I recently purchase a 2013 Jetta, Joseph Coleman was my sells person. This experience was one of the best that my wife and I have had purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Coleman was honest and willing to assist anyway possible. Also I would like to thank Mr. Lewis Downing.

I thought after returning for my car service at Waldorf Dodge Service today, I would take the time to write a review because: These guys are fantastic, from the guys that greet you upfront, to the on queue technicians - they have never disappointed. They are always so friendly, pleasant and helpful...although they are all fabulous...Wes is the best!!! He takes always minute to chat and get to know his customers, superior customer service skills.

These guys were great,they had me in and out very quickly.They advised me on the stuff that I would later on down the road and didn't force anything on me that I didn't need.They just made me feel wanted.Being a female I feel we get taken a lot of the time,but hear I didn't.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I recently purchased a Ram 1500. My sales representative was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a deal, without the heavy sales pressure and got a good vibe from the entire staff. I felt very comfortable in this Dealership. I would have no problem going back to Waldorf Dodge in the future. Based on my experience, I recommend the Waldorf Dealership to all Dodge/RAM customers.

Came in for a air bag recall and oil change, Mike Mason was my service advisor i was updated on my car and informed of my upcoming services. I was taken care of in a timely fashion, and found that everybody i spoke with was very polite and professional.

We brought a new 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 and a prior 2011 Dodge Durango from the Waldorf Dodge Dealership. We have had nothing but the best professional business relationship with this company. The service we received was excellent. Thanks for all you do Wes and Michael.

Had my 1993 Dodge Stealth with 49,000 original miles on it towed to their service department when it stopped running on a Monday. They call me back the following Monday, 7 days later telling me none of their mechanics wanted to touch it because it was so old and it has a factory Mitsubishi engine in it since Dodge & Mitsubishi were co-building cars back then. They recommended I tow it to another Dodge or Mitsubishi dealer to have it looked at. Now paying to have it towed to the Alexandria, VA Dodge dealer who said they can diagnose the problem. Will never buy or have a car serviced at Waldorf Dodge ever!!!!
