I called to get more information about a truck I saw online and possibly negotiate a deal. The receptionist answers the phone and reroutes me to the sales department. I expect a salesperson to pick the phone up, instead it goes to voicemail telling me that nobody is in the office. This is close to 4pm. How is there nobody to answer a phone call in the sales office of a car dealership? I could've hung up but I left a voicemail asking them to call me back. 30 minutes later, I get a call back. I discuss the truck that I was interested in and this guy sounds pumped!! It's the last day of the month and they have all kinds of deals going on! I'm hopeful...cool cool, let's see where this goes. So I give him a number a couple hundred less than the listed price. He tells me that he's not sure they can budge on the price of this particular truck but if I could give him a few minutes, he would go through their inventory and find the right truck that he could sell to me for that same price. I told him that I was serious about getting this truck and would be willing to go in and sign some papers and put a down payment on the truck today. He told me he understood but he wanted to see what other trucks they had that could interest me. He asked if he could call me back in a few minutes. I said sure that's fine. He never called back. Lol whaaaaat?? I'm sorry for wasting your time. I'll go spend my money elsewhere. What an absolute joke of a salesperson. This guy and whomever hired him needs to find another career.

I saw a Ford F150 online and called to make an appointment, I went to see it and Mr. Sayed Hassan was my salesman. He was very good and very knowledgeable he really took care of my and worked with his management team to get me the most money for my trade in and the best price on a new f150, I am very satisfied and recommend Wade Ford for your next vehicle purchase, look for Mr. Hassan he will take good care of you.

Jerald S. was my service manager Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016. He was assigned to me when I scheduled Mon. evening, and he was excellent! Very calm and reassuring which I needed! Service was completed quickly and the tire pressure issue was resolved. I truly appreciate Jerald and hope you do also! I haven't always had good experiences with service in the past, but Jerald was wonderful!

Went to look at the car that I found on their website that morning, did a test drive. Then came back that evening after work and made my purchase. I already had my loan from USAA so it made my car buy process very easy. All the sales guys was very nice and they didn't keep me waiting long.

Found a used Expedition on their lot for a fair price. The next morning I called the dealership at around 9:30 to check and see if it was still available. I was transferred to a salesman named Jeremy who told me that it was in fact available and wanted to know when I would be there to see it. I told him that I have a 3 yr old and a newborn at home and would like to get the ball rolling as much as possible before I drove an hour there from my house. Sent picks of my trade to get a ballpark figure of what I can get for it, got approved for a loan through my own bank, and all Jeremy had to do is run the deal real quick by his manager. Whole process should have took an hour. At 12:30 pm I texted Jeremy to check the progress and he said that he was busy with someone else and he would get back with me in a second. At around 3 pm still no word so I text him. Nothing. At around 6:30 pm I called Jeremy and he informs me that there are 2 different people there now trying to get the truck. He also told me that it was first come first serve. At 8 pm he texts me to let me know that it sold.This all started at 9:30 am, 30 minutes after the dealership opened. All I asked for was a quick idea if the deal would work and I would have made time to be there around lunch. I was already approved for financing, happy with the sales price of their vehicle, and would have been on here writing a great review about their service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Definitely not a place that puts the customer first.

I had previously done a review which downgraded the busing process due to an unexplained ad that appeared on 9/7/2016, concerning a price reduction on a car I purchased that same day. On 9/15 I received a phone call from Chris Greeson, General Sales Manager apologizing for the confusion. He is sending me a check to cover the difference in the price I paid and the lower price in the Facebook ad.I would certainly recommend Wade Ford to anyone looking for a Ford product.

I went to look at a truck I found online. I traveled an hour and a half to test drive it and they told me a belt broke and they would not repair it. It was a 2014 model. The sales rep that I dealt with was clueless and could care less about mu questions or concerns. I was about to purchase that vehicle but the incompetent and careless service caused me to buy elsewhere.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I do have some credit issues due to a divorce but with that said. The salesman was very nice I gave all the information they asked for. Then Erny from finance calls me and ask some questions which I was honest with from the beginning. I also asked him not to send my credit to multiple lenders if he did not think he could help me. Well 7 inquiries later he tells me he got me approved and I would hear from Nicholson Financial for an interview. I never heard from them I had to call the salesman and get a number to contact Eric. I didn't get Eric but I did get Ben which was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He told me I was approved and they were just waiting on Erny. When I called wade ford back the salesman told me everything was being worked up on the truck I told him about and to call Erny. So I did and that's where everything went south. Erny is a very arrogant degrading rude individual. He told me that he didn't know what I was talking about that he hadn't worked numbers on anything. That my deal wasn't really worth his time because it took to much time and if I wanted something done I had to come in and then we would figure something out. Now from the beginning I told both the salesman and Erny I run a Buisness in Marietta and that I was trying to get everything done because it is almost impossible for me to leave work for hours at a time and they understood and agreed it would be easier for everyone that way. Now all of a sudden it's not worth his time and he wasn't doing anything until I come in. I called the salesman and talked to him about it. He's was not surprised in the way I was treated by Erny, I asked for Chris Greeson the sales manager to please call me. Of course I never received a call so I called and left the general manager Mike Barlow a message to call me. He did return my call a couple of hours later which is fine as people do get busy but I wasn't around my phone so he left me a voice message. I tried to call him back 4 different times and left a message thanking him for calling and asked him to call me back I would like to discuss the situation with him. There again it's been a week and no returned phone call. The salesman called me and told me they needed some paperwork ,which I told him I was happy to email fax or text pictures of.Which I have done plenty of times in the past when buying cars and motorcycles. Apparently he was told that couldn't be done that I had to come down there and turn it in. Keep in mind I had already decided on the truck I wanted and talked to the finance company! All I wanted to know was a payment range and term length. To make sure I wasn't waiting anyone's time because as I was up front and honest with them in the beginning they knew it was almost impossible for me to get off during the week and Erny told me he didn't want me to come on Saturday because it was so busy. So now the General manager , sales manager , finance manager have shown me they really could care less about their customers or how they are treated. They ran my credit through multiple different lenders which ran my score down even more. This after I stressed to both salesman and finance man Erny I did not want to happen. On top of all of it they are to sorry to call me to try and rectify the problem. I did call the salesman back and he said that he knows everyone was talking about the situation and went to Erny about it. Funny how they don't want to know true customers side of the story just what the rude xxx finance guy has to say. Shows how sorry of a company it really is. So just beware they will do everything you ask them not to including nail your credit multiple times then demand you come down hoping they can trap you in an office and convince you to sign on something.

I didn't have intentions on buying a car so quickly. I thought I was interested in the Ford Escape 2015 but when my husband and I went to the lot he showed me the 2016 Ford Fusion Se. I had a wonderful experience looking at several vehicles from Brandon one of the sales associates. So after weighing all my options I decided on the Fusion. The next day Cedric Huff the finance manager sealed the deal. I have an amazing interest rate and overall the quickest and most professional experience with me buying a car. Wade Ford Experience, January 2, 20161.My friend and I arrived at Wade Ford at approximately 3pm and requested to meet with the Sales Manager. We met him and discussed the vehicle we were interested in. I saw the vehicle on cars dot com and read the positive reviews of the dealership. I also was impressed with the Wade Ford website and customer reviews. 2.The Sales Manager assigned our salesperson who brought the vehicle to the front and the three of us took a short test drive.3.We returned and began negotiating the price. The salesperson brought us a price. We countered with a printed price from FiveStar Ford on the same Base Mustang with 6 speed and 6 cylinder for $X. Scott came out and had bad words for FiveStar stating they would only give this price with a Trade in and they get unhappy customers from FiveStar all the time. I countered with another printed price from Nalley Ford on the exact Mustang for $X plus $500. Scott went to look up the price on their website. Scott returned and approved the deal. I asked The Sales Manager if there would be any additional charges or fees?He said no additional charges or fees. We shook hands on the deal. 4.I informed Nathan I wanted the $500 cash back and the .9% Ford financing for 36 months. He provided the application and I began completing the paperwork.5.We waited for over 60 minutes after the paperwork was complete to see the finance manager. During this time, the Sales Manager came out and said they could not do both the $500 cash back and the .9% financing. My research prior to the purchase showed both were available. He said they would offer 2.34% financing. He said it is a better deal for me to keep the $500 rebate and go with the higher financing. 6.The next day after Church, I was reviewing the paperwork and saw two additional charges on the yellow sheet: one for $599 for paperwork and one for $199 for Etch for a total of $798. I had two thoughts:First, I immediately thought back to my question to Scott, Will there be any additional fees or charges? The question for which he replied, no additional fees or charges. I called my friend who was at the dealership with me and she confirmed my question and his response.Second, the charges for $798 were not explained or mentioned to me during the transaction. I was and continue to be very disappointed with Wade Ford.

I worked with Nathan over the phone and got a deal done with no haggling needed on a Saturday afternoon. I'm from the Nashville area and I found that it was far less of a hassle to buy my new Ford Explorer over the phone than it was going into a local dealer where I was forced to haggle and sit there while I waited for the local sales guy to get "manager approval" and still didn't get anything close to the price I got from Wade Ford. With Wade Ford I already knew I was getting the lowest price for any similar vehicle in the entire Southeastern United States, so I simply told them I wanted a vehicle, printed/signed/scanned and emailed the necessary verification documents, and met my salesperson in Chattanooga the very next day to pick up the car and sign paperwork. They would have delivered directly to my door, but Nathan offered to meet me half way (on his day off) at no extra charge.

Maybe the new car portion of the dealership is great, but the used car portion is horrible. They tried to sell me a car that was not like it was advertised. Nowhere on the website did it say the Lexus GS460 I was attempting to purchase had a dent on the right fender, broken side view mirror, cracked grill, no hood release lever, bent bumper, no spare tire, and chipped windshield, but that's exactly how the car was. I traveled two hours for this car and spoke with Maurice on numerous occasions before making it to the dealer. He claims he had no prior knowledge of the damage to the car. His excuse was, "... it's a used car." That is no excuse for what he tried to sell. To top it off, he supposedly went to ask the manager if they could drop the price. According to him, the manager would drop the price by $1,000.00 but the cost to repair the car would be around $3,000 - $4,000. He even said they could fix the damage, but then I would have to pay more for the car, which in my mind means he knew of the damage. So now I'm left with no vehicle all because of this shady business. Beware before purchasing from here!

I have a horrible driving 2012 Ford Focus! I told salesman,finance mgr,service advisor and gm but no one seems to care. This vehicle have a terrible shifting problem! Ford is aware but have not tried to replace vehicle. Was told to keep driving until the warranty expire! This vehicle drives like crap!

I had a rattling noise coming from my front right tire. This was my third trip to the dealership about this noise. My service technician (Eric Gantek) made his mission to find out what was causing the problem. Eric and the mechanic found the problem and had my truck fixed very quickly. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to do business with Wade Ford. From start to finish of my purchase of a 2016 Ford Fusion it was professional, informative, and drumroll........FUN! My sales rep, Doug, took very good care of us. Answered any and all questions I had promptly via phone, text, and in person. The best part about the whole process was that in no way shape or form were they "pushy". They allowed my wife and I to make all decisions on our time. It's not like I just went in there one day, picked out a car and drove it home. They knew my price range, showed me several options, even allowed me to test drive several trim levels until I narrowed down my wants and needs. Over the course of several weeks, when we were ready to trade in to a new Fusion, Wade Ford had the perfect car available for us. They checked all the boxes, and did it at a price that couldn't be beat. I am a savvy shopper, so I checked all around looking for a better deal. Couldn't find one...actually Wade Ford came in $600 less than the closest competitor. It is a good feeling knowing you can trust a dealership, because I plan on owning my car for years to come and I am confident knowing that the staff at Wade Ford will take care of me. I had a great experience at the Wade Ford dealership yesterday. I don't know any dealership that you can go to and get educated first before you buy a vehicle are even thing about getting one. They offered a credit and financing seminar which I attended and I received so.e great information from some educated men, Phillip from wade ford, Darrell from WALK 1380 radio station and even from another guy that was also there to get educated Mr. Shelby PM preview . They fed us an gave us great info to prepare us for our next purchase. So I thank all that was responsible For the seminar. Look forward to more seminars, and purchasing my next vehicle

2015 Ford Fusion. The sales staff and service department have been very helpful. I only had one incident when I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked for a part to arrive and for it to be installed. Other than that, my experience with Wade Ford has been good.

I purchased my 2008 F150 Lariat new from Wade Ford. Over the years, I have all my Ford trucks and cars serviced by Wade Ford. All the Service Representatives are top-flight. Typically, I deal with Eric Gantec who began his work career at Wade Ford about 15 years ago. It is amazing how knowledgeable Eric and the rest of the staff are about the Ford line of products when you consider how the technical, mechanical and electrical parts have evolved over time. You can expect a quality repair and / or service every time.

I just purchased a 2015 Ford, F-150 Supercab. Gary Austin, Wade Ford sales rep, was great. He did not try to sell me something I did not want. I got the truck I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Heavy discounts really lowered the final cost. I've already received lots of compliments on my purchase.

brake warning indicator light was coming on intermittently on instrument cluster. I knew the brakes could not be worn out due to low mileage of vehicle. Tommy Powers first tests led him to believe a mew instrument cluster might be needed to correct problem, but with further diagnosis and tests he corrected the problem by disconnecting and reconnecting numerous sensor plugs. No cost to me, covered by warranty.

The service I received was great, Eric was my service rep. I have recently experienced the loss of my sister, called in and advised Eric I needed to reschedule the repair; he assured me that was not a problem. When I brought my vehicle in about two weeks later, he remembered and offered his condolences. This spoke volumes to me and left a lasting favorable impression. I was very pleased with the service dept. For the first time (after 2 routine service visits) this year, they provided a loaner vehicle instead of using Enterprise Car Rental. My my past experiences with Enterprise car agency they provided have not been good. So I am happy to hear that Wade Ford will now provide a loan vehicle if needed when service/repair is required for an entire day. The staff/technicians in the service dept. are very professional and friendly.

I was met at my car immediately upon arrival by Jerald Sparkman, my service advisor. The large flat screen monitor in the arrival bays had my name and appointment time posted correctly with Mr. Sparkman assigned to my service. The waiting room is comfortable. Cafe Wade is a nice addition, along with food and beverage options. The service was done efficiently, and Mr. Sparkman and the team bringing around the car were very courteous and professional. He reviewed all aspects of the service report and findings and all the actions they took on the car. As good of an experience as I've had from being a former Infiniti and Acura customer. Well done!

For the most part I'm satisfied with the service I received at Wade. The only thing that I would change is better communication, when I dropped off my car I was told my car would be ready in 2 weeks but it went from 2 weeks to 3 months and the communication really wasn't there. I always had to call and check on the progress of my car so besides that it's the only thing that negatively impact my experience but I don't regret taking my car to Wade.

An unscheduled visit due to a flat tire on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Left the flat for repair on the way to work & came back at 4 PM to get it. It was quickly installed & the pressure sensors reprogrammed in about 30 minutes. Very convenient.

The whole experience was excellent. I called early on a Monday after a holiday and got an immediate appointment. I arrived early and was welcomed immediately and my car was serviced and completed within an hour of arrival and 15 minutes after my scheduled time. 20000 mile service plus recall work all done and at lower cost than expected. I was disappointed in the way the financing was handled. It wasn't until I was signing the paperwork that i was made aware the financing was NOT going through Ford, meaning the price of the vehicle went up an extra $500.00 from what the deal was made.I still have not received anything from Ford telling me why I was not approved, which I was assured from the finance person I would receive in the mail.

****HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST!!!!!! STAY AWAY.**** Trust me thier are other dealerships who would love to have your business and really take the time to help you with your major purchase. This dealership is not very customer service based. The salesman are only concerned about themselves and making a sale so please be cautious. This is a major purchase and they will want you to close the deal on the spot and will get very annoyed with you for asking questions. They do not like very informed shoppers who have done thier homework before going to them, because this will make them have to be honest and upfront which they do not like.My husband and I drove a very far distance to be treated like this was not very pleasant. We were so hoping to secure the car we wanted here today, but had some questions, which the salesperson gave us wrong information, but when we actually read what was on the paperwork, we found out that we would not receive the warranty that he had in fact stated, then he called over his other finance manager who will totally try to bogard you for your business and talk over you and you will not get a word in edge wise. When they see you are informed they will get annoyed at you and basically push you out the door and tell you " Call me when you make up your mind" Are you kidding me!!! Beg you to take our money after that treatment. Never!!!!!BUYER Beware!!!!!! ONLY CONCERNED WITH MAKING A SALE!!!!!Associates need to be trained on Customer Service, after all this is whose business you are trying to gain, so why not focus on the customer and let the sales flow effortlessly to you.

Have always had a good experience at Wade Ford. Bought my 2014 fusion from there. I come from a long line of ford owners. My father was a foreman at the Hapeville plant. Two cousin one a superintendent at that plant and the other also a foreman. Service has always been great. Jason Smith does a great job for his customers. Had some problems with my tires, but Wade ford made it right. Will continue to use them and buy my future cars form them as well. It was apparent from the beginning that there was a respect of my time at the dealership. No one wants to spend hours at the dealership purchasing a vehicle! Though there were a couple of buyers ahead of me to go into the closing, they were extremely accommodating trying to make sure that the "right" football game was on while I waited! After signing of the paperwork, I could not drive the vehicle back with me that day, and I asked that they do a better job of detailing the vehicle before returning to pick it up. The vehicle really looked good upon pick up date, however, the upholstery was still a bit damp. Additionally, they had located and installed a new spare and provided a remote for a key less entry unexpectedly!

I had been telling my wife for almost two years that she needed to trade her car in. She finally decided it was time. She did all of the research on her own and test drove many of the cars while I was out of town. Ford Escape S. Service was great. Doug Rae is amazing, he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He could teach other sales people how to treat a customer, he was wonderful. My car was towed in for repairs and the cost with the age of the car was not worth it so it was wiser to buy a new car. Jason in service is also great. I feel I was treated fairly, given a good price for my trade and a good price for the Escape.

Previously, I had my tires filled with Nitrogen at Wade Ford. One tire had dropped to 30 PSI, and the other 3 were at 40 PSI. By the next morning, the 30 PSI had dropped to 24 PSI. Wade Ford inspected the tire and could not find anything wrong with it. They refilled it with Nitrogen. They were quick and friendly, and there was no charge for the service.

Needed new computer programed after personal mechanic installed it. Made appointment over internet. Assigned to service manager who was in meeting most of morning returned call that after noon. First thing he did was apoligize for be in meeting, 5 stars for this, referred me to service rep to assist. This was day before service appointment so I can find out what to expect. Spoke with rep, car arrives next day. Service rep called informed me car arrived and when it will be finished. Called when it was finished and informed of such. Great service and communication for this I rate my service 5 stars.

I walked in to test drive a car I saw online during my lunch break and ended up leaving 3 hours later in a 2015 Edge. My sales guy, Doug, was amazing! He made the car buying experience so enjoyable. I seriously had the best time with him. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. I did a lot of research so I knew the exact number I should have been offered and it was right on point. They made sure I received all the special financing and incentives I qualified for. The price was great and was by far the easiest I have bought a car. I have dealt with other Ford dealerships in the past and the service I was given at Wade beat out all those other dealerships. I am a Ford girl. I had hoped to get my car detailed as well. The online scheduling lets you pick an appointment time but it does not notify the service person how long all of the work will take. I was fine getting that extra work done later. I just felt bad for surprising the service person.

I was referred to Gary Austin at Wade Ford through a friend and business associate, Kristi Hyde. She bought a Flex from Gary and said it's awesome. After a month and half of phone calls and emails with Gary, it was time to test drive a Flex. I had a 9:00 am appointment, I was was driving my new Flex home at 2:30 pm. I was not prepared to buy that day, and didn't have all my paperwork needed, so it was a longer process. Gary, Richard, the loan department, and everyone involved at Wade Ford, had patience and went above and beyond what any dealerships normally would in my opinion. I highly recommend Wade Ford.

Saturday I bought a 2016 Escape SE from Steve Cole. He was excellent! He was patient with me and my questions, told me various options, showed me available Escapes based on my requirements, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. The one suggestion I do have for improvement for you is to speed up the financing process. It was over 1 hour before we actually sat down in the office to review finance arrangements, and that's just too long. Actually I had a horrible experience with Wade Ford service manger about 3 years ago and vowed to never do business with you again! And I haven't until my friend persuaded me to go this one time. I glad to say this experience was totally different.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge. Steve was great! He listened to my concerns and limitations, offered other options without trying to talk me into a vehicle I did not want. In the end I left with what I wanted and was done in less than three hours, including test driving 2 vehicles. Unlike another dealership which never offered a test drive!

I have purchased many new and used cars over the past 40 years or so, and my recent purchase of a F-150 King Ranch from Wade Ford has been, by far, the best car buying experience ever. It takes me a looooooong time to buy a new car. I met Nathan Crocker at Wade Ford about 2-3 months ago after an online inquiry. I told him over the phone that I did not respond well to high pressure sales tactics and he assured me that was not the way he operated. HE TOLD THE TRUTH!!! ----which, as we all know, seems to be rare in the car selling business. He never bugged me, never pestered me, never told me I was going to miss the "deal of a lifetime" and never asked "What can I do to get you in this truck today?" When I was ready to look he was available to assist. When I had a question he answered it honestly or got the answer and got back to me in a timely manner. I did plenty of shopping around, but when I was ready to make a purchase, I went back to Wade Ford and talked to Nathan. I was given the time and the opportunity to get exactly what I wanted. When it came to price, I had done a lot of research on my own and consulted a variety of resources. I am confident that I got a good and fair price. I'm sure that Wade Ford made some money off of me, as they should. Likewise I am confident that I did not get cheated with any dishonest or unfair sales tactics or excessively high pricing. I was treated as a well informed customer and given a price that did not offend my integrity. So far, I have been impressed with the Dealership and everyone with whom I have met at Wade Ford. I hope and expect the same level of integrity, honesty and professionalism in the future for return visits and service.

I went in to buy a Ford Focus and almost instantly I was helped by Desmond and Chris and they got me the focus I wanted and it only took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I purchased a '15 Lariat on Thursday and the vehicle was ready as soon as I arrived. The General Manager gave me a complete tour of the dealership and introduced me to my salesmen. I had a test drive and thorough explanation of all features and the F&I people completed the transaction accurately and promptly. This was the sixth oil change for my 2013 Ford Escape purchased in October, 2012, so this one was free. The young lady who checked me out in the Service Department was extremely helpful and quick in coordinating the removal of the charges. Our salesman, Charles, was a little pushy and fit the typical "car salesman" stereotype. I understand that he has a job to do; however, they need to remember that some of us don't like feeling pressured. And that's exactly how we felt. We did need a truck, but we didn't need the extra sense of urgency from Charles.Keith, who helped us with the financing portion of our purchase, was wonderful. Total opposite of Charles...but in a good way. He was laid back, not pushy or high-strung, yet very professional. He looked into every option he possibly could for us and we really appreciated that.

I went to Wade Ford to purchase my new 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible. They did not have the exact car I wanted, but did locate one with the features I wanted somewhere else in Atlanta. I traded my old vehicle, so they let me drive home a yellow mustang convertible to drive around in until they could get my car. I was going to pick up the car around lunch but it was not going to be there in time. Gary the salesperson offered to drive it to me after work hours. He did drive it to me and got to my house after 8:30pm. Because of a transportation mishap with the car I was supposed to get, I got a car with an upgraded stereo system at no extra charge. Love the extra bonus!

As far as I can tell (because I'm not a mechanic), the issue that the car was taken in for has been resolved; however, the experience was not 100% good. We planned our vacation around the car being serviced (to pick up monday evening or tuesday), but it did not go as planned. The car was dropped off Thursday evening, however they did not begin the work until Friday evening and the car was not ready until wednesday. The only phone call we received was to begin the work with the cost. we continuously called to get an update on Monday but we didn't speak to the mechanic nor did we get a phone call back, which inconvenienced us because we had to rely on coworkers for a ride but was unsure as if we needed the ride because the mechanic did not call. When we finally got the call that the car was ready... they called multiple times to see if we were going to pick the car up. Once we got there, we spoke to the manager, he did deduct some of the cost because of the lack of communication. For this reason, I may refer Ford, I will even state how I was impressed with the restrooms and the facility itself; however, it will come with a caution.

It's not just a Ford F-150 RAPTOR, I ordered it through WADE Ford, and I would never go anywhere else. I'm not just a Ford guy, I'm a WADE Ford guy. From my salesman, Desmond Ramone, to the General Manager, Chris Greeson, and even the service techs and advisors in Service Dept., everyone, everyone goes out of their way--effortlessly, I'd say--to always exceed my every expectation. I love my Ford Raptor; I'd say it's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned, and at 60 years old, I've owned plenty of autos. It would be hard for me to ever find a vehicle I love as much as my Raptor, but when the time comes, I know Wade Ford will put me in something I'll enjoy just as much. I had done something really dump, which in turn could have had serious consequences to my car!! I called Wade Ford n spoke to Rick ( my hero) n explained what I'd done between my tears. He listened with his heart. He said he would wait for me to bring my car in. Unbeknown to me, it would take 4 hours for the tow truck to never arrive!!! Rick called to check on me during this time!!' By the time I did arrive, I felt like a celebrity.... He was waiting!!! They fixed my car in a zap!!! The damage was minor n it was inexpensive!! They literally saved my life! My car was repaired quickly and it looks great! There was some damage, which could not be seen until the parts were removed. They took the time to make sure that the insurance company was informed and repaired this damage as well. I feel like they were looking out for my safety as well as my satisfaction. Eric and the staff in the service department are always courteous, friendly, and reliable. I especially appreciated the efforts Eric made on this visit to warn me of impending problems with a leaking transmission seal and taking steps to get it repaired the day I was there so I did not have to make another trip. I bought a Fusion last year. I took it in for the full service- oil change, tire rotation, alignment, fluid checks, and windshield wiper blades. The technician informed me that they checked everything out and that I only needed oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate that even though my appointment was at 8 AM (normal opening time for Service Dept. on Saturday), because I got there early (left home early because wasn't sure how traffic would be), they took my car in early and started work well before 8 AM. That also meant I got out early and got home early to take care of other errands that day.

Took the car in for an oil change. Did the work in a timely manner. Had tires put on. Called to set up appointment for Friday, May 15, 2015. The oil change was in the morning, but only had 3 tires and hand to wait until the afternoon to get tires put on vehicle. Appointment was at 2 pm and got through after 4 pm.

I had the best experience while purchasing my new Ford Escape. It started with meeting Doug Rae! There was not a questioned asked that he could not provide answer and would explain with great details and provide options. I must admit I had doubts about purchasing my vehicle from Wade Ford, but working with Doug saved the sale and changed my mind about Wade Ford. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from Wade Ford as long as Doug is your sales person.

I needed a vehicle versatile for an active growing family of 5. I was not happy with the quality and performance of my Buick Enclave lease. My 2014 Fusion had its first service appt. as far as I can tell they did what the manual stated should be done. I have no way of knowing as the service rep told me when I made the appt that it would just be an oil change and tire rotation. The receipt did reflect additional items. I had to wait 2 hours for the service to be completed. A little unreasonable since I had an appt. Personnel were friendly and waiting area was somewhat comfortable.

I recently purchased a new 2014 car at Wade Ford, and had a very good experience. I began by using the chat feature on the website, and was connected with Creed, the salesperson I worked with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and friendly.After having my initial questions answered through their chat feature, I went to the dealership on my lunch break, too look at the car I was interested in, as well get a trade-in appraisal.While the appraisal was happening, we took the car out on a test drive. When we returned the appraisal was complete, and they gave me an offer on my car, as well as the numbers for the total deal. After a quick chat, and tweaking of the numbers, my lunch hour was up and had to get back to work. Both Creed and the sales manager were understanding and didn't try and push the sale.As I left, Creed told me he would follow up toward the end of the day, and around 4pm, he did exactly that. I told him that I liked the offer, and would be in after work.When I arrived after work, we began the process of handing over my trade-in, as well as filling up the tank and detailing the car I was purchasing.I ended up spending less than 15 minutes in the finance guy's office. He made the extended warranty pitch, which I politely declined, and after that, the rest of the time was just explaining the paperwork and signing.After all that was done, Creed was waiting for me in the lobby, where he then gave me a in depth tour of the Sync infotainment system, as well as all of the nuanced features of the car.It was a very good experience, and I never once felt pressured. I got what I feel was a great price on the car I was buying, and they gave me a better trade-in price than the other dealers I visited prior had offered.This was the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased at Wade Ford. My wife also bought a car there back in 2011.

Salesperson Mr. Jeremy B. Jones was very helpful and instrumental in helping my son and I find the idea used car for my college age son. My experience at Wade Ford was great. No surprises. I ordered my 2015 Mustang thru a car buying service and the car came in, just as I ordered, and the pricing was just as it was quoted with no hidden fees or add-ons. It had been 8 years since I had purchased a new or used car, and Ron Weintraub and the others that worked with me made it a most pleasant experience. If not for the distance from my house to Wade Ford (60 miles one way) I certainly would use Wade Ford for all my service needs. Hopefully, any Ford service department I find that is more conveniently located will be as exceptional as Wade Ford has been in the sales department.

My experience at Wade Ford buying my 2014 Fusion was seamless. Marty was great to work with. He took his time showing me all the different models, he answered all my questions and explained in detail all the features of the car. Our salesman, Nathan Crocker, was excellent. Not pushy but pleasant and very well informed. We were serious about needing a new car but not certain which make or model or options. Never bought a Ford until now. After test driving the Edge and Escape we selected the Escape with Titanium package and Navigation. Him and other staff found the color car with all the options we wanted in the area. Within 48 hours we bought our fist Ford! Financing through Ford at the dealership was easy and we got max rebates. This was the second truck that I have purchased from this dealership and I will never go anywhere else. The sales staff is very laid back and provide a no pressure atmosphere. The finance rep is great at what he does and works hard to provide the best financing possible. Overall the entire experience is great and is the only car buying experience that I have actually enjoyed and felt like I was being treated like family instead of just a number and another dollar.

Deandre was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of buying my car. From the very beginning, he was attentive, thoughtful, caring, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy (or a "typical" car salesman...which is a relief!) I did visit other Ford dealerships, and although Wade Ford was about 30 minutes farther away for me to travel, I thought so highly of the dealership, and Deandre in particular, that I wanted to buy specifically through them. Deandre continued to impress me with his attention to detail, and his thoughtfulness. Unfortunately, right after I purchased my car, I had some mechanical difficulty with the vehicle, and had to take it back to the dealer to get it fixed. Deandre came to the gas station where I was experiencing difficulty to try to fix the problem himself, then when we realized it would have to be fixed at the dealership, he worked so quickly to secure me a loaner car. Apparently, I just have really bad luck with cars, as right when I was taking the loaner back to get my car, the loaner died. Not only did Deandre call and try to help in any way he could (including filling up my car before returning it), he personally drove 30 minutes out of his way to come get the loaner car and bring my car back. I know that Deandre worked diligently and tirelessly on my behalf, and I can't say enough about how impressed I was and how grateful I am for how helpful he was in what could have been such a chaotic, difficult process. I would highly recommend (and already have recommended!) Wade Ford and specifically Deandre to my friends and family--anyone who is looking for a car needs to check out Wade Ford.

We came to Wade Ford through the Costco Car Buying Service to purchase a new Ford Edge. The process was straight forward, we drove different models, and the pricing was presented in a clear invoice. When we came back to drive the vehicle a second time, the initial salesperson was busy with another customer, and he connected us with another member of the sales team to continue our purchase decision without delay. Our experience this time was to have our Fusion repaired from an accident. I know it was down there a good while, but the insurance company told me to take it there for their inspection. Then we waited for the parts to come in. Wade did a very good job in getting it repaired once they had all the parts. You can't tell it was damaged by looking at the car. The Service advisor took all of my information regarding what I needed done for my truck when I got there. I originally thought that rotating the tires was automatically done at every service. After my vehicle had been checked and serviced based on what I originally requested, I found out that tire rotation is not automatically done, but must be requested. The service advisor had a service technician rotate my tires. He made sure I was satisfied with my service before I left.

I had numerous issues that needed to be addressed when I had my 2008 Ford Escape serviced this time. From a basic oil change to tire issues to a problem with my heat and a recall on steering, I flooded Rick with problems to solve. Rick, as usual, didn't bat an eye. He wrote down all of the issues and walked me through each one, not only letting me know which might be major and costly, but also taking the time to explain what could be wrong in layman's terms. I have bought numerous cars at Wade Ford and have returned because of the service department, specifically Rick. He always goes out of his way to make sure that the service my family receives is top-notch and exceptional! Emergency! We were going out of town and I was doing last minute shopping and packing when my battery died in the grocery parking lot.I was on the phone with Wade arranging for a tow when a nice lady gave me a jump. Everything was probably done completely and accurately. Customers aren't allowed in the service area so I really have no way of knowing if the oil was changed and the oil filter was changed. I just assume it was.One thing that wasn't done and it isn't a big deal. The little sticker that is usually stuck on the windshield to show the mileage when the next oil change is due wasn't put on. I'd appreciate it if you could send me one. I might remember the mileage for a while but also might not given the time it takes to go 5000 miles.Thanks

My brother and I were driving from Ohio to Florida when I hit a road hazard and it sliced my tire. After getting help from AAA we took the 2013 Ford Escape Eco Boost to your dealership to purchase a new tire. Luckily you had one in stock and we got in and out in less then and hour. We even had some laughs when the Car Key was missing for about 5 minutes. But you technicians were able to find it and we got back out on the road. Thank you.

I talked to a salesman about a used truck and setup a appointment with him the next morning. I live in Dalton and I called the salesman and told him I was on my to the dealership, so he told my he pulled the truck off the line and put hold on it for me. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes and when we got there the truck was going out of the parking lot. The salesman told me I had first choice at the truck so I drove the truck and told him I would buy the truck. I signed papers on the truck and wrote my check out, then the sales manager give us a run around for a hour then ask us to come in his office. He told us that he pressured one of his friends to buy the truck and he said there policy was first come first serve. So that S.O.B.sold it out from under me and he knew I was on my way down there. That is a sorry way to do buisness and they was going to write the salesman up for doing his job. So be aware of this dealership they will screw you in a heart beat. The salesman done a great job trying to wait on me. I was very pleased with the salesman. Bewear of Chris Greeson!!!

Wade Ford rescued me after a tire blowout on the Atlanta interstate!! I did not have the key to unlock my wheels for a tire change, so had to get towed to the nearest Ford dealership to access a master key, which was Wade. Larry Farmer, (Service Advisor), talked with me several times while stranded, helping to arrange appropriate service and staff for when I arrived in the tow truck. I arrived at closing time, but they patiently, thoroughly, and cheerfully helped me anyway!! Thank you Larry Farmer, and staff at Wade Ford, for being such a blessing in a legitimate time of need!!

I was very happy with the courteous staff and the service I received. The only reason I didn't give higher numbers is because one of the things I brought my car in for was not fixed. It was a transmission issue, which I was told they couldn't replicate. My car still has the issue, so I wonder if they had been more thorough if they might have seen the problem. I had to take a day off from work to do this, so I needed to get everything taken care of at that time. Other than that, the staff was great.

Took a long time for a oil change and tire rotation especially since i had made a reservation. The other thing was that your WEB ad said 24.99 and it was 39.99 and i had to go online and figure out myself how to get the $10 rebate even though everything mentioned a coupon. Very confusing. My husband and I consider our selves pretty seasoned and savvy car shoppers. We purchased our F-150 from Wade Ford through the Costco program which is great because you will see all dollars straight up front. There was no back and forth with our salesman Larry Farmer who was competent and easy to work with. Our purchase went well, there was some time involved in finding the exact truck that my husband wanted, color options etc... but it was worth the wait to have Larry Ford get it for us from another dealer. We had a trade and the offer was not outstanding but fair. Our experience with Cedric in finance was excellent, I am a dollars person and he was able to beat what my credit union had previously offered us. All in all a solid experience with professional staff, we drove over a hundred miles to purchase from this dealer and would do so again. Correction:I must add to this review things that occurred after I wrote the above review. During the purchase of the truck the finance manager quoted us a finance rate and we told him we wanted to finance either with our bank or our credit union. He filled out the paperwork for our bank and we signed all the papers and ended the deal. A few weeks later we started to receive all kinds of notices in the mail about our credit requests from a bunch of different banks in the Atlanta area, but we live in Tennessee. I ran a credit report on my husband only to see the Larry Wade Ford ran our credit at five different banks but did not ask us for permission, the finance guy actually told us he didn't need to run our credit because he could see we had good credentials. I feel this was deceptive, and he was not honest with us. The second thing that happened, had to do with sales tax. Since we live in Tennessee they had to calculate the sales tax for our state and county. We were told that they sell cars and trucks all the time and are used to doing the paper work for out of state purchase. When we went to the department of motor vehicle to purchase our tags we had the cheque from Larry Ford to pay for our sales tax since we had rolled the tax on to our financing. As it turned out we owed Tennessee almost $500 in taxes, because they did not calculate the sales tax properly. We were not happy to say the least they sell cars and collect sales tax all the time and they should know how to do this so that the number is not so far off. Won't ever buy a vehicle from there again.

Top 5 reasons not to do business with WADE Ford Atlanta!Im an Active duty service member who has spent the last 14 years in the military and endured numerous combat deployments over the years. I have yet to encounter the level of annoyance that I experienced at Wade Ford Atlanta. My fiancee and I was in the market for an SUV because we are currently in the process of starting our family. We had been looking for a vehicle for some time and decided that it would be best to commit to buying at the end of the year due to the sales that occur then. We settled on the new Ford Explorer and decided on January 2, 2014 to purchase it after being approved for financing from our bank. We saw that Wade Ford had the vehicle we were interested and made the trek to the dealership after looking over the specifications online. We also, had my fiancees vehicle to trade in which was in good condition with low miles. As we arrived at the dealership my top 5 reasons was unveiled. 1. Unscrupulous Business PracticeUpon arrival, we began talking to the sales rep we spoke to on the phone about the vehicle. He started asking the normal question such as financing, pricing, etc. I told him we had financing and we were hoping to get the vehicle for this price out the door with trade. At this moment we were willing to give the dealership the value that they posted on their site for the vehicle. The sales person came back with paperwork that presented a price $1000 more than was on their site. We asked why and he said that it was a special they had and it doesnt apply in our case. We went back and forth and still couldnt get a proper answer. So we let it go because we wanted the vehicle. In any case, they were supposedly assessing our trade as well. This brings me to my next reason.2. Unjust Evaluation So while we were sitting with the sales person, he asked for the keys to my fiancee vehicle which we obliged and gave to him. We saw this fat scruffy guy jump into the car and drove off for about 5 minutes and returned. When he returned it was about the time that the salesperson went to do our paperwork. The salesperson came back about 10minutes later and presented a low ball offer for our vehicle. Now dont get me wrong Im not expecting to get top dollar at the dealer but, Im also not expecting to get a cash for clunker offer either because her vehicle was by far not a clunker. In any case we were able to get the vehicle traded for a price that will allow us to compensate somewhat for the $1000 increase they all of a sudden decided that we were not eligible for. It was time to do paperwork which brings me into my next reason not to do business with Wade Ford. 3. Dishonesty from employeesWe were escorted into a trailer to their finance guy Cedric Ruff. I remember his name because I genuinely felt this guy was a low ball in many cases. This gentleman began shuffling paperwork in front of my fiancee and me without explanation. As we read the paperwork he began getting impatient on top of that my fiancee was curious how can someone who seemed sketchy as the best word becomes the finance director. He said he was fortunate and pretty much didnt give us an answer. After signing the paperwork, we realized that Mr. Ruff added a 3rd party warranty to our purchase vs. offering a Ford ESP warranty which by the way is much cheaper. We asked for it to remove and it seemed he felt inconvenience by our request. We later left and called the Ford ESP hotline and was able to get a maintenance warranty and a vehicle warranty for $500 less than that of what we was being offered by Mr. Cedric Ruff. 4. Unreliable Customer ServiceAs everyone knows it is the dealership responsibility to facilitate the registration of the vehicle with the DMV in most cases. I purchased my car on January 2, 2014 and received a call on January 28, 2014 from Wade Ford asking for some more information in order to process my paperwork for my tags. At this point I became nervous because my tag expires in about 5 days. I provided the documents and then asked what was wrong. They said that we needed the documents to process your tags and title. I called back and asked why only now you all contacting me. They said that it had to do with the storm that shutdown Atlanta for 2 days that presented a delay. Now I dont know but, that appeared to be a very dishonest answer especially because I bought the vehicle on January 2.5. Evasive Actions to answer questionWhich brings me to now February 6th, 2014; I have yet to receive my tags and have made several trips to Wade Ford asking why this is. Only to be told by Mr. Cedric Ruff that its not his fault and blamed it on the salesperson who actually went out of his way to sell me the vehicle. In addition, I have a brand new vehicle that Im not able to drive because of expired temporary tags. Ive called the dealership several times and have yet to receive a call back from Mr. Ruff. I called there tags and title department spoke to a lady name Nancy who told me that there appeared to be a delay on my paperwork from the Fulton County DMV and it will take 2 days to get the document from a place less 25 minutes from the dealership. In closing, as you can see from some previous reviews there seems to be a pattern. This experience has deterred me from even wanting to purchase a Ford vehicle again in the future. All I can say is, BUYER BEWARE!!!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I am a long time customer of Wade Ford and on 01-27-14 I was really satisfied with the service. I visited to purchase a new battery. After entering the service area, I told the service rep that I have to get my small children out of the truck. He (Erik Gantek) looked in the truck and saw that I had a 2 year old and 5 month old. At that point he told me to leave the children in their seats and we will change the battery right here. Mr. Gantek had the battery tech come and change the battery where I was. Having not to wake up two small children was great. Please give Mr. Gantek a BIG thank you.

Desmond Robain. This is my fourth vehicle purchase, and I have dealt with pushy sales reps every time until now. Desmond was polite, friendly, and helpful. He let the truck sell itself, listened to my concerns, and was helpful in discussion of our trade in. I will definitely be giving him a call when we decide to make a new purchase. The gentlemen that handled our financing was also very easy to work with. He was friendly and helpful, and made the process move very smoothly. I was very pleased with our experience at Wade Ford.

I took my truck in to have a tune up performed on my vehicle. Nathan greeted me in a friendly manner and understood what I wanted. He got my truck right in even though I was a bit early for my appointment.I needed to get something from my truck to clean my hands with after needing to use the restroom due to the water being frozen or cut off due to the cold to the portable restrooms. Nathan said it would be fine and the mechanic who was working on my truck started to let my truck down, but showed me a sink with soap that I could us. The mechanic even answered questions I had about my truck as far as possible leaks and the front brakes (easier to get to spark plugs on one side with the tire removed).

Our experience each time was great. It was what every car buyer should experience. The people are welcoming, friendly and professional. Our sales person took the "fear" out of buying a car. We found a Ford Escape on Auto Trader on 05Oct2013 that matched our criteria and within but at the top of our budget at $15998. We put in a request for further information thru the Auto Trader website. Received a reply same day from salesman Creed saying that he would get us further information on Mon 07Oct as the vehicle was not on the lot yet. On Monday we received the requested information in the form of a personalized video. (nice touch!) We communicated back and forth with Creed all week being told that it was a Certified Preowned Vehicle and when we asked he told us that there would be some wiggle room with the price. Mid-week we made an appointment to test drive it on Sat 12Oct. Late Fri night as we were firming up our plans for the next day we went online and again viewed the vehicle, which had not changed. Sat we called to confirm that it was still there before making the 170 mile (each way) drive to see the vehicle. We arrived and looked over the vehicle noticing a couple small dents and that the tires had dry-rot. We drove the vehicle and decided that if the price could be adjusted down slightly that we would buy it. We talked to Creed about those issues and went inside while he talked to his manager, Danny Pereira. He came and got us from the lobby and told us that we would need to talk to Danny, the Sales Manager. We went into Danny's office and my husband confirmed that Danny was indeed "the boss". Danny commented that the vehicle had just gone on their website that day (lie). When we refuted that with the fact we had been talking to Creed about it for a week, he finally admitted that it had been 8 days. Then told us they just got it on their lot that day (another lie!). Danny handed us a pricing paper listing the price of the vehicle as $16877 plus taxes & fees (misc fees of $264 and document fees of $599). We questioned that the price of the vehicle did not match what it had been listed for online or what was marked on the windshield of the vehicle. Danny said "Well that's the price online". When we said that's not what it was on AutoTrader, he pulled up AutoTrader on his computer and said "That's the price on there now". He went on to say that "It's a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle and it costs us $500 just to certify it and we're not going to eat that". (But we had already been told that it was a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle at $15998.) My husband questioned him multiple times "So you are not going to honor the price that is marked on the windshield?" And Danny's response in a very condescending manner was an emphatic "No!" Not only were his attitude & customer service skills horrendous, the practice of increasing the price after all the communication we had on the vehicle and what was marked on the vehicle is terribly unethical. Be aware that if you are considering doing business with this dealership that they may change the price on you the day you are scheduled to view the vehicle and that they do not honor the price that they list on the vehicle.

We came to the dealership on the reccomendation of a friend who bought a F250 at Wade Ford. I value my friend's view of Wade's customer service so I went on line before hand and previewed several vehicles. We narrowed our choice down to 2 vehicles and drove to the lot for a test drive. Jeff our sales person, listened to our vehicle needs and helped us compare the 2 vehicles. He helped us make an informed vehicle decision and we received excellent, low-key service with no unecessary pressures. Our salesperson Jeff made our Wade Ford purchase experience a positive one. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to answering all our questions. He even took the time to show us around the service department! I chose Wade ford based on proximity to my home. I picked this dealer to service a CPO car I had purchased from another dealer not convenient to me. My first and second service did not go as planned and was really both the dealer (delayed appointment time ) and Fords fault for sending a bad replacement part. My review however is based on something else entirely. Wade Ford sells your information to 3rd party extended warranty companies. This company will call you after your service under the guise of following up on your experience with Wade Fords service department. They have nothing to do with Wade ford other than receiving your personal information from them. Wade Ford should be ashamed of this practice and held accountable for giving out customers information to anyone other than their own company.

I visited this dealership for one vehicle I found on Auto Trader. Stephen helped us with test drive the car, but sadly it did not have enough gas to reach the highway. Nevertheless, I desired to proceed with the deal. That's when I discovered that this dealership is not for the little people. They took all of my information and set me home to collect more. I waited more than 5 days to hear back from them and in the mean time I watched how they removed the car from their website. I received a pointless call from the salesman stating that management was "supposed" to call me, but what good would the call have done if their intentions was not to sell me the car to begin with. Save yourself the trouble and leave this dealership alone! If you are not the type of person they desire to sell to you are wasting your time.

I paid 7500.00 CASH IN FULL for a used car from this dealership. i drove 3 1/2 hours to get the car. it BROKE DOWN on the way home. in the first 400 miles, it's had almost 5000.00 in repairs, they stopped answering the calls/emails, and its been in the shop 17 of the 24 days since i got it. it still has the temp tag and its in the shop **AGAIN**. DO NOT buy from this dealership- they are horrible mechanics and sell cars they KNOW have issues. also to add i have the contract for the ext. warranty & they dropped the ball on that too..

I found a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited with the 302A package in the premium white paint. I was specifically looking for 2cd row bucket seats or captain's chairs since I have 3 children and need easy access to the 3rd row. I found a vehicle on ebay that appeared to fit this bill for 49,015 listed through this dealership. I called to inquire about all the features I was looking for and was very specific about the need for 2cd row buckets/captains. Marty was the person who took my call about the internet ad. He was very friendly on the phone, stated he was on the lot actually looking at the vehicle. I asked about the second row seating configuration and he confirmed it was what I wanted AND was also a 4x4 with a tow package (which I don't need since we have a F350). . I informed him I live in Augusta and do not want to do business with the 2 local Ford dealerships here to due multiple previous negative experiences with both of them and was willing to travel to get the vehicle if the price was right. He quoted me a price of $44, 750! I was ecstatic about this price and put a $200 deposit down with the intent of driving up the next weekend to get it. In the meantime, I called the Ford dealership we bought our F350 from to see if they could match or beat the price. Much to my chagrin, the salesman we work with called me back with the details on the vehicle and told me it did NOT have second row bucket seats (which is a deal breaker for the purchase of the car). I called Wade Ford back armed with this new information and was slickly redirected to a description of another similar vehicle in their inventory that had the second row buckets by the sales manager while he had Marty go out to the lot and look at the vehicle in question. When I continued to inquire about the vehicle I put my deposit down on, he eventually said that "Marty got confused" and gave me misinformation about the vehicle. I requested that the $200 deposit be refunded. He said I would not be charged. Marty was in the room when this telephone conversation was occurring but didn't have the decency to talk to me on the phone and explain what had happened.Maybe I'm wrong, but I think they fully intended to pull a bait-and-switch on me. Do not trust this dealership with out-of-town or online purchases. I would've been incredibly upset if I had actually driven to Smyrna (2 1/2 hours away/lost revenue from work for my husband/vacation day from work for me) only to discover I had been misled.

After trying to convince me that 65,000 miles on a 2 year old used car was "average" mileage for the Atlanta area the salesman I saw today, tried to get me to buy a new Fiesta, when I insisted the price was too high and started to leave, he insisted that I meet his boss - who offered me a Focus for the same price. Imagine my surprise when I got home and saw, if not the same cars, identical ones advertised on AJC's Autotrader link from Wade Ford for about $2000 less than the best prices they gave me.I am an elderly woman. I came in with a cane and a cast, I explained that I had a good job and great credit and needed a car quickly. They obviously just saw me as easy pickings.

We have been coming here for at least 10 years. Have bought 2 cars here and drive over 20 miles to get our service work done here because they are so honest about what needs to be done or not done. Also, we were so surprised by the low price on getting our serpentine belt replaced, especially since it was done at a dealership. Half the cost that we expected. All the work done has been very good and very fast.

Desmond referred me to the service department to address the issue of wind noise in the 2012 Edge. The service dept took my vehicle for a test drive and once completed, explained to me the noise I was hearing was normal. They intro me to the service manager who also drives and Edge and he explained that the combination of wind noise with the Pirelli tires that I had on the vehicle was normal. He experiences the same on his vehicle.

The only reason for giving one 4 is the confusion around the navigation software upgrade and the fact that I took the time to go out there, only to be told that they could not fix it without the stick from Ford Motor Co.

Best car dealership I have worked with so far - I have bought 35 cars since I was 19. The sales and loan department were very good to work with. I have always been a GM product buyer for most of my life, but Ford did not take a federal bailout and thier trucks seem to be superior to GM.

Well, I have always hated shopping for a new vehicle, especially from a dealer; however, all I can say is that this is the very first time I was really satisfied with my purchase, as far as the kind of treatment I got from the sales dept. And, I never felt I was being taken advantage of in any sense. Let me put this way, I flew all the way from Miami, FL to buy my new truck from these guys. I first contacted Donnie M. (with internet sales) since I like to do my shopping online, and she was great from the get-go. However, Donnie's usually so busy with the used cars dept. that she had Larry F. (with new vehicles sales) take care of me. Needless to say, both were very nice and professional and went the extra mile to provide an excellent service. Larry even picked me up at ATL airport. I loved their "Southern" accent and hospitality. But, what I liked and appreciated the most was the fact that neither Donnie nor Larry never, and mean never, pushed me to buy my truck right away or tried to offer me something else. I knew what I wanted and they understood and respected that. And although that's how it should always be, this is very rare to find in any salesperson. Fact is, every employee at met at Wade Ford was super friendly and willing to help and tried to make you feel at ease. BTW, they have the most beautiful blondie for a cahsier. 'Nuff said!

Very honest and gave me an extra discount that I didn't know I was qualified for on documentation fees. Prices were clearly explained and rebates applied perfectly - very knowledgable staff. Car we wanted wasn't available in color we wanted so they had it shipped from Alabama overnight and ready for us when we arrived. They forgot to add 149 on the sales slip for the bedliner on truck but rather than asking us to pay or redoing paper work they gave it to us!

I had negotiated the lease price over the phone. Sure enough when I got there it was the same. They let us do the test drive on our own and from there everything was handled very well. For me going to a car dealership is greeted with the same fear I have going to the dentist. I do A LOT of homework before I decide to buy a car so when I show up on the lot I am ready to make a decision and an offer. I worked with salesperson Jeremy Jones as well as Sales Manager Danny Pereira and we negotiated a very fair deal. They worked extremely hard to make my deal work. Jeremy was extremely helpful with a follow up item where I needed a second replacement key as the car I purchased only had one set of keys. They took very good care of me.These folks are extremely friendly and actually made this car purchase a very pleasant experience - one where I came away feeling I was not "taken" and I made a good deal.

After a bad experience with another Ford dealer, we moved our service business to Wade in 1994.We've been there ever since. They are fair, do good work, and if there is a problem or something is more expensive than expected they will call you and get authorization.At this point we have bought 4 vehicles from them and have them serviced here as well.Very satisfied.

This dealer worked with me and didn't give up pursuit of a mutually beneficial deal. The sales manager was a straight shooter, which I appreciate. While it took a week to close, it turns out to be for the best. Everyone I met, including the finance manager and other sales executives, were pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with my lease and vehicle. For those in the metro Atlanta area that may think you are too far away to buy from Wade, please consider working with these folks. We spoke on the phone until we had the framework of a deal in place before I drove over making the eventual 50 mile drive worth it.

Nikki was so nice. She made me smile. I talked to her and scheduled an appointment for service but they were closing early since it was a holiday weekend. She called me back and informed me. I thought that was so nice. I have been to some dealers that just closed early without letting me know. Wade Ford stands out from the rest. Thank you Wade Ford. I will be returning with my service needs. The service was completed very fast and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Bought thru Costco. Service was quick and friendly. Car was delivered as agreed and follow-up was good. I would buy another car from this dealer and will recommend them to anyone who is searching for a new car.

Jason ALWAYS takes of me, and EXPLAINS all the work to me besides a regular oil change. He keeps my 1999 Ford Ranger running tops. Thank you Wade Ford for a great service experience. BTW, I bring my wife's Honda Accord in for routine maintenance also !!

The appointment was set for the time and date I requested. Service was performed in a timely way. Service rep and cashier were very polite and courteous. I have been using this location since 2003.

We pre-ordered a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT through Randy. We told him exactly what we wanted and that is what we got! He returned emails quickly and answered all of our questions along the way. At pick up, he spent an hour showing us the MySync touch screen and all of the bells and whistles. This is our second vehicle purchased here and we do recommend this dealership, especially Randy White.

Service advisor Rick went out of his way to give me services ann Estimated cost. I will be a return customer. It's seems that the Ford Motor Company has comeup with a very efficient program for car maintenace. My service advisor was on top everthing needed for my truck.

I would only recommend this dealership if and only if I did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. At first he was friendly and I was set on a new Ford Edge when his demeanor turned aggresive and uncomfortable - bordering on sexual harrassment.I left the dealership without a deal and made a purchase at another dealer the following week. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM. I simply wanted out of the situation and quickly.I will NOT consider purchasing a car from this dealership as long as I have to deal with this salesman!

First came to Wade 3-4 months ago when we just started thinking about a new car. Everyone was so helpful. After researching cars, we knew what we wanted. When we came in to inquire about a car we saw online, it was exactly what we wanted. Everything about the buying process was easy and pleasurable.

I have been a customer of Wade Ford for 20 years and have always received excellent service when buying a car or having my car serviced. I always use Wade Ford service for all my cars up keep. All problems are very quickly corrected to my satisfaction.

I had warped rear brake rotors replaced at a discount shop. After a couple of weeks I began to hear a grinding noise in the rear end. I took the car to Wade and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Rotors were not the correct size for my car. Wade replaced the rotors with the correct size and I have not had a problem since. They also saved the wrong size rotors for me to the take back to the discount shop for a refund. From now on, I take my car to Wade Ford.

The service at this dealership is always great! The service department was the reason we went there in the first place and we have since purchased two vehicles from them. The video that Chris sent me about the truck I was interested in was outstanding!!

I have been doimg business with Wade Ford since 1980. During that time, I tried other facilities. My experiences with Wade have been superior to anyone else in the Cobb County are. Wade annot be beat on quality of work, price or knowlege of the staff.

Courteous and prompt service. Asking for 250 or characters is an unreasonable request since there were no faults or issues with the service I received. If you want me to continue to provide a review after each time I use the service department of the dealership, please change this stipulation!!!

I came in without an appointment for an oil change. This was completed in 20 minutes and the service advisor, Jason, went over the details of what was done. Very professional, very speedy and very well done. The quality was there, the service was top notch, I am a very satisfied customer.

Taking my SUV in for service is not one of my favorite things to do, but when I leave Wade Ford I feel like I'm a part of the Wade Ford family. Everyone, without exception, has a smile on their face and makes you feel like you are one of their favorite customers. From the service rep to the cashier, to the individual who brings you your vechile. It begins with Eric - he is terrific about explaining the situation, the needed work, etc. Thank you Wade Ford.

Not once but twice we tried to do business with Wade Ford In Smyrna and twice found it not only impossible but also very insulting.The first time we went into the dealership after having spoke with Donnie Mangrum and Chris Greeson on the phone about a 2007 Edge they had on their website.I should have known that I was wasting my time because both Donnie and Chris were dead set on not dealing with lowering the asking price. In spite of that we tried to work a deal and after an hour relized we could not get a deal done. A month later we seen where they still had the 2007 Edge on the Wade Ford website so I tried to work a deal once more and spoke with Ron W. We sent in another credit report online and gave Ron the trade in information. That was on Saturday. Later that afternoon we were told that it would be monday before they would have an answer. It was not Monday but late in the day tuesday before Ron W. called and said that they could not get a deal done because they would not allow us but 17,000 on our trade in that is worth about 25,000. It was an insult! After a long family tradition of doing business with Wade Ford dating back to when they were on Spring St in downtown Atlanta I can assure you that they have no intentions of working with their repeat customers and will tell you outright lies when it comes to dealing with customers. I will not ever go back to Wade Ford for anything and advise anyone looking for a good and honest deal to look anywhere but Wade Ford in Smyrna, Ga. Also they continue to sent emails that reads that they are trying to contact me. Another lie. They have my contact number if they want to contact me. I will be following up with this problem with the General Manager Mike Barlow. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

That was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Dealt with the Manager during the visit and he was great also. They had all the vehicles priced on yellow display tags which no other Ford dealer did that I went to. It was great not to feel pressured buying a car!
