I've been a loyal Walt Massey customer for several years for many reasons. From the beginning process of shopping to the final signature on the dotted line, I am treated with respect and appreciation, and that's just the beginning! Every service appointment, question or request is taken seriously and handled quickly. My latest purchase was no different. I will ALWAYS be a Walt Massey customer!

I believe these reviews are tough to gauge so I want to be as honest and possible and share the good and the bad. First off, I purchased a $50,000+ truck from Walt Massey... a 2014 GMC Sierra ALC conversion truck. I love my truck and am pleased with it. The experience when purchasing was great. The employees are extremely friendly and just a pleasure to work with and be around. They make you feel like a friend of theirs. I have no complaints on their friendliness... when BUYING your vehicle. However, that's when the great experience ended for me. If you are like me, you value your vehicle because you spent your hard earned money on it. I love taking care of my truck and keeping it in great shape. The wheel screws rusted when I first bought the truck. They told me on multiple occasions that they had ordered my screws from ALC but for a month they NEVER showed up in the mail. Finally, they had them mailed to me but this was after constant pressure from me calling them. Now, they did not properly adjust my "tow" on my front end of the truck. It has caused my 2 front tires to wear thin, to where there is about 4,000-5,000 miles left on the tires. The truck has 5,000 miles on it! This not being acceptable, they said they would replace my front 2 tires and order them through ALC. I was told that if I did not receive a call within 2 weeks letting me know they were shipping to them, then to call them and make sure it gets done. Well, I did just that after not hearing from them in 2.5 weeks. They told me "ok, well let us analyze your service report with the service manager as well, and we'll get RIGHT back with you". What have they been doing for the last 2.5 weeks? I don't understand how they can "analyze" my service reports before they call me back 2.5 weeks after I brought my truck to them to be serviced IN PERSON. Well, of course no call back. This is typical from them when you have an issue. But never when you're talking about buying a vehicle. This tells me they are coming up with an excuse not to fulfill their promise of 2 new tires and wanted to rush me off the phone. I will not let this end as my truck has 5,000 miles on it and should not get under 10,000 miles on 2 of its tires due to their mistake. It is covered under the warranty, therefore they should handle properly.I am one that likes to be fair. Therefore, I will give them their dues when they do replace my tires. Until then, It's too much of a merry-go-round with them and they really need to provide better customer service to their customers. You never know how much one disgruntled customer can cause a loss of business. My father and brother are both looking to get the SAME truck... That's $100,000+ between just them two. They have already told me they will not be buying from Walt Massey, although that was their decision because of my experiences.If this does not get settled within the next week, I will report to the BBB. I will also file and mail off a CSS (customer satisfaction survey). If I have to, I will then file a report with the State Attorney General. I do not want to do any of the before-mentioned. I am a completely satisfied customer, if you only provide the service you promise. Thanks

Matt Loftin was my sales man and he did a great job, if you are in the market for a new car give him a try you won't be sorry. They had to go to Louisiana to get the color and all I wanted on my new Traverse and had it there the next day, also they gave me top dollar on my trade in. Very good experience.

I had already done a lot of research to select a Malibu based on price and gas mileage. Jim Miller was excellent in providing the necessary information to make my selection easier. I am 63 years old and Jim is almost as old as I am. This will be possibly the last new car purchase I will make. I believe Jim Miller helped me make the best possible deal. I got excellent financing which provided a monthly payment within the budget I was hoping for. I also had previously purchased a new SUV from Walt Massey. That purchase was a very good experience and was a major factor in my selection. Finally, I also wanted to makethe purchase from the local dealer. I am from George County, Central community, and any follow up service will be much more convenient from the local dealer, Walt Massey.

My husband Steven Brondum and I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra Pick Up and it was the best buying experience we have ever had. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. We will recommend Walt Massey to everyone!

This was my second purchase from Walt Massey Automotive and I would definately recommend others to buy there. Our salseman, John Fountain, was very helpful with information as we shopped for the right vehicle. Once we decided on the right one, he made the purchase process easy. Everyone we dealt with during the purchase was friendly. I had my first purchase serviced there as well and was always satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the time it took to perform. I know people who made appointments for an oil change elsewhere and have to wait several hours. My last oil change at Massey took 15 minutes, no appointment!Thanks, Walt Massey! Tracey Helton

Purchased a new vehicle on Saturday and I am really glad I drove to Walt Massey! Had a great experience, felt like I got a great deal and Mark and Justin treated us awesome! This was my first experience purchasing a GMC, and from the time I walked in until I left it was a great experience.
