Wallace Family Motors is a great place to get a very fairly priced and clean car. This group of people made me feel very welcome and didn't push me what so ever to buy a car from them (which is what most people look for). Even when the process took a little longer than usual for myself, they completely understood and even stayed longer than their normal shift to wait for me to get the car. All I can say is this dealership is 100% incredible. Thank you guys very much your awesome!

We spent a lot of time looking at this car. Took it for a test ride. Went home and decided to buy the car. The dealer ship closed at 4pm. We called 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening, and Chris said that he would wait for us. Wonderful service!!

Purchased my truck from Wallace Motors.Check engine light came on two days after purchase. Visited Wallace for my concerns. Was told I probably needed new gas cap. Engine light reset. Purchased new gas cap and had the engine light reset. No big deal. Engine light relights two days later. Garage finds gas tank rusted through. New gas tank and labor $1200.00. I went to Wallace Motors and asked for help in covering "1/2" of the bill. Sorry but it is my problem now. Yes I purchased an extended warranty as well. Was not covered. Be careful buyers. I recently came in from Eastern Pa to buy a vehicle because I couldn't find what I wanted out there. It was nice I met Chris when I arrived took my test drive and came back the next day to finalize everything. I purchased my truck last week. The guys were absolutely great - no high pressure sales, they just let you look to see if you like anything on the lot. They do not haggle on price, but there really isn't a need - the vehicles are priced very fairly. Today as I was doing errands, a dash light came on. I was near the dealership, so I stopped over and told them what was going on. Chris checked the computer code, found out a sensor was going bad, called for the part and installed it in less than an hour. I was in NO way expecting that to happen, but was so very appreciative. I can honestly say that I've never experienced customer service at any dealer that was to this level. My husband is planning on purchasing a car from them this spring - I will not shop anywhere else at this point. They do a fantastic job - I would recommend Wallace Family Motors to anyone looking for a well priced, used vehicle. Thanks to everyone that we've dealt with to this point!!

Today is August 16th 2015, Sunday. I was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and because I could not get to their store during normal business hours they brought the Jeep to my house in Pittsburgh so my wife could take it for a test drive. I have talked with many dealers over the years and even worked as a Chrysler mechanic for 4 years and I do not remember ever hearing that happen before. I am still very interested in dealing with them. I am a disable veteran and my wheelchair has to go in the back of what ever vehicle we buy.

I like the truck I bough from Wallace motors. I felt that the staff was trying there best to help but at times I got different answers to my questions. I drove from Meadville to Butler on a Friday and talked to a very nice salesman who made the entire buying experience great. The products sell them selves but good people will sell the buying experience and make return customers. I told all my friends at both of my jobs.

Their vehicles are clean and mechanically sound. Its not one of those dealerships where the vehicles look great online and are described as clean and rust-free but when you get there they are rusted-out and the motor is ticking. The buying experience was great.

Both of my parents bought used suv's from them and I was very impressed with how clean the vehicles were and the deals they got so I took my buddy down to look around since I was in the market for a used suv as well. My buddy and I were both very impressed with the quality of vehicles they had on the lot and I thought the prices were extremely fair. I test drove two suv's and ended up buying one and I am very pleased with the vehicle. My buddy works for a garage and he was impressed as well. The service was excellent, everyone I dealt with during the buying process was very nice to work with, down to earth, and not just trying to make a sale like on a lot of used car lots. They also offer a very nice warranty plan if you choose to purchase it. They let me take my time and didn't pressure me at all, I would highly recommend Wallace Family Motors for their impressive lot of cars and great people to work with during your search. My parents and I love our new suv's.

Everything about the buying experience was great. Everyone we spoke to was very personable and honest. Bought a 2002 Xterra from Chris the other day, and have nothing but good thungs to say about this dealer. He was no pressure and made the expierence of buying enjoyable. I'm picky about my vehicles and gave the Xterra a rigorous inspection only to find it very clean and well serviced. I bought a 98 Ford Contour from Wallace Family Motors in 2013. After about 3 months the car started having problem after problem however as awful as that was they were a huge help at fixing the problems that I came across with the vehicle. They were always very understanding and quick to help me get it back on the road as soon as possible. I finally gave up on it and traded it in for a 2006 GMC Envoy. The only problem I have ever had was being told they would give me $500 for the trade in I was in a hurry and did not read over the paper work like I should have and only received $300 for it. That is the only problem I have ever had and that was from my own stupidity of not reading before signing. The guys in there are always very nice and extremely helpful. After my patience with the contour ran out when it decided to have electrical issues I got the car towed to them picked out a new vehicle got financed paperwork signed and was back home in a few hours. They do make the buying process quick easy and enjoyable. I have suggested them to many people. I never imagined a dealership would be so helpful through the buying and repairing of a car. Their garage prices are also absolutely unbeatable! Thank you Wallace Family Motors!

Went in tonight looking for a used car with my parents to replace my old one. We talked with Chris. Chris, was very friendly and outgoing. I took a test drive and immediately fell in love with it and made an offer. We got a fair price for my old car and a good one on the car we were interested in. It's a great car! I'm so excited that I was able to find a car in such good shape for the price! All and all, my parents and I came out very happy with our purchase and will definitely keep Wallace Family Motors Inc as our first place we look with our future purchases!

Our old car blew a head gasket on a Sunday and was no more. On Monday morning, we went to look for used cars at Wallace Motors, not only because it was close to our house, but also because we drive past the dealership frequently and are aware of the cars and prices in the lot. In the past, we've had to deal with pushy salespeople, but Chris at Wallace Motors was fantastic and there was no pressure. He was patient and thoroughly answered all of our questions. In the end, we were able to drive away with a nice new-to-us vehicle that was in great shape and was acquired at a great price. They even detailed it before we left. I will be recommending Wallace Motors to friends and I plan on going to them first the next time were are in need of a vehicle.

I unexpectedly had to find and buy a "new" car. I was looking for something reliable to put my family in. I was getting frustrated looking on Used Cars Websites (Top $$$'s wanted for piles of junk!!)... I came across a vehicle that Wallace Family Motor's had in stock, and immediately called to inquired about it. They were able to work some numbers for me, and help me out. I went up after work, and was driving off the lot with my car in no time. It was daylight, so I hadn't turned on my headlights yet. The first morning I had the car, I noticed a bulb out, called up there, and they are taking care of it for me. I know... it was just a light bulb, but still... if they do this for the little things, you know they will take care of the big things. They aren't just friends... They're Family.

best used car dealer in the area by far!!!! purchased an 07 suzuki xl7, an 04 tracker, and now an 04 jeep grand cherokee laredo. absolutely the best car buying experience i have ever had. extremely fast. always honest and to crunch quick numbers and be within dollars of the exact payment............ un heard of around any used car dealer lot. wallace family motors has treated me and all my references with the most generous hearts and understanding of all situations. ask for how the vehicles fared....... well............... I HAVE NEVER...........EVER....... had a problem or mechanical issue ever with any of my three cars. not so much as a dummy light on the dash. seriously!!!! now lets think.... 3 cars... same place... easy financing..... no problems mechanically EVER..... Do i really need to say anything else? these guys know there stuff and there like friends to me and my family. these cars hall my family around daily for yrs. I trust no one like I trust WFM. my friends and family have all said the same thing. They have also purchased vehicles there. about 5 or 6 or 7. Getting this car for me was a quest. This was my first car purchase and I had no credit. Working with the bank and sorting through the paperwork for an idiot like me took over a week. All the while my dealer Chris was patient and helped me whenever I asked for help, or when I forgot a necessary paper for a third time. A quick look up and down Rt8 makes it clear, Wallace Family Motors is the place to buy. Most of their vehicles are kept cleaner inside and out than new car dealerships. They know their stuff and stand by their vehicles. They know the area and the people well enough to get you what you want. No pressure, great personality, and fantastic service. They understand that you want to buy a reasonably priced vehicle in good condition. That's what they have. I have never seen a poorly conditioned vehicle in their lot. I have purchased three cars from Wallace and have regretted none of them. They always hit high on the trade-in and low on the sale. My favorite thing about Wallace Family Motors: I never feel like I'm buying a car from a salesman who just wants a sale, I always feel like I'm buying from a person who just wants to sell decent cars to people who need them.

I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. I had an idea of which vehicle I was interested in when I arrived at the lot. I started looking at the vehicle, and was immediately approached by Chris. He never pressured me, giving me plenty of time to look over the vehicle. I bought a used 98 ford contour from Wallace Family Motors a year ago. I have had some issues with the car but its an older car so I expected nothing less. All in all though it is a wonderful car. The buying process was very easy. I return to them any time there is an issue that needs fixed. They do it quick and affordable. Ive never had to go a long period without my car. Ive even just stopped by for quick problems and got them fixed or looked at immediately. Today I took it in for an inspection. I had a ball joint that went bad. They fixed it within an hour for me. The people are very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them to anyone and will return for future purchases. Thank you for the amazing job you guys are constantly doing!

We purchased an expensive used SUV from this dealer with a valid car fax and clean title. When having some warranty work done at another dealership we came to find out that this vehicle had be involved in an accident and required extensive repairs that had never been disclosed to us. When questioned Wallace Family Motors would not stand behind the fact that they had indeed known about the repairs and sold us a faulty vehicle. In fact they would not even speak with us directly. I would never advise a purchase from this dealership.
