The people are kind and helpful, the vehicles are wonderful, and the prices are fair. Overall, I had a great experience.

My husband and I decided to trade in my older model SUV for a new car. After looking around on the internet I had a list of 6 vehicles I was interested in and I headed off to town to check them out. Every other dealership tried to over sell me, they kept trying to get me to buy outside my comfort level. Walker worked with me on my budget, kept my notes within $10 of what I was paying for my older vehicle, and gave me a discount for being a college student. They also gave me a very fair trade in for my 2002 Suburban, almost enough to pay it off. I worked with a salesman by the name of Kevin Crooks and he really worked with me and ran the numbers again and again to get my notes lower. I am thrilled with my new 2013 Kia SOUL, we go tonight to sign the final papers. They were wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend working with this dealership! Thanks Walker Kia for helping us get our new car! When others won't, Walker will!!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler through this dealer that I found on cars.com. The buying experience was pretty quick and little to no hassle. However, when I got home, I found water in the entire floor board of the Jeep. After removing the carpets I discovered that this vehicle seemed to have been driven through a creek or river of some kind, as there was river sand under the carpet and it smelled somewhat fishy. I wasn't worried so much about the water because Jeeps are built for this. The dealer should have taken the time though to do what needed to be done to clean it out. It was not very difficult to remove the carpets and pull the drain plugs in the floor board. A little more care would have been nice. The interior was pretty dirty also. I did get a good deal on it, so it was more headache for me than anything.

Walker Kia is AWFUL! they take FULL advantage of inexperianced buyers!! I had to file a formal complaint with KIA to even have anyone return my calls to discuss my problems/concerns! I purchased TWO cars in the same day and the manager Brian Kendrick told me that the cars I purchased "would not pay the electric bill around here" I have created a facebook page called WALKER AUTOMOTIVE KIA SUCKS, please go visit! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! It will be worth your drive to go to another KIA dealer for your purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
