of course we went back to Paul! Again, all of the above. Brian was great, too! If we arrived too early and Paul was with another customer, the other sales people always made us feel welcome! The Professionalism and friendliness carries on in the finance office and any add on, such as warranties, car protection from the elements. Oh, and did I mention, I love my new Cadillac SRX!!!!On another note, Ken's car was hit in the rear by another driver. VOSS did an outstanding job making the car all new again.. Friday I scheduled an appointment online for service to be done on Saturday at 9am. My wife dropped the car off Friday night yet they couldn't find the appointment in the computer but said they would be able to get to it on Saturday. They would need to run a diagnostic check to start things off. Saturday around 12:30pm comes around (they close at 2) and still no word. We called them, Toby said the car was in "working" status and would call at 1:30 with an update. At this point we told them we would have to have the car back because they are closed on Sundays and my wife needs her car for work during the week. 1:40pm, no call from the dealership so I called them and was told the service advisor would call me back. 1:55pm I receive a call from Toby saying they were slammed from yesterday still. I asked the obvious question of why they said they would be able to get to my car today. He didn't have a good answer. I asked how far they got along with it and in way too many words told me NOTHING had been done to it. No rentals available, No solutions presented. If you dont need your car for multiple days, liked being lied to, need a car babysitter, and/or like calling to make sure you wont be stranded without a car...then this is the service center for you. I personally don't like being given incorrect expectations especially when I had an appointment scheduled. Complete waste of our day, especially when we could have taken it elsewhere to be fixed. Be weary, don't waste your time here. There are other local Cadillac dealerships in the area with better reviews and now I know for good reason.

Paul Martin was very good to work with. I first made an inquiry online and was contacted pretty quickly by Pete who then hooked me up with Paul. They had the car out and ready for me to look at so that I could do it quickly during my lunch hour. And then Paul stayed late that evening so that we could complete the purchase that day. The touch screen on the table top was really cool and way better than signing hard copy documents.

I took my car into voss village cadillac to have some repair work done.Only a thermostat because my computer scan tool said it was bad and my car more of a show car has custom rim and grills.I don't want anyone getting in my car see how nice it is and then see a check engine light.they did the service but when I got my car back I noticed my steering wheel was turned sideways and a loud roaring sound in my front wheels after having a wheel alignment done I found out that my lower control arm was recently taking apart and my hub bearings were bad none of this existed before I took my car to them.i collect cars and this car is not a car I drive every month I called them and told them about the damages done to my car and they said the most they can do is give me an estimate to do the work.accepted no responsibility for the damages.ive since had all the repairs done else where but my car still has a thumping under the bottom that we can't figure out what they did.what I do know is they knocked entire away bar out did something to my hub bearing and lower control arm I would never take my car to them again it's not under warranty and people I told about this say the want me to spend so more money.I recommend them to anyone unless your under warranty with them otherwise you might be writing a bad review like so.

My experience shopping for and test driving my new car was made very enjoyable due mostly to my salesman, Bernard Leigh. I felt like I was shopping with a trusted friend and not a "sales person." We had fun; he was super accomodating; he was honest and upfront. It was so refreshing to not feel like I was "being played" by the sterotypical car buying tactics. The Cadillac is such an awesome car. GM has really done the selling for you. The salesman just needs to relax and provide an enjoyable service of test driving and answering questions. Bernard did this and when the sale was complete, he spent way more time with me than I had expected teaching me about my new car and making sure it met my expectations. He was anxious re having to bring his car in....I assured him that Voss would take good care of him. He wasn't really reassured. However, when he was called to the desk and told that they had saved him $800.00, he was jubilant. I stated to him, "didn't I say they would take good care of you.....he replied with gusto...."yes you did" !!

After the 4th attempt, Voss service was able to repair my 2012 Escalade EXT. The problem was not the fault of Voss Cadillac, but rather the fault of GM Parts Warehouse. They sent the wrong parts over a period of 6 months. On the 3rd attempt, the part (which was the wrong part) was at Voss Cadillac, but I never was contacted that the part was in. To my surprise I found out that the part was in during a routine maintenance trip.

My navigation disk was stuck - would not eject- for me to install my new one. The service was able to get it out and showed me scratches on it possibly from something in my radio unit. i t was then possible to install my new navigation disk. Service was quick and my car was washed.

Techs solved an annoying problem with the parking assist system. The Parking assist system would be inoperative on an intermittent basis with no apparent way of turning the system back on...Service guys found a bulletin concerning the problem, re programed it...problem solved.

2011 escalade had a noise in the front suspension and the tech heard it and "confidently" told my wife that he would fix it under warranty! Eric allowed my wife to choose any loaner car and she chose the SRX. She really liked it and stated that when she is ready to down-size then the SXR will be the car. Plus, she was at a store and some other lady said that she really liked the car as they were in the parking lot and Sharon told her that Voss loaned it to her so that lady may be visiting Voss since she said that she was in the market for one. To bad that I was not there to give her Tim Mark's name as the salesman.

Good experience. Had to replace a couple of filters. Did notice a vibration when I upped the fan. My steering wheel kinda vibrated. It has been 4 days and I don't notice it so much now but it has cooled off and I am not running air. Will let you know if this continues because it didn't do that before service appt.

I like the fact that there was no high pressure to buy. Paul Martin was pleasant and eager to show us everything about a new car when we were visiting Voss last Oct., even though we told him we had no intention of buying at that time. It was a terrific experience. Bernard in sales showed great patience with my wife and I during the purchasing process. Bernard is very knowledgeable of the Cadillac product line and walked us through setting up and explaining all of the functionality of our new SRX. Bryan the Sales Manager was great to deal with. He took the time to explain the different purchasing options and my wife and I felt that he went the extra mile in making sure we were well informed before making our decision. Kevin in finance. I feel like I have to say something since these guys are probably the last to ever get a compliment. Who the heck ever wants to thank a guy for taking his money? I must say I think he did a good job but this is probably due to me being in the IT field and that I really wasnt paying as much attention to him as I was that really cool and oversized electronic signature pad. The issue with my car was diagnosed very quickly and the car was fixed the same day. The issues were explained to me so I could understand exactly what was happening and why. My service advisor Terry was very personable and very helpful throughout the whole process. Even though the service done was expensive it was an enjoyable experience dealing with Voss Cadillac. Everything was great as usual until I checked out and was told I owed quite a bit more than I usually pay for just an oil change. I asked if my $5 off coupon was included and she told me there wasnt one. I told her I gave it to the advisor but he apparently never included it in my invoice. She took it off anyways. The total was then still higher than normal. The clerk looked over my invoice and stated I got the drive sure oil change and it was about $6 more. I inquired as to what that was and why I was never told about it since I only wanted a regular oil change. She stated she didnt know why I was never informed about it from the service advisor. She stated I had to pay for it and she couldnt take it off. I was very upset about this and couldnt find the advisor when I was leaving to confront him about what happened to my coupon and why he charged me for something I didnt ask for or even need. I feel I was taken advantage of, something thats never happened there before. I can assure you I will request another advisor next time. Something needs to be done with the advisor to let him know what he did was wrong.

I used the online option to schedule my service appointment and found it to be quick and easy. I received a confirmation email, which I found to be convienient to add to my digital calendar. I drove 2004 Cadillac SRX V-8 for 9 years. I test drove 2014 Lexus RX 350 and 2014 Acura MDX , did not like them. I came back to purchase a new SRX again. It is a great car giving you a feeling of comfort, luxury and easy ride. Signing the purchase contract electronically on a built in desk surface screen was nice. I wish I had the system for my business.

Service at Voss has been very good. The problem that i have is that the car requires as much service as it has. It seems that wheel bearings should not go out at 65000 miles and that there is a design problem or a supplier problem. Either way, the likelihood of me purchasing another Cadillac product gets slimmer with each service call.

Have been at many dealerships buying family cars during my time. The experience and first time visit to Voss Cadillac Dealership was sear pleasure for my wife and I. The people at Voss treated us with great respect and delievered to us the Cadillac (used) we so desired. Handled EVERY detail from showing us, dealing a trade, transactions and taking time to show all the features on the automobile we purchased. AGAIN in a way and manner we felt like special customers. Sales Representative, Tim Mark is an outstanding professional, most helpful and concerning indiviidual as well as all of the Staff Personal we had contact with. Very easy to do business with. I live 2 hours from the dealership and did not want to make the trip there if the vehicle was not what I was looking for. The salesperson, Pete, was great to deal with on the phone and gave me a very accurate description and condition of the vehicle I was interested in. He was also very pleasant to deal with in person and presented the vehicle very professionally. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and Pete.

I saw the right car on their website so I had to make a jump on it. Only one little problem, 2400 miles away. I did the research on the vehicle and sales person was very helpful and cooperative. He was answered all my questions and sent me additional pictures. I made the purchase and now I'm just waiting for the vehicles arrival. Very helpful sales and finance dept.

Integrity! They do not know the meaning of the word. I paid for a new transmission, they handed me a warranty. The transmission failed within the warranty period and they failed to cover their warranty. This cost me thousands of dollars.

This was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle where everyone from the sales staff to the finance manager where very professional and did not preassure me at all. They understand what repeat business is all about. The way they treat customers speaks volumes to how the owners run their business. A first class operation.

We purchased our CTS from Pete Tousignaut - he is the consumate car guy. Not just sales, but a true automotive enthusiast. Great to work with and we got a tremendous deal. Helpful after the sale as well. Service is clean, quick and professional at this dealer. We recently went in to look at a used Ridgeline my wife saw online. Pete took us for a test ride and then showed us an even better deal for what we were needing, a used SRX that was cheaper and had many more features than our original choice. He listened to what our requirements were and matched them. Can't say enough good things about Pete and Voss. John and Kim

This was our first experience in purchasing a Cadillc. We were looking for a "like new" vehicle with low miles. We visited Voss Cadillac in Centerville, OH to look a a vehile we saw on their website. The entire experience was friendly, first class and no pressure from our salesman Tim Mark. We also meet the dealership general manager Brad Voss who was also very friendly and made us feel welcome at his dealership. We traded in our vehicle for a fair price and felt we received a fair price on the Cadillac.

I was not impressed with the buying process. It took about 4 hours to negotatiate and process some loan paperwork. The negotation only took about 15 minutes, the rest was waiting on their finance department to complete the paperwork. When I finally got in the car to drive away, i had to go back to the dealership becuase there was a sticky residue on the drivers side carpet that was under the shop mat. That took another 20 minutes. overall, it was about 6 hour odyssey.

I recently visited Voss Cadillac searching for a used Escalade. I had been to several dealerships but none compared to the customer service I received from this dealership. I felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated. My salesperson listened to my needs. It was a very low pressure transaction. I highly recommend Voss Cadillac. I won't buy at any dealership again.

The manager (Brian) by his own words sold a vehicle I was already in the process of buying because he wanted the other person to have it. We had a heated argument. I reported the insident to Mr. Voss who never called me but instead had Brian call me. Brian appologized and said he wishes he would have done things differently and that he would personally find me another similar replacement. After that I never received another call from him. I followed up several times over 3 weeks with no return. My experience;I received was poor treatment in the beginning, poor follow through after that, and promises made with no intention to fullfil them.

My salesperson at the Loop Rd Voss called Voss on 725 (5 minutes away)on a specific vehicle and was told it was available. I arived within 5 minutes . We loved the vehicle, expressed an interest to buy it that moment but wanted to go for a test drive. Salesperson went to copy my license. When he returned he stated he was sorry but someone from earlier who left just called and now wants to buy the car. The manager Brian told us it wasnt sold when I entered the lot or even when we were waiting to take it for a drive. Nonetheless he committed the car to the person on the phone. He said he knew he was going to upset one of us and decided it was me. Since the vehicle was just marked down considerably I believe the other person, was a preferred customer, a friend or family member and Brian called them after he realized we were buying it. This was humiliating and against all sales protacols. In other words loose a customer with checkbook in hand for a be-back that left once and was now on the phone. Nothing Voss could do could ever make me consider purchasing from them again in the future.
