Walser Nissan Wayzata have great sales men that work there, in particular Brandon Kruger. He really took the time in assisting me in buying my first new car. Brandon made it a very easy and pleasurable experience. If I could give Brandon Krueger a 10+ star for exceptional customer service, I will. I will definitely go back for future purchases. I love my new Nissan 2020 Rogue and I am happy with the purchase I have made. Thank you Brandon for a quick and easy process!

I had a wonderful experience with John Tower when I purchased my vehicle. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and was very informative during our test drive of all the different options the vehicle had. He is always able to answer any questions I had about the purchase process and made everything smooth and easy. The sales manager Jesse was also very helpful and made the purchase quick and easy. I will definitely return to Walser Nissan Wayzata in the future!

I recently bought a 2021 Rogue at Walser Nissan Wayzata from a salesperson named Jacob Duxbury.....He was honestly the best car salesperson I have ever worked with whether buying new or used. Jacob was very attentive when we first started communicating via phone/text and was extremely helpful, but not pushy, so I knew I was working with someone good. He got back to me quickly, answered my questions and was flexible on when we could set up an appointment to test-drive a car. When we arrived in person, he was pleasant and personable and was just a very genuine person. He was incredibly knowledgeable and continued to dig until we found exactly what we wanted. The whole process was so easy and stress free. He demonstrated all the features of my vehicle both at the dealership and when he delivered the car to my home. I don't think I have ever written a review for any salesperson in my life but I know car shopping can be daunting and I wanted to pass on Jacob's name for anyone leery of buying a new car. He is the best and will make your experience fun! Thanks, Jacob!

I recently brought my Murano in to get some basic maintenance done such as an oil change and couple other things. I was being helped by a gentleman by the name of James who provided me with excellent customer service, professionalism and honesty. Best dealership in the state! Highly recommend!

Tom provides an excellent customer service. I bought my first car and he was very happy to me. He explained all the details and helped me to get seated heats after I purchase the car.
