Always greeted by friendly and courteous personnel. Are efficient with their work and explain what service will be performed and quote an estimate of the repairs. When the service is complete it is explained what was done to the vehicle and go over the inspection sheet with you. Exceptional service.

I arrived on time for my appointment. And was taken care of before I could step out of my suv. And in about 1.5 hours . My oil / filter was replaced , tires rotated and transmission oil changed. I was briefed on what was inspected and of any future issues that might come up. The codes were explain ed to me and what to expect on my next service. They have phone chargers in the waiting area plus the regular stuff TV, coffee and water. Everyone there passing thru all spoke as the went about their work.

I have always gotten good service at Walsh. The employees are both professional and courteous and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. I usually have my car serviced closer to home but after my recent experience with Walsh, I will go there even if it is across town. They are great!

I went with my mom to purchase a vehicle on Oct 15th. My mom is 70 and with all of the new technology on the vehicles now, our salesman Tony was God sent. Tony was exceptional. He was very patient and attentive. He was very informative and knew everything about the vehicle that we purchased. Although the dealership had closed by the time we finished with all of the paperwork and questions, Tony still took extra time to show us how everything worked in the vehicle and answered every question. That was one of the greatest experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. The overall staff was very hands-on and informative. I highly recommend Walsh Honda of Macon Ga for your next vehicle purchase.

Took my CRV in for an oil change, airbag replacement (recall), and new tires. I'm confident that Walsh Honda provides good work and does not recommend work that does not need to be done, so I'm a return customer. This was an expensive visit because of the new tires, but I feel confident that all the work was done right. The service advisor, Dewayne Owens, was helpful and courteous.

My 2007 Honda Fit Sport had to have an airbag replaced due to the recall. Walsh Honda has always been exceptional in the area of service. They take good care of their customers. fast, friendly, etc. The only problem I had was with this review. It should not be critiqued. The only thing I mentioned was the fact that the "little" coffee bar could have been more friendly. Such as a Kureg rather than a thermos with bitter coffee.

Liked the ability to make an appointment. Checked in at our appointed time with service completed quickly. Staff were very friendly and explained in detail what was done to vehicle. We also visited the showroom on way to waiting area. Looked at a great used 2016 CRV with 8000 miles Salesperson was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Great experience at this Honda dealer. We will definitely be back.

I went in knowing pretty much the exact car I wanted but in my research I couldn't find the car with the specs I wanted anywhere in the state. Jennifer, the Honda sales rep found the exact car I wanted quickly and it was waiting for me at the dealership within the week. I went in for my regular check up and a fix on my air bag. They were very nice and arranged for me to have both at the same time. I went thinking it would be in excess of two hours. It only took just over an hour. I have bought only from Walsh Honda since the early 90's. One of the main reasons is their wonderful employees and especially in their service department. They treat you like family.

I brought my van in on Tuesday, 6 Sep 16, because the battery light and the Check Charging System lights were on. I was told that there would be a $55 charge to do a diagnostic check. After almost 2 hours I was told that the battery sensor was bad and that you would have to order the part. I was to come back in 2 days.Thursday, 8 Sep, arrived at 1 PM and waited about 45 minutes. Service said it was ok now. I paid $216 for test, part, and installation and drove off. In less than 4 miles the same two lights came on again. I called Service and said I was bringing the van back.I waited there until about 4:20 PM at which time I was told that the problem really was the alternator, not the battery sensor they had just installed. I was told that you had to order the part, but that you would have it and install it the next day (Friday). Service offered me a small loaner car. I am old and weigh 300 lbs and walk with a cane due to hip, ankle and knee problems, which is why I drive a mini van. I can get in, but not get up and out of a small car! I asked for some sort of taller vehicle. At about 4:45 PM I was told that they were trying to find a mini van from another dealer. When Ricky asked how I was doing, I told him about the delay in getting an appropriate loaner. He got me van in about 15 minutes. They were supposed to call me on Friday when my van was ready.At 4:35 PM on Friday I called to see how much longer it might be. Someone there (though nobody there claims to have knowledge of this call!!!!!) told me "Oh I was just about to call you. Your van is ready." I said, "So I can come get it now?" I was told, "Yes, come now."I came back Friday at 5:08 PM, but before I could get out of the loaner Dewayne told me to go back. It wasn't ready. I was really upset!!!!!Saturday I got my van and paid the additional charges for the installation of the alternator.On Tuesday (13 Sep) the Change Battery light came on so back to the dealer AGAIN. This time I was told that it was all due to a shortage in the tow bar hook up (which has been on the car for years.) There was no new charge for checking everything out. I thought it interesting that after getting a new battery sensor installed, I was told that they took that one off and gave me back "my old sensor." (I have trouble believing you kept my old one around for several days...so I have to wonder who's old one did I get?)This lengthy and expensive episode has certainly shaken my confidence in the abilities and the professionalism of your service department.

My daughter has returned to an out of town college so scheduling service can be difficult, especially for important safety related airbag recalls. Walsh worked with us to schedule & accomplish the airbag replacement on a Saturday when my daughter's Honda Accord was available.The service team was courteous as always and accomplished the replacement of the passenger side airbag over 30 minutes faster than scheduled. I have used Walsh Honda for service for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. That's why I choose Walsh Honda over other area dealers.

The Walsh Honda team was great to work with. All my questions were answered. I really appreciated how Melvin sat down and ran through the numbers in detail. Other dealerships try to run numbers by you quickly hoping you won't notice and just sign. Melvin made sure I knew where each number came from and what it meant. What can I say about Deanna Terrell? It was nearing closing time when I showed up at the dealership. She greeted me with a smile and patiently answered all my questions as if she had nowhere to go. I was feeling bad about keeping her so late but she continued to assure me that she was there for me. She worked with me to get me the best possible deal and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the deal before I made any contractual obligations.After the deal was done she made sure I knew that I could call her any time if I had any questions or concerns. After an automobile accident I was in the market for a low mileage used car and Walsh Honda had just what I was looking for. At this point I would like to add I have only been in the Macon for one month at the writing of this review. I did not know one dealership from the next and chose Walsh based on previous customer reviews, the above-and-beyond customer service from Ms. Doris prior stepping foot on the lot, and most importantly Walsh had the vehicle that met my needs. After arriving at Walsh I was greeted by a smiling and friendly Jennifer Miller. We spoke comfortably, without a backdrop of pressure and pushiness. She knew exactly the vehicle I was interested in, retrieved the keys, and we went for a test drive. (While on the test drive, we saw the most beautiful rainbow, a good sign) Upon returning, we began paperwork, which was minimal, and the entire purchase went very smooth. Walsh Honda did not try to run-up costs with unnecessary add-ons. Any questions I had regarding the vehicle were answered honestly and to my satisfaction. I do recommend Walsh Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and would visit Walsh Honda to purchase a vehicle in the future. Oh, and to add the all important disclaimer, " I am NOT a paid spokes person for Walsh Honda. I am a everyday consumer just like the ones, hopefully reading my review.

I'd forgotten an appointment the day before but front end was falling off and I had to make a round trip to an airport 85 miles away . . . and while there were no appointments available in the one day remaining before my trip, the service dept took me with only a short wait, and put the car in shape for travel with a part ordered. And they were exceedingly courteous about it! The service dept is why I buy Hondas from this dealer.

Only one suggestion is for repeat customers improve paper flow and Process. No hassle scheduling of appointment for airbag recall fix. Parts arrived well ahead of forecast, appointment made by Jocelyn was very professional, courteous, and included owner transportation to home (not needed, but available). Showed for appointment, paperwork done in one minute, on my way. Expected four hour completion, done in much less time. Treated like royalty, even though I did not buy my Honda from Walsh. If I buy another Honda, I'll certainly consider Walsh for purchase, based on their Service Dept!

I set up an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation per instrument code on my dashboard. It couldn't have been easier to set up a time to bring my car in. When I arrived, I was greeted like an old friend. Staff was friendly and courteous, and my wait was much less than expected (about an hour). The facility is very nice and clean, not too noisy, a great reading environment. I would highly recommend Walsh Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle and excellent, friendly service!

I have never had any car buying experience like this before. The entire Walsh Honda Team was amazing. From the moment I stepped away from my old vehicle onto their lot until the moment I drove off in my new CR-V I was treated with absolute care, dignity and respect. I originally inquired about some pricing online before going, in which I received a phone call less than 5 minutes from me leaving their website. I was invited to an appointment of my choosing which I originally declined for no reason other than I wasn't ready, but I was still not pressured into anything at all other than they left me with the satisfaction that they were ready when I was for a visit. I showed up unannounced the next day in which I was kindly greeted by my eventual salesman, Tony MacIntosh. I told him that I had inquired the previous day about some vehicles of interest and he promptly escorted me to the office of the Internet Sales Team, opening the door along the way, offering me a beverage and hadn't been there even 2 minutes. The Internet representative in which I had spoken to was not in, but the gentleman explained the process and placed me into the fully capable hands of Tony. Before I looked at one vehicle, Tony sat me down and just got to know me and got a true feel of what I may be looking for. Not for one moment did I ever feel any kind of pressure that you always here about from bad sales experiences at other places. After we talked a bit I volunteered my own two cents on what I was willing to spend and what kind of financing I may be interested in and then we proceeded to discuss vehicle options, but only at my own prompting and never initiated by Tony. Once I got around the lot and narrowed down some choices Tony already had Archie, the General Sales Manager, working on some finance options for me. By the time we took a test drive and returned I had information at my finger tips to ponder. Although I made it clear I was not going to make a decision the very first day, Tony and Archie continued with providing me information only that I asked for and nothing more while welcoming my return at a future date. After waiting a day and realizing I may have to change the deal from my end I returned and once again was treated with so much appreciation and kindness. Another salesman recognized me from my previous visit and without hesitation or prompting went and got Tony to let him know I was there. The process picked up once again and different choices needed to be made. At this point I felt like I was settling for a little bit less than what I originally wanted, but I knew I was going to be satisfied. That is when Archie swept in and provided me some information that totally changed my experience. After Archie had gotten more details of what I was in need for, where I needed to be with my monthly payment and overall financing and exercising all that he knew he could realistically do, he presented me another option that I hadn't even considered. I ended up trading my old vehicle in which allowed better financing options to me while still receiving some incentives for purchasing a vehicle during the Honda Clearance Event. I went from thinking I was having to settle on a base model Civic to actually being able to afford a CR-V Special Edition with lower monthly payments than what was previously on the table. I can truly say that Tony and Archie really worked for me, to earn my business, but more importantly to know that I was more than satisfied. By the time I was given my keys to drive away I can honestly say 100% that I had a truly incredible experience. Tony was truly a great salesman who was down to earth and truly seemed to care about what I really wanted and interested in, while Archie did everything he could to make it happen for me under the terms I set forth. I couldn't have dreamed up a better experience than this one and Walsh Honda has a customer for life...Thank you, Tony...Thank you, Archie...Thank you, Walsh Honda!

Been having my Ridgeline serviced (except for routine oil changes) at Walsh for 10 years. These folks have consistently been fair, honest and pleasant. Service guys do a good job explaining what is being done and why. Even have had them test drive with me in the past about a rattle that turned out to be debris jammed in an engine mount. Make an appointment and you can usually get in and out pretty quickly, depending on what is being serviced of course. Waiting room isn't anything special though. Looked at some new cars while waiting and the sales guys were not pushy or overbearing. As far as I am concerned, Walsh Honda is one of the good ones!

Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change. Dexter Scott was immediate in his response to my needs and got me right in. A little while later, the technician who was doing the work on the car, Stacy came and showed me a battery test that revealed the need for a battery, as well as brake pad measurements that showed a need for pads (I had never replaced them in over 50,000 miles). He had gone the extra mile in letting me know what the cost would be for each. Top notch service start to finish and a GREAT deal!!

I wasn't sure whether I wanted a new or used Civic. I had been to other dealerships in thethe area and was treated well, but I felt pressured. When I walked into Walsh I felt different. My husband and I were greeted warmly, and were waited on immediately. I test drove a new Civic, but I decided I wanted something a little older with less bellsand whistles, I test drove a 2013 Civic EX and fell in love with it. The salesmen, Craig Furgeson didn't put any pressure on me. When it came time to negotiate it wasvery short because the manager came out and gave us the printout of what hepaid for the car! My husband and I were shocked because we had never seen this before. The process could not have been smoother.

Carlos Flores was an absolute pleasure to deal with for the purchase of our Honda Pilot. He was patient, informative, so very nice, patient while we talked and decided on whether or not to purchase the vehicle, and very professional during the purchase process. He is an asset to your dealership. Give the man a raise!!! (However, I was angered (greatly) when I received a call from my insurance company on Tuesday, July 5th, stating that Walsh Honda was requesting a binder to prove I had auto insurance. First of all, once I purchased the vehicle, that issue was between myself and Robins Financial Credit Union, where the car is financed, since at that point, Walsh was no longer owner of the vehicle. That has never been done on any previous car purchase that my husband or I have made. Secondly, at the age of 57, and with a credit score of 810, I could have purchased any vehicle on the lot. I can assure you, I have for many years, and still can, handle my own financial affairs without any help from Walsh Honda. If I had needed assistance with the issue, I would have asked, and don't take kindly to someone sticking their nose into my personal business. I suggest if you would like a positive referral from us to other people, or if you want our business on any future purchases, you either stop doing this to your customers, or speak with them at the time of purchase what you intend to do. Finally, the last parenthesized portion of this review is meant strictly for the person(s) who do this, and has nothing to do with Mr. Flores, and should not in any way cast a bad light on him.)

I went to the dealership for a routine service on my Honda Accord. The staff made me an excellent offer for my car, and in the end I traded for a brand new Accord complete with an extended warranty. Shopping experience with Walsh is the Gold Standard - from appearance of the dealership, selection of cars, negotiation process, lack of pressure from finance rep for options, neat appearance of employees. From start to finish all internal processes (reception, bringing clean cars around to test drive, offer paperwork, closing paperwork, tour of facility, and delivery of vehicle) were smooth, efficient, and well-orchestrated. I went back to Walsh Honda to purchase a new car because the sales and service that I've received from Walsh has always been exceptionally good. Because I trade every few years the offer of free oil changes appeals to me. I've had 2 Odysseys and was trying to decide if I wanted to go to a Pilot or stay with the Odyssey. One reason I chose the Odyssey was the $1000 discount offered to previous Odyssey owners. We met with our salesman, Melvin Broadnax, on two different occasions, and found Melvin to be extremely knowledgeable and polite. He handled all the transfer paperwork including contacting our insurance agent. Hopefully, when we return to Walsh for our next new car purchase, Melvin Broadnax will still be in sales and can sell us another Honda.

A new car was purchased by a friend, and I rode in it to a meeting Friday April 22, 2016. Actually, he purchased a new car for his wife, and liked it so much, he purchased another new car for himself. I noticed it rode well among other things, and he talked about it to and from the meeting. The following Monday I had a dental appointment and would be driving close to your dealership on the way home. I heard also that Honda had their new cars on sale. I stopped to see Jack Woods, a friend of several years. Jack has retired, but still helps you occasionally. I then asked for Laura Meeks, a saleslady I had talked to before. One thing then led to another and I ended up trading cars.Since the Honda Sedan was a new design this year, I had asked Jack Woods if any problems were noted. There were none.

Flipped my car and was looking for a new car. I was torn between a Honda Accord and a Chevy Malibu. I ultimately went with a Honda. I test drove a Civic and Accord but went with a Accord. I was able to get a certified pre owned for a few hundred dollars more and got an extended warranty. So now, my 2013 Accord has a warranty up till 2020 and the car should be paid off by then. Nice people and they got me in a nice car that is under a safe warranty

In and out in 2 hours...No haggle pricing...great assistance with fair financing. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was told I could only have 5 gallons of free gas with my car purchase instead of a full tank. It's been a while since I bought a car so this might be a new dealer practice but I'm accustomed to leaving the dealership with a full tank after spending tens of thousands of dollars. Seems like 35-45 bucks should be inclued in their budget after a sale to ensure the customer's happiness.

There is no comparison to the positive car buying experience I had at Walsh. Not only was the sales person knowledgeable and professional, but she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable in all areas of the buying process. My daughter and I both bought cars and both of us received excellent customer service from each of the Honda representatives that we met on our purchase journey. We left the dealership feeling our needs were respected and considered and our cars we chose are just what we needed. To have a car dealership with employees exhibiting integrity, honesty in automotive knowledge is refreshing. Kudos to the Walsh team.

I have been doing business with Walsh Honda since 2002 and all the sales and service personnel have been outstanding . I bought a new 2001 Honda Accord and was hooked from then on. I gave that vehicle to my daughter who drove it until she traded it for a new 2013 Accord. My next purchase was a certified 2004 Honda Pilot which I am still driving today. All these vehicles are taken to Walsh Honda for service regularly and none of them have ever given us a minutes trouble. I enjoy dealing with the Honda personnel because they are so polite and attentive to my needs and take the time to explain every detail to me.

I have been to a few other dealerships around the area. Hated the high pressure, high cost bull that I was hearing. Finally found Walsh on-line, set up a time to go in, was introduced to Deanna as my salesperson. So happy with the no haggle set up, my certified Honda was under retail list price on NADA. There were no bull fees added to my deal, they were upfront with everything, no surprises at all. Very pleased and will absolutely go back and refer others.

I went to Raffield's first. They were nice and convenient, but after 3 visits for the same mechanical problems, I results were bad; nothing was fixed after significant expense. My car now runs much better ( I notice vibration when start braking).

Tony actually had an easy job. I'd already driven the car at another dealership and loved it. I just needed to find the right price. The other dealer wanted way to much. Their car was marked higher just sitting on the lot. Thanks for working with me to find a price for my budget. Financing was made easy by Matthew. He was pleasant and explained things very clearly. The person that completed the paperwork for Tony (sorry forgot his name) could use a little more training. :) When I returned to give my extra set of keys and title for the car I traded in Tony was very pleasant and explained a few more services about the car. I have experience with a number of Honda dealerships in Georgia as I have driven two different Honda's for almost 20 years. Every now and then I experiment by getting service at a different dealership because others are closer to me and sometimes their prices are cheaper. However, I always return to Walsh Honda and wish I had not strayed. The service advisors know me and my cars). They go out of their way to make obtaining service as convenient as possible. Most important of all- they are trustworthy. When my car was under warranty and other dealerships tried to avoid having to repair or adjust problems I was having, Walsh immediately addressed my concerns and fixed what was wrong. And, when other dealerships have attempted to tell me that there were items I needed for service or that needed to be fixed, I could always take my car to Walsh for an accurate appraisal of what was needed, if anything. I live significantly closer to another dealer and I work two miles from a second one. However, I drive out of my way to get significant work done at Walsh.

Laura had been recommended to me by a friend who leased a car from Walsh and dealt with Laura. I went in knowing that I wanted to buy an Accord but wasn't sure if I wanted a pre-certified used car ore a new one. Deanna Terrell was my sales professional. I had my mind made up as to what I was looking for. She went completely above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I was first contacted by Jessica in the Internet department. She also went over and beyond to make sure they had what I was looking for before I drove all the way down there. Jessica also took time to keep my 6 year old son happy while Deanna was trying to help me find a way to get the car I wanted. Archie Kharischirashvili, a sales manager, knew I was looking for a particular vehicle, when it came on the lot, he immediately called me telling me to come check it out. I went in looking at that car, ended up not liking it. Laura Meeks, a sales professional, could tell I was not satisfied and ended up having another option for me. I ended up loving the car she recommended. My next step was to go to the financial manager, Matthew Slaughter, to buy the car. Dexter knew exactly what was needed, and before I drove off your car lot I could tell it drove so much better. I brought my Honda Fit in for the Recall about door corrosion. A very nice man drove me home. Hours later they called to say the man would soon pick me up. He did drive me back to get my car. All of the necessary Recall work was finished and did not cost me anything. Excellent experience!! There was nothing to dislike, just to be grateful for how nicely the whole day went for me.

I took my '08 Pilot in to have the driver side air bag inflator replaced due to a national recall notice. There is no Honda dealership in the town I live in; Walsh was the closest. I called and received an appointment the next day. When I arrived, I was met by a very pleasant service technician who explained the procedure & answered any questions I had. My vehicle was also due for servicing the timing belt/water pump, etc. so we arranged to leave it overnight & pick it up the next day. They provided me with a loaner car during that time & my car was ready when they said it would be. The technician explained everything they'd done, at the cost they quoted, and answered all my questions. Although I did not initially purchase my vehicle there, had no prior interaction with them, and have only dealt with the service department, I was very pleased with the staff, their professionalism, and the service they provided. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Walsh and plan to return as necessary.

Went in thinking my battery was going to be replaced for free due to the 3 year warranty. Once I got there, I learned I had exceeded the mile maximum. They gave me a price on the battery and service charge. I decided it would be cheaper to go to Walmart. As I was on the phone with my dad, the manager over heard my conversation. He offered me a lower price than Walmart's battery and he paid the difference. Really appreciated it because I was in hurry!

Most dealers will still charge you for the diagnostic testing in your vehicle and the repair charge. Not this one, they will only charge you for which ever is cheaper which in my case was the repair vs $99.99. The technician listened to everything that I said and resolved my problem the same day! Thanks Dewayne and Rick! Good people with great work ethic is hard to come by.

Tommy D.Our 2014 Civic was totaled right before the Christmas holidays and we needed to replace the car quickly. I met with Matthew Slaughter (Finance Manger) who helped me to get things going with closing out the old loan and getting approved for Honda's .9% financing for a new loan. Jennifer provided very good (no haggle) prices for the LX, SE and EX models for both 2015 and 2016. We decided on a 2015 Civic EX model. Archie Kharischirashvilla (General Sales Manager) located the car we wanted and had it brought to the dealership. Although the car had several upgrade features that made the price slightly higher, Archie honored our original agreed upon cost.This was the third new car I have purchased from Walsh Honda - when the time comes - I will be back for my fourth!Nice to have the new Civic sitting in the garage!!!

Even the F&I Manager, which is stereotypically pushy and aggressive, was pleasant to deal with. I had traded in my Ridgeline for it. But the one I wanted was being used by Mr Walsh. So I was looking on line and saw one I really wanted was now on the lot. He got his 2016. So I called my salesman Melvin. And he said come down after work. By 7:00pm I was leaving with the Pilot I wanted. This is a great place to go. They are the BEST dealership in this area. The dealership came highly recommended to begin with but after just my first visit I understood why. Not only are the sales people friendly but not aggressively annoying they were all very professional as well. My sales rep Laura Meeks was absolutely the best of the best. She was very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, warm, friendly, clean and very likable. Great at communication and follow up. Most people in sales are completely done with you once they have the sale, she was not this way at all. Still following up making sure I understood everything the car had to offer, once I was home asked if I were enjoying it. She was just superb all the way around. the sales person who sold me this car was very helpful, friendly and enormously patient. she actually gave me her cell number so that I could ask questions even after I drove it off the lot. the computer screen and its many features were complicated and she continued to be helpful even days later. I was not even planning to buy a new car that day but had started to think about it. after all my old FIt still worked pretty well after 143,000 miles. the new cars however had so many more safety and convenience features and was so sporty and attractive that I had to have one. I just fell in love with this particular car that was actually a pre-owned vehicle. sometimes a car just fits!!

This is an outstanding dealership. I have purchased three Hondas from them and they will be the first place I'll visit when I need another car. I have all servicing done there. They may be more expensive than the shade tree mechanic down the street but I know the job will be done right. The quality of customer service is excellent. Special recognition is deserved by Mr. William Sawyer, the head of the service department. Although I have been impressed by his friendliness and courtesy for many years, he recently surpassed himself. A friend and I were heading to Florida for a canoe trip. Her son had mentioned that he thought her transmission fluid was low. She was worried so we pulled in to Walsh Honda. Mr. Sawyer personally checked the transmission fluid, explained why it had appeared to be low when It was in fact full, then went on to check the rest of the fluid levels, the belts, and tire pressures. All on the spur of the moment, all with a friendly smile, and all for the purpose of putting her mind at ease. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. William Sawyer is an excellent representative of Honda.

I received a letter from Honda to schedule for a Power Steering update. I was able to make an appointment convenient for me. When I arrived I was told it would take about an hour. I told them I was headed out of town so as soon as they were finished let me know. The service writer came in about 40 minutes to tell me we were ready. Very good experience. We were driven to and picked up at Sam's Club by a very good Courtesy driver. When we arrived back at the dealership, we were carrying our purchases, we were not hands free, someone in the Service Area, ran out and helped my husband by holding our packages while my husband got the keys out of his pocket.We went to pay for the service performed on the car, and at the time, we did not have change to give a tip to the Courtesy Driver and was about to ask the cashier for change for the $10.00 bill I was holding in my hand, when she anticeapated my request, she already had out a $5. 4, $1's and 4, quarters.After the normal maintenance service was performed, the CRV is back to getting the great gas milage it did when brand new.What better Customer Service could you ask for? Every staff person at Walsh Honda are excellent individuals from internet sales to regular sales professionals. There are very quick and accurate with services as it relates to anything Honda related. I recently got a 2015 Honda Civic and my salesman was Mr. Raymond Crooms (very professional, pleasant attitude, and helpful). The sales Manager Mr. Kevin Parrish was awesome as well in helping me find the deal I wanted. The only service is which I was displeased was with limited me to certain vehicles as a choice, though the customer service was excellent, still a five star rating in my book.

Went in for a routine oil change (free because we bought the vehicle at that dealership); they check all fluid levels, tires, brakes, lights. Recommended new brake pads before the next oil change. They were able to go ahead and replace them. Have always been able to trust them; Also replaced parking lights at no cost (didn't realize they were out).

This is the second Honda CR-V, I've bought from WAlsh Honda since 2002. They have always been fair and honest with me, which I appricate. This past week I took my wife's 2012 CR-V in for service, they were very quick because I was waiting. When they were finished the service representative told me my battery was a litte bit weak, so they went ahead and replaced it at no charge because it was under warrranty. I drove to Macon from Jackson only to find the car had been sold earlier that morning. She walked me thought the select process, carefully determining my needs. She offered me numerous options on particular vehicles that I may have been interested in. She even explained some technical issues with some of the vehicles. Once, I selected the vehicle that met my reliability standards, she carefully explained all options and accessories on the Civic SI that I choose. Her technical knowledge on this sale made the difference. My family has bought at least 3 to 4 vehicles from this dealership. I know the dealership. Carlos is an awesome salesman who walked all over the lot looking for what I wanted with a hurt foot when I shopped for my first vehicle from them. To this day, if he sees me there for oil changes or repairs, he quickly rushes over to say hi. William and all the guys in the service department are so kind and always have a smile on their face. I broke down on I-16 due to a bad repair in Florida. Walsh Honda arranged a rental car with Enterprise and got me back on the road quickly so I could attend a conference in Atlanta. The repairs to my car were made immediately after the parts were received and they were able to hold my car for the week until the conference was over and I could pick it up. Deweyne Owens was wonderful and everyone in the service department was friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Thanks, everyone!

Walsh Honda called us to see if we were interested in trading in our 2012 CRV. We were pretty happy with our current vehicle but went to take a look at our options. Carlos and Archie wowed us with a deal we couldn't turn down and drove home in a 2015 Pilot. They went the extra mile to get us a great deal and even find the color vehicle we wanted that was not on their lot.

I purchased our Honda in 2007 from your dealership our 4th vehicle from you ..... this is the third factory recall....this time fuel pump was replaced. Also had your Technician check popping that sometimes comes from the front left. They replaced the left axel in our Honda Odyssey and we have not heard the popping sense.Hope that was the problem vehicle only has 66000 miles...This form has questions as if you purchased vehicle that day?????????

Buying from Walsh Honda was truly a wonderful experience. I found a car that I was interested in online. From the time I called Walsh Honda and talked to Chad Longaker, I was treated with respect and everything was aboveboard. No one ever tried to talk me into a "better deal" or "better car." I was shown the car I asked about, it was ready to test drive, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Travis Harrell was the salesperson I met with, and he was very friendly and informative without being overbearing. After several bad experiences with car salesmen trying to high pressure me and take advantage of a female, I so appreciated Walsh Honda's low key approach. Having done my homework, I knew this car was a good deal, and Walsh's no-haggle pricing was spot on! I drove away one happy and satisfied customer. WE had a great buying experience from this dealership. Deanna was great to work with and not pushy, listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we asked to see. She did not try to upsell us on anything and gave us the brochure to take home to look at to see if we wanted to add anything. When we got home and decided to add items we called and let her know what we wanted and she called back with a price. The next day she had everything ready for us to come in to sign paperwork. It was by far the easiest time we have ever experienced buying a new vehicle. We will return to this dealership in the future.

This is truly an exceptional dealership. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to service their customers. I have had experience with several dealerships and this is by far the best I have ever experienced.Their honesty is above reproach and they will even at times tell you when you really don't need a particular service. The only problem I had was that I showed up at my appointment time, my wife had to be at work, and another customer ahead of me with no appointment was helped first. The service guy went out to her car, pulled it into the service bay, then writes up a ticket for the woman. Meanwhile, my wife was 10 minutes later for work. If I have an appointment, I should be given preference at that time.

After researching all vehicles, I chose Honda CRV because of great reliability scores and safety tests. I called Laura after seeing her name in the newspaper for winning salesperson of the month. She was fabulous. No pressure, got me a great price, very pleasant experience. I have loved my CRV for 2 months now and would do it all over again. The Bluetooth works great, rear view camera is awesome, plenty of room and power and getting great mileage, couldn't ask for more for the price. Highly recommend Walsh and Laura.

Carlos was amazing!!! He worked hard to get us what we needed and give us the best deal possible! Our car is worth more than we owe, what more can you ask for? He still got a price that was good for the dealership too. Perfect salesman! He was not pushy, was honest and it showed!! I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat! My husband was in love with the hat Carlos had and he even threw in a hat with the car! It was our first time per chasing a car for our family and I don't know if we will ever be blessed enough to recieve another experience like this one. I just recently bought a car from the Walsh Nissan store and had such an excellent experience that I recommended Walsh Honda to my Mother for servicing her Honda Accord. I called to make an appointment for her and spoke with service advisor William Sawyer. He asked how many miles were on the car and when it was last serviced. I really didnt know and my mother could not remember. William told me that he could get it in the following morning and would check it out for me and let us know what it would need. He asked if we would need a ride home or back to work. I told him that I would just follow her to the dealership and pick her up as we were going shopping anyway. About lunch time William called and said that the only thing they could see that the car needed was an oil change and that we should be thinking about purchasing 2 front tires probably within the year depending on how many miles she drove. I gave him the go ahead on the oil change and we picked the car up about an hour later. When we picked the car up, William told us that they had also found a tail light out and they had replaced it free of charge! I was quite impressed, it would have been easy for someone to upsell us a larger service as we obviously didnt know much about cars. We have now had an excellent experience at both dealships and would recommend them to anyone.

Also dealership was old and small, hardly any inventory and service department was pitiful. I would like to bring my vehicle to be serviced at a dealership with more to offer.
