Probably the best buying experience we had so far buy a car. Micheal Groves our sales guy was great. He was very transparent and intelligent guy. He was able to relate to us and point us to make the right decision for our selves. Also Jessie and the and finance team who helped explain to us the different options we had at our disposal. Which led us to get the new Highlander. This our second car from Walser. So we are happy camper right now.

My Wife and I didn't know what to expect upon arriving at Walser Toyota. We knew we wanted to get into a new car, and we knew we needed something more reliable than our current vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted graciously by multiple sales people. We sat down and were greeted by Tray R. and off the bat felt comfortable with the him because he was willing to listen to our needs and what we want. He mentioned right away that he doesn't work on commission which took pressure off of us, and made our experience easier. The whole car buying process was stress free and in the end Tray was able to get us in to the SUV we wanted and at the price we wanted. I highly recommend working with Tray or anyone at Walser Toyota. You will get the high level of service needed in this very important purchase.

I recently purchased a 2021 highlander and I love it. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. I worked with Tucker and he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient with me learning all of the new technology. I had a trade in and felt like it was a fair deal, thank you Ray. Overall, I really appreciated the extra mile everyone went to make the purchasing of a new car very enjoyable. I will definitely return for my next vehicle.

Just a couple of weeks ago my boyfriend bought a car at Walser Toyota. I went with him to check out the dealership and see what they had to offer. He got a very nice Camry and was very happy with the purchase and the experience of buying the vehicle from this dealership. I had the fun of driving his new car and decided I needed one for myself. I had a nice reliable car, but the Camry is rated so well. I wanted to give the Camry hybrid a drive. I loved it!!! My car I drove in with was a nice reliable car, but the Camry has such awesome features and the mileage it gets is phenomenal! I contacted the same salesman, Sam Coler, because of the ease it was to deal with him with the first purchase. I am sure all of the salespeople are great, but we liked Sam and his no pressure approach. I am absolutely thrilled with my new Toyota Camry, and would happily go back to Walser Toyota again as I felt I was treated fairly. I got a very good trade in value on my old car. And the whole transaction was completed faster than most trips to Target!

My best friend recommended Walser Toyota to me. I had no idea about this place not until she told me about it. I was referred to Roger Gibson, he is amazing, nice and friendly!! Throughout the time I spend there, the staffs, manager, and the entire team members were awesome. Roger made sure I got the right car, at least something that I can afford since I am still a student. At the end of the day, I left Walser Toyota with something that I love. It runs great! I will definitely recommend my friends and family members because the service at Walser Toyota is great!!
