I had my Jeep Commander towed in and did not have an appointment. They were very considerate, gave me a ride home and had it repaired by morning, picked me up and I was on my way to the West Coast. I have always found everyone at Wallace Jeep to be very helpful and considerate. I will definitely continue to go there.

Worked with Mr. Lee Kurzen for several months prior to purchase of new vehicle. Planned exact type, etc, and Mr. Kurzen did an outstanding job to get everything ready. Stay away, I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 with 27,000 miles on it 6 months ago, it's already been in for engine service twice. Worst part is Wallace doesn't want to cover any of it. So much for a so called warranty. And they set up a rental for me which I also have to cover because my 6 month owned vehicle isn't being covered under their crappy warranty! Go somewhere else to buy, anywhere but Wallace

I scheduled an appointment for replacement of my 'recalled' ignition switch on my Jeep. I had been having problems with dash lights coming on and off and all gauges dropping to zero. The service manager was very attentive and processed my admission within minutes. I also requested a duplicate key and he processed that immediately. I had it the next day. Wallace has a very nice customer waiting area with TV, magazines, coffee etc. I didn't have to wait too long. After the ignition replacement all is running smoothly. I suggest everyone pay attention to recall notices from the manufacturer. I appreciated the speedy and courteous attention from Wallace.

It was so nice to go into a dealership, see the car, see the price and know there were no strings attached. We received all the rebates and discounts that were initially listed on the internet. There were so many dealerships that posted an amount for the same car and when we got there saw the car, they said that included discounts or rebates we were not eligible for. Wallace did not hide anything and was honest, something we did not find in others. We will probably do business with Wallace again when in need of a vehicle. It was a 2 hour drive for us one way but well worth it.

I was looking to trade in my 2015 Dodge Journey and get a mini van for my wife as well as purchase a second car for myself. We couldn't make the deal happen do to the loss in value on the Journey. I had to take my business back to the dealer I bought the journey from. The other dealer also happen to have a 2015 grand caravan with all the options my wife wanted. We did purchase that van. However, i did find myself back at Wallace to purchase my second car that I still needed. The only reason i really did go back was because the Chrysler 300 I wanted was the cheapest there the. Anywhere else plus Steve Francis was a great salesman. He worked his butt off. He was even showing the same 300 I went back for to another couple and as loyal as he is to customers he previously delt with he turned them into another one and I purchased the one I wanted. They do need to have more finance people on hand. That was the worst part of the day, having to wait as long as I did to close. Would go back again. Would recommend having some vending machines or something for the customers too.

While driving home from work, the engine in my Challenger began to lose power. I was approximately 1 mile from Wallace Dodge. Called Wallace Dodge Service and spoke to Brian O' Neal, the Service Manager. Mr O'Neil told me he would wait for me to drop my car off. Upon my arrival, I noticed the Service department was closed and Mr. O'Neal was patiently waiting for my arrival. Mr. O' Neal generated a repair order and dropped me off at a local rental car company on his own time. The following day my vehicle was repaired as promised. Thank you Mr. O' Neal for the awesome service!

What a breath of fresh air for my first experience at Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Stuart, FL. Especially after a bad experience at another dealer which I had been a loyal customer for 20 plus years. Treated like a valued customer started when scheduling my routine maintenance and continued with the Service Adviser, ending with the Cashier. Took my car in Tuesday, April 19th, for repairs due to engine check light came on. I was told it would take at least two days, so was given a rental car. I got a call two hours later and was told the car was ready! They said the computer updates didn't take as long as expected. It also needed emission leak repairs. A few days later when I started the car, the same check engine light came on. I drove straight over to Jeep and that technician found the problem right away! There was a crack in one of the lines. The first repair person, obviously, did not locate it and just assumed the problem was fixed or turned off the indicator light. This dealer (Stuart, FL) also does not have any nice place for customers to wait for their cars while being repaired. When I asked where I could wait, I was told, "There's a bench inside". Not good.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff, service, and overall experience at this dealership. I recently purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was extremely pleased with it. However, having a fairly large family, I quickly realized I needed more space. Just shy of four months of owing this vehicle I came back to the dealership expecting to get 'raked over the coals". Not only was my salesman for the second time around, Jimmy Pescatore, understanding to my situation but he went above and beyond to get me into the perfect vehicle for my needs. I do want to add that he had suggested a larger vehicle the first time but I was insistent that I would be fine in the Jeep. I expected to have to settle for a used vehicle with high mileage and no bells and whistles. When I left I had everything I wanted and more and not a penny more out of my pocket. Jimmy searched their entire inventory to come up with a winner. He was patient, understanding, never made me feel bad for making the wrong decision, and never said, "I told you so". The process went quickly and I left happy. Others that may go unnoticed but worked hard to make the process run smooth are :the finance manager,Penny. She is such a doll and a pleasure to work with. You couldn't find a more organized, knowledgeable, and caring person for the job. She makes you feel like you've known her for years. The golf cart greeter gals out front are extremely pleasant and welcoming. And last but not least Mr. Doug Diamond or as I refer to him as Mr. Smiley. He is always upbeat and ready to serve. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and stop in to see Jimmy and the crew. Car shopping can be such a daunting experience but Wallace CJDR in Stuart really has set the bar high. BTW - I was not paid to give this review. This was an honest account of my experience with this team. Thanks again!!!

I am a PA resident and spend more than 6 months in Stuart. My 2014 Challenger RT required service in PA... unfortunately, the PA dealer's service department employees failed on all levels that one would expect from a dealership. Consequently, I had to drive to Florida with no AC... Wallace Dodge immediately provided prompt service as well as a loaner. We purchased our vehicle from another dealer. We used their service department for approximately a year and found the level of service to be sub par. The advisors never seemed to know what service was required and constantly had to be reminded that we use synthetic oil. We moved to Wallace as my mother lives in Stuart, and we are so happy with the move. The 200 mile drive is worth it all, even when visiting Mom is not part of the trip. The service is thorough, thoughtful and complete. The car is even cleaned appropriately after service.' Our service advisor is fantastic.Highly recommend this dealer.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We were camping at Jonathan Dickinson campground and noticed my truck's wheels started smoking. The truck was crucial to pulling my travel trailer around. I was concerned that we would not be able to leave on time since we had to leave at a certain date. Wallace Chrysler took my truck that day and worked me in. In 2 days calipers were replace among other things and we were on our way. They even had a shuttle service to pick me up and I was at least 15 miles away. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Professionally done. Only beef was that I stood in front of a service desk for 10 minutes while the employee behind the desk did not even acknowledge that I was there. So I walked over to another service desk where there was no one and that employee said I will be right with you without even looking up. After about 5 minutes she said what do you want? She said you need to see Allen. So I did and he immediately helped me.

My wife and I walked around the Wallace Jeep parking lot looking for a wrangler unlimited. A friendly greeter acknowledged our presence and immediately had a sales rep come out to meet us. Our rep was Joe Oberlander. He took time to answer our questions and took us for test drive on 2 vehicles that we were interested in. He was courteous and knowledgeable and absolutely gave us the latitude of evaluating our options. There was no pressure to buy, while he did ask us if there was anything the management can do to help us decide (as we were at that point very convinced that we wanted a jeep after the road tests). We returned the next day to meet with Joe again since we could not decide on the exact vehicle. There was a internet-ad sale happening that weekend and the dealership honored everything that was put in print in media, i.e., discounts, fees, and trade-in value were clearly outlined during negotiation. The sales manager Carter Lee, and also the owner Rusty Wallace came out to answer further questions from us with clear, non-distorted explanations. We were impressed with their candor and their willingness to work with the buyers. This was my first time at Wallace. It was for a recall which took an exceptionally long time before the part was available. That was the only negative about getting the job done. I dreaded buying a new vehicle and have put it off for years. I decide to bite the bullet and after reading several negative reviews regarding "Florida's #1 Volume Dodge Dealer" my wife and I chose Wallace Chrysler Dodge Jeep as my choice of dealer. I wanted a Dodge Durango R/T and I had no luck finding one online that met my specifications or price . My wife and I drove 40mins down to Stuart and once we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by a customer greater. The greater asked us a few questions to get an idea of how they could help us find the vehicle we wanted and to match us with a dealer. We were assigned Maurice and he immediately began to work with us to find the vehicle we wanted. Maurice was courteous and pleasant, he was also very accommodating and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Maurice helped us to narrow down our choices and found us the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. The Dodge was ready for pick up within 24hrs and delivered with a full tank of gas. I would definitely buy from Wallace again.

We were on vacation, far from home, when the "check engine light" suddenly appeared on my 4-month old Cherokee. We drove into a nearby dealer who kept the car for a few days and said it was repaired; but when we picked it up, the light came on again.We took a chance and drove into Wallace. They were so courteous and helpful, especially Mitzi and the Service Manager whose name, unfortunately, I do not remember. They repaired the car in a few days. When we picked it up, it was perfect. We're now home, 1200 miles away, and the car drives beautifully. No problems.Thank you Wallace!

Came in for another recall on airbags...this is the third one...but Alan treated me as though I was having repairs done that I was paying for and didn't make me feel like I was a bother at all. The car was completed as promised and he contacted me to let me know right away. Very easy place to deal with in the service department. Some place I have been they tell you 3 hours and at 5 pm you still haven't heard anything. This is not the case with Alan and Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Didn't rate the Quality of repair because I have no idea unless the air bag doesn't deploy....lol...thanks Alan taking care of this recall for me.

Got me in and out in one day. Fixed a problem that had been with me for a year, and found some leaking gaskets, when they did a check after my oil change. I have dealt with this dealer since 2007 and have been very satisfied. Mitzi and Brian have always tried to get me in and out while I wait. I live about 30 miles away and only have one car. If I was going to buy another Jeep I would buy here.

The sale person was great, the car is excellent.The person handling closing and finance is misleading about the cost of extending warranties. She attempted to use scare tactics about vehicle reliability and future problems with computer failures and out of pocket cost. Base on what she said, if I believed her I would not buy a Chrysler product, I would have ran out the door. I know that the products are good, or I would not have come in. I wonder how many seniors made extended warranty purchases on FEAR. Send some in there acting as a buyer see what you think. As far as extended warranties go if it was offered by Chrysler I would consider it based on reputations. Never from a third party.

After the usual introductions the sales rep, Carter Lee, stated that this would be the best sales experience that I will ever encounter. I gave him a price and said it was one I received from another sales rep who was not there at this time. He politely excused himself to talk to someone I presumed to be a manager. My first thought was here is where the game begins. There was no game. The price was honored and the vehicle as I wanted was presented on paper for my approval and subsequent order. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The entire process was excellent and as promised initially by Carter Lee the best car sale I have encountered. Both Carter Lee and the dealership are highly recommended in my opinion.

I was 200 miles away headed south with a big red "BRAKE" light on my dash on a FRIDAY.The light would go away if I stopped the engine but reappear in 30 minutes, so I had to get there with the light still on.The Dodge service manager was extremely helpful on the phone and said they would take a look at it if I got it there before 5pm.I got there at 4:45 and within 15 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and got me a rental car under my warranty plan.The car was all fixed by noon on Monday. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.My only complaint was that when I called for a status report Monday morning, I was asked who my service rep was. When I told them I didn't know, I was told they would have to look it up and have the rep call me back. The return call was 90 minutes later. I should not have to remember the name of the rep and I should not have to wait more than 15 minutes for a call back.I did not fill in a rating on price because it was a warranty repair.

I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but there have been a few kinks along the way. Thank Heaven for the service department at Wallace Jeep...they are the best, friendliest, most effiecient service department i have ever dealt with.

Satisfaction of the highest degree. I called and was taken the same day. They replaced the battery which had a bad cell and even though it was over the warranty period they contacted Chrysler to get the replacement at no cost to me. This was all done without any urging on my part

The whole experience was awesome. Particularly liked our salesman, Rick S. He was patient, answered all of our questions and was truly a delight. The finance young lady Penny was equally delightful Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was the best experience I have ever had with buying a new car. The people are so friendly and kind. They want to get you the best deal they can, and they signed us with a fabulous deal. We have used the service department to get our oil changed, They have applied a paint protection, and we had a broken cup holder fixed. Each time we were treated great, and the services were done in a timely manner. The waiting room is very comfortable as well. I highly recomend Wallace.

We leased a Ram 1500 on on 7-22-14 and it was the quickest and best leasing experience that we have ever had. The lease wa an Internet promo rate and they honored the low Internet price! The whole showroom experience was wonderful and this was mainly due to Maurice Garris and Jeanette Gilbert. They are truly at the top of their game. The truck is awesome, too!

Great dealership with wonderful customer service. Salesman told me everything about the vehicle I was interested in and allowed me to take as long of a test drive as I would like. Bought the car I wanted for a reasonable price and am completely happy with it.

I have purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership. Several other dealerships are closer to my home, but they all lack the credibility, professionalism, and reliability of Wallace Jeep. Sales staff recognize that car buyers are intelligent and knowledgeable; therefore, they are not inclined to play sales games seen elsewhere. The service department is the best I have seen anywhere. They don't try to "push" unneeded repairs, they are proactive, and most importantly they know their stuff! Like the sales staff, they are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

traded in two cars and purchased a new Grand Cherokee Maurice started and followed through walking us through the sale and finished up with the most comprehensive explanation of all the features of this fine auto. This dealer can do a lot better. Initial experience with greeter and sales person was very good. When we could not meet with the person we hade made contact we were introduced to another sales person, Rudy Wood. Rudy was a great guy who was obviously trying to do his best. The problem came with negotiating a price. We were purchasing a demo with well over 3700 miles. Given this and the fact that our warranty was now 3700 miles less, we were expecting a fair deal. We thought we had this after some time. The sales manager, came over and gave us the impression he was excepting the deal by saying " He was all in". He smiled and shook hands and left. Shortly after realizing that what he meant was he was unwilling to decrease the price by another $500.00. Even when i went back to explain his poor use of words all he could do was sit back, smile and laugh. If it had not been that this car was what my son was looking for, I was ready to leave. We did end up getting the car and on the day of picking it up realized they did not detail it. They don't do that there they told us and i am still uncertain if they ever serviced it. My best advice is think carefully about going to Wallace. There are better. Reviews I found later were also not supportive. The sales persons like Rudy and Penny were great, but if you do go avoid at all cost working with a particular sales manager. Any person in that position who does not understand the language or laughs at your face is not someone i would deal with.

went searching on line for a used truck (suv) was un sure, but threw all of there inventory and with all there help back and forth But Online Only( my choice) , never went in to go out of my way at any time, when I found the one I was interested in I did my credit application on line while dealing with (PENNY) she was the on line sales associate , Then I went down to look at the SUV HYUNDIA TUSCON . By that time I got there my credit was approved and it was very fast then , all I needed was a deposit to hold the car till I went home to get a few thing together for the financing , I then had no time to go back to sign the papers for 2 days but when I could make it back to sign papers it took us all of about 1 hour to pick up the car. they had it detailed full of gas ready to go. What a great experience it was so easy so fast no wait no problem

We bought our car and have brought it in twice for routine services. The people are friendly and fast. If there is a problem they do everything to fix it and do it right the first time. We had to leave our car for the day and told them we would need transportation and they set us up. They are very helpful and efficient, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Marty Zientz and Penny Bauer helped me and did a very good job. I shopped around but ended coming back to Wallace which has been where we get our vehicles for 10 years now. They also had us in and out in a hurry. Even on a Saturday! Thanks from the Covington family!

Dealt with internet manager Ted and there was little pressure but emailed back and forth and once I got there is was all smooth. Bought a 2014 ram limited for the best deal around. Highly recommend wallace for your mopar needs!

I came to look at my now 2014 Challenger not really ready to purchase. I left the deaership, trading in my 2010 Challenger with a deal that I thought would never happen. It was the best and quiest transaction I have ever made. Ted Soch is the man to see.
