I was affected by the great flood of 2016 in Baton Rouge and Acura of BR was not helping much, not to mention cars were flying off the lots here in BR. I was very frustrated and depressed but I took off from work to take care of some other things and just started internet surfing and lucked up on my 2013 Acura TL that I LOVE. This dealership is by far the BEST ACURA DEALERSHIP IN LOUISIANA I think I may even drive to Metairie for service on my car.

My experience at this dearler ship was horrible..the customer service was awful.....I will never buy another vehicle again from there or recommend anyone to go there

I bought a car from MARIO and later decided to get the car appraised. Found out the car had been damaged. Carfax history report was clean. They said since it was not notified to them it is nothing they could do about it. They dealership said the same thing. So you mean to tell me that WALKER ACURA buys cars and not have a body mechanic look over it. I had a engine mechanic look at it.

Bought a 2017 Acura MDX at Walker Acura and rear seat rattles! Rattled since I drove it of the lot on 8/18/16. Had a 2014 with no problems, but the 2017 MDX rear seat has problems that they cannot be fixed- or they have not fixed mine yet. I had an appointment that day with the Lexus dealership down the block. I am sorry I did not buy their SUV- I spent $50,000 and got at rattle trap. A certain fix would be to replace the rear seat, but they will not do that. Real nice people, but should have replaced the car at 45 miles. It was in the showroom floor and had 40 miles, and when I drove it home it started to rattle. Brought to service 6 times, but today it's in again it will be it's second ticket. Looks like it is a candidate for LA. Lemon Law. BUYER BEWARE!

Great car, took about 5 hours total to negotiate and get paperwork done - you would think this day in age technology would be better. The best customer service I received was from the finance guy, the rest was medocre at best. 'Salespeople' that spent more time on their phones than greeting customers, total lack of any personability, and they dressed like they just rolled out of bed. The most fun I had was bartering the price down, as I'm a huge fan of getting what I want. I do love the new RDX though, so I can't be totally unhappy. If I were GM I'd take a long look at my staff and train properly.

Went shopping for a 2014 MDX at Walker Acura. Our salesperson, Maria, was very accommodating with all our request. Explained all the various options and features. The negotiations were very straight forward with no stress. I really enjoyed the process which is unusual in the buying cars process. I recommend anyone wanting a Acura check out Walker Acura and ask for Maria for a professional car buying experience.

David is the most professional salesperson I've met. He knows his product well and he listened to our needs and wants. David then showed us a couple possible options and my wife and I picked the 2012 Acura TL. Wow, what a car!!! I would definitely recommend Walker Acura.
