I'm very happy with my new vehicle, exceeding expectations. The color was a nice surprise, handles great, mileage is better than expected. The overall look of the car is much better than the on line photos.

I was very happy with my experience. The only think the car I purchased came off the show room floor, they sent it back to be cleaned. But I'm sure it wasn't cleaned the inside was very dusty, and the windows were streaky . Other wise I was pleased with the rest of my visit

The entire staff was Delightful! Shawn Liggett was so knowledgable, patient, caring and even humorous-my husband, daughter and I just loved him! Jimmy was my hudband's initial contact and the reason we decided to work with Wallace in the first place. Before Jimmy we met with several other sales people and dealers... not impressed! Jimmy was with a customer when our family returned which is how/why he introduced us to Shawn. Shawn made the entire process stress-free! Further kudos to Gary Marvich whom Shawn called in to wrap up our purchase price. He was super agreeable and proficient! Special mention re: Braden, who we met and was such a nice young man. Our final meeting with a Wallace family member was Gary Stickman who worked the signatures and service agreement to meet our needs. What a great guy/thorough yet quick and answered all our last questions. All in all -we came away with huge smiles very happy with our stunning silver Tuscon and the entire process to get it. We will definitely be recommending Shawn as well as all the others at Wallace to all our family and friends.

Everything was great. I love the Tucson. I have never owned anything but American made cars before but you can't beat the warranty. The feature that lets you know there is something in your blind spot is wonderful!

I did a test drive at different dealership and had a pretty crappy experience and have no desire to go back there again even after several phone calls and "offers" - don't have any trust to go back. Scott Livingston at Wallace in Stuart Fl was so pleasant and easy to work with - no BS. YAY! I would definitely refer friends to the Wallace Group. I was referred to the Wallace Group a while ago, but starte looking locally - that didn't work out. Wish I would have just gone to Wallace in the first place!!

Sales person was new but made every effort to make us comfortable in his ability. All went quite smoothly, mostly because knew what I wanted. I had also looked at Kia and they were fantastic - but just couldn't go the extra mile to sell that day! I did like the Hyundai style much better. Would have liked a little more incentive, such as 1st 4 free oil changes, or your first battery replacement free, or something comparable to Kia and Honda. Honda always cleans my car inside and out with each service - but no one at Wallace told me they do this and I was not introduced to service department.

My experience at Wallace Hyundai in Stuart, FL was exceptional! I was actually looking for a Jeep and when we passed the lot, I saw a few used ones and stopped in the see them. Mr. Billy Weston greeted me on the lot and asked what I was looking for and when I told him, he suggested a few vehicles without any pressure. I test drove a 2016 Elantra and was very impressed with it but we walked into the showroom to see a new SUV when I saw my cobalt blue 2017 Elantra GT. I fell in love with it. I took it on a test drive and knew the car was for me. Mr. Preston was very professional and efficient regarding the sale of the new car and my trade. Overall, this was the best vehicle purchase I have ever had. I will definitely do business with them again!

Gary, our finance manager was equally as wonderful. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience here. My husband and I are so happy with Wallace Hyundai, we have bought three Hyundai vehicles there. A Tiburon (which we loved and our son crashed), a Santa Fe which I loved so much (had to give to my son because he crashed the Tiburon) and my new Tuscon - that I love even more than the Santa Fe, which I didn't think was possible! I'll never shop anywhere else for a new vehicle!

We were greeted by the dealer (Shawn - great guy!) before we even got to the front door. Everyone was very helpful and we never felt rushed or pushed to do anything. Our intent was to buy a new Equus for cash. We were able to test drive two Equus's - the one we purchased and one that was 3 years old. It was nice to see that they were still very similar even after 3 years of use. Garth showed us how we could get a better deal by leasing the 2016 Equus for 36 months and then purchase it at the end of the lease if we still wanted the vehicle. This was due to very generous dealer incentives. In the end we chose the leasing path -- this is the first time we have leased a vehicle. This is my wife's vehicle and so far she is very happy with the car and the purchase experience. The concierge service that Hyundai offered was a big selling point for her.

Do not trust this dealer. They will wear you down and sneak things in the final contract. Even if you have your terms in writing (emails) they will still add extra fees( even if they agreed to omit the fees) in the final paperwork. Double check everything!

The sales team was very friendly and not pushy. They asked me what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicle at the right price. At no time did I feel pressured into buying something I did not want or buying something at a price I could not afford. Good experience overall getting my 16 y/o a car. We brought the whole family and our salesman Larry was very patient with all the test drives she needed to find her car. She decided on the Tucson and the leasing option since it was a great deal. We were surprised that a 2nd dealer fee will be charged when the lease is up. We had a great experience with Jennifer in finance who made that process quick and simple.

They had my car for a month and never fixed it. When I called repeatedly to confirm repairs, they assured me the car was fixed. Sensing the incompetence of Wallace, I asked the Wallace service manager to test drive it with me when I picked it up, and sure enough--Wallace did not fix my car. Their response was no response.Just utter and complete nothing. Zero. Wow. What stunning contempt for their customers! I urge everyone to consider any other dealer. There are lots of places around, and taking a risk on Wallace is just plain crazy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My over all experience with renewing my lease on a Santa Fe Sport was very satisfactory, I was pleased that they worked with me to renew my lease three months early because I was nearing my mileage limit and I was able to keep monthly lease payment at the same amount.

I came there twice I was interested in leasing a 2016 Sonata base model when I came back to make the deal they offered me the SE model for a better monthly lease price than I was expecting. The sales people were very helpful the total time spent was almost 3 hours but it was worth it.

Everything was great until papers were to be signed and less mileage was on the document than was on the agreement. Gary came in and said that I had agreed to the changer that was written in, which I had not. The change did not have my signature and was done after the fact. The dealership charger me extra for that change.

I received excellent communication from my sales man. I work in a remote location and sometimes at home, and the sales person made his personal cell phone number available to me so we could communicate via text, which is much more efficient for me with my schedule. He was not pushy at all but was very responsive to all my questions. Additionally, in a conversation during one of our test drives, I learned how much he has enjoyed working at Wallace and that the dealership has a lot of retention. This tells me it is a good place to work. And a place that treats employees right likely has integrity. I want to do business with a company that has integrity.

Walked Into the showroom on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend comparing cars of the same genre ie: Camry, Accord, etc - not expecting to purchase or lease a car-just looking and about 3 hours later I drove home a beautiful Sonata Sport. I got a great price for my Nissan Altima trade and a great price for the Sonata taking advantage of the additional Veterans discount. It is a beautiful car and the lease payments are very affordable.

Salesman walked away from me to go to another customer in the middle of the sale. He even told his sales manager whom also ignored me. Left me sitting in the waiting room with no explanation. I could almost understand this if I was disrespectful or rude. I am a salesperson myself and know this is uncalled for and highly unprofessional. Never have I been treated so rudely. The sales people involved in the return of my 2013 Sonata lease end and the new lease I obtained on the 2015 Azera were amazing. They did not put any pressure on me and Offered me a great deal to put me in is new lease. I was in and out in an hour on my lunch break to return my leased Sonata and drive off with my new leased Azera. My tags were transferred, Insurance transferred and received an explanation of the awesome new features on the Azera. All in all, a great experience and I am very happy with my new vehicle and the service I received from the dealership and those involved in the transaction.

Let's face it, buying an auto can be a painful process, if for no other reason than having to spend hours at a dealership. First time of my life in almost 30 years of buying cars I've been lied to and sold a lemon. What a nightmare. I had the car a week and was stuck with $3,000 of repairs. I just spent another $4,000 on replacing the whole engine. The service manager's response was, "it will get better the more you drive it," in response to a worn fly wheel. The mechanic that overheard this felt so bad there he tried to help me privately!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. They have been nothing but a nightmare. leased a Sonata Hybrid. Here are some of the problems Hyundai lied about the hybrid mileage. i got almost 8 MPG less than tey stated and admitted this publicly. I should have been able to return the car upon this false claim and announcement Week one;. the car ran so rough i had it in 3 times - they said it was normal. I continued to hesitate dangerously when transitioning from gas to electric or vice versa. After 6 months going through a puddle 8 " and blew the motor, claimed it was an "unusual situation" which was a lie as one of the service writers said they had 22 (at that time) in for the same problem because the Intake for manifold is only 12 " off the ground. Picked up car and the hesitation and rough running was still there I was informed that it was fine and "normal. Jump ahead 1 year - For the past 3 months the hesitation got worse and worse and certain functions of the radio, blue tooth, nav system started failing one by one. finally brought the car in and they said they will fix it it will take about 5 days to get a new radio.While the car was there he said "by the way" there was a recall for something and the inspected the car as well. here are the new issues. Steve the service writer informed me that the front tires were worn and the car needs an alignment. Evidently when they changed the motor ( 1,000 out of pocket) they must have failed to realign the front end and proceeded to tell me that it went out of alignment from speed bumps. So now I have to replace two front tires on a leased car with only 27,000 miles as it is now out of warranty. Oh and by the way "you will see a major difference in the way the car runs as they made an update to the programming..... 1.5 years later after they told me 6 times that the hesitation and rough running was normal. I don't like being lied to, and I definitely dot like being systematically lied to. The dealership, and Hyundai is as dishonorable as it gets. The only redeeming person was Marty Zeitz. He was great to deal with.

The wallace sales group is by far the worst! I originally went into Nissan to purchase a vehicle n was sent over to hyundai after the gentleman ran my application. I was not treated fairly I guess he thought I was wasting his time and wasn't going to buy a vehicle. I ended up woth Mr Jorge from Portugal. I must say he was a smooth talker, anything to get the sale. I heard a wierd noise on the car but was assured that the vehicle was certified and fully inspected. I told him I wanted the windows tinted, sure we can take care of that for you afterwards. He was also to set up my bluetooth and give me direction on satellite radio. Nothing ever done. We spoke on customer referrals in which I gave him my mother's information and sent her in a week or 2 later and she bought a cadillac from him. I was never given credit for the referral, windows weren't tinted, car wasn't fueled or clean, and 3 weeks later my certified inspected vehicle left me stranded late at night on i95. Only to get the car towed into service on saturday night only to be told on Tuesday that I need a new engine. This car had no warning check engine loght or anything...but it's certified hyundai inspected?? I think not! car has been in service almost 2weeks now and my first payment is nearing. Salesman called me a liar in my face. Where's the quality customer service at with this company? I can go on and on....but to make this short...spend your money somewhere else!!!!

Found a car that was acceptable and price was reasonable, not great but ok. Sales person was friendly and knew his cars well. Decided to purchase but when asked about how to pay we were told if our credit score was good just bring a personal check. Score came back over 800 and a check was written on Friday afternoon, paperwork was completed and one set of keys was given to us. Car was to be detailed and filled with gas prior to pick up and a temp tag was to be issued. Car was set to be picked up by our driver Monday mid day. Monday morning we were called and told they would not accept our personal check as tendered on Friday even though all requirements had been met they now required certified funds.We had left for a trip on Sunday morning so were away when this call came to us. It was necessary for us to find a bank and arrange to wire funds to the Wallace Hyundai/Volvo dealership by way of Wallace Lincoln dealership for them to release the vehicle they had handed me the keys to several days earlier.I managed to accomplish this task while in another city in a matter of less than an hour but at additional expense to me. I am told the deal is now complete and the car picked up. but the false information given to close a deal has led to a very stressful situation. This could have been avoided if they had been honest and told me they needed certified funds as there is a bank two minutes away where I could have gotten a cert check at the time the paperwork was signed.I would strongly advise against buying from this dealer as they are either grossly incompetent or just dishonest. Save yourself some grief... buy elsewhere!

Six hours of frustration to buy two cars. Credit application required for personal check. Full insurance required for the particular car before delivery, trade in refused for lack of dead previous owner's presence at the dealership despite his signing both sides of the title. We were on the phone with the insurance company at 8 PM making sure that they had the VIN etc. There were no physical amenities, like seats etc. for the six of us, two giving Christmas gifts to two children and their spouses. The salesman had no idea how to fill out the paper work and management was no help except to make sure the Wallace rules and regulations, many of which none of us hear of before, were followed. In the past two years I've purchased two Toyotas from Treasure Cost Toyota and a Ford from Al Packer West. All three of these were good experiences. Wallace is a place that will never be on my list of dealers to visit.

Marty Zientz in particular was a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend you asking for him directly. Marty is as honest as they come and direct, which saved us a great deal of time. We were able to purchase the car we wanted at the price we were looking to spend. We are very happy with our Sante Fe Sport and especially our experience with Marty at Wallace Hyundai.

We have rated this dealer because of our experience with "Pre Certified, make sure every thing you are told is in writing or you will be in for a surprise, we were told that our car had new tires as part of the pre certified program by the salesperson, not so when we brought our car in for service and found that the tires were not new , the story changed to we only change them if service feels they need them, Our 121 point inspection did not include checking the glove where all the previous owners personal information was found , also a simple door handle shield was missing , despite repeated promises to fix it I has not been done, Car was bought end of Aug. Its sell it and good bye , They do not back up what the salesperson tells you. What else what we were told was not true. We love our Car and would love to been a repeat customer , but it will not be from Wallace.

The dealership was misleading with the payoff of my prevous lease. The promised that it would be COMPLETELY satified! They did pay the last few payments, but refused to disclose the other charges. They claimed to not be aware because ALL lease are different. This was a Nissian company lease of which they also own a Nissian dealership next door. The General Manager Gary indicated that I should have known about this additional fee, but he as the General Manager did not!!!I asked several times if there was anything else that I would be resposible for. I was assured that this would not be a problem.Three months later there is a big problem. A little over $400 that is my problem, not theres.

I have been a Hyundai customer since September 2007 when I purchased my first Hyundai, an Elantra, for its new stylish design, fuel efficiency, and most of all dependability. I never had to think twice about jumping in my Hyundai and taking off on a last minute road trip. In the five years I owned this car I drove it everywhere racking up 91,000 miles! I absolutely loved this car!In May, my husband and I found out that we are expecting our first child, due February 2013. I knew that I would have to trade up my little Elantra for something that would fit our growing family. Just the thought of having to visit the dreaded car dealership and deal with a pushy salesmen created unwanted anxiety. After doing our due diligence we came to the conclusion that we wanted to stay with Hyundai. It just so happened that an associate of my husbands had just purchased a new Santa Fe from Wallace Hyundai in Stuart and spoke very highly of his experience with this dealership. With it just 4 months before the arrival of our son we decided that this dreaded task of visiting the dealership could no longer be postponed. On Saturday, September 22 my husband talked me into making the drive up to Wallace Hyundai in Stuart from our home in Jupiter. Upon arriving at Wallace Hyundai we were greeted by their smiling sales team and a sales person, Shawn Liggett, promptly offered his assistance. Because of past bad/horrible/dreaded experiences, at a different Hyundai dealership, my husband immediately asked to speak with the General Manager, Gary Marvich. We were reassured by Gary that Shawn would more than take care of all of our needs and that if the time came, Gary would personally oversee the evaluation of our trade-in and the negotiation of our purchase. Shawn spent hours with us that day walking the lot, answering questions, test driving, and then eventually running the numbers on a Hyundai Santa Fe that we really liked. We talked numbers, purchasing and leasing options but, came to the conclusion that the monthly payment for the SUV was just outside of our comfort zone. With a smile on his face Shawns response was that of understanding. Having 8 children himself, Shawn understood, that with our growing family and uncertainty of having two incomes come 2013, why we were reluctant to go above a certain number we had predetermined prior to arriving at the dealership that day. We then inquired about the Sonata. (We were adamant about purchasing an SUV.) Would the mid-sized sedan even be big enough for our expanding family? Shawn lit-up when the Sonata was mentioned. He told us that not only is the Sonata spacious enough, it had several discount options available that would more-than-likely put it in or below our price range. Shawn took us back onto the lot in search of the perfect Sonata. Colors and options were abundant! We test drove and quickly found the perfect Sonata that day! The moment I sat in it I knew it was my car! We had arrived at Wallace Hyundai that day with the mind-set that we needed an SUV. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious size of the 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We were even more surprised and pleased by your sales associate Shawn Liggett. He was attentive, patient and allowed us to weigh our options and make a decision at our own pace, even if that meant test-driving almost every model Hyundai on the lot! He was never once pushy or acted like we were wasting his time. This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! You have our word that we will return to Wallace for our next vehicle as well as recommend the Wallace dealerships to friends, family, etc. We are proud to say that we are still a part of the Hyundai Family however; we are even more excited to say that we are now part of the Wallace Family!

i am so disgusted with this place now after being a customer for over 10 years of wallace dealerships and buying over 15 cars in the past. it all began the way i was treated the other day when i brought one of my cars in (2012 Hyundai elantra) in for service and after pulling up in the bays i must of sat there waiting for stan to get of the phone laughing away with someone while he shoulda been out there helping the other customers that were waiting there that day. so after waiting for a while my car got in and then about another 2 hours later my car comes out and it looks like someone took it through mud! so that was it for me i told all of my clients tat i deal with to never shop at wallace ever again and now i cant wait to get rid of my two cars from wallace now and which they are being traded in a.s.a.p at another dealership! if you want good service and you want your car to be treated professionally then defiantly don't to to wallace!

I purchased a brand new vehicle from wallace hyundai about two weeks ago. When i went in there for the first i was approached by a complete loud mouth sales person named dirk gilbert. after a few days of negotiating with him on the price of the vehicle everything worked out good. when it came to sign papers Dirk spoke about the vehicle and what it had in it and one of the things that i heard him say (FOUR) times is that it has a feature called bluelink and this feature is something that i loved so im thinking that i really had this great feature. so after having he car for about a week and a half im wondering how i set up this blue link option. so i went on hyundai usa.com and i signed up for it and after going through the whole process it says on the screen after i put in theVIN number that my car does not have that accessibility so i went to the dealership and went to Dirk and told him that my car doesn't have that you claimed it had. he replied "ohh i never told you it had that you didn't spend enough money to have that feature. you were too cheap and decided not to spend the extra money to have it.so i told dirk that something must be done about this and i want what i was told in the beginning that i had. he then went and had a melt down and started yelling and flipping out that its too damn bad that you don't have it and he told me that i should have bought from somewhere else. its so ironic that now that i purchased the vehicle and he got his money his whole attitude changed and he wants nothing to do with me. So i guess these are the type of unprofessional people that this dealership hires. i will never buy another vehicle from there again nor will ever recommend any of my friends,family and clients. anyone that purchases a vehicle from this place just keep in mind that they will act like your best friend and then after you purchase a vehicle from them they will want nothing to do with you. but on the other hand the service department is great but defiantly not the sales area.
