The sales team, Jermaine Mickens and Vic Dunn impressed my family with our purchase for my daughter. We came in late afternoon and they let my daughter drive 2 different style of cars, found the car we where looking for on truecars.com met the match up incentives. They walked her through the finance and explained the special programs that would best bennifit her, and worked thier Mojo to keeping it within her budget. Scott, the service technician was very accommodating. I had a 1:30 P.M. appointment. When I arrived at the service center there were three cars ahead of me. Did all three have a 1:30 P.M appointment or did someone slip in ahead of me? The oil and filter change lasted almost one hour.This is much too long, in my judgement. I can drive into one of the speedy lubrication stores and be in and out in less than twenty minutes. I will consider this option the next time my Murano is scheduled for an oil and filter change.

My Murano was taken immediately with personable Kevin (don't know what happened with Scott). Only waited less than 45 minutes for my oil change and anything to be done for my 7,0000- mi. check-up. Car in great condition and nothing needed more attention. The bonus which I was surprised at with points paid for my visit except for taxes. We went to the dealership and was greeted by a woman who asked if we were buying a car. We told her we were simply browsing and considering buying it at another dealership. She immediately brushed us off and pushed us to another salesman, Joseph LaBarre. We told him what we were interested in and he listened 100%. We talked about the prices, options and everything else. We returned to the dealership two weeks later and met with Mr. LaBarre again. We talked numbers and finally agreed on numbers. He has been 100% straight up honest with us and never pushed us, made us feel uncomfortable or that our money wasn't of value like some dealerships do. We ended up this past week running our credit and getting approved through Capital One. He has truly been a great asset to Wallace Nissan. If he didn't know the answer to a question he made sure someone could answer it. He listened to all of our concerns, followed up with us and I'm pleased to say that his professionalism and attitude are key reasons we bought our new Nissan Rogue at Wallace Nissan. The only complaint I have is I do wish Wallace Nissan would install a baby changing area in the bathroom or install a family room. It was really difficult to change my son. If they did have one, I was not aware of it, but overall the dealership was clean, had an area for kids and a beautiful Lion King Mural.

I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and was not happy at all with the vehicle. I walked in to Wallace Nissan to see Viola Wise (I should have gone to her first), she welcomed me enthusiastically and the simple process began. I told her of my disappointment and showed her a couple of vehicles I had seen online that I was interested in. That was Friday afternoon and I couldn't stay, so I returned on Saturday to see what kind of deal I could get. The first car I was interested was already sold, but Viola said the 2nd one was available so we jumped in her car and headed to the other location to see the vehicle. We also looked at a few others that fit my list of wants. We found the other car I was interested in and it was a match! I was very pleased with the car and so the paperwork began and within a very short time I had a deal I could smile about and a vehicle that fit my needs. Thank you Viola Wise and Wallace Nissan for making me a happy customer once again. This is my second vehicle from Viola and Wallace Nissan, I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I brought my vehicle in to find and fix a noise in the dash behind the steering column and a pause at low speeds in the transmission. It only makes the noise at higher speeds and I suggested they take the vehicle out for a drive at higher speeds. (55 or higher). When picking up the vehicle they said there was no noise. The service person said their technician took the vehicle out for a test drive. I find it hard to believe that there was a valid test at higher speeds when the vehicle was only driven 3 miles. it would have had to been on US 1 as there is no place to drive high speed that close to the dealership. I will take the vehicle onto the freeway and if the noise is still there I will bring the vehicle back in and will expect you to go for a test drive with myself and my son, who can point out the noise.The transmission problem was supposedly fixed. I have not driven that much as yet to check it out.I questioned the transmission problem as the vehicle only has 10,000+ miles. The service person didn't think that was anything unusual.

Although I thought the tire should be warrantied it was not and you cannot put the spare tire on with the hand tool provided The acorn type lug nut falls far short of the lug itself Trying by hand I thought I was going to break the lug There for the car was towed. Upon arrival and inspection the tech ran the lug nuts all the way down using an impact wrench So the tire did bolt on and I was charged the tow fee Again the lug nuts are very difficult to install on the spare Doughnut tire Overall I am pleased with service provided and I think instructions should be more specific in regards to spar tire installation

On Monday, August 31, 2015, I went to Wallace Nissan of Stuart, Florida. I was looking to purchase a 2010 Nissan Murano with 61,674 miles for $15,988.00. Please keep in mind that I was planning on giving a substantial down payment ($8,000.00), and I have good credit. They took me to the finance office, and thats where the nightmare began. The finance officer explained to me that she was having difficulty getting me an APR lower than 7 percent. According to her, the problem lied with the mileage of the vehicle. Even though, I was putting a substantial amount for a down payment and with good credit, none of this was helping lower the APR. She explained to me that I can put less money on the down payment and get an extended warranty packages, that these maneuvers will lower my APR. She was correct my APR dropped to 2.8 percent, and my monthly payments were $199.00 for 60 months. However, the total price of the vehicle came to be $21,000.00, and I was required to increase the deposit from $8,000.00 to $10,000.00. I was not interested in paying $21,000.00 for a 2010 Murano with 61,174 miles. I stepped out of her office, and I went back to the salesperson office. I was about to explain to him that I was no longer interested on the deal. Then the finance person showed up at sales persons office, and between the both of them began to convince me that this was a great deal. Now keep in mind that I had just seeing at the dealership a Nissan Rogue also for a very good price. I was telling them, that I would rather purchase the Rogue. I even told the sales person, that if it was too late, that I would return the following day to make the purchase (Tuesday). However, he and the finance lady kept on insisting that I was making a great purchase, and for me to finalize the contract with my signature. I finally caved in and signed the contract, gave a $10,000.00 deposit and purchased the vehicle for $21,000.00. As soon as I left the dealership, I felt very uncomfortable with the purchase. Now keep in mind that my residence is only ten minutes away from the dealership. I got home immediately and began crunching numbers. I was correct I would have gotten a better deal on the 2013 Rogue with 22,887 miles for $17,594.00. I could have gotten this vehicle with tax, tag and dealer fee for $19,000.00 or $19,500.00. I would have also gotten a lower APR from the very beginning, because this vehicle is still under factory warranty. I would not have needed the extended warranty to have a lower APR. That same night I returned to the dealership (9:00 PM), but they were already closed. On Tuesday, September 01, 2015, at 9:00 AM, I returned to the dealership to return the 2010 Murano and to purchase the 2013 Rogue. I met with the general manager, and informed me that this would be a difficult process. That with todays technology, even though the transaction is only 13 hours old, the payment was already submitted to the bank, and the registration was already changed to my name. I explained to him that I returned the previous night, but the dealer had already closed. The general manager informed me that the only thing that he can do is buy the vehicle back from me, but not for the same price that I bought it. The price that general manager offered me was $400.00 less. In addition, the general manager informed me, that he will have to pay the amount borrowed from Chase, and that he will refund me all the extended warranty that was added to the 2010 Murano. Once everything was said and done, the total cost for the 2013 Nissan Rogue was $21,190.97. Please keep in mind that the original price of the Nissan Rogue was $17,594.00. The dealership used the amount that I had paid for the 2010 Nissan Murano as a down payment, and I had to finance the remaining balance of $11,190.97. The bottom line is that I could have paid between $19,000.00 and $19,500.00 total for the 2013 Rogue. Now the new cost for 2013 Rogue was $21,190.97 total. I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

I've had my 2007 Murano serviced here from the time we purchased it from this dealership. Service has always been top notch and without problems. Appointments are always made to accomodate my schedule, the work is done in a timely manner and my car is ready and waiting when I need it. The final price is always what is quoted before the work is done and is a fair price for the market and area. Everything is explained in advance. No high pressure to do unnecessary repairs. I've never had to take my car back for a "re-do" on a repair. Speaks volumes to me.........everyone is always efficient, pleasant and customer-oriented. They're just the best around!

all service Managers were able to scheduled my car for the next day Hunter took the time to explain the performance of my Juke Nismo RS... they were both polite and interested in the times of the car when i bring it to the track. Joe offered one extra oil change because the pick up driver was not thereafter Joe drove me back to my house when i first bought my car. I appreciate these unexpected jesters. Over all customer service was quick and painless. I was kept apprised throughout the servicing of my Nissan even though I had to be tracked down in different areas of the dealership. The only thing I don't understand about routine service with Nissan, is the length of time it takes. For years I had another brand vehicle & routine servicing was about a half hour, at Nissan it is generally closer to 2 hours with an appointment. That is a long time. When I have an appointment for an oil change, I would expect to be in and out within 40 minutes tops.

Everything was top notch. I understand that you had an overload of cars being serviced that people also wanted washed. This is the 1st time I used this service. The young men doing this task were slower than a seven year itch. The LOF service was very prompt and done in a very timely manner. It was almost another hour before they got finished washing the vehicle. Watching them bring cars up and then return to the wash area and at the speed they moved I thought to myself that they were lazy. They need to get a clue, in this economy just having a job is a good thing.....

I did not think that I would be able to find a car that compared with my 2011 Buick Regal for style and comfort but I was wrong! The new 2016 Nissan Maxima exceeded my expectations in all areas! Went to Wallace Nissan for weekend sale and was not actually looking to purchase, but upon discussing needing an economical good gas mileage car, I was directed to look at the 2015 Versa from the flyer. I took a test drive with my salesman and was pleasantly surprised at how well the car handled and how much pep it had. We returned and began filling out the papers for purchase as it was too good a deal to pass up. I have had the car for 1 week and it performed very well on my now longer drive to work. I averaged 36.5 mpg on the first tank of gas and hope to get closer to the 40 mpg as per manufacturer. I am glad that we stopped by because now I have a great little everyday car and it looks good too!

Service was good and efficient. I am upset that my car only has 17k miles on it and I need new tires...that is sad and pittyful. You are also the only dealership that is not poem for service on Saturday. I had to take off work to come and service my car. At time of car sale no one at all said of the hours of the service department...if I would of known that I would of saved thousands of dollars and not bought the extra plan for service from you...Having to need tires so soon is very disappointing...I miss them likely would not recommend Nissan for a car sale. Who puts cheap tires on a van....Nissan does.Very disappointed, very sad

We had just had a bad experience with Bev Smith Kia in Stuart. We thought we hold off attempting to buy another car until next year. However we were in Stuart and decided to stop in and see Viola. She sold us our 2010 Cube. We had a great experience at that time.Before we saw her we were in the lot looking at Quests and other SUVs. A salesman asked if he could help us and we said no we were going to see Viola. He very politely as if he could get her for us. We said yes,Not more than two minutes later she came running out and met us. We told her about our bad experience and she stated she would make our dealings at Wallace very pleasant. We looked at the Rogues and told her what we were looking for. She found what we were looking for and took us for a test drive. She told us a lot about the car as I drove. We found the car very comfortable.After the test drive we went into her office. She offered us something to drink and got down to business. We never felt pressured at any time.She came up with numbers that were quite pleasing and turned everything over to Mike in finance.This was another pleasant experience going through the finance process. Everything was explained to our satisfaction and any and all questions were answered with professionalism and courtesy.Once all the papers were signed and the car delivered Viola went over the whole car with us and as we left she told us to come back any time if we had any questions.We will never hesitate to buy from Wallace Nissan in the future,

This is the second car that I purchased from Wallace,very pleased with service and care they give theircustomers,Rosa was my salesperson, she made me feel so at ease,took her time and explainedeverything to me,also she was willing to go that extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase,my previous car was a Maxima, and I wanted another one,I told Rosa what I was looking for and she made sure I received it, from the color,interior design,and finance, also the manager on duty I think his name was Luis,was so helpful,(especially when it came to the finance),very friendly(talking about the finance can be very stressful),also Aida in finance room she knew I did not want to goover a certain price,including the extended warranty,she worked it out so I can get extra coverageand still stay in my budget,, Mother's Day 2015 was a good day for me, good family and specialpeople at Wallace Nissan Thank You Rosa,,,

The service adviser was ver;y nice I told him what I needed done. the recall on the hood latch, fixed, I wanted to know the tire pressure for my car he told me 33 Mine was 38 to 40 showing I asked hime to take care of that he said he would, He did not, the I phone connect was another of my concerns and was taken care of and also the air conditioner which was taken care of. Overall except for the tires all was taken care of.

Very pleased with our visit to Wallace Nissan and the resulting purchase of the Murano. The sales people were not pushy and we were able to work out a final deal that pleased us. We were getting ready to go back to Ohio and were very pleased that Robert, Holden and Michael stayed after the dealership closed on Saturday to complete all of the paperwork and returned on Sunday to help us with additional functions about the NAV and Radio.

i got a new car and that went good i got a new truck and the salesman tried to stick it to me and even called me a lier but he was the one that was not telling the truth .the store manager did make it right but i took a while and i thank him for that.it will be real hard for me to send some one in to the store because they might get the same sales person that i had. and i should of been a real good customer being it was the 2 sales i a week and number 17 from that store.

your service mgr. was very helpfuf . ishowed him that my tires were wearing out too fast for the milage I had.he agreed and made me very happy about replacing 2 tires and paying for 2.the continental tires that are installed on a new rouge do not last. I had to buy new ones on the last rouge I leased. I will not buy or lease another Nissan if I get them terrible tires.

As a single woman walking into a dealership I was extremely anxious about the car buying process, since I hadn't purchased one for over 18 years. My salesman Robert was courteous, attentive, and was interested in helping me find a car that would fit my budget. The finance manager Mike explained everything in detail to me. It turns out I was anxious for no reason, because I left the dealership with a certified pre-owned car that I feel safe and comfortable driving!

I would not go anywhere else. I know that when my mechanic, Vee, takes my car in, he is doing an excellent job. I know that when I leave, i am driving home in a safe car and my family will be safe too. I only go to Wallace in Stuart because of my full faith of Vee who does an outstanding job. I am also very pleased with the , Elma, office staff who checks me out with a smile, always. I am very pleased with Ken, who makes my service scheduling very convenient; with Dom who drives me to/from work and makes me laugh when I am having a bad day and Joe who knows my name and greets me with a smile. You have a great team.

I would like to offer my input concerning my recent purchase of a 2014 Altima SL. I had started my search online through USAA and had a dealer committed price with a Nissan Dealer down south and one in Orlando. I wanted to stay as a Wallace Family customer, so I brought my paperwork from USAA to Wallace. I spoke with Holden on the phone and made arrangements to meet him. He was prompt and curtious. I wanted a one specific color and had all of my optional equiptment determined. Holden and I sat down and created a deal. There were minor hiccups, as I am very demanding. Holden and his Manager, Garth were more than accomodating and demonstrated nothing but professionalism through out my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. What a great team!! We will continue to be a Wallace Family as my son-in-law will be purchasing a vehicle from Wallace in the near future.

Go to this dealership ONLY if you enjoy being yelled at by the sales manager Dallas Steiger. We have been yelled at and lied to. We even contacted the office of Bill Wallace to get a proper car ordered and have been completely blown off on ordering a replacement. Read the Google reviews. I wish I had before buying! Go to West Palm or Ft Pierce if you want a Nissan.
